A lower gear portion 431 engaged with the upper gear portion 421 is provided at one end portion of the lower driving member 43, and the other end portion is engaged with the magnetic lower tongue 3; the upper driving member 42 also drives the lower driving member 43 to rotate through the engagement of the upper gear 421 and the lower gear 431, and when driving the lower driving member 43 to swing backward, the magnetic force lower lock tongue 3 is pushed to move backward to retract into the upper lock tongue hole 11.
