本发明公开了一种新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,包括潜水泵、原水箱、电絮凝反应器进水泵、电絮凝反应器、阳极板、导电膜组件、清水箱、反冲洗泵。与传统的电絮凝膜分离耦合装置的区别在于,本发明中电絮凝的阴极采用导电膜组件,阴极具备了传递电子以及过滤的双重功能。相比于传统的电絮凝膜分离组合装置,该新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置不需要再设膜分离单元,结构紧凑,集成化程度高,可缩短水处理工艺流程并降低系统能耗,而且导电膜组件作为阴极,可通过静电排斥、电解气泡的作用,显著降低膜污染。该装置达到了优势互补的目的,适宜推广应用。

本发明涉及一种水与污(废)水处理装置,属于水处理技术领域。
背景技术
电絮凝主要是以铝、铁等合金金属作为阳极,在直流电的作用下,牺牲阳极金属电极产生金属阳离子絮凝剂,通过凝聚、浮除、还原和氧化分解将污染物从水体中分离,从而达到净化水体的目的。电絮凝作为一种高效的水处理技术,具有操作简单、产泥量小、避免使用化学药品、易实现自动化和设备化控制等优点。但是电絮凝产水中仍存在一些微小絮体、有机物、重金属等难以通过沉淀去除,所以电絮凝还需要组合其他技术才能满足处理要求。其中膜分离技术对悬浮物、有机污染物等具有较好的处理效果,因此将电絮凝与膜分离单元结合,可以有效提高产水水质。
导电分离膜作为一种新型的功能膜,既具备传统膜的选择透过性能,又具备特殊的导电功能,近年来,研究人员通过制备具有导电性能的分离膜,并将其与电化学技术进行耦合,利用静电排斥、电致气泡等原理,使膜在发挥分离特性的同时展示出优异的抗污染性能。膜分离过程中,大部分的污染物呈负电性,在施加负电压的情况下,膜表面的电势提高,可增加膜与污染物之间的静电排斥,减少污染物在膜表面的沉积;水中的溶解氧会被还原产生过氧化氢,间接氧化膜表面和水中的污染物;水在膜表面电解产生气泡,会对沉积在膜表面的污染物产生冲刷作用;膜表面及附近的物理化学环境会改变,阻碍污染物在膜表面沉积粘附。总之,导电膜在缓解膜污染以及对膜污染的在线去除等方面取得了显著的效果。
因此将电絮凝和导电膜分离技术进行耦合,开发新型的电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,既可以有效提高产水水质,又能显著缓解膜污染,达到了优势互补的目的。

本发明将电絮凝与导电膜技术集成于一体,将电絮凝的阴极采用导电膜组件,阴极具备了传递电子以及过滤的双重功能。相比于传统的电絮凝膜分离组合装置,该新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置不需要再设膜分离单元,结构紧凑,集成化程度高,可缩短水处理工艺流程并降低系统能耗,而且导电膜组件作为阴极,可通过静电排斥、电解气泡等作用,显著降低膜污染。
一种新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,包括(1)潜水泵、(2)原水箱、(3)电絮凝反应器进水泵、(4)电絮凝反应器、(5)阳极板、(6)导电膜组件、(7)直流稳压电源、(8)阳极导线、(9)阴极导线、(10)反冲洗泵(11)清水箱,其特征在于:所述(2)原水箱的进水口通过管道与(1)潜水泵连接,出水经(3)电絮凝反应器进水泵与(4)电絮凝反应器连通,所述(5)阳极板通过(8)阳极导线与(7)直流稳压电源正极连接,所述(6)导电膜组件通过(9)阴极导线与(7)直流稳压电源负极连接,导电膜的产水进入(11)清水箱,(11)清水箱通过管道与(10)反冲洗泵连接,可定期对导电膜组件进行清洗。
所述导电膜组件包括进水口、出水口还有浓水口,膜组件可以自由更换。
所述导电膜组件中的导电膜可以是平板膜、卷式膜、管式膜、中空纤维膜的一种;可以是无机导电膜、有机导电膜或者有机无机复合导电膜的一种。
所述的阳极板可以是铁、铝、铁铝复合材料中的一种或者几种。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:本发明综合了电絮凝和导电膜的优势,既能提到产水水质,又可以有效利用电场和电致气泡等作用有效缓解膜污染。同时,该装置结构紧凑,不需要单独再设立膜分离单元,降低能耗,处理效率高,易于实现自动化控制,适宜推广应用。

如图1所示,本实施例的新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,包括(1)潜水泵、(2)原水箱、(3)电絮凝反应器进水泵、(4)电絮凝反应器、(5)阳极板、(6)导电膜组件、(7)直流稳压电源、(8)阳极导线、(9)阴极导线、(10)反冲洗泵(11)清水箱,其特征在于:所述(2)原水箱的进水口通过管道与(1)潜水泵连接,出水经(3)电絮凝反应器进水泵与(4)电絮凝反应器连通,所述(5)阳极板通过(8)阳极导线与(7)直流稳压电源正极连接,所述(6)导电膜组件通过(9)阴极导线与(7)直流稳压电源负极连接,导电膜的产水进入(11)清水箱,(11)清水箱通过管道与(10)反冲洗泵连接,可定期对导电膜组件进行清洗。
本实施例中导电膜采用的是平板有机无机复合导电膜,阳极为铁铝复合材料。
实施例2
利用实施例1中的一体式装置对腐植酸废水(成分为50ppm的腐植酸)进行处理时,在原水箱中加入10L废水,开启电絮凝反应器进水泵,并接通电源,调整电流密度在50A/m2,产水收集到清水箱。间隔一段时间检测产水的有机物浓度,并在实验完成后开启反冲洗泵对导电膜组件进行清洗。发现,在不同的时间间隔下,腐植酸的去除率一直保持在90%以上,而且相比于不加电压,导电膜的膜通量下降速度明显减缓。

Claims (4)
1.一种新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,包括(1)潜水泵、(2)原水箱、(3)电絮凝反应器进水泵、(4)电絮凝反应器、(5)阳极板、(6)导电膜组件、(7)直流稳压电源、(8)阳极导线、(9)阴极导线、(10)反冲洗泵(11)清水箱,其特征在于:所述(2)原水箱的进水口通过管道与(1)潜水泵连接,出水经(3)电絮凝反应器进水泵与(4)电絮凝反应器连通,所述(5)阳极板通过(8)阳极导线与(7)直流稳压电源正极连接,所述(6)导电膜组件通过(9)阴极导线与(7)直流稳压电源负极连接,导电膜的产水进入(11)清水箱,(11)清水箱通过管道与(10)反冲洗泵连接,可定期对导电膜组件进行清洗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,其特征在于:所述导电膜组件包括进水口、出水口还有浓水口,膜组件可以自由更换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,其特征在于:所述导电膜组件中的导电膜可以是平板膜、卷式膜、管式膜、中空纤维膜的一种;可以是无机导电膜、有机导电膜或者有机无机复合导电膜的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电絮凝膜分离一体式装置,其特征在于:所述的阳极板,可以是铁、铝、铁铝复合材料中的一种或者几种。
