Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power maintenance equipment, in particular to a secondary safety isolation tool for a current terminal.
Background
In power enterprises, safety technical measures are important guarantee measures for guaranteeing safe and stable development of overhaul and maintenance work of power equipment, and isolation of live terminal blocks and outlet terminal blocks is one of the most common safety measures in overhaul and maintenance work of secondary circuits such as control, measurement and protection. At present, terminal strip isolation is basically carried out by adopting an insulating tape bonding mode, and in the process, the problems that the tape is not firmly bonded and falls off, the terminal is stained after the tape is bonded and the like often occur. Aiming at the defects, a device special for secondary isolation of the terminal strip appears in the market, and the isolating device is basically of an integrated structure, is generally only suitable for the terminal strip with single specification, and has poor universality. Therefore, in the overhaul and maintenance work of the secondary circuit, the isolation devices with various specifications are required to be carried, so that the carrying is very inconvenient, the time and the labor are wasted when the isolation devices are found on site, and the situation that the isolation devices with the corresponding specifications cannot be found often exists, so that the overhaul and maintenance work efficiency is greatly reduced.

Preferably, the end of the insertion portion is provided with a second chamfer.
Preferably, annular grooves for breaking the insulating rod are formed in the insulating rod at equal intervals.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention can be assembled on site according to the length of the terminal strip, thereby greatly improving portability of carrying and improving the maintenance efficiency of the terminal strip. Meanwhile, the invention can further realize the function of preventing false stitch removal and reduce the problem caused by false stitch removal.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention. In the following description, for clarity of presentation of the structure and operation of the present invention, description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings by means of various directional words, but words such as "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper", "lower" and the like should be interpreted as words of convenience and not as limiting words.
As shown in fig. 7, the conventional terminal block is marked as follows, and a terminal block slider 21, a terminal locking screw 22, and a slider locking screw 23 are shown.
Example 1
The secondary safety isolation tool for the current terminal shown in fig. 1 to 4 comprises three isolation blocks 1 made of insulating materials and an insulating rod 2 for connecting the isolation blocks 1; the isolation block 1 comprises a base 3 and a plug-in part 4 which is arranged at one end of the base 3 and used for blocking a terminal row sliding block; the base 3 is provided with a through hole 5 for the insulating rod 2 to pass through, and the insulating rod 2 is in friction engagement with the through hole 5, so that the insulating rod 2 and the base 3 cannot be automatically separated; the base 3 is arranged on the insulating rod 2 in parallel through the upper through holes 5.
In order to improve the convenience of disassembly, a lip 10 which is convenient to hold is arranged on one end of the base, which is far away from the plug-in part 4, and the specific structure of the lip is shown in the figure.
In order to further improve the reliability of the plugging and jogging, the step 11 avoiding the sliding block locking screw is arranged on the corresponding position of the sliding block locking screw on the plugging part 4, and the middle structure can further reduce the volume of the isolation block.
In order to improve the convenience of use, the end of the plug-in part 4 is provided with a second chamfer 12, and the second chamfer is used for guiding, so that the plug-in part is convenient to insert quickly.
As a further improvement, the annular cutting grooves 13 for breaking the insulating rod 2 are formed in the insulating rod 2 at equal intervals, the length of the insulating rod can be adjusted on site according to the length of the terminal strip during use, and interference caused by overlong length of the insulating rod during use is reduced. The annular slot may have a pitch equal to the thickness of one spacer (the thickest spacer), or may have a pitch equal to the thickness of two spacers, or may have other pitch lengths. Obviously, when the length of the insulating rod is insufficient, two or more insulating rods can be adopted to form two or more groups of isolating tools for combined use.
Obviously, the isolating blocks in the example can be increased or decreased according to the requirement, as shown in fig. 4, wherein ten isolating blocks are adopted to form a set of isolating tools.
Example 2
The current terminal secondary safety isolation tool shown in fig. 5, wherein the base 3 is provided with a wing plate 6 for covering the terminals on both sides of the terminal block, can avoid the situation that the terminal block locking screw is erroneously removed when the slider locking screw is detached, and is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1.
As a further improvement, a clamping block 8 extending out of the locking screw of the terminal block wiring terminal is arranged on the wing plate 6, and a first chamfer 9 is arranged at the end part of the clamping block 8. The fixture block can be embedded into the upper groove of the locking screw of the terminal block wiring terminal, so that the installation stability is further improved.
Example 3
The secondary safety isolation tool for the current terminal shown in fig. 6, wherein the operation hole 7 is arranged on the wing plate 6 and corresponds to the locking screw of the terminal block wiring terminal, and the structure can avoid the situation that the wiring terminal locking screw is erroneously removed and can realize the disassembly of the wiring terminal locking screw when needed. The remainder was substantially the same as in example 2.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
