In modern society, every household generates a large amount of garbage every day. Among these garbage, kitchen waste is easy to deteriorate and rot, and often contains more water and oil components, which makes it inconvenient to recycle. It is also easy to breed a large number of bacteria, which has a great impact on people's living environment. Therefore, there is a need for a trash can that can perform solid-liquid separation of kitchen waste to reduce the difficulty of recycling kitchen waste.

Summary of the invention

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art and to provide a kitchen waste dehydration garbage bin which is simple in structure and easy to operate.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the kitchen waste dehydration garbage bin designed by the present invention includes an outer barrel, a storage barrel, a liquid storage tank and a pressure plate, and is characterized in that the liquid storage tank is installed at the bottom of the outer barrel, a liquid inlet is provided on the top of the liquid storage tank, a support platform is provided in the outer barrel, the storage barrel is installed on the support platform, a funnel structure is provided at the bottom of the storage barrel, the liquid outlet at the bottom of the funnel structure is opposite to the liquid inlet, a filter plate is provided above the funnel structure, and the filter plate is densely covered with fine holes; the pressure plate can be movably matched with the storage barrel, and a pressing handle is provided on the pressure plate.

In order to reduce the spread of odor and avoid garbage overflow, a barrel cover is provided on the outer barrel, and a pedal is also provided at the bottom of the outer barrel. The pedal includes a treading part and a connecting part which are integrated into one. A short pin rotatably connected to the outer barrel is provided on the side of the connecting part. For the convenience of manufacturing, the valve plug consists of a valve body, valve plates installed in pairs and a spring for supporting the closure of the elastic valve plate. The valve body is sleeved on the liquid inlet, and one end of the valve plate is connected to the inner wall of the valve body; one end of the spring is fixed to the inner wall of the valve body, and the other end of the spring is connected to the valve plate; when no extrusion treatment is performed, the valve plate is closed under the action of the spring.

In order to prevent liquid from overflowing from above the pressure plate when pressure is applied to the kitchen waste, an elastic scraper is arranged around the pressure plate. When the pressure plate is matched with the storage barrel, the elastic scraper fits against the inner wall of the storage barrel.

In order to improve the squeezing effect on kitchen waste, the bottom of the pressing plate is densely covered with squeezing teeth.

When the rim of the storage bucket is hooked back and hung on the rim of the outer bucket, an elastic member can be arranged between the rim of the outer bucket and the rim of the storage bucket.

The kitchen waste dehydration garbage bin obtained by the present invention has a simple structure and is easy to use, can better perform solid-liquid separation treatment on kitchen waste, reduces the difficulty of recycling kitchen waste, and ensures environmental sanitation around the garbage dump.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

Embodiment 1:

The kitchen waste dehydration garbage bin described in this embodiment is shown in Figure 1. It includes an outer barrel 1, a storage barrel 2, a liquid storage tank 3 and a pressure plate 4, and is characterized in that the liquid storage tank 3 is installed at the bottom of the outer barrel 1, and a liquid inlet 30 is provided on the top of the liquid storage tank 3. A support platform 10 is provided in the outer barrel 1, and the storage barrel 2 is installed on the support platform 10. A funnel structure 20 is provided at the bottom of the storage barrel 2, and a liquid outlet 21 at the bottom of the funnel structure 20 is opposite to the liquid inlet 30. A filter plate 5 is provided above the funnel structure 20. As shown in Figure 2, the filter plate 5 is densely covered with fine holes 50; the pressure plate 4 can be movably matched with the storage barrel 2, and a pressing handle 40 is provided on the pressure plate 4.

In order to facilitate the disassembly and cleaning of the storage bucket 2 , as shown in FIG. 1 , a rotatable lifting handle 22 is provided on the storage bucket 2 .

In actual working process, the pressure plate 4 is taken out and the kitchen waste is put into the storage barrel 2. When the kitchen waste needs to be squeezed and dehydrated, the pressure plate 4 is placed in the storage barrel 2 and above the kitchen waste. By applying pressure to the pressing handle 40, the kitchen waste is deformed between the filter plate 5 and the pressure plate 4, thereby squeezing out the liquid therein. The liquid passes through the small holes of the filter plate 5 and flows into the liquid storage tank 3 along the funnel structure 20.

The kitchen waste dehydration trash can provided in this embodiment has a simple structure and is easy to use. It can better perform solid-liquid separation on kitchen waste, thereby reducing the difficulty of recycling kitchen waste.

Embodiment 2:

The kitchen waste dehydration garbage can described in this embodiment is shown in Figure 3. In addition to the features described in Example 1, in order to reduce the dispersion of odor and avoid garbage overflow, a bucket cover 8 is provided on the outer barrel 1, and a pedal 6 is also provided at the bottom of the outer barrel 1. The pedal 6 is connected to the bucket cover 8 through a transmission connecting rod 7. The pedal 6 includes a treading part 60 and a connecting part 61 that are connected as one body. A short pin 62 rotatably connected to the outer barrel 1 is provided on the side of the connecting part 61. The center of the connecting part 61 is arched and pressed against the bottom of the outer barrel 1 to form a lever structure. The connecting part 61 is hinged to the transmission connecting rod 7, and the transmission connecting rod 7 is hinged to the bucket cover 8.

The kitchen waste dehydration trash can provided in this embodiment further avoids the impact of kitchen waste on the environment during storage.

Embodiment 3:

The kitchen waste dehydration garbage bin described in this embodiment is shown in Figures 4 and 5. In addition to the features described in Example 2, in order to ensure that the connection of the filter plate 5 is reliable, a protrusion 51 is provided on the edge of the filter plate 5, and a connecting groove 25 that cooperates with the protrusion 51 is provided on the inner side of the storage bucket 2. With the cooperation of the protrusion 51 and the connecting groove 25, the edge of the filter plate 5 is connected and fixed to the storage bucket 2.

In order to save materials and ensure supporting strength, as shown in FIG. 4 , the supporting platform 10 is composed of a plurality of supporting ribs 100 that are surrounded and evenly arranged on the inner wall of the outer barrel 1 .

In order to ensure the structure and support strength of the storage barrel 2 and make it reliable during use, as shown in Figure 4, the edge of the storage barrel 2 is hooked so that the storage barrel 2 is suspended and supported on the edge of the outer barrel 1, and reinforcing ribs 23 are provided on the barrel wall of the storage barrel 2, and reinforcing ribs 24 are provided on the outer side of the funnel structure 20.

The kitchen waste dehydration trash can provided in this embodiment has a strengthened structure of the trash can body so that it can withstand greater pressure, thereby improving the reliability of the product.

Embodiment 4:

The kitchen waste dehydration garbage bin described in this embodiment is shown in Figure 6. In addition to the features described in Example 3, in order to prevent the liquid in the liquid storage tank 3 from emitting odor, a one-way valve plug 9 is provided at the liquid inlet 30 of the liquid storage tank 3, and an elastic member 26 is provided between the storage barrel 2 and the support platform 10 of the outer barrel 1; when in actual use, the user applies pressure to the storage barrel 2 through the pressure plate 4 and the garbage, and the storage barrel 2 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 26 and sinks, and its liquid outlet 21 pushes open the one-way valve plug 9, allowing the liquid to flow into the liquid storage tank 3.

For the convenience of manufacturing, as shown in FIG7 , the one-way valve plug 9 is composed of a valve body 90, valve plates 91 installed in pairs and a spring 92 for supporting the closure of the elastic valve plate 91. The valve body 90 is sleeved on the liquid inlet 30, and one end of the valve plate 91 is connected to the inner wall of the valve body 90; one end of the spring 92 is fixed to the inner wall of the valve body 90, and the other end of the spring 92 is connected to the valve plate 91; in the case of no extrusion treatment, the valve plate 91 is closed under the action of the spring 92; when the liquid outlet 21 moves downward and pushes open the valve plate 91, as shown in FIG8 , the spring 92 is compressed, and a gap appears between the valve plates 91, and the liquid flows into the liquid storage tank 3 from the gap.

In order to facilitate the disassembly and cleaning of the liquid storage tank 3 , as shown in FIG. 6 , the liquid storage tank 3 is also provided with a rotatable liquid storage tank handle 31 .

In order to prevent liquid from overflowing from above the pressure plate 4 when pressure is applied to the kitchen waste, as shown in FIG6 , an elastic scraper 41 is provided around the pressure plate 4 , and when the pressure plate 4 is matched with the storage barrel 2 , the elastic scraper 41 fits against the inner wall of the storage barrel 2 .

In order to improve the squeezing effect on the kitchen waste, as shown in FIG6 , the bottom of the pressing plate 4 is densely covered with squeezing teeth 42 .

As shown in FIG. 6 , an elastic member 26 is provided between the edge of the outer barrel 1 and the edge of the storage barrel 2 .

The kitchen waste dehydration trash can provided in this embodiment is equipped with a one-way valve plug 9 on the liquid storage tank 3 to prevent the liquid in the liquid storage tank 3 from emitting odor due to failure to clean it in time. At the same time, by installing an elastic scraper 41, the user is prevented from being splashed with sewage when squeezing the kitchen waste, thereby further improving the use effect and experience.

1. The kitchen garbage dewatering dustbin comprises an outer barrel (1), a storage barrel (2), a liquid storage tank (3) and a pressure plate (4), and is characterized in that the liquid storage tank (3) is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel (1), a liquid inlet (30) is formed in the top of the liquid storage tank (3), a supporting table (10) is arranged in the outer barrel (1), the storage barrel (2) is arranged on the supporting table (10), a funnel structure (20) is arranged at the bottom of the storage barrel (2), a liquid outlet (21) at the bottom of the funnel structure (20) is opposite to the liquid inlet (30), a filter disc (5) is arranged above the funnel structure (20), and fine holes (50) are densely distributed on the filter disc (5); the pressing plate (4) is movably matched with the storage barrel (2), and a pressing handle (40) is arranged on the pressing plate (4); the novel barrel cover is characterized in that a barrel cover (8) is arranged on the outer barrel (1), a pedal (6) is further arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel (1), the pedal (6) is in transmission connection with the barrel cover (8) through a transmission connecting rod (7), the pedal (6) comprises a treading part (60) and a connecting part (61) which are connected into a whole, a short pin (62) which is rotatably connected with the outer barrel (1) is arranged on the side face of the connecting part (61), the center of the connecting part (61) is arched and props against the bottom of the outer barrel (1) to form a lever structure, the connecting part (61) is hinged with the transmission connecting rod (7), and the transmission connecting rod (7) is hinged with the barrel cover (8); the edge of the filter disc (5) is provided with a bulge (51), the inner side of the storage barrel (2) is provided with a connecting groove (25) matched with the bulge (51), and the edge of the filter disc (5) is fixedly connected with the storage barrel (2) under the matching of the bulge (51) and the connecting groove (25); a one-way valve plug (9) is arranged at a liquid inlet (30) of the liquid storage tank (3), and an elastic piece (26) is arranged between the storage barrel (2) and a supporting table (10) of the outer barrel (1); when in actual use, a user applies pressure to the storage barrel (2) through the pressure plate (4) and the garbage, the storage barrel (2) overcomes the elastic force of the elastic piece (26) to sink, and the liquid outlet (21) of the storage barrel pushes up the one-way valve plug (9) to enable liquid to flow into the liquid storage tank (3); the one-way valve plug (9) is composed of a valve body (90), valve plates (91) which are installed in pairs and springs (92) which are used for supporting the elastic valve plates (91) to be closed, the valve body (90) is sleeved on the liquid inlet (30), and one end of each valve plate (91) is connected with the inner wall of the valve body (90); one end of the spring (92) is fixed with the inner wall of the valve body (90), and the other end of the spring (92) is connected with the valve plate (91); in the absence of a pressing process, the valve plate (91) is closed by a spring (92).

2. Kitchen waste dewatering dustbin according to claim 1, characterized in that the storing barrel (2) is provided with a rotatable lifting handle (22).

3. Kitchen waste dewatering dustbin according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the supporting table (10) consists of a plurality of supporting ribs (100) which are arranged around and uniformly on the inner wall of the outer barrel (1).

Kitchen waste dewatering dustbin according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the edges of the storing barrel (2) are reversely hooked, so that the storing barrel (2) is hung and supported on the edge of the outer barrel (1), reinforcing ribs (23) are arranged on the barrel wall of the storing barrel (2), and reinforcing ribs (24) are arranged on the outer side of the funnel structure (20).

A kitchen waste dewatering dustbin according to claim 3, characterized in that the edges of the storing barrel (2) are reversely hooked, so that the storing barrel (2) is hung and supported on the edge of the outer barrel (1), reinforcing ribs (23) are arranged on the barrel wall of the storing barrel (2), and reinforcing ribs (24) are arranged on the outer side of the funnel structure (20).
