Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power supplies, in particular to an integrated alternating current power supply input module.
Background
At present, the power input in the charging pile industry is generally completed by adopting a traditional connection mode of a switch with a plastic shell in a switch cabinet and an alternating current contactor and connecting a hard copper bus and a copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated wire. Because the volume in the charging pile is limited, the internal space is narrow, but the safety distance of an electric appliance must be ensured, the wiring of a primary circuit and a secondary circuit is difficult, the wiring is difficult to achieve horizontal and vertical, a large number of wires are exposed, the appearance is not attractive, potential safety hazards exist, manual power distribution is required, and the batch production cannot be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an integrated alternating current power supply input module which is safe to use, saves labor and can be produced in batches.

As a preferable mode, a first terminal seat electrically connected with the secondary wire is arranged on one side of the insulating casting seat.
As a preferable mode, a second terminal seat is arranged on one side of the relay protection installation position.

An integrated alternating current power supply input module, refer to fig. 1-6, including alternating current module mounting plate 1, this alternating current module mounting plate 1 is a carbon steel plate, install insulating casting seat 2 on the alternating current module mounting plate 1, this insulating casting seat 2 uses SMC (Sheet molding compound) material (namely slice molding compound) to cast and shape once, pre-buried three-phase wire 11 (three-phase primary hard copper busbar) and secondary wire (adopt the insulating flexible wire of copper core polyvinyl chloride) at the same time, the surface of insulating casting seat 2 has contact mounting position 21 and switch mounting position 22, still there are 12 contact assemblies 3 perpendicular to surface of insulating casting seat 2 on insulating casting seat 2, contact assembly 3 is equipped with 3 on upper side and underside of contact mounting position 21 and upside and underside of switch mounting position 22 respectively, insulating casting seat 2 is fixed on alternating current module mounting plate 1 through the bolt 23 and the bottom passes the alternating current module mounting plate 1, insulating casting seat 2 bottom has 6 wire holes 14, these 6 wire holes 14 are equipped with wire connection hole 14 and wire connection hole 14 in the three-phase wire assembly 3 below and switch mounting position 21 upper side respectively; the contact assembly 3 comprises a moving contact 31 and a fixed contact 32, wherein the fixed contact 32 can be fixed on the insulating casting seat 2 and is electrically connected with the three-phase lead 11, and the moving contact 31 comprises a standard bolt 23 and is spliced on the fixed contact 32; the alternating current module mounting plate 1 is also provided with a relay protection mounting position 4 positioned on one side of the insulating casting seat 2.
The integrated alternating current power supply input module is mainly used in a charging pile, when the integrated alternating current power supply input module is used, a fixed contact 32 is fixed at a preset position, a plastic shell switch 5 (a plastic shell circuit breaker) is installed at a switch installation position 22, an alternating current contactor 6 is installed at a contactor installation position 21, a moving contact 31 is inserted into the fixed contact 32, the moving contact 31 is connected with the plastic shell switch 5 and a primary wiring pile of the alternating current contactor 6 through a standard bolt 23 arranged on the moving contact 31, at the moment, the plastic shell switch 5 and the alternating current contactor 6 are electrically connected through a three-phase wire 11 pre-buried in an insulating casting seat 2, only the wire of a power supply is required to be connected into a wiring hole 14 below the switch installation position 22, the wiring hole 14 below the contactor installation position 21 is connected with a wire, and the wire is locked by using a locking screw; the four corners of the bottom surface of the alternating current module mounting plate 1 are respectively provided with a bracket 13, the alternating current module mounting plate 1 is arranged in a charging pile through the brackets 13, and meanwhile, a wire slot 15 positioned below the alternating current module mounting plate 1 is arranged in the charging pile, so that the wiring is tidy and attractive; the miniature circuit breaker 41, the surge protector 42, and the ac power meter 43 are mounted on the relay protection mounting site 4.
At present, the power input in the charging pile industry generally adopts a traditional connection mode of a plastic shell switch 5 and an alternating current contactor 6 in a switch cabinet, three-phase wires of an alternating current power supply are connected into the plastic shell switch 5, then the plastic shell switch 5 is connected to the alternating current contactor 6, meanwhile, a relay protection device is also required to be connected, the wires are more, manual wiring and wiring are required, the circuit is ensured to be clean and attractive, the risk is reduced, and the maintenance is convenient; when the integrated alternating current power supply input module is used, only the molded case switch 5, the alternating current contactor 6 and the relay protection device are directly arranged at the positions of the molded case switch 5 and the alternating current contactor, so that the complicated processes of manual wiring and wiring are avoided, the risk of human errors is reduced, and the integrated alternating current power supply input module can be produced in batches, and the problems of small space, difficult installation, and many and miscellaneous circuits in equipment such as a charging pile are solved; when the key components and parts need maintenance or inspection, the structure of contact assembly 3 plug-in type and the connected mode of using bolt 23 compare traditional mode of connection and disassemble the process more quick, more make things convenient for technical personnel to inspect the problem, and need not to worry that the circuit is disordered when installing again, reduce the risk, prevent unexpected.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a 4P terminal block 25 (i.e. a plug-in terminal block with 4 pins) electrically connected to the secondary wire is disposed on one side of the insulating casting base 2, and the 4P terminal block 25 replaces the secondary circuit of the plastic shell switch 5 and the ac contactor 6, and the wiring and routing of the control circuit, so that the insulating casting base 2 is convenient for mass production and can be directly put into use.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 6, two 6P terminal blocks 12 are disposed on one side of the relay protection installation site 4, and the wires 47 of each pin of the miniature circuit breaker 41, the surge protector 42 and the ac electric energy meter 43 are connected into the two 6P terminal blocks 12, so that the purposes of quick installation, use and convenient maintenance can be achieved by only plugging the 6P terminal blocks 12 without multiple wiring.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the switch mounting position 22 includes a concave switch mounting plate 26, a plurality of T-shaped mounting holes 27 are formed in the switch mounting plate 26, the air switch is mounted on the mounting plate, the mounting position is changed through different mounting holes 27, and the position of the molded case switch 5 can be properly adjusted by the T-shaped mounting holes 27.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 6,6P, the plug part of the terminal block 12 faces the upper surface of the ac module mounting board 1, the relay protection mounting position 4 includes a standard guide rail 44 of 35mm (millimeters), the miniature circuit breaker 41, the surge protector 42 and the ac electric energy meter 43 are sequentially mounted on the guide rail 44, 6 wire holes 45 are respectively formed along two sides of the guide rail 44 in the relay protection mounting position 4, the wires 47 connected to the feet of the miniature circuit breaker 41, the surge protector 42 and the ac electric energy meter 43 pass through the wire holes 45, and the wires passing through the wire holes 45 are respectively and closely connected to the two 6P terminal blocks 12, and rubber pads 46 are arranged on the wire holes 45, so that the wires 47 can conveniently pass through and reduce friction between the wires 47 and the wire holes 45, and damage and breakage of the wires 47 are prevented.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 6, the upper side and the lower side of the contactor installation site 21 are respectively provided with a contactor cover 61, the upper side and the lower side of the switch installation site 22 are respectively provided with a switch cover 51, and the switch cover 51 and the contactor cover 61 are used for isolating the contact assembly 3, so that electric shock caused by wrong contact of a technician during debugging, maintenance or use by a user is prevented.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 6, a standard nut and a standard bolt 23 penetrating out of the surface of the insulating casting seat 2 are embedded in the insulating casting seat 2, the static contact 32 is fixed on the insulating casting seat 2 through the standard nut, and the switch mounting plate 26 is fixed on the insulating casting seat 2 through the standard bolt 23, so that the installation and the disassembly are more convenient.

3. The integrated ac power input module of claim 2, wherein a second terminal block is provided on one side of the relay protection installation site.
4. The integrated ac power input module of claim 3, wherein said first and second terminal blocks are plug-in terminal blocks.
5. The integrated ac power input module of claim 1, wherein said switch mounting locations comprise a concave switch mounting plate having a plurality of T-shaped mounting holes formed therein.
6. The integrated ac power input module of claim 1, wherein the relay protection mounting location comprises a guide rail, the relay protection mounting location is provided with a plurality of wire guides, and the wire guides are respectively arranged along two sides of the guide rail.
7. The integrated ac power input module of claim 6, wherein said wire guides are provided with rubber pads.
8. The integrated ac power input module of claim 1, wherein the contactor mounting locations are provided with contactor covers on upper and lower sides, respectively, and the switch mounting locations are provided with switch covers on upper and lower sides, respectively.
9. The integrated ac power input module of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein standard nuts and standard bolts extending out of the surface of the insulating casting base are embedded in the insulating casting base.
