背景技术
现有的水下围堰防渗主要有混凝土防渗墙、帷幕灌浆、高压旋喷灌浆等,混凝土防渗墙施工工艺复杂,施工周期长,成本较高;帷幕灌浆多针对岩石部位防渗处理,对于覆盖层部位需要设置多排孔,其施工成本较高;高压旋喷施工适用于碎石土,砂砾石(最大粒径小于20cm)等均质材料的防渗施工,对于材料中存在较大孤石和空腔,将影响高压旋喷防渗施工效果。
围堰加固方法通常有固结灌浆、钢管桩等。固结灌浆施工范围要求较大,施工材料用量大,成本高;钢管桩加固后的围堰拆除难度大。
例如,申请号为201110247851.2的中国发明专利申请,公开了一种临水深厚淤泥区域的吹填施工场界围堰加固方法,它包括:步骤一,砂袋缝制,用裂膜丝类土工布缝制成袋,袋中充填细沙;所述砂袋包括至少二层砂袋,各层砂袋宽度自下而上递减;步骤二,砂袋铺放,通过人工或者船只将砂袋运至指定位置进行分层铺放;步骤三,现场吹填,吹填分层依次进行,并按划分的段落由远至近逐段吹填,分段长度为15m~20m。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足之处,本发明提供了一种在复杂地质条件下进行深水围堰防渗和加固的施工方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种进行深水围堰防渗和加固的施工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1、勘探混凝土子堰周围的情况,在上游区段,混凝土子堰底部外侧垂直轴线设置若干固结灌浆孔,固结灌浆孔间距为2m,单个固结灌浆孔穿过覆盖层的底部,固结灌浆孔的钻孔深度为15m,采用HTYM-400型潜孔钻进行钻孔作业,将套管跟管钻进至固结灌浆孔底部,套管下部设有附带花眼的PVC护管;
步骤2、在固结灌浆孔口分别埋设注浆管和回浆管;
步骤3、在步骤2的基础上,初始灌注时,采用孔口自流无压注浆形式,并在灌注过程中通过排气孔向固结灌浆孔内灌注速凝剂;
步骤4、待固结灌浆孔无压力注满后,封堵排气管持续灌浆,持续灌注10~15分钟后结束;
步骤5、混凝土子堰中部垂直轴线并排钻探若干个高压旋喷注浆孔,高压旋喷注浆孔的间距为1m,根据混凝土子堰周围的地质情况将其中若干个高压旋喷注浆孔的间距调整为0.8m;
步骤6、在上部覆盖层和全风化岩石层,即距地表深度为0~23m的范围内,采用高压旋喷注浆方式通过高压旋喷注浆孔进行注浆,在下部强风化岩石层,即距地表深度为22~32m的范围内,采用帷幕灌浆方式进行注浆,帷幕灌浆区与高压旋喷注浆区的搭接长度为1m;
步骤7、在下游区域的混凝土子堰后侧5m的位置设计1.5m宽的高压旋喷加固桩,高压旋喷加固桩由两排高压旋喷桩组成,排距为0.7m,间距为0.8m,高压旋喷加固桩的打孔穿过覆盖层和全风化层,深度至引水渠底板线处,高压旋喷加固桩的打孔深度为23m。
进一步地,在步骤3中,当覆盖层中存在空腔,固结灌浆过程中漏浆,采用水泥膨润土粘土配制的膏浆灌注,并采用间歇待凝的方法灌浆,灌浆压力为0.1~0.2Mpa。
进一步地,在步骤4中,固结灌浆若干区域后进行高压喷射注浆,然后固结灌浆与高压喷射注浆梯次进行,高压喷射注浆的回浆作为后序的固结灌浆孔的灌浆浆液,循环进行固结灌浆与高压喷射注浆。
进一步地,在步骤7中,在高压旋喷桩底部增设一排钢管排桩,钢管排桩由Q345钢花管和3个Ф32管内钢筋组成,钢管采用壁厚6mm、外径110mm的无缝钢管,钢管上每隔20cm沿四周对称开4个直径12mm的小孔作为灌浆溢流孔。
进一步地,在步骤7中,钢管排桩间距为0.8m,长度为4m,伸入至强风化岩石,钢管排桩底部高程为EL465.0m,钢管排桩顶部高程位于引渠底板以下。
本发明所述施工方法的有益效果为:
1、成功解决了开挖料弃渣的坡积土夹石部位,地下存在大量孤石及空腔,地质条件复杂部位的高喷施工;
2、围堰经高压旋喷和帷幕灌浆后,现场监测围堰下游基坑渗水量仅为3m3/h,证明围堰防渗施工效果良好,围堰几乎不渗水;
3、对覆盖层较厚,全风化程度较高部位的岩石,采用高压旋喷墙加固,并在其底部增加钢管排桩,有效的提高了围堰的整体稳定和抗剪能力,确保了围堰的安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明所述施工方法的具体实施方式做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述施工方法,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤1、勘探混凝土子堰周围的情况,在上游区段,混凝土子堰底部外侧垂直轴线设置若干固结灌浆孔,固结灌浆孔间距为2m,单个固结灌浆孔穿过覆盖层的底部,固结灌浆孔的钻孔深度为15m,采用HTYM-400型潜孔钻进行钻孔作业,将套管跟管钻进至固结灌浆孔底部,套管下部设有附带花眼的PVC护管,保证起拔套管时,不因孔壁坍塌造成下部无法注浆;
步骤2、在固结灌浆孔口分别埋设注浆管和回浆管,以利于向孔内注浆和排气;
步骤3、在步骤2的基础上,初始灌注时,采用孔口自流无压注浆形式,并在灌注过程中通过排气孔向固结灌浆孔内灌注速凝剂,以加快水泥浆液凝固速度,避免水泥浆液扩散过远;
步骤4、待固结灌浆孔无压力注满后,封堵排气管持续灌浆,持续灌注10~15分钟后结束;
步骤5、混凝土子堰中部垂直轴线并排钻探若干个高压旋喷注浆孔,高压旋喷注浆孔的间距为1m,根据混凝土子堰周围的地质情况将其中若干个高压旋喷注浆孔的间距调整为0.8m;
步骤6、在上部覆盖层和全风化岩石层,即距地表深度为0~23m的范围内,采用高压旋喷注浆方式通过高压旋喷注浆孔进行注浆,在下部强风化岩石层,即距地表深度为22~32m的范围内,采用帷幕灌浆方式进行注浆,帷幕灌浆区与高压旋喷注浆区的搭接长度为1m;
步骤7、在下游区域的混凝土子堰后侧5m的位置设计1.5m宽的高压旋喷加固桩,高压旋喷加固桩由两排高压旋喷桩组成,排距为0.7m,间距为0.8m,高压旋喷加固桩的打孔穿过覆盖层和全风化层,深度至引水渠底板线处,高压旋喷加固桩的打孔深度为23m。
进一步地,在步骤3中,当覆盖层中存在空腔,固结灌浆过程中漏浆,采用水泥膨润土粘土配制的膏浆灌注,并采用间歇待凝的方法灌浆,灌浆压力为0.1~0.2Mpa。
进一步地,在步骤4中,固结灌浆若干区域后进行高压喷射注浆,然后固结灌浆与高压喷射注浆梯次进行,高压喷射注浆的回浆作为后序的固结灌浆孔的灌浆浆液,循环进行固结灌浆与高压喷射注浆。
进一步地,在步骤7中,在高压旋喷桩底部增设一排钢管排桩,钢管排桩由Q345钢花管和3个Ф32管内钢筋组成,钢管采用壁厚6mm、外径110mm的无缝钢管,钢管上每隔20cm沿四周对称开4个直径12mm的小孔作为灌浆溢流孔。
进一步地,在步骤7中,钢管排桩间距为0.8m,长度为4m,伸入至强风化岩石,钢管排桩底部高程为465m,用于提高围堰整体稳定性和抗剪能力,同时钢管排桩顶部高程位于引渠底板以下,以方便于围堰的拆除施工。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员可以想到的任何变形、改进、替换均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种进行深水围堰防渗和加固的施工方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1、勘探混凝土子堰周围的情况,在上游区段,混凝土子堰底部外侧垂直轴线设置若干固结灌浆孔,固结灌浆孔间距为2m,单个固结灌浆孔穿过覆盖层的底部,固结灌浆孔的钻孔深度为15m,采用HTYM-400型潜孔钻进行钻孔作业,将套管跟管钻进至固结灌浆孔底部,套管下部设有附带花眼的PVC护管;
步骤2、在固结灌浆孔口分别埋设注浆管和回浆管;
步骤3、在步骤2的基础上,初始灌注时,采用孔口自流无压注浆形式,并在灌注过程中通过排气孔向固结灌浆孔内灌注速凝剂;
步骤4、待固结灌浆孔无压力注满后,封堵排气管持续灌浆,持续灌注10~15分钟后结束;
步骤5、混凝土子堰中部垂直轴线并排钻探若干个高压旋喷注浆孔,高压旋喷注浆孔的间距为1m,根据混凝土子堰周围的地质情况将其中若干个高压旋喷注浆孔的间距调整为0.8m;
步骤6、在上部覆盖层和全风化岩石层,即距地表深度为0~23m的范围内,采用高压旋喷注浆方式通过高压旋喷注浆孔进行注浆,在下部强风化岩石层,即距地表深度为22~32m的范围内,采用帷幕灌浆方式进行注浆,帷幕灌浆区与高压旋喷注浆区的搭接长度为1m;
步骤7、在下游区域的混凝土子堰后侧5m的位置设计1.5m宽的高压旋喷加固桩,高压旋喷加固桩由两排高压旋喷桩组成,排距为0.7m,间距为0.8m,高压旋喷加固桩的打孔穿过覆盖层和全风化层,深度至引水渠底板线处,高压旋喷加固桩的打孔深度为23m;在高压旋喷桩底部增设一排钢管排桩,钢管排桩由Q345钢花管和3个Ф32管内钢筋组成,钢管采用壁厚6mm、外径110mm的无缝钢管,钢管上每隔20cm沿四周对称开4个直径12mm的小孔作为灌浆溢流孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,在步骤3中,当覆盖层中出现空腔,固结灌浆漏浆出现时,采用水泥膨润土粘土配制的膏浆灌注,并采用间歇待凝的方法灌浆,灌浆压力为0.1~0.2Mpa。
3.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,在步骤4中,固结灌浆若干区域后进行高压喷射注浆,然后固结灌浆与高压喷射注浆梯次进行,高压喷射注浆的回浆作为后序的固结灌浆孔的灌浆浆液,循环进行固结灌浆与高压喷射注浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,在步骤7中,钢管排桩间距为0.8m,长度为4m,伸入至强风化岩石,钢管排桩底部高程为E465m,钢管排桩顶部高程位于引渠底板以下。
