技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,属于面料技术领域。
背景技术
现代生活中,在居室、宾馆、办公室、会议室、火车、汽车、飞机等交通工具上以及其他公共场所,随处可见由各种面料制成的纺织品,如窗帘、台布、沙发布、椅套等等,这些场合使用的面料最好同时具备耐磨、防水的功能,目前市场上满足单一要求的面料很多,能够同时符合这两点要求的产品极少,无法满足市场的需要,现有的面料防水层透气性较差和不耐磨损,同时面料层没有设置耐磨层,造成面料的耐磨性较差,使用寿命较短,容易磨损坏,保温效果差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题克服现有的缺陷,提供一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,通过设置涤纶纤维和丙纶纤维纵横交替编织而成的复合纤维,增强了复合面料的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,通过设置聚氨酯防水面料层增加了面料的防水性同时聚氨酯防水面料具有良好的抗腐蚀性,基布层为竹炭纤维可起到一定的杀菌作用,此外通过在防水层内部设有防水膜和疏水导流孔,有效增强防水效果,增加面料的舒适度,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体顶端设有聚氨酯防水面料层,所述聚氨酯防水面料层下端设有聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层,所述聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层底端设有基布层,所述聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层与基布层通过粘合的方式连接,所述基布层的底端设有防水层,所述防水层的底端设有戈尔斯特防水面料层,所述戈尔斯特防水面料层的底端设有复合纤维层。
进一步而言,所述基布层为竹炭纤维编织而成。
进一步而言,所述戈尔斯特防水面料层上方通过胶水粘合设有微多孔防风透气胶。
进一步而言,所述复合纤维层包括涤纶纤维和丙纶纤维且涤纶纤维和丙纶纤维纵横交替编织。
进一步而言,所述防水层内部中心处设有防水膜,所述防水膜上端和下端设有横向布置的疏水导流孔。
进一步而言,所述戈尔斯特防水面料层内部设有透气芯。
进一步而言,所述透气芯沿戈尔斯特防水面料层阵列分布且透气芯呈锥形。
本发明有益效果:一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,通过设置涤纶纤维和丙纶纤维纵横交替编织而成的复合纤维,增强了复合面料的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,通过设置聚氨酯防水面料层增加了面料的防水性同时聚氨酯防水面料具有良好的抗腐蚀性,基布层为竹炭纤维可起到一定的杀菌作用,此外通过在防水层内部设有防水膜和疏水导流孔,有效增强防水效果,增加面料的舒适度。

如图1-4所示,一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1顶端设有聚氨酯防水面料层2,通过设置聚氨酯防水面料层2增加了面料的防水性同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性,所述聚氨酯防水面料层2下端设有聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层3,所述聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层3底端设有基布层4,所述聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层3与基布层4通过粘合的方式连接,所述基布层4的底端设有防水层5,通过在防水层5内部设有防水膜9和疏水导流孔10,有效增强防水效果,增加面料的舒适度,所述防水层5的底端设有戈尔斯特防水面料层6,所述戈尔斯特防水面料层6的底端设有复合纤维层7。
更具体而言,所述基布层4为竹炭纤维编织而成,基布层4为竹炭纤维可起到一定的杀菌作用,所述戈尔斯特防水面料层6上方通过胶水粘合设有微多孔防风透气胶8,既起到粘合固定作用又防风透气,所述复合纤维层7包括涤纶纤维12和丙纶纤维13且涤纶纤维12和丙纶纤维13纵横交替编织,增强了复合面料的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,所述防水层5内部中心处设有防水膜9,所述防水膜9上端和下端设有横向布置的疏水导流孔10,增强了复合面料的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,所述戈尔斯特防水面料层6内部设有透气芯11,透气芯11的设置增加面料透气性,所述透气芯11沿戈尔斯特防水面料层6阵列分布且透气芯11呈锥形,透气芯11阵列分布加大面料透气面积,透气性更全面。
本发明改进于:本发明通过设置涤纶纤维12和丙纶纤维13纵横交替编织而成的复合纤维,增强了复合面料的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,通过设置聚氨酯防水面料层2增加了面料的防水性同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性,基布层4为竹炭纤维可起到一定的杀菌作用,此外通过在防水层5内部设有防水膜9和疏水导流孔10,有效增强防水效果,增加面料的舒适度。

1.一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)顶端设有聚氨酯防水面料层(2),所述聚氨酯防水面料层(2)下端设有聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层(3),所述聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层(3)底端设有基布层(4),所述聚酰胺纤维耐磨面料层(3)与基布层(4)通过粘合的方式连接,所述基布层(4)的底端设有防水层(5),所述防水层(5)的底端设有戈尔斯特防水面料层(6),所述戈尔斯特防水面料层(6)的底端设有复合纤维层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(4)为竹炭纤维编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,其特征在于:所述戈尔斯特防水面料层(6)上方通过胶水粘合设有微多孔防风透气胶(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,其特征在于:所述复合纤维层(7)包括涤纶纤维(12)和丙纶纤维(13)且涤纶纤维(12)和丙纶纤维(13)纵横交替编织。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(5)内部中心处设有防水膜(9),所述防水膜(9)上端和下端设有横向布置的疏水导流孔(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,其特征在于:所述戈尔斯特防水面料层(6)内部设有透气芯(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种耐腐蚀防水抗油多功能面料,其特征在于:所述透气芯(11)沿戈尔斯特防水面料层(6)阵列分布且透气芯(11)呈锥形。
