汽车零部件中有着多种多样的管型零件,此类零件制造时需要较高的精确度,表面需要很高的平整度,以达到稳定安装和使用的目的,汽车金属管模具的平整度与汽车金属管的生产质量息息相关,模具的平整度不良,无法满足使用者的使用需求,而且打磨过程中的碎屑散逸,容易造成二次污染,影响模具的平整质量。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,而提出的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,包括底座,所述底座的顶部沿水平方向连接有第一固定板和第二固定板,所述第一固定板的顶端靠近第二固定板的一侧连接有旋转电机,所述旋转电机的输出端连接有水平转轴,所述水平转轴远离旋转电机的一端通过轴承连接有套管,所述水平转轴穿过轴承的一端连接有系环,所述套管远离水平转轴的一端铰接有四个对称分布的固定爪,且相对的两个固定爪之间连接有调节钢绳,所述调节钢绳的中心处连接在系环上。
优选的,所述第二固定板靠近第一固定板的一侧开设有第一限位滑槽,所述第一限位滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,且滑块的截面为梯形,所述滑块与第一限位滑槽内壁之间连接有两个电动伸缩杆,所述滑块远离第二固定板的一侧连接有固定座,所述固定座的顶部连接有水平设置的打磨组件。

参照图1-4,一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,第二固定板3靠近第一固定板2的一侧开设有第一限位滑槽10,第一限位滑槽10内滑动连接有滑块11,且滑块11的截面为梯形,滑块11与第一限位滑槽10内壁之间连接有两个电动伸缩杆12,滑块11远离第二固定板3的一侧连接有固定座13,固定座13的顶部连接有水平设置的打磨组件14。
打磨组件14包括安装座141、第一调节杆142和第二调节杆143,且第一调节杆142和第二调节杆143均连接在安装座141上,第一调节杆142和第二调节杆143远离安装座141的一端分别连接有第一安装架144和第二安装架145,第一安装架144和第二安装架145上分别连接有滚珠146和打磨刀片147,安装座141固定连接在固定座13上,安装座141上开设有弧形通道148,弧形通道148的中心处通过支架连接有滑轮149,第一调节杆142和第二调节杆143内腔中空,且均与弧形通道148连通,第一安装架144和第二安装架145之间连接有平衡钢绳1410,且平衡钢绳1410绕过滑轮149。
第一调节杆142主要由套筒1421、套杆1422和调节弹簧1423组成,且套筒1421连接在安装座141上,套杆1422插设在套筒1421内,调节弹簧1423连接在套杆1422的插入端与套筒1421底壁之间,且调节弹簧1423处于收紧状态。
通过电动伸缩杆12调节固定座13的高度,使得第一调节杆142上的第一安装架144连接的滚珠146和第二调节杆143上的第二安装架145连接的打磨刀片147均与汽车金属管模具接触,在水平转轴5旋转的过程中,模具的凸起处首先接触到第一安装架144上的滚珠146,滚珠146受到接触面凸起的挤压,第一调节杆142上处于收紧状态的调节弹簧1423再度收紧,第二调节杆143伸展,使得打磨刀片147与汽车金属管模具上的凸起相抵,在水平转轴5的旋转过程中,实现对模具的打磨功能,提高模具的平整度,如此多次调节固定座13的高度,进行打磨,以提高模具表面的平整度。
实施例3:
参照图1和图6,一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,与实施例2基本相同,更进一步的是,固定座13的内腔中空,且固定座13底部内壁连接有两组对称分布的负压风机15,固定座13的顶部开设有均匀分布的吸收孔16,固定座13的底部连接有输料管17,输料管17远离固定座13的一侧连接有收集箱18,在打磨刀片147打磨过程中散逸的打磨碎屑进行收集,防止造成污染,影响打磨的精确性,同时保持环境的整洁度,提高工作的安全性。
实施例4:
参照图1,一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,固定座13的顶部还连接有两组对称分布的吸收管19,且吸收管19包围打磨组件14,吸收管19与固定座13的交接处连接有方型通风管道20,方型通风管道20与固定座13连通,在打磨刀片147打磨的同时,通过吸收管19近距离对打磨碎屑进行清理吸收,减少打磨碎屑的散逸,打磨的同时实现碎屑的吸收功能。
实施例5:
参照图1-5,一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,底座1的顶部开设有水平设置的第二限位滑槽23,第二固定板3滑动连接在第二限位滑槽23内,第二限位滑槽23的底部开设有均匀分布的限位孔24,第二固定板3底端远离第一固定板2的一侧连接有固定套25,固定套25上插设有限位销26,且限位销26与限位孔24相对应,第二固定板3顶端靠近第一固定板2的一侧通过转轴转动连接有稳固板21,稳固板21靠近第一固定板2的一侧开设有呈阶梯排列的均匀分布的稳固槽22,稳固槽22的中心点位于同一直线,且与稳固板21与水平转轴5中心点所在直线重合,通过第二限位滑槽23和限位销26实现调节第二固定板3与第一固定板2之间的距离的功能,再通过稳固板21朝向第一固定板2上开设有的直径不同的稳固槽22,提高了汽车金属管模具的夹持稳定性,进而提高模具的处理稳定性。
实施例6:
参照图1-2,一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,固定爪8上连接有定位块27,固定爪8的夹持面设有防滑胶垫,在固定爪8夹持过程中,汽车金属管模具靠近固定爪8的一端与定位块27相抵,提高了夹持的稳定性,通过固定爪8的夹持面设置的防滑胶垫实现防滑和保护的功能,进一步提高了夹持的稳定性。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的顶部沿水平方向连接有第一固定板(2)和第二固定板(3),所述第一固定板(2)的顶端靠近第二固定板(3)的一侧连接有旋转电机(4),所述旋转电机(4)的输出端连接有水平转轴(5),所述水平转轴(5)远离旋转电机(4)的一端通过轴承连接有套管(6),所述水平转轴(5)穿过轴承的一端连接有系环(7),所述套管(6)远离水平转轴(5)的一端铰接有四个对称分布的固定爪(8),且相对的两个固定爪(8)之间连接有调节钢绳(9),所述调节钢绳(9)的中心处连接在系环(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述第二固定板(3)靠近第一固定板(2)的一侧开设有第一限位滑槽(10),所述第一限位滑槽(10)内滑动连接有滑块(11),且滑块(11)的截面为梯形,所述滑块(11)与第一限位滑槽(10)内壁之间连接有两个电动伸缩杆(12),所述滑块(11)远离第二固定板(3)的一侧连接有固定座(13),所述固定座(13)的顶部连接有水平设置的打磨组件(14)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述打磨组件(14)包括安装座(141)、第一调节杆(142)和第二调节杆(143),且第一调节杆(142)和第二调节杆(143)均连接在安装座(141)上,所述第一调节杆(142)和第二调节杆(143)远离安装座(141)的一端分别连接有第一安装架(144)和第二安装架(145),所述第一安装架(144)和第二安装架(145)上分别连接有滚珠(146)和打磨刀片(147),所述安装座(141)固定连接在固定座(13)上,所述安装座(141)上开设有弧形通道(148),所述弧形通道(148)的中心处通过支架连接有滑轮(149),所述第一调节杆(142)和第二调节杆(143)内腔中空,且均与弧形通道(148)连通,所述第一安装架(144)和第二安装架(145)之间连接有平衡钢绳(1410),且平衡钢绳(1410)绕过滑轮(149)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述第一调节杆(142)主要由套筒(1421)、套杆(1422)和调节弹簧(1423)组成,且套筒(1421)连接在安装座(141)上,所述套杆(1422)插设在套筒(1421)内,所述调节弹簧(1423)连接在套杆(1422)的插入端与套筒(1421)底壁之间,且调节弹簧(1423)处于收紧状态。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述固定座(13)的内腔中空,且固定座(13)底部内壁连接有两组对称分布的负压风机(15),所述固定座(13)的顶部开设有均匀分布的吸收孔(16),所述固定座(13)的底部连接有输料管(17),所述输料管(17)远离固定座(13)的一侧连接有收集箱(18)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述固定座(13)的顶部还连接有两组对称分布的吸收管(19),且吸收管(19)包围打磨组件(14),所述吸收管(19)与固定座(13)的交接处连接有方型通风管道(20),所述方型通风管道(20)与固定座(13)连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述第二固定板(3)顶端靠近第一固定板(2)的一侧通过转轴转动连接有稳固板(21),所述稳固板(21)靠近第一固定板(2)的一侧开设有呈阶梯排列的均匀分布的稳固槽(22),所述稳固槽(22)的中心点位于同一直线,且与稳固板(21)与水平转轴(5)中心点所在直线重合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的顶部开设有水平设置的第二限位滑槽(23),所述第二固定板(3)滑动连接在第二限位滑槽(23)内,所述第二限位滑槽(23)的底部开设有均匀分布的限位孔(24),所述第二固定板(3)底端远离第一固定板(2)的一侧连接有固定套(25),所述固定套(25)上插设有限位销(26),且限位销(26)与限位孔(24)相对应。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述固定爪(8)上连接有定位块(27)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车金属管模具平整打磨装置,其特征在于,所述固定爪(8)的夹持面设有防滑胶垫。
