Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a decorative strip for a building wall seam shielding and a using and installing method thereof. The ornamental strip includes blanking plate and tenon strip, and tenon strip is fixed to be set up on the blanking plate, be provided with tensioning structure on the tenon strip. The ornamental strip still includes the corner joint spare, the tenon strip b has been set firmly on the corner joint spare, be provided with the tensioning texture on the tenon strip b. The combination of the decoration strip and the wall body is separated from the traditional mode of bonding by chemical adhesive adopted by the original decoration strip, and the decoration strip adopts a combination mode of physically pulling and connecting with bonding slurry or pointing slurry which is more compatible with building wall materials and environment-friendly.
Specifically, in the building wall board masonry process, when the wall board bonding slurry is not cured, tenon strips arranged on the decorative strips are inserted into joints between the wall boards or joints between the wall boards and beams, columns and floors, or after the wall board bonding slurry is cured, tenon strips and tensioning structures which are arranged on the decorative strips are fixedly bonded between the wall boards or joints between the wall boards and the floors of the beams and columns through pointing slurry, so that the functions of covering and beautifying the connecting joints of the building wall bodies by the decorative strips are realized.
In order to enhance the physical pull strength of the bonding slurry or the pointing slurry between the decorative strip and the wall board, the tenon strip is provided with a tensioning structure which can be set into a single tensioning structure.
Specifically, the monomer tensioning structure is barb of tenon strip lower extreme, a plurality of barbs on the tenon strip, tenon strip set into the ladder toper that outside is wide, inside is narrow, tenon strip set into the S-shaped, be provided with a plurality of through-holes on the tenon strip, a plurality of circles that set up on tenon strip b lower extreme face are less than half of full circle' S concave tooth structure.
Further, in order to fight against the physical pull-in strength of the bonding slurry or the pointing slurry between the decorative strip and the wall board, the tensioning structure arranged on the tenon strip can be arranged into a composite tensioning structure.
Specifically, the compound tensioning structure is characterized in that barbs at one end of the tenon strip and through holes in the tenon strip are arranged at the same time, a plurality of barbs on the tenon strip and the through holes are arranged at the same time, and a plurality of through holes are arranged on the ladder conical tenon strip with the outer width and the inner width. The S-shaped tenon strip is provided with a plurality of through holes.
The invention provides a decorative strip for a building wall seam shielding, which comprises an L-shaped internal corner decorative strip I1, a plane decorative strip 2, an L-shaped internal corner decorative strip II3 and an L-shaped external corner decorative strip 4. The corner connectors comprise L-shaped connectors, T-shaped tee connectors, four-way connectors 54, external corner miter tee connectors 55, internal corner flat tee connectors 56 and internal corner miter tee connectors 57.
Specifically, the tenon strip of the L-shaped internal corner decorative strip I1 is arranged in parallel with any side of the covering plate, and is applied to the covering and beautifying of gaps between the wall plate and the beam, column and ground or the flat joint internal corner gap in the 90-degree corner of the wall plate.
Specifically, the tenon strips of the plane decorative strip 2 are arranged along the vertical direction of the covering plate, and are applied to covering and beautifying the gaps of the horizontal wall surfaces between two wall plates or between the wall plates and beams, columns and the ground.
Specifically, the tenon strip of the L-shaped internal corner decorative strip II3 is arranged along the direction of the angular bisector of the outer side face of the cover plate, and is applied to covering and beautifying 45-degree mitered internal corner gaps in 90-degree corners of two wall plates.
Specifically, the tenon strip of the L-shaped external corner decorative strip 4 is arranged along the direction of the angular bisector of the inner side surface of the cover plate, and is applied to covering and beautifying 45-degree miter joint external corner gaps in 90-degree corners of two wall plates.
The L-shaped internal corner decorative strip I1, the plane decorative strip 2, the L-shaped internal corner decorative strip II3 and the L-shaped external corner decorative strip 4 are connected by adopting three connecting modes of 45-degree angle miter joint or 90-degree plug-in joint or three-side 45-degree miter joint.
In order to enhance the decoration effect of the decoration strip, the decoration strip keeps consistent with the indoor and outdoor decoration style, and enriches the surface patterns and designs of the decoration strip. The ornamental strip still includes the decoration panel, and the decoration panel covers and establishes on the surface of shielding plate.
Specifically, (1) the decoration panel is in order to realize the connection of decoration panel and shielding plate through the dop clamp at the both ends of shielding plate. (2) The decoration panel d is inserted and hooped in the clamping groove of the cover plate through the clamping jaw so as to realize the connection of the decoration panel and the cover plate.
Preferably, the shape of the decorative panel d of the L-shaped internal corner decorative strip I1, the plane decorative strip 2, the L-shaped internal corner decorative strip II3 and the L-shaped external corner decorative strip 4 is consistent with that of the cover plate shape a.
The buckling mode of the shielding plate a and the decoration panel d of the four decoration strips adopts an installation mode of singly using or buckling and then integrally installing or buckling after split installation.
Specifically, the ornamental strip does not include the decoration panel and uses alone, and the cover is independently accomplished the cover in wall body gap and is beautified by the shielding plate. The decoration strip is firstly buckled on the outer surface of the shielding plate by the decoration panel in the installation process, and the decoration panel and the shielding plate are integrally cut into various angle structures and are integrally installed. Or firstly cutting out the structures of the shielding plate a, independently installing the structures, and after the bonding slurry or the pointing slurry is solidified, cutting out the structures of the shielding plate by the decoration panel, and buckling the structures of the shielding plate on the outer surface of the shielding plate.
The invention provides a decorative strip for building wall body seam shielding and a using and installing method thereof, which has the beneficial effects that the decorative strip comprises a shielding plate and a tenon strip, the cover plate and the tenon strip jointly form a T-shaped structure, so that various physical performance indexes of the ornamental strip such as shearing resistance, bending resistance and the like are higher. The decorative strip and the wall body are combined by adopting wall body plate bonding slurry or pointing slurry, and the bonding slurry and the pointing slurry are more compatible with building wall body materials, so that the bonding force is stronger than that of the traditional chemical adhesive and the decorative strip is more environment-friendly. The tensioning structure is arranged on the tenon strip, so that the connection strength of the decorative strip and the bonding slurry or the pointing slurry is high, and the composite tensioning structure arranged on the tenon strip further strives for the connection strength of the decorative strip and the bonding slurry or the pointing slurry. The decorative strip can be used alone or combined with the decorative panel, and the damage and scratch of decorative patterns on the outer surface of the decorative strip in the construction process can be effectively avoided by adopting a mounting mode of buckling after split mounting.
