Abstract
本发明提供了一种水木纹工艺,通过对基板进行浸渍烘干的预处理,表面碳化,双层拉水木纹处理,以及表面防护层的处理,从而提高产品的抗腐蚀性,耐变形性,以及表面耐磨性。采用本发明的工艺制备得到的拉水木纹基材,具有优异的耐腐蚀性,耐虫蛀性,耐热变形性,防脱落性,耐火性以及防潮性能,可反复擦洗不掉色不掉漆。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木材基板制造领域,特别是涉及一种水木纹工艺。
背景技术
木材是家具和建筑领域中常用的装饰材料,广泛用于铺设地板、装饰墙面和制作家具等各方面,而木材制品在制作时通常只是在其表面简单地涂一层油漆物,基本是保持家具木材的原木色,装饰效果单一,无法达到美观的效果,并且不能起到很好的耐老化效果,导致家具制品长期使用后,常常会出现木材腐烂的情况,同时由于木材的抗拉伸强度低,耐腐蚀性弱,容易发生起泡掉漆的现象。此外,由于木质本身材质的限制,具有防火性能差的特点,因此在使用时具有安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种水木纹工艺,通过对基板进行浸渍烘干的预处理,表面碳化,双层拉水木纹处理,以及表面防护层的处理,从而提高产品的抗腐蚀性,耐变形性,以及表面耐磨性。采用本发明的工艺制备得到的拉水木纹基材,具有优异的耐腐蚀性,耐虫蛀性,耐热变形性,防脱落性,耐火性以及防潮性能,可反复擦洗不掉色不掉漆。
具体的方案如下:
一种水木纹工艺,其中包括以下步骤:
1)、基材预处理步骤:选择实木板材或复合板材,在60-100℃下预烘烤所述板材4-8h,烘烤程度以不发生应力变形为准;将预烘烤后的板材浸入到处理液中浸泡3-5h,所述处理液包括体积比为6:4-8:2的双十烷基二甲基氯化铵和环己胺,以及调节所述处理液的pH值为6-7的盐酸;浸泡后的板材在干燥的空气中常温吹干,直至含水率达到5-7%;
2)、表面碳化步骤:使用氧焊机碳化步骤1得到的基材表面,再用砂纸打磨,得到平均厚度为0.2-0.5mm厚的碳层;
3)、表面强化步骤:步骤2得到的基材表面喷涂聚氨酯底漆,在底漆层中嵌入金属拉丝网,所述金属拉丝网的网格直径为1-2mm,金属丝直径为0.3-0.5mm,所述底漆层的厚度大于金属丝直径;
4)、底层木纹处理步骤:用镂空的模板压在步骤3得到的基材表面,喷涂着色漆,得到预定图案的木纹,所述模板为带有预定镂空图案的不锈钢板,厚度为3-5mm;所述着色漆由硝基清漆勾兑油性色漆得到;喷涂后在40-50℃下干燥固化3-5min,取下所述模板,再喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化30-60min;
5)、表层木纹处理步骤:向步骤4得到的基材表面喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化1-2h;再喷涂裂纹漆,干燥,等漆面自然开裂,通过毛刷将剥落漆片碎块扫落,然后再喷涂一层硝基清漆,固化0.5-1h;
6)、保护层处理步骤:向步骤5中的基材表面喷涂有机硅聚合物改性聚丙烯酸酯防水涂料,干燥1-2h得到厚度为0.2-0.3mm的防水层;再向所述防水层表面喷涂金属交联水溶性丙烯酸树脂,干燥得到厚度为0.3-0.5mm的表面树脂层。
进一步的,其中所述金属拉丝网的材料选自铜或铝。
进一步的,其中所述底漆层厚度为0.4-0.6mm。
进一步的,其中所述裂纹漆为水性裂纹漆。
进一步的,其中所述水性裂纹漆由57-85%的水性丙烯酸自交联乳液,2-4%的丙二醇甲醚,和10-40%的去离子水构成

本发明对硝基清漆,有机硅聚合物改性聚丙烯酸酯防水涂料,金属交联水溶性丙烯酸树脂没有特别的限定,市面上能够获得的均可使用。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、基材预处理步骤,预烘烤处理,降低基材内部的水分,有利于处理液的浸润,处理液中双十烷基二甲基氯化铵和环己胺可有效浸润基材的内部结构中,并且提高基材的防腐能力以及与漆表面的结合能力;
2、表面碳化处理,提高基材的耐腐蚀能力以及与底漆的结合力,同时,碳层使得基材的底色变深,带来复古做旧的美化光泽;
3、表面强化处理,底漆层嵌入金属网层提高基材的热传导能力,有利于局部散热,提高基材的抗火能力,并且能够金属网能够增强对底漆层的固化效果,可防止漆层脱落;
4、双层木纹处理,底层形成预定形状的木纹,与表层裂纹叠合,使得木纹带有年代感和层次感,实现美观的效果,同时在底层木纹层和表层裂纹层之间设置双层底漆,
避免颜色发生混杂影响视觉效果;
5、保护层提高基材的耐水性,以及反复耐擦洗性能;
6、本发明制备得到的拉水木纹基材,具有优异的耐腐蚀性,耐虫蛀性,耐热变形性,
防脱落性,耐火性以及防潮性能,可反复擦洗不掉色不掉漆。
具体实施方式
本发明下面将通过具体的实施例进行更详细的描述,但本发明的保护范围并不受限于这些实施例。
实施例1
1)、基材预处理步骤:选择实木板材,在60℃下预烘烤所述板材8h,烘烤程度以不发生应力变形为准;将预烘烤后的板材浸入到处理液中浸泡5h,所述处理液包括体积比为6:4的双十烷基二甲基氯化铵和环己胺,以及调节所述处理液的pH值为6的盐酸;浸泡后的板材在干燥的空气中常温吹干,直至含水率达到5%;
2)、表面碳化步骤:使用氧焊机碳化步骤1得到的基材表面,再用砂纸打磨,得到平均厚度为0.2mm厚的碳层;
3)、表面强化步骤:步骤2得到的基材表面喷涂聚氨酯底漆,所述底漆层厚度为0.4mm,在底漆层中嵌入铜拉丝网,所述铜拉丝网的网格直径为1mm,铜丝直径为0.3mm;
4)、底层木纹处理步骤:用镂空的模板压在步骤3得到的基材表面,喷涂着色漆,得到树芯纹或年轮纹图案的木纹,所述模板为带有预定镂空图案的不锈钢板,厚度为3mm;所述着色漆由硝基清漆勾兑油性色漆得到;喷涂后在40℃下干燥固化5min,取下所述模板,再喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化60min;
5)、表层木纹处理步骤:向步骤4得到的基材表面喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化2h;再喷涂裂纹漆,干燥,等漆面自然开裂,通过毛刷将剥落漆片碎块扫落,然后再喷涂一层硝基清漆,固化1h,所述裂纹漆由57%的水性丙烯酸自交联乳液,3%的丙二醇甲醚,和40%的去离子水构成;
6)、保护层处理步骤:向步骤5中的基材表面喷涂有机硅聚合物改性聚丙烯酸酯防水涂料,干燥2h得到厚度为0.2mm的防水层;再向所述防水层表面喷涂金属交联水溶性丙烯酸树脂,干燥得到厚度为0.3mm的表面树脂层。
实施例2
1)、基材预处理步骤:选择实木板材或复合板材,在100℃下预烘烤所述板材4h,烘烤程度以不发生应力变形为准;将预烘烤后的板材浸入到处理液中浸泡3h,所述处理液包括体积比为8:2的双十烷基二甲基氯化铵和环己胺,以及调节所述处理液的pH值为7的盐酸;浸泡后的板材在干燥的空气中常温吹干,直至含水率达到7%;
2)、表面碳化步骤:使用氧焊机碳化步骤1得到的基材表面,再用砂纸打磨,得到平均厚度为0.5mm厚的碳层;
3)、表面强化步骤:步骤2得到的基材表面喷涂聚氨酯底漆,所述底漆层厚度为0.6mm,在底漆层中嵌入铜拉丝网,所述铜拉丝网的网格直径为2mm,铜丝直径为0.5mm;
4)、底层木纹处理步骤:用镂空的模板压在步骤3得到的基材表面,喷涂着色漆,得到树芯纹或年轮纹图案的木纹,所述模板为带有预定镂空图案的不锈钢板,厚度为5mm;所述着色漆由硝基清漆勾兑油性色漆得到;喷涂后在50℃下干燥固化3min,取下所述模板,再喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化30min;
5)、表层木纹处理步骤:向步骤4得到的基材表面喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化1h;再喷涂裂纹漆,干燥,等漆面自然开裂,通过毛刷将剥落漆片碎块扫落,然后再喷涂一层硝基清漆,固化0.5h,所述裂纹漆由85%的水性丙烯酸自交联乳液,4%的丙二醇甲醚,和11%的去离子水构成;
6)、保护层处理步骤:向步骤5中的基材表面喷涂有机硅聚合物改性聚丙烯酸酯防水涂料,干燥1h得到厚度为0.3mm的防水层;再向所述防水层表面喷涂金属交联水溶性丙烯酸树脂,干燥得到厚度为0.5mm的表面树脂层。
实施例3
1)、基材预处理步骤:选择实木板材或复合板材,在80℃下预烘烤所述板材6h,烘烤程度以不发生应力变形为准;将预烘烤后的板材浸入到处理液中浸泡4h,所述处理液包括体积比为7:3的双十烷基二甲基氯化铵和环己胺,以及调节所述处理液的pH值为6的盐酸;浸泡后的板材在干燥的空气中常温吹干,直至含水率达到6%;
2)、表面碳化步骤:使用氧焊机碳化步骤1得到的基材表面,再用砂纸打磨,得到平均厚度为0.4mm厚的碳层;
3)、表面强化步骤:步骤2得到的基材表面喷涂聚氨酯底漆,所述底漆层厚度为0.5mm,在底漆层中嵌入铜拉丝网,所述铜拉丝网的网格直径为1mm,铜丝直径为0.4mm;
4)、底层木纹处理步骤:用镂空的模板压在步骤3得到的基材表面,喷涂着色漆,得到树芯纹或年轮纹图案的木纹,所述模板为带有预定镂空图案的不锈钢板,厚度为4mm;所述着色漆由硝基清漆勾兑油性色漆得到;喷涂后在45℃下干燥固化4min,取下所述模板,再喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化40min;
5)、表层木纹处理步骤:向步骤4得到的基材表面喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化2h;再喷涂裂纹漆,干燥,等漆面自然开裂,通过毛刷将剥落漆片碎块扫落,然后再喷涂一层硝基清漆,固化1h,所述裂纹漆由70%的水性丙烯酸自交联乳液,2%的丙二醇甲醚,和28%的去离子水构成;
6)、保护层处理步骤:向步骤5中的基材表面喷涂有机硅聚合物改性聚丙烯酸酯防水涂料,干燥2h得到厚度为0.2mm的防水层;再向所述防水层表面喷涂金属交联水溶性丙烯酸树脂,干燥得到厚度为0.4mm的表面树脂层。
通过本发明的工艺得到的拉水木纹板材具有优异的耐腐蚀性,耐虫蛀性,耐热变形性,防脱落性,耐火性以及防潮性能,可反复擦洗不掉色不掉漆,可用于各种高强度的装饰材料,例如地板,隔板,顶板,建筑内墙,外墙等。

Claims (6)
1.一种水木纹工艺,其中包括以下步骤:
1)、基材预处理步骤:选择实木板材或复合板材,在60-100℃下预烘烤所述板材4-8h,烘烤程度以不发生应力变形为准;将预烘烤后的板材浸入到处理液中浸泡3-5h,所述处理液包括体积比为6:4-8:2的双十烷基二甲基氯化铵和环己胺,以及调节所述处理液的pH值为6-7的盐酸;浸泡后的板材在干燥的空气中常温吹干,直至含水率达到5-7%;
2)、表面碳化步骤:使用氧焊机碳化步骤1得到的基材表面,再用砂纸打磨,得到平均厚度为0.2-0.5mm厚的碳层;
3)、表面强化步骤:步骤2得到的基材表面喷涂聚氨酯底漆,在底漆层中嵌入金属拉丝网,所述金属拉丝网的网格边长为1-2mm,金属丝直径为0.3-0.5mm,所述底漆层的厚度大于金属丝直径;
4)、底层木纹处理步骤:用镂空的模板压在步骤3得到的基材表面,喷涂着色漆,得到预定图案的木纹,所述模板为带有预定镂空图案的不锈钢板,厚度为3-5mm;所述着色漆由硝基清漆勾兑油性色漆得到;喷涂后在40-50℃下干燥固化3-5min,取下所述模板,再喷涂一层硝基清漆,干燥固化30-60min;

6)、保护层处理步骤:向步骤5中的基材表面喷涂有机硅聚合物改性聚丙烯酸酯防水涂料,干燥1-2h得到厚度为0.2-0.3mm的防水层;再向所述防水层表面喷涂金属交联水溶性丙烯酸树脂,干燥得到厚度为0.3-0.5mm的表面树脂层。
