Abstract
The invention discloses a nano double-sided LCD liquid crystal display device with double-sided light guide, which belongs to the technical field of LCD backlight and comprises a two-in-one embedded fixed aluminum profile, toughened glass, a nano double-sided light guide backlight sleeve and a liquid crystal display screen, wherein the two-in-one embedded fixed aluminum profile is positioned on one side of the surface of the toughened glass, and the surface of the inner side wall of the toughened glass is provided with the nano double-sided light guide backlight sleeve. The invention adopts the two-in-one embedded fixed aluminum profile, the toughened glass, the nano bi-directional light guide backlight sleeve and the liquid crystal display screen, and can be integrated into the integrated LCD liquid crystal display device, thereby reducing the cost, simplifying the production process and the production materials, and the method for separating the integrated LCD liquid crystal display device from the electric appliance control playing box, avoiding weak current electromagnetic interference, leading the signal loss of the screen body to be smaller, leading the picture to be clearer and solving the problem of the influence of the traditional control integrated circuit on the heat of the device.

Background
The traditional double-sided LCD liquid crystal display screen is formed by an LED backlight source, a light guide plate, a reflecting plate, a prism sheet, a light increasing plate, an LED light bar, liquid crystal glass and a structural component, and is used for advertising in bank securities, markets, stations, schools, restaurants, hotels and the like.
However, along with the limitation of the light guide plate technology, the traditional double-sided liquid crystal device has the following defects that 1, the light small utilization rate of the traditional LED backlight source reaches 78%, the heat energy conversion rate reaches 22%, and the light energy is converted into heat energy to be higher, so that the light of the LED is accelerated, and the service life is shortened; 2. meanwhile, the thickness of the double-sided LCD display device is limited, the heat energy conversion rate is high, and the thickness of the raw material light guide plate and the thickness of the combined optical sheet are required, so that the heat radiation performance and the light efficiency performance of the LED backlight product are required to be improved from the backlight source of the double-sided LCD display device, and the cost and the appearance of the LED backlight product are optimized. Optionally, a nano bi-directional light guide plate is installed on one side surface of the middle frame, and the optical film material is located on two side surfaces of the nano bi-directional light guide plate.
Optionally, the front frame is installed to middle frame top and bottom table, and the front frame passes through the angle sign indicating number and links to each other with the middle frame.
Optionally, the thickness of the appearance of the liquid crystal display screen main body is 13.4mm.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

According to the invention, the nano double-direction light guide plate can be effectively installed through the middle frame, so that the nano double-direction light guide plate irradiates light behind the liquid crystal display screen, the optical film material is positioned at two sides of the nano double-direction light guide plate, partial light irradiated by the nano double-direction light guide plate can be filtered, and the front frames at two sides of the middle frame can be fixed through the corner codes, so that the front frame is more firm in fixing the liquid crystal display screen, and meanwhile, the front frame can inlay the nano double-direction light guide backlight sleeve on the inner side wall of toughened glass, so that the nano double-direction light guide backlight sleeve can be fixed.
2. The two-in-one embedded fixed aluminum profile, the toughened glass, the nano bi-directional light guide backlight sleeve and the liquid crystal display screen can be integrated into the integrated LCD liquid crystal display device, so that the cost can be reduced, the production process and the production materials are simplified, the weight and the thickness of the integrated LCD liquid crystal display device can be reduced, the heat energy conversion rate is improved, and the light energy is converted into heat energy to be lower.
3. By adopting the method for separating the LCD device and the electric appliance control playing box integrated into a whole, weak current electromagnetic interference can be avoided, so that screen signal loss is smaller, pictures are clearer, the influence of the control integrated circuit on heat of the device in the past is solved, and the light efficiency is improved from the source.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment of the invention provides a nano bi-directional light-guiding double-sided LCD liquid crystal display device, which comprises a two-in-one embedded fixed aluminum profile 1, toughened glass 2, a nano bi-directional light-guiding backlight sleeve 3 and a liquid crystal display screen 4, wherein the two-in-one embedded fixed aluminum profile 1 is positioned on one side of the surface of the toughened glass 2, the nano bi-directional light-guiding backlight sleeve 3 is installed on the surface of the inner side wall of the toughened glass 2, the nano bi-directional light-guiding backlight sleeve 3 consists of a middle frame 301, a nano bi-directional light-guiding plate 302, an optical film 303, a front frame 304 and an angle code 305, and the top and the bottom of the nano bi-directional light-guiding backlight sleeve 3 are respectively embedded and connected with the liquid crystal display screen 4.
