Description

The invention relates to a packing box.

Background technique

There is known a packaging box that houses packaged objects and can stack a plurality of them up and down.

For example, the packaging box described in Patent Document 1 has: a rectangular bottom wall; a pair of end walls arranged on the short sides of the bottom wall in an upright posture; against the side walls. An inner wall is fixed on the inner surface of the end wall, and inserting locking parts are arranged on the lower parts of both sides of the end wall and the inner wall. On the inner wall there is provided a reinforcing wall which, when the packing box is assembled, constitutes a pillar of triangular section. The side wall is formed into a double wall structure by the outer plate part and the inner plate part, and the insertion locking part is clamped and fixed between the outer plate part and the inner plate part. On the top end of the inner plate portion, there is formed a locking convex portion that locks with the locking hole opened in the bottom wall.

Contents of the invention

【Technical problem to be solved by the invention】

For example, when a plurality of packaging boxes containing heavy products and the like are stacked, a force that causes the end wall to fall outward acts on the lower packaging box receiving the load. If the end wall is tilted outward, the tip end of the insertion locking portion inserted into the side wall will rotate upward, so the side wall may be lifted and the locking protrusion may be disengaged from the locking hole. Therefore, there is a possibility that the side wall of the packaging box below is unfolded (disassembled), and the state in which the insertion locking portion is sandwiched cannot be maintained.

In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention provides a packaging box that maintains a state in which the extension portion is sandwiched between the side walls.

A stack tray 1 as an example of a packing box according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 . FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a stack tray 1 . FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a first blank 1A and a second blank 1B of the stack pallet 1 . FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the third blank 1C of the stack tray 1 .

Summary of Stack Tray]

1。As shown in FIG. 1 , the stack tray 1 has openings 13 extending from the upper surface to the front and rear surfaces, and is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The stacking tray 1 is formed so that a plurality can be stacked up and down in a state where packaged objects (not shown) such as commodities are placed on the bottom wall body 10 . Four pillars 35A extending in the vertical direction are provided at the four inner corners of the stacking tray 1 . Each pillar 35A contacts the bottom wall body 10 of the stack tray 1 stacked above to support the stack tray 1 above.

The stack tray 1 has a pair of end wall bodies 11 and a pair of side wall bodies 12 disposed on the peripheral edge of the bottom wall body 10 in an upright posture. When the bottom wall body 10 is viewed from a plan view, it is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction. Details will be described later, and the bottom wall body 10 is formed by stacking a lower bottom wall 10A, a pair of left and right middle bottom walls 10C, and an upper bottom wall 10B. The pair of end walls 11 face each other in the left-right direction across the bottom wall 10 , and the pair of side walls 12 face each other in the front-rear direction across the bottom wall 10 . That is, the side wall body 12 is shifted by approximately 90 degrees from the end wall body 11 in the circumferential direction, and is arranged in a standing posture adjacent to the end wall body 11 . The end wall body 11 is formed higher (longer in the vertical direction) than the side wall body 12 .

The stacking tray 1 is formed by joining and assembling a first blank 1A, a second blank 1B, and a third blank 1C shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 . These 1st blank board 1A, 2nd blank board 1B, and 3rd blank board 1C are each formed by punching out a sheet of corrugated cardboard with a die cutter or the like. The corrugated cardboard is, for example, a double-faced corrugated cardboard in which top paper 5B and back paper 5C (see FIG. 4 ) are pasted on the front and back sides of corrugated cardboard 5A. In addition, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show the surface paper 5B side. In this specification, the direction parallel to the corrugated paper 5A of the corrugated cardboard is called "corrugation direction", and the direction perpendicular to the corrugation direction is called "corrugation direction". "X" shown in the drawings indicates "corrugation direction", and "Y" indicates "corrugation direction".

First Blank]

As shown in FIG. 2 , the first blank 1A includes a lower bottom wall 10A and a pair of side walls 12 . The lower bottom wall 10A is formed in a state of being connected to a pair of side wall bodies 12 (outer plate portions 20 ). In addition, since a pair of side wall body 12 is formed substantially symmetrically with respect to the corrugation direction across 10 A of lower bottom walls, it demonstrates below one side (right side in FIG. 2) side wall body 12.

The lower bottom wall 10A is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the corrugation direction. In the center of the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A, the lower side mark M1 is formed in the center and both ends of the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A. In addition, lower marks M1 are also formed at the four corners of the lower bottom wall 10A. The lower mark M1 is formed by a cutting line in which the cutter penetrates the thickness direction of the corrugated cardboard.

The side wall body 12 includes an outer plate portion 20 , an upper plate edge portion 21 , an inner plate portion 22 and an engaging convex portion 23 . The outer plate portion 20 is provided in a state of being connected to one end of the lower bottom wall 10A in the corrugation direction by a first fold line (ruled line: frame line) L1. The inner plate portion 22 is provided in a state of being connected to the side end portion (top end portion) of the outer plate portion 20 by two second fold lines L2. Between the two second fold lines L2, an upper panel edge portion 21 is formed. The engaging convex part 23 is provided in the state connected to the side end part (tip part) of the inner plate part 22 by the fitting bending line L3. In addition, the first fold line L1 and the second fold line L2 are general fold lines formed by flattening a corrugated cardboard from the side of the inner paper 5C in the thickness direction. The fitting fold line L3 is a guide fold line formed by forming a plurality of cutting lines at predetermined intervals on the reverse fold line formed by crushing the corrugated cardboard from the surface paper 5B side in the thickness direction.

The outer plate portion 20 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape whose width becomes narrower in the corrugation direction as it goes from the base end (the lower bottom wall 10A side) to the top end (the upper plate edge portion 21 side). Therefore, on both end portions (side end portions) in the corrugation direction of the outer plate portion 20 , there are formed inclined portions 20A inclined in directions approaching each other from the proximal end toward the distal end. The dimension (protrusion dimension) of the corrugation direction of the outer plate part 20 is set smaller than the dimension of the corrugation direction of 10 A of lower bottom walls (for example, about 1/4).

The upper plate edge portion 21 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the corrugation direction, and the outer plate portion 20 and the inner plate portion 22 are continuous. The dimension in the corrugation direction of the upper plate edge portion 21 is set to be approximately the same as the length of the side edge of the outer plate portion 20 . The protrusion dimension of the upper plate edge part 21 is set slightly longer than the thickness of a corrugated cardboard. In the central region of the upper plate edge portion 21 in the corrugation direction, a bent hole 21A bent so as to protrude toward the inner plate portion 22 beyond the second fold line L2 is opened. The width of the bending hole 21A is formed substantially the same as the protrusion dimension of the upper plate edge portion 21 . On the upper plate edge portion 21 , an arcuate convex portion 21B extending from the outer plate portion 20 along the contour of the curved hole 21A is formed. In addition, the second fold line L2 is not formed on the arched convex portion 21B. In addition, since the arched convex portion 21B (curved hole 21A) constitutes the appearance of the stack tray 1, it can be omitted if not necessary.

The inner plate portion 22 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape whose width becomes narrower in the corrugation direction from the base end (on the side of the upper plate edge portion 21 ) toward the top end (on the side of the engaging convex portion 23 ). The dimension of the inner plate portion 22 in the corrugation direction is set to be substantially the same as the dimension of the upper plate edge portion 21 in the corrugation direction. The protruding dimension of the inner plate portion 22 is set to be smaller than the protruding dimension of the outer plate portion 20 by an amount corresponding to the thickness of two corrugated cardboards.

A pair of engaging piece portions 24 are formed on both end portions of the inner plate portion 22 in the corrugation direction. A pair of engaging piece portions 24 extends outward from both end portions in the corrugation direction of the inner plate portion 22 . A first engaging bending line L4 is formed on the boundary between each engaging piece portion 24 and the inner plate portion 22 . In addition, on each engaging piece portion 24, a second engaging bending line L5 is formed on the outer side in the corrugation direction than the first engaging bending line L4. The pair of first engaging bending lines L4 are inclined toward each other as they approach from the base end to the top end of the inner plate portion 22 . A pair of 2nd engagement bending line L5 is each formed substantially parallel to a corrugation direction. In addition, an engaging protrusion 24A protrudes outward from an outer end portion in the corrugation direction of each engaging piece portion 24 . In addition, the first engagement fold line L4 and the second engagement fold line L5 are guide fold lines forming a plurality of cut lines at predetermined intervals on the fold lines formed by crushing the corrugated cardboard in the thickness direction from the front and back sides.

The engaging convex portion 23 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape whose width becomes narrower in the corrugation direction as it goes from the base end (inner plate portion 22 side) to the tip end (free end). The dimension in the corrugation direction of the engaging convex portion 23 is set to be approximately the same as the length of the side edge of the inner plate portion 22 . The protrusion dimension of the engaging convex part 23 is set smaller than the protrusion dimension of the inner plate part 22 (for example, about half). In addition, the protrusion dimension of the engaging convex part 23 may be substantially the same as the protrusion dimension of the inner plate part 22, or may be slightly longer.

Second Blank]

25。As shown in FIG. 2 , the second blank 1B includes an upper bottom wall 10B. The upper bottom wall 10B is slightly smaller than the lower bottom wall 10A, and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the corrugation direction. A pair of notch portions 25A are formed inwardly recessed at both end portions in the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 10B. The pair of notches 25A are cut into a substantially trapezoidal shape whose width becomes narrower in the corrugation direction from both ends in the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 10B toward the inside. The notch part 25A is formed in substantially the same shape (complementary shape) as the engaging convex part 23 . In addition, the details will be described later. In the state where the stacking tray 1 is assembled (assembled state), the upper bottom wall 10B is arranged above the lower bottom wall 10A, and each notch 25A constitutes a hole for fitting with the engaging protrusion 23 . Engage the concave portion 25 .

Third Blank]

由于两张第三坯板1C(一对端壁体11)为相同形状,因此,下面针对一张第三坯板1C(一个端壁体11)进行说明。As shown in FIG. 3 , the third base plate 1C includes a middle bottom wall 10C and an end wall body 11 . Moreover, when assembling the stacking tray 1, the pair of left and right end wall bodies 11 are formed using 1 C of 3rd sheets of 3rd blanks. Since the two third blanks 1C (a pair of end wall bodies 11 ) have the same shape, one third blank sheet 1C (one end wall body 11 ) will be described below.

The intermediate bottom wall 10C is formed to be connected to one end portion (lower end portion in assembled state) of the end wall body 11 (outer end wall 30 described later) in the corrugation direction via the lower fold line L10. The intermediate bottom wall 10C is formed in a substantially rectangular shape. The dimension in the corrugation direction of the intermediate bottom wall 10C is set to be approximately half the dimension in the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A. The dimension in the corrugation direction of the intermediate bottom wall 10C is set substantially the same as the dimension in the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A. On one end portion (free end portion) of the intermediate bottom wall 10C in the corrugation direction, a first intermediate mark M2 is formed at the center in the corrugation direction. Moreover, the 1st middle mark M2 is also formed in the two corners (near both ends of the lower folding line L10) of the other end part of the corrugation direction of 10 C of intermediate bottom walls. Furthermore, two second middle marks M3 are formed in the central region in the corrugation direction of the middle bottom wall 10C. The first middle mark M2 and the second middle mark M3 are formed by cutting lines.

The end wall body 11 includes an outer end wall 30 , a pair of outer edge walls 31 , a pair of first folded back walls 32 , a pair of second folded back walls 33 , an inner end wall 34 , a pair of supporting walls 35 and a pair of inner edge walls 36 . The end wall body 11 is formed so as to extend in the corrugation direction as a whole.

The outer end wall 30 is provided in a state of being connected by a lower fold line L10 on a boundary thereof with the intermediate bottom wall 10C. A pair of outer edge walls 31 are provided in a state of being connected to both ends of the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction by a side fold line L11. The pair of first folded-back walls 32 is provided in a state of being connected to the outer end portion of the outer edge wall 31 in the corrugation direction by two first folded-back lines L12 , respectively. Between the two first return lines L12, a first edge portion 32A is formed. The pair of second folded back walls 33 is provided in a state of being connected to the other end portion (upper end portion in the assembled state) of the outer edge wall 31 in the corrugation direction by two second folded lines L13, respectively. Between the two second return lines L13, a second edge portion 33A is formed. The inner end wall 34 is provided in a state of being connected to the other end portion (upper end portion in the assembled state) of the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction by the third return line L14. The pair of support walls 35 are provided in a state of being connected to both end portions in the corrugation direction of the inner end wall 34 by the first bending line L15. The pair of inner edge walls 36 is provided in a state of being connected to the outer end portion of the support wall 35 in the corrugation direction by the second bending line L16, respectively. In addition, the lower fold line L10, the side fold line L11, and the first fold line L12 to the third fold line L14 are universal fold lines, respectively. In addition, the first bending line L15 and the second bending line L16 are guide folding lines forming a plurality of cutting lines at predetermined intervals on the reverse folding line.

In addition, since the end wall body 11 is formed substantially symmetrically in the corrugation direction with the center line extending in the corrugation direction interposed therebetween, one of the walls 31 , 32 , 33 , 35 , 36 provided as a pair will Be explained.

The outer end wall 30 has a generally rectangular shape that is longer in the corrugation direction. In the central region of the outer end wall 30, an outer end opening 30A having a substantially rectangular shape elongated in the corrugation direction is opened. That is, the outer end wall 30 is formed in a substantially rectangular ring shape.

The dimension (the length in the corrugation direction) of one end side (lower fold line L10 ) of the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction is set substantially the same as the dimension in the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A. The dimension of the other end side (third folding line L14 ) of the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction is set to be slightly longer than one end side of the outer end wall 30 . That is, the external shape of the outer end wall 30 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape whose width becomes slightly wider in the corrugation direction as it goes from one end in the corrugation direction to the other end. In other words, in the assembled state, the outer end wall 30 is formed such that its width gradually becomes wider (longer in the direction of the corrugation) as it goes from below to above. Both ends in the corrugation direction of the outer end wall 30 (side fold line L11 ) are inclined outward by about 1 degree with respect to the corrugated cardboard 5A (a line extending perpendicularly to the lower fold line L10 ).

The outer edge wall 31 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the corrugation direction. The dimension in the corrugation direction of the outer edge wall 31 is set substantially the same as the dimension in the corrugation direction of the outer end wall 30 . The dimension (protrusion dimension) of the corrugation direction of the outer edge wall 31 is set to be shorter than the dimension of the corrugation direction of the outer end wall 30 (for example, about 1/4). The corner of the other end of the outer edge wall 31 is chamfered in an arc shape.

On one end side (the lower side in the assembled state) of the outer peripheral wall 31 , a substantially rectangular outer extension portion 37A is integrally formed. The outer extension portion 37A is provided in a state extending outward from an end portion (tip portion) in the corrugation direction of the outer edge wall 31 . Therefore, the outer extension portion 37A and the outer edge wall 31 are formed in a substantially L-shape as a whole.

The first edge portion 32A is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the corrugation direction, and the outer edge wall 31 is continuous with the first folded back wall 32 . The dimension in the corrugation direction of the first edge portion 32A is set substantially the same as the length of the side edge of the outer edge wall 31 excluding the chamfered corners of the outer edge wall 31 and the outer extension portion 37A. The protruding dimension of the first edge portion 32A is set slightly longer than the thickness of the corrugated cardboard.

The first folded back wall 32 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape having substantially the same size as the first edge portion 32A in the corrugation direction. The protrusion dimension of the first folded back wall 32 is set to be longer than the first edge portion 32A. The corner of the other end portion of the first folded back wall 32 is chamfered. In addition, the protrusion dimension of the above-mentioned outer extension portion 37A is set to be longer than the protrusion dimension of the first folded back wall 32 .

The second edge portion 33A is formed in a substantially rectangular shape such that the outer edge wall 31 and the second folded back wall 33 are continuous. The dimension of the corrugation direction of the second edge portion 33A is set to be substantially the same as the length of the other end side of the outer edge wall 31 except the corner portion of the outer edge wall 31 after chamfering. The dimension (projection dimension) of the corrugation direction of the 2nd edge part 33A is set slightly longer than the thickness of a corrugated cardboard.

The second folded-back wall 33 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape having substantially the same size as the second edge portion 33A in the corrugation direction. The dimension (projection dimension) of the corrugation direction of the 2nd folded-back wall 33 is set longer than 33 A of 2nd edge parts. The corner of the other end portion of the second folded back wall 33 is chamfered.

The inner end wall 34 has a generally rectangular outer shape having substantially the same dimensions as the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction. The inner end wall 34 has an inner end opening 34A having the same shape as the outer end opening 30A, and is formed in a substantially rectangular ring shape. The outer shape of the inner end wall 34 excluding the vicinity of the third return line L14 is substantially trapezoidal in which the width becomes slightly narrower in the corrugation direction from one end (third return line L14 side) toward the other end in the corrugation direction. That is, similarly to the outer end wall 30 , in the assembled state, the inner end wall 34 is formed such that its width gradually becomes wider (longer in the corrugation direction) as it goes from below to above. Both ends of the inner end wall 34 in the corrugation direction (first bending line L15 ) are inclined outward by about 1 degree with respect to the corrugated cardboard 5A (a line extending perpendicularly to the third folding line L14 ). In addition, the second bending line L16 and the third bending line L17 are also inclined at the same angle as the first bending line L15.

The support wall 35 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the corrugation direction. The support wall 35 is formed so as to fit into the inner end wall 34 side by extending the cutting line from the boundary between the support wall 35 and the second folded back wall 33 toward the inner side of the inner end wall 34 . The size of the support wall 35 in the direction of corrugation is set to be substantially the same as the size of the inner end wall 34 excluding the second folded back wall 33 in the direction of corrugation. The dimension (protrusion dimension) of the corrugation direction of the support wall 35 is set to be shorter than the inner end wall 34 (for example, about half).

The support wall 35 is provided in a state of being connected to the inner end wall 34 through the first bending line L15, and in a state of being connected to the inner edge wall 36 through the second bending line L16. In addition, a third bending line L17 extending parallel to the first bending line L15 and the second bending line L16 is formed on the support wall 35 . The third bending line L17 is formed between the first bending line L15 and the second bending line L16 at a position close to the first bending line L15. In addition, the third bending line L17 is a guide folding line in which a plurality of cutting lines are formed at predetermined intervals on the common folding line. In addition, the interval between the first bending line L15 and the third bending line L17 is set to be substantially the same as the interval between the second bending line L16 and the extension line of the side folding line L11.

38A。In addition, an engagement groove 38 is formed along the second bending line L16 on the other end side (the lower side in the assembled state) of the support wall 35 . The engaging groove 38 is located slightly inside (on the third bending line L17 side) from the second bending line L16, and is a cutting line extending substantially parallel to the second bending line L16. In addition, a pair of cut lines is formed on the support wall 35 . The pair of cut lines faces inward from the second bending line L16 and has the same width as the engagement groove 38 . A tongue-shaped cut-in piece 38A is formed in a range surrounded by the pair of cut lines and the engaging groove 38 .

The inner edge wall 36 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape having substantially the same size as the support wall 35 in the corrugation direction.

The dimension (protrusion dimension) of the corrugation direction of the inner peripheral wall 36 is set to be shorter (for example, about half) than the protrusion dimension of the outer peripheral wall 31 . In addition, the protrusion dimension of the inner edge wall 36 is set to be substantially the same as the protrusion dimension of the first folded back wall 32 .

On the other end side (the lower side in the assembled state) of the inner edge wall 36 , a substantially rectangular inner extension portion 37B is integrally formed. The inner extension portion 37B is provided in a state extending outward from an end portion (tip portion) in the corrugation direction of the inner edge wall 36 . Therefore, the inner extension portion 37B and the inner edge wall 36 are formed in a substantially L-shape as a whole.

When the inner end wall 34 , a pair of support walls 35 , a pair of inner edge walls 36 , and a pair of inner extensions 37B are turned over around the third turning line L14 , they are formed to be aligned with the outer end wall 30 and the pair of outer edge walls 31 . The shape is substantially the same as that of the pair of outer extensions 37A.

As mentioned above, since the first blank 1A (lower bottom wall 10A, side wall 12), the second blank 1B (upper bottom wall 10B) and the third blank 1C (middle bottom wall 10C, end wall 11) Formed separately from each other, the stacking tray 1 is assembled after joining the first blank 1A, the second blank 1B, and the third blank 1C. The connecting process and assembling process of the first blank plate 1A, the second blank plate 1B, and the third blank plate 1C, for example, may be performed manually by an operator, or may be performed automatically or semi-automatically using a dedicated box making machine or the like. . Here, a case where a worker performs a connecting process and an assembling process manually will be described.

Connection process]

Next, the process (connection process) of connecting the 1st blank board 1A, the 2nd blank board 1B, and 3rd blank board 1C is demonstrated with reference to FIGS. 4-6. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state of the end wall body 11 and the like during the first step. FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing the stack tray 1 . FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a state in which the connecting step of the stack tray 1 has been completed.

The first process>

First, a worker forms the end wall body 11 used in the assembly process (first process). For example, the operator arranges the third base plate 1C on the workbench with the inner paper 5C facing upward, and pastes the double blank on the inner end wall 34 (around the inner end opening 34A) and each inner extension 37B. Masking tape (not shown). In addition, no double-sided tape is attached to the support wall 35 .

Then, as shown in FIG. 4 , the worker folds (turns over) the inner end wall 34 toward the outer end wall 30 along the third folding line L14 . Then, the inner end wall 34 is superimposed on the inner surface (backing paper 5C) of the outer end wall 30, and is bonded to the inner surface of the outer end wall 30 with a double-sided adhesive tape. In addition, the support wall 35 is superimposed on the inner surfaces (see FIG. 3 ) of the outer end wall 30 and the outer edge wall 31 across the side fold line L11. The inner edge wall 36 overlaps the inner surface of the outer edge wall 31 . The inner extension 37B overlaps the inner surface of the outer extension 37A, and is bonded to the inner surface of the outer extension 37A with a double-sided adhesive tape.

Next, the worker sticks the double-sided tape on each of the first folded back walls 32 and each of the second folded back walls 33 . Then, the worker folds each first edge portion 32A and each first folded-back wall 32 inward along the two first folded-back lines L12. In this state, the first folded back wall 32 overlaps the inner edge wall 36 overlapping the inner surface of the outer edge wall 31, and is bonded (fixed) to the outer surface of the inner edge wall 36 (top paper) by double-sided adhesive tape. 5B). In addition, the worker folds each second edge portion 33A and each second folded-back wall 33 inward along the two second folded-back lines L13. In this state, the second folded-back wall 33 overlaps the inner surface of the outer edge wall 31 and is bonded (fixed) to the inner surface of the outer edge wall 31 with a double-sided adhesive tape (backing paper 5C). In addition, the tip end of the folded second edge portion 33A abuts against the tip end portion (upper end portion in the assembled state) of the support wall 35 .

11。Thereby, the 1st process is complete|finished, and the end wall body 11 (refer FIG. 5) which laminated|stacked two sheets of corrugated cardboard is completed. Corrugated cardboard 5A of the two corrugated cardboard sheets which comprise this end wall body 11 extend in the same direction. In addition, since two end wall bodies 11 are required to assemble the stacking tray 1 , workers repeat the above-mentioned first process to form two end wall bodies 11 .

Second process>

Next, the operator connects the first base plate 1A (the lower bottom wall 10A, the side wall body 12 ) and the end wall body 11 (second step). An operator sticks a double-sided tape on the surface paper 5B of the intermediate bottom wall 10C extending from each end wall body 11 . Next, as shown in FIG. 5 , the operator arranges the first base plate 1A on the workbench with the inner paper 5C facing upward, and arranges the pair of end wall bodies 11 on both sides of the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A. side. Then, the worker adheres the pair of intermediate bottom walls 10C to the upper surface of the lower bottom wall 10A (backing paper 5C). The pair of intermediate bottom walls 10C are bonded to the lower bottom wall 10A with a double-sided adhesive tape in a state where their top ends are butted at the center of the lower bottom wall 10A in the corrugation direction (see FIG. 6 ). At this time, the operator aligns the first middle marks M2 of the middle bottom wall 10C with the lower marks M1 of the lower bottom wall 10A to align (align) the lower bottom wall 10A with the middle bottom wall 10C. .

Accordingly, the second step ends, and the pair of end wall bodies 11 and the lower bottom wall 10A are connected by the pair of intermediate bottom walls 10C. In this state, the corrugated paper 5A of the intermediate bottom wall 10C and the corrugated paper 5A of the lower bottom wall 10A extend in directions perpendicular to each other.

Third process>

接着,作业人员使第二坯板1B(上底壁10B)连结于各中间底壁10C(第三工序)。 Next, the operator connects the second base plate 1B (upper bottom wall 10B) to each intermediate bottom wall 10C (third step). The worker pastes the double-sided tape on the backing paper 5C of the upper bottom wall 10B. Then, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , the worker adheres the upper bottom wall 10B with the top paper 5B facing upward to the upper surfaces of the pair of intermediate bottom walls 10C (back paper 5C). The upper bottom wall 10B is adhered to each intermediate bottom wall 10C with a double-sided adhesive tape in such a posture that the pair of notches 25A face the pair of side wall bodies 12 . At this time, the operator aligns each intermediate bottom wall 10C with the upper bottom wall 10B by aligning the contours of the notches 25A of the upper bottom wall 10B with the second intermediate marks M3 of the intermediate bottom walls 10C.

Accordingly, the third step is completed, and each intermediate bottom wall 10C is connected to the upper bottom wall 10B (see FIG. 6 ). In this way, the connecting process ends. In this state, upper bottom wall 10B is arranged above lower bottom wall 10A, and each intermediate bottom wall 10C is fixed in a state sandwiched between lower bottom wall 10A and upper bottom wall 10B (see FIG. 9 ). That is, the bottom wall body 10 having a three-layer laminated structure in which the lower bottom wall 10A, the intermediate bottom wall 10C, and the upper bottom wall 10B are laminated is formed. As shown in FIG. 5 , the corrugated paper 5A of the middle bottom wall 10C extends in the same direction as the corrugated paper 5A of the upper bottom wall 10B. Also, the corrugated cardboard 5A of the lower bottom wall 10A and the corrugated cardboard 5A of the upper bottom wall 10B extend in directions perpendicular to each other. And, as shown in FIG. 6, in the state where the upper bottom wall 10B is adhered to the intermediate bottom wall 10C, a pair of upper bottom walls 10C are formed within the range surrounded by the upper surface of the pair of intermediate bottom walls 10C and the pair of notches 25A. The engagement recess 25 (see FIG. 6 ). The pair of engaging recesses 25 is formed in a state of being recessed from the upper surface of the bottom wall body 10 .

In addition, the sticking position etc. of the double-sided tape in the above-mentioned connection process is an example, and the sticking position and the sticking quantity of a double-sided tape can be changed suitably. In addition, in the above-mentioned connecting step, a double-sided tape was used as an example, but instead of it, for example, an adhesive (hot melt adhesive, resin latex adhesive, starch adhesive, etc.) may be used. .

Next, an assembly process of the stack tray 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10 . FIG. 7 is a perspective view illustrating an assembly process of the stack tray 1 . FIG. 8 is an enlarged perspective view showing the pillar 35A and the like. Fig. 9 is a sectional view taken along line IX-IX of Fig. 1 . FIG. 10 is an enlarged perspective view showing the engaging piece portion 24 and the like. Here, a case where an operator performs the assembly process manually will be described.

The stacking tray 1 is assembled by appropriately bending the joined first blank 1A, second blank 1B, and third blank 1C. As shown in FIG. 7 , the operator bends the pair of left and right outer end walls 30 upward along the lower folding line L10 . The end wall body 11 (outer end wall 30 ) is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the bottom wall body 10 , and is provided on the peripheral portion (short side) of the bottom wall body 10 in a standing posture.

Next, the worker bends the four outer edge walls 31 located at the four corners of the bottom wall body 10 inwardly (the bottom wall body 10 side) along the lateral folding line L11 . Then, the outer edge wall 31 is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the outer end wall 30 and is provided in a state extending from the side end portion of the outer end wall 30 toward the side wall body 12 . In conjunction with the bending of the outer edge wall 31, the inner edge wall 36 is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the support wall 35 along the second bending line L16, and is formed from the side end portion of the support wall 35 toward the side wall. Body 12 extended state. The outer extension portion 37A and the inner extension portion 37B (hereinafter also simply referred to as “extension portion 37 ”) are provided in a state of extending toward the side wall body 12 in a posture standing approximately vertically on the first folding line L1 . Moreover, the extension part 37 which opposes in the left-right direction extends to the position which overlaps with the engaging recessed part 25, without making mutual front-end|tip contact. In addition, since the inclined portions 20A are formed at both left and right end portions of the outer plate portion 20 , it is possible to prevent the outer edge wall 31 and the like from being caught on the ends of the outer plate portion 20 during bending operation of the outer edge wall 31 and the like. Thereby, the bending work of the outer edge wall 31 etc. can be performed smoothly.

As shown in FIG. 8, when the inner edge wall 36 is bent in conjunction with the bending of the outer edge wall 31, since the support wall 35 is not bonded to the outer end wall 30, etc., the third bending line is pushed out inwardly. The forming part of L17 (refer to the thick arrow of the dotted line in FIG. 8 ) is bent along the first bending line L15 and the second bending line L16. That is, the support wall 35 has a rectangular cross section by concavely bending the inner edge wall 36 along the second bending line L16, concavely bending along the first bending line L15, and convexly bending while pushing the third bending line L17 inward. Strut 35A. The surface between the second bending line L16 and the third bending line L17 of the support wall 35 is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the inner edge wall 36 and is provided substantially parallel to the inner surface of the outer end wall 30 . In addition, the surface between the first bending line L15 and the third bending line L17 of the support wall 35 is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the inner end wall 34 and is provided substantially parallel to the inner surface of the outer edge wall 31 .

The support wall 35 (pillar 35A) protrudes in a substantially L-shape from the corner formed by the outer end wall 30 and the outer edge wall 31 toward the inside of the stack tray 1 when viewed from a plan view. That is, the four pillars 35A are formed in a square tube shape at the four corners of the stack tray 1 . In addition, each support column 35A extends upward from the upper surface of the bottom wall body 10 . The upper end surface of each support wall 35 (pillar 35A) is set lower than the uppermost end surface of the end wall body 11 (the upper end surfaces of the outer end wall 30, inner end wall 34, etc.) by the amount corresponding to the height of the second folded back wall 33 below.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9 , the operator bends the pair of front and rear outer plate portions 20 upward along the first folding line L1. The outer plate portion 20 is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the bottom wall body 10 and is provided in a state of extending upward from the peripheral portion (long side) of the bottom wall body 10 . In this state, the outer plate portion 20 overlaps the outer surface of each outer extension portion 37A.

Next, the operator bends the pair of front and rear upper plate edge portions 21 and the pair of front and rear inner plate portions 22 along the two second folding lines L2 so that the pair of left and right extension portions 37 are drawn in from above. The upper plate edge portion 21 is disposed above the extension portion 37 . The inner plate portion 22 is folded back downward relative to the outer plate portion 20 so as to cover the upper portion of each extension portion 37 so that each extension portion 37 is sandwiched between the inner plate portion 22 and the outer plate portion 20 . In addition, during the folding operation of the inner plate portion 22, etc., since the engaging piece portions 24 connected to the left and right sides of the inner plate portion 22 contact the outer edge wall 31, etc., they are bent outward along the first engaging bending line L4. (refer to FIG. 10 ), therefore, the folding operation of the inner plate portion 22 and the like can be performed smoothly. In addition, by bending the outer plate portion 20 , the upper plate edge portion 21 , and the inner plate portion 22 , the arched convex portion 21B relatively protrudes above the upper plate edge portion 21 (see FIG. 1 ).

Next, the operator bends the front and rear pair of engaging protrusions 23 along the fitting bending line L3 so that the front and rear pair of engaging protrusions 23 are fitted inside the front and rear pair of engaging recesses 25 so that the cover sheet 5B is positioned inside. The engaging convex portion 23 is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the inner plate portion 22 and takes a posture along the upper surface of the bottom wall body 10 . The engaging convex portion 23 fits (engages) with the engaging concave portion 25 in a posture along the bottom wall body 10 in a state where each extension portion 37 is sandwiched between the outer plate portion 20 and the inner plate portion 22 . The engaging convex portion 23 forms substantially the same plane as the upper surface of the bottom wall body 10 (upper bottom wall 10B) in a state of being fitted in the engaging concave portion 25 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 10 , the operator presses the pair of left and right engaging piece portions 24 of each inner plate portion 22 into the step between the lower end of the first folded back wall 32 and the inner edge wall 36 . The engaging piece portion 24 is bent along the first engaging bending line L4 and the second engaging bending line L5 while causing the engaging protrusion 24A to abut against the cut-in piece 38A (see FIG. 8 ). When the engagement protrusion 24A presses the cut-in piece 38A into the pillar 35A, and presses the engagement piece 24 in such a way as to bury (embed) the lower end of the first folded back wall 32 and the step of the inner edge wall 36, then The engaging protrusion 24A is engaged in the engaging groove 38 (see FIG. 1 ).

34A。Accordingly, the assembly work of the stack tray 1 is completed (see FIG. 1 ). In this state, the corrugated cardboard 5A of each of the end wall body 11 , the outer plate portion 20 , and the inner plate portion 22 extends in the vertical direction. The user stores packaged objects such as commodities on the upper surface of the bottom wall body 10 . In addition, since the end openings 30A, 34A are formed on the left and right end surfaces, and the openings 13 are formed on the front and rear side surfaces and the upper surface, it is possible to confirm (visually) the inside of the stacked tray 1 from four directions outside the stacking tray 1 . things. In addition, the outer end opening 30A and the inner end opening 34A may be omitted if there is no need to visually observe the packaged objects from the outside.

Next, the stacking operation of the stack tray 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12 . FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a stacked state of stack trays 1 . FIG. 12 is a perspective view illustrating the stacking operation of the stack tray 1 .

A plurality of stack trays 1 can be stacked. Next, for convenience of description, a case where two stack trays 1 are stacked will be described. In addition, in the following description, for convenience, the lower stacked tray 1 is referred to as "lower tray 1 (D)", and each structure of the lower tray 1 (D) is given reference numeral "(D)", and The upper stacked tray 1 is referred to as "upper tray 1 (U)", and each structure of the upper tray 1 (U) is given reference numeral "(U)".

First, the operator arranges the upper tray 1 (U) in the same orientation above the lower tray 1 (D), and lowers the upper tray 1 (U). The operator makes the bottom wall body 10 (U) of the upper tray 1 (U) enter the opening 13 (D) of the lower tray 1 (D), and loads the four lower surface corners of the bottom wall body 10 (U). Placed on the upper end faces of the four pillars 35A(D). Accordingly, the upper tray 1 (U) is placed on the lower tray 1 (D).

In the stacking tray 1 according to the first embodiment described above, the engaging convex portion 23 is formed so that the engagement protrusion 23 is substantially in the same position as the bottom wall body 10 in the state where the extension portion 37 is sandwiched by the side wall body 12 of the double-wall structure. The parallel posture is fitted (engaged) in the engaging recess 25 (see FIG. 9 ). According to this structure, if the extension portion 37 is lifted up on the side wall body 12 due to the force that makes the end wall body 11 fall outward, the side wall body 12 is unfolded (the outer plate portion 20, the inner plate portion 22, etc. are bent) The state before folding) is rotated outward (in the opposite direction to the thick arrow in FIG. 9 ), so that the top end of the engaging convex portion 23 abuts against the inner surface of the engaging concave portion 25 (the cross section of the notch portion 25A). . In this way, the engaging convex portion 23 is hooked to the engaging recessed portion 25 and is difficult to disengage from the engaging recessed portion 25 , thereby preventing the side wall body 12 from being deployed. Accordingly, the state in which the side wall body 12 sandwiches the extension portion 37 can be maintained. As a result, when a plurality of stack trays 1 are stacked, the assembled state of the lower stack tray 1 receiving the load can be maintained.

In addition, according to the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment, since the engaging piece portion 24 is engaged with the engaging groove 38 in a state where the engaging convex portion 23 is fitted into the engaging recessed portion 25 , it is possible to The rotation of the inner plate portion 22 in the unfolding direction is effectively hindered. Accordingly, the state where the engaging convex portion 23 is fitted into the engaging concave portion 25 can be maintained, and the state where the side wall body 12 sandwiches the extension portion 37 can be further effectively maintained.

In addition, the stack pallet 1 according to the first embodiment is configured to include two corrugated cardboard sheets (lower bottom wall 10A, upper bottom wall 10B) in which the corrugated cardboard 5A of the bottom wall body 10 is perpendicular to each other (see FIG. 5 ). According to this structure, the bending rigidity, torsional rigidity, etc. of the bottom wall body 10 can be improved compared with the case where the corrugated cardboard 5A of the lower bottom wall 10A and the upper bottom wall 10B are arranged in the same direction. Thereby, even a heavy to-be-packed object can be accommodated suitably.

10。In addition, according to the stacking tray 1 according to the first embodiment, since the bottom wall body 10 has a three-layer stacked structure (refer to FIG. The rigidity and loading strength of the bottom wall body 10 can be further improved. In addition, by sandwiching the intermediate bottom wall 10C between the lower bottom wall 10A and the upper bottom wall 10B, the end wall body 11 can be firmly connected to the bottom wall body 10 .

1。In addition, in the stack pallet 1 according to the first embodiment, the end wall body 11 and the like have a two-layer laminated structure, and the corrugated cardboard 5A of the end wall body 11 extends in the vertical direction (see FIG. 4 ). According to this structure, the axial rigidity, compressive strength, etc. of the end wall body 11 can be improved compared to the case where the corrugated cardboard 5A of the end wall body 11 is extended in the lateral direction (direction perpendicular to the stacking direction). According to this, it is possible to stack a plurality of stack trays 1 storing heavy objects to be packaged.

35A。In addition, according to the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment, the support wall 35 is bent along the first bending line L15, the second bending line L16, and the third bending line by the inner edge wall 36 being concavely bent along the second bending line L16. The folding line L17 is automatically bent to form a square tube-shaped support 35A (see FIG. 8 ). According to this structure, the pillar 35A for supporting the upper stack tray 1 (upper tray 1 (U)) can be formed easily in a short time.

In addition, according to the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment, when the end wall body 11 (the outer end wall 30 and the inner end wall 34 ) is viewed from the angle of the end surface side (left-right direction), the width is formed so that Since it gradually becomes wider upward, the opening 13 can be formed wider than the bottom wall body 10 . Accordingly, when the bottom wall body 10 (U) of the upper tray 1 (U) is inserted into the opening 13 (D) of the lower tray 1 (D), it is possible to prevent the bottom wall body 10 (U) from being caught on the lower tray. 1(D), the upper end of the end wall body 11(D), and the like. Accordingly, the upper tray 1 (U) can be smoothly inserted into the lower tray 1 (D), and the stacking operation of the stack tray 1 can be easily performed.

1。In addition, according to the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment, the end surface (cut surface) of the inner edge wall 36 can be covered by folding the first folded back wall 32 to overlap the inner edge wall 36 . Moreover, the end surface (cut surface) of the outer edge wall 31 can be covered by folding back the 2nd folded-back wall 33 and overlapping it with the outer edge wall 31. According to this, the corrugated cardboard 5A etc. which appear on the end surface of a corrugated cardboard can be covered, and the stack tray 1 which has favorable appearance can be provided.

Second Embodiment]

Next, the stack tray 2 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 to 16 . FIG. 13 is a plan view showing the first blank 2A and the second blank 2B of the stack tray 2 . FIG. 14 is a plan view showing the third blank 2C of the stack tray 2 . Figure 15 is a representation of

It is a top view of the state which connected the 1st blank board 2A and 2 C of 3rd blank boards. FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a connecting step (third step) of the stack tray 2 . In addition, in the following description, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected to the same structure as the stack tray 1 which concerns on 1st Embodiment, and the same description is abbreviate|omitted.

The stack tray 2 is formed by joining and assembling the first blank 2A, the second blank 2B, and the third blank 2C shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 . These first blank board 2A, second blank board 2B, and third blank board 2C are each formed by punching out a sheet of paper corrugated cardboard (double-sided corrugated cardboard) with a die cutter or the like.

First Blank]

M1。As shown in FIG. 13 , the first blank 2A includes a lower bottom wall 10A and a pair of side wall bodies 12 . The first blank 2A is substantially the same as the first blank 1A of the first embodiment, but the dimension in the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A is formed slightly shorter than the dimension in the corrugation direction of the base end portion of the outer plate portion 20 . Therefore, both ends of the lower bottom wall 10A in the corrugation direction are slightly recessed inward in the corrugation direction from the pair of side wall bodies 12 (outer plate parts 20 ). In addition, the lower mark M1 is omitted for the lower bottom wall 10A.

Second Blank]

The second blank 2B includes an upper bottom wall 40B. On both sides of the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 40B, a pair of notch lines L21 (cutting lines) are formed along the contour of the notch 25A while the inner side is reserved as the bottom wall folding line L20 (universal folding line, leading folding line). ). The pair of incision lines L21 extend from both ends in the corrugation direction of the bottom wall return line L20 toward the end in the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 40B. That is, the area surrounded by the bottom wall return line L20 and the pair of notch lines L21 (hereinafter also referred to as “notch return portion 41 ”) is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape so as to constitute the notch portion 25A. The pair of notch portions 25A are each formed in a state where the notch folded portion 41 (a part of the upper bottom wall 40B) is folded back downward along the bottom wall folded line L20 . Moreover, two upper side marks M4 (cutting line) located in the corrugation direction center of two bottom wall return lines L20 are formed in the upper bottom wall 40B.

Third Blank]

11。As shown in FIG. 14 , the third blank plate 2C includes an intermediate bottom wall 40C and an end wall body 11 .

M3。On one end portion (free end) of the intermediate bottom wall 40C in the corrugation direction, a connection convex portion 42A and a connection concave portion 42B are formed aligned in the corrugation direction. The connecting convex portion 42A protrudes outward from the free end of the intermediate bottom wall 40C, and the connecting concave portion 42B is recessed inward from the free end of the intermediate bottom wall 40C. On the intermediate bottom wall 40C, a pair of fitting grooves 43 are formed at positions sandwiching the connecting convex portion 42A and the connecting concave portion 42B from both sides in the corrugation direction. Each fitting groove 43 is a notch extending inward from the free end of the middle bottom wall 40C. Each of the fitting grooves 43 is formed so that the notch turnback 41 after the upper bottom wall 40B is turned over along the bottom wall turnback line L20 is fitted. In addition, the first middle mark M2 and the second middle mark M3 are omitted for the middle bottom wall 10C.

34B。An abutting portion 44 is connected to one end portion (lower end portion in assembled state) of each outer edge wall 31 of the end wall body 11 in the corrugation direction by a shear line L22 such as a perforated line. The pair of abutting portions 44 are each formed in a substantially triangular shape and have inclined side portions 44A corresponding to the inclined portion 20A of the outer plate portion 20 . The inclined side portions 44A of the pair of abutting portions 44 are inclined so as to be away from each other as the two end portions in the corrugation direction of the lower fold line L10 approach the intermediate bottom wall 40C side. In addition, the inner end wall 34 is provided in a state connected to the other end portion (upper end portion in the assembled state) of the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction by two third return lines L14. Between the two third return lines L14, a third edge portion 34B is formed.

Connection process]

Next, referring to FIG. 15 and FIG. 16 , a connection process of the first blank plate 2A, the first blank plate 2B, and the third blank plate 2C will be described. Here, a description will be given of a case where a worker performs the connecting process manually.

First, the worker forms the end wall body 11 in the same procedure as the first step of the already-described connecting step. Next, the worker executes the second process. The operator pastes double-sided tape on the surface paper 5B of the pair of intermediate bottom walls 40C, and arranges the pair of end wall bodies 11 on both sides of the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 10A on the workbench. As shown in FIG. 15 , when the operator gradually moves the pair of intermediate bottom walls 40C closer to each other while the pair of intermediate bottom walls 40C are arranged on the upper surface of the lower bottom wall 10A, the inclination of the front and rear pair of abutting portions 44 will increase. The side portion 44A abuts against the inclined portion 20A of the pair of front and rear outer plate portions 20 . Then, the pair of intermediate bottom walls 40C is positioned on the lower bottom wall 10A. In this state, the operator bends each intermediate bottom wall 40C to fit one connecting convex portion 42A into the other connecting concave portion 42B, and the other connecting convex portion 42A fits into one connecting concave portion 42B. Thereafter, the worker firmly presses each intermediate bottom wall 40C against the lower bottom wall 10A, thereby bonding each intermediate bottom wall 40C to the lower bottom wall 10A with the double-sided tape (end of the second step). In addition, after the second step is completed, each contact portion 44 is cut from the outer edge wall 31 along the cutting line L22 and discarded. In addition, in the state where the second step is completed, the fitting groove 43 of the one intermediate bottom wall 40C and the fitting groove 43 of the other intermediate bottom wall 40C are connected into one.

Next, the worker performs the third process. As shown in FIG. 16 , the worker turns the pair of notched folded-back portions 41 of the upper bottom wall 40B downward to form the notched portion 25A. Next, the worker sticks the double-sided tape on the central portion of the lower surface of the upper bottom wall 40B and the lower surfaces of the folded pair of notched folded portions 41 . The operator adheres the upper bottom wall 40B facing upward of the sheet paper 5B to the upper surfaces of the pair of intermediate bottom walls 40C. Specifically, the worker aligns each of the upper bottom walls 40C and the upper bottom wall 10B by aligning each upper side mark M4 (see FIG. 13 ) of the upper bottom wall 40B with the central joint of the pair of intermediate bottom walls 40C. bit. Then, the worker fits the pair of notched folded portions 41 folded back on the lower surface of the upper bottom wall 40B into the pair of fitting grooves 43 connected at the centers of the pair of intermediate bottom walls 40C. In this way, the upper bottom wall 40B is bonded to each intermediate bottom wall 10C with the double-sided tape in a state where the pair of cutout folded portions 41 are fitted into the pair of fitting grooves 43 (end of the third step).

Accordingly, the connecting process ends. In this state, like the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment, the bottom wall body 10 of the three-layer laminated structure is formed, and a pair of engagement recesses 25 are formed on the upper surface of the bottom wall body 10 (refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 6 ). 9 etc.). After that, the stack tray 2 is assembled in substantially the same steps as the already-described assembly process (see FIG. 1 and the like).

40C。According to the stack tray 2 according to the second embodiment as described above, the same effect as that of the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment can be obtained. In addition, according to the stack tray 2 according to the second embodiment, simply and accurately positioning relative to the lower bottom wall 10A is possible only by the abutting portion 44 of the end wall body 11 abutting against the inclined portion 20A of the outer plate portion 20 . Intermediate bottom wall 40C.

40B。In addition, since the notched folded portion 41 (part of the upper bottom wall 40B) folded back by the bottom wall folded line L20 is fitted into the fitting groove 43 of the intermediate bottom wall 40C, it can be easily and accurately positioned relative to the intermediate bottom wall 40C. Upper bottom wall 40B.

40C。In addition, the contact portion 44 as described above may be provided on the outer edge wall 31 of the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment. In addition, in the stack tray 2 according to the second embodiment, the contact portion 44 may be omitted, and the intermediate bottom wall 40C may be positioned by the lower side mark M1 formed on the lower bottom wall 10A.

In addition, in the stacking tray 1 according to the first embodiment and the stacking tray 2 according to the second embodiment, the corrugated paper sheets 5A of the upper bottom walls 10B, 40B and the intermediate bottom walls 10C, 40C are aligned in the same direction, but are not They are not limited to this, and may be orthogonal to each other (intersect). In addition, although the corrugated paper 5A of the lower bottom wall 10A and the upper bottom walls 10B, 40B (intermediate bottom walls 10C, 40C) are perpendicular to each other, it is not limited thereto, and may intersect at an angle other than 90 degrees. In addition, in the stacking tray 1 according to the first embodiment and the stacking tray 2 according to the second embodiment, the pair of intermediate bottom walls 10C are sandwiched between the lower bottom wall 10A and the upper bottom wall 10B, but the present invention does not Limited to this. For example, the pair of intermediate bottom walls 10C may be bonded to the lower surface of the lower bottom wall 10A.

In addition, in the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment and the stack tray 2 according to the second embodiment, the outer extension part 37A and the inner extension part 37B are attached, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, either one of the outer extension portion 37A and the inner extension portion 37B may be omitted. In addition, in the stacking tray 1 according to the first embodiment and the stacking tray 2 according to the second embodiment, the engaging piece portion 24 is engaged with the end wall body 11 to assist in suppressing the expansion of the side wall body 12 . However, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as long as the state in which the extension portion 37 is clamped by the side wall body 12 can be effectively maintained only by the fitting of the engaging convex portion 23 and the engaging concave portion 25, the engaging piece portion 24 and the engaging groove may also be omitted. 38 etc.

Third Embodiment]

In the above-mentioned stacking tray 1 according to the first embodiment and the stacking tray 2 according to the second embodiment, the bottom wall body 10 is formed in a three-layer stacked structure, and the end wall body 11 is formed in a two-layer stacked structure. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, as the stack tray 3 according to the third embodiment, the bottom wall body 50 may be formed of two corrugated cardboards, and the end wall body 51 may be formed of one corrugated cardboard. Next, the stack tray 3 according to the third embodiment will be briefly described with reference to FIG. 17 . FIG. 17 is a plan view showing the first blank 3A and the second blank 3B of the stack tray 3 . In addition, in the following description, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected to the same structure as the stack tray 1 which concerns on 1st Embodiment, and the same description is abbreviate|omitted.

The first blank 3A includes a lower bottom wall 50A, a pair of end walls 51 and a pair of side walls 12 , and the second blank 3B includes an upper bottom wall 50B. In this case, intermediate bottom wall 10C, outer end wall 30 , outer edge wall 31 , first folded back wall 32 , second folded back wall 33 , etc., which are the configuration of stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment, are omitted. Each end wall body 51 is constituted by the inner end wall 34 , the support wall 35 , the inner edge wall 36 , the inner extension portion 37B, and the like. The corrugated cardboard 5A of the 1st blank board 3A extends in the direction parallel to the long side of 50 A of lower bottom walls. The corrugated cardboard 5A of the 2nd blank board 3B extends in the direction parallel to the short side of the upper bottom wall 50B. The operator glues the upper bottom wall 50B to the upper surface of the lower bottom wall 50A to form the bottom wall body 50 of double-layer laminated structure, and erects the end wall body 51 and the side wall body 12 around the bottom wall body 50. , able to assemble stacked pallets 3. In addition, the lower bottom wall 50A and the corrugated cardboard 5A of the upper bottom wall 50B may intersect at an angle other than 90 degrees.

23。In addition, as a modified example of the third embodiment, for example, the upper bottom wall 50B may be omitted, and the bottom wall body 50 (not shown) may be formed of only the lower bottom wall 50A. In this case, for example, it is preferable to use a multilayer double-faced corrugated cardboard (a single-faced corrugated cardboard formed by attaching a backing paper to one side of the corrugated cardboard 5A) to form the lower bottom wall 50A and a pair of side walls. The wall body 12 and a pair of end wall bodies 51 . In this case, it is preferable to partially remove the single-sided corrugated paper to form the engaging recessed portion 25 on the lower bottom wall 50A and form the engaging convex portion 23 on the side wall body 12 (inner plate portion 22 ).

In addition, in the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment to the stack tray 3 according to the third embodiment (including modifications, the same applies below), the engagement protrusion 23 is formed so that the width increases from the base end to the top end. Correspondingly, the engagement recess 25 is formed into a substantially trapezoid whose width becomes narrower as it moves from the end (edge) of the bottom wall body 10, 50 to the inside, but the present invention does not Limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 18A , it is also possible to form the engagement convex portion 23 into a substantially trapezoid whose width increases from the base end to the top end, and to form the engagement concave portion 25 into a width that increases from the bottom wall body 10, The end portion of 50 is substantially trapezoidal inwardly and widened (first modified example). In addition, for example, as shown in FIG. 18B , the engaging convex portion 23 and the engaging concave portion 25 may be formed in a concavo-convex shape (comb-tooth shape) (second modified example). In addition, the engaging convex part 23 etc. may be formed in triangular, rectangular, semicircular, etc. (not shown).

In addition, in the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment to the stack tray 3 according to the third embodiment, the engaging convex portion 23 and the engaging concave portion 25 are formed to be long in the left-right direction, but the present invention does not Limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 19A , it is also possible to form the engaging convex portion 23 at the center portion in the left-right direction of the inner plate portion 22, and to form the engaging concave portion 25 at the center portion in the left-right direction of the bottom wall bodies 10, 50 (third modification example). In addition, for example, as shown in FIG. 19B , a plurality (for example, two in FIG. 19B ) of engaging protrusions 23 and engaging recesses 25 may be formed at predetermined intervals (discretely) in the left-right direction ( fourth modified example).

Fourth embodiment]

Next, the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 20 to 22 . FIG. 20 is a perspective view showing the stack tray 4 . FIG. 21 is a plan view showing the first blank 4A and the second blank 4B of the stack tray 4 . FIG. 22 is a plan view showing the third blank 4C of the stack tray 4 . In addition, in the following description, the same code|symbol is attached|subjected to the structure same as or corresponding to the stack tray 1 which concerns on 1st Embodiment, and description is abbreviate|omitted.

Summary of Stack Tray]

As shown in FIG. 20 , the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment is different from the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment in that the rear surface is closed and has an opening 63 extending from the front surface to the top surface. In addition, the stacking tray 4 has the end piece body 66 provided in a state connected to the peripheral portion of the bottom wall body 60 on which the end wall body 61 is arranged, and the stacking protrusion 88 protruding from the upper end surface of each support column 81A. It is different from the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment in a respect (details will be described later). Also, in this stack pallet 4, the bottom wall body 60 is formed of two sheets of corrugated cardboard (double layered structure) (details will be described later).

The stack tray 4 is formed by joining and assembling the first blank 4A, the second blank 4B, and the third blank 4C shown in FIGS. 21 and 22 . These first blank board 4A, second blank board 4B, and third blank board 4C are each formed by punching out a sheet of paper corrugated cardboard (double-sided corrugated cardboard) with a die cutter or the like.

First Blank]

As shown in FIG. 21 , the first blank 4A includes a lower bottom wall 60A, a side wall 12 , a back wall 65 and a pair of end pieces 66 . The side wall body 12 and the rear wall 65 are provided in a state of being connected to both ends of the lower bottom wall 60A in the corrugation direction by the first fold line L1. The pair of end pieces 66 are provided in a state of being connected to both end portions in the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 60A by the third fold line L30. In addition, the shape of the side wall body 12 is different from the side wall body 12 of the first embodiment. Although the bending hole 21A, the engaging piece 24, etc. are omitted, the basic function of the side wall body 12 is different from that of the first embodiment. The wall body 12 is the same, and therefore description thereof and the like are omitted. In addition, since the pair of end pieces 66 are formed approximately symmetrically in the corrugation direction with the lower bottom wall 60A interposed therebetween, the following description will focus on one (right side in FIG. 21 ) end piece 66 .

The protruding dimension of the second engaging convex portion 73 is set to be shorter (for example, about half) than the protruding dimension of the inner sheet portion 72 . In addition, the protruding dimension of the second engaging convex portion 73 may be substantially the same as that of the inner sheet portion 72 or may be slightly longer.

Second Blank]

As shown in FIG. 21 , the second blank 4B includes an upper bottom wall 60B. The upper bottom wall 60B is slightly smaller than the lower bottom wall 60A, and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape long in the corrugation direction. The dimension in the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 60B is set to a value not greater than the value obtained by subtracting the protruding dimension of the engaging convex portion 23 from the dimension in the corrugation direction of the lower bottom wall 60A. At one end in the corrugation direction (the front end in the assembled state) and the center in the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 60B, a substantially semicircular finger hook recess 75A is formed in a recessed state. An upper mark M6 (cutting line) is formed at the other end in the corrugation direction (rear end in an assembled state) and at the center in the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 60B.

In the four corners of the upper bottom wall 60B, four notches 76 for substantially quadrilateral pillars are cut so as to correspond to the four pillars 81A. The two column notches 76 located on both sides in the corrugation direction across the finger hook recess 75A are formed smaller than the other two column notches 76 . Specifically, the two relatively small notch portions 76 for pillars are cut shallower than the other two notch portions 76 for pillars by an amount corresponding to the protruding dimension of the engaging convex portion 23 . A pair of second notch portions 77A are formed in a recessed state toward the inside at both end portions in the corrugation direction of the upper bottom wall 60B. The second notch portion 77A is formed in approximately the same shape (complementary shape) as the second engaging convex portion 73 . Further, at the center in the corrugation direction of the edge portion of the second notch portion 77A, a substantially semicircular finger hook recess portion 77B is formed in a recessed state.

Third Blank]

由于两张第三坯板4C(一对端壁体61)在彼此翻转时形状一致,因此,下面针对一张第三坯板4C(图22中的左侧的端壁体61)进行说明。As shown in FIG. 22 , the third blank 4C includes an end wall body 61 . In addition, when assembling the stacking tray 4, the pair of left and right end wall bodies 61 are formed using the two 3rd blank board 4C of a left-right symmetrical shape. Since the two third blanks 4C (a pair of end wall bodies 61 ) have the same shape when turned over, one third blank plate 4C (the left end wall body 61 in FIG. 22 ) will be described below.

81。The end wall body 61 includes an outer end wall 30 , an outer edge wall 31 , a connection (continuation) piece 80 , an inner end wall 34 and a pair of support walls 81 .

The outer end wall 30 has a generally rectangular shape that is longer in the corrugation direction. The outer edge wall 31 is provided in a state of being connected to one end portion (a side end portion (a front end portion in an assembled state)) of the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction by a side fold line L11. In the assembled state, a substantially rectangular extension portion 82 is integrally formed on the lower side of the outer edge wall 31 . The extension portion 82 is provided in a state extending outward from the tip portion of the outer edge wall 31 . Therefore, the extension portion 82 and the outer edge wall 31 are formed in a substantially L-shape as a whole. In the middle part of the extension part 82, an extension folding line L40 for folding the extension part 82 back approximately in half is formed. The extended return line L40 is a half-cut line formed by cutting about half in the thickness direction from the surface paper 5B side, or a perforated line formed by arranging a plurality of cut lines at predetermined intervals.

M7。The connection piece 80 is provided in a state of being connected to the other end portion (rear end portion in the assembled state) of the outer end wall 30 in the corrugation direction via the side fold line L11. The connection sheet 80 is formed in a rectangular shape elongated in the corrugation direction, and a connection (continuation) mark M7 is formed at the center of the connection sheet 80 in the corrugation direction.

The inner end wall 34 is provided in a state of being connected to the corrugation-direction end portion (the upper end portion in the assembled state) of the outer end wall 30 via two third return lines L14. Between the two third return lines L14, a third edge portion 34B is formed. The pair of support walls 81 are provided in a state of being connected to both end portions in the corrugation direction of the inner end wall 34 by the first bending line L15.

In addition, in the first embodiment, the outer end wall 30 (inner end wall 34 ) is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape whose width gradually increases from the bottom to the top, but in the fourth embodiment, the outer end wall 30 etc. It is formed into a rectangle whose width is substantially the same from the bottom to the top. In addition, in the first embodiment, the side fold line L11, the first bend line L15, etc. are inclined to the corrugated cardboard 5A, but in the fourth embodiment, the side fold line L11, etc. are formed substantially parallel to the corrugated cardboard 5A. In this way, since the outer end wall 30, etc., and the side fold line L11, etc. are slightly different from the first embodiment, but their basic functions are the same as those of the first embodiment, the outer end wall 30, etc., the side fold line L11, etc., are omitted. The description etc. In addition, the shape of the outer end wall 30 etc., the side fold line L11, etc. which concern on 4th Embodiment may be made the same as the shape of the outer end wall 30 etc., the side fold line L11, etc. which concern on 1st Embodiment.

Each support wall 81 is formed as a whole in a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the corrugation direction. The dimension in the corrugation direction of each support wall 81 is set substantially the same as the dimension in the corrugation direction of the inner end wall 34 . The dimension (projection dimension) of each support wall 81 in the corrugation direction is set to be longer than the dimension of the inner end wall 34 in the corrugation direction. In addition, since a pair of support wall 81 is formed symmetrically with respect to the corrugation direction across the inner end wall 34, it demonstrates below with respect to one support wall 81. As shown in FIG.

The support wall 81 includes a main body wall 83 , a contact wall 84 , a fixed wall 85 and a diagonal wall 86 . The main body wall 83 is provided in a state of being connected to the inner end wall 34 via a first bending line L15, and has a second bending line L41 extending parallel to the first bending line L15. The contact wall 84 is provided in a state of being connected to the main body wall 83 via the third bending line L42. The fixed wall 85 is provided in a state of being connected to the contact wall 84 via the fourth bending line L43. The diagonal wall 86 is provided in a state of being connected to the fixed wall 85 by the fifth bending line L44. The first bending line L15, the second bending line L41 to the fifth bending line L44 are formed parallel to each other and at approximately equal intervals. In addition, the first bending line L15 is a guiding folding line, and the second bending line L41 to fifth bending line L44 are universal folding lines.

The diagonal wall 86 is formed into a substantially quadrangular shape whose width is wider than that of the contact wall 84 and the fixed wall 85 in the corrugation direction. Details will be described later, but the diagonal wall 86 is formed to have a width substantially equal to the diagonal of the square pillar-shaped pillar 81A. Both ends of the diagonal wall 86 in the corrugation direction are bent so as to protrude toward the outer end wall 30 side (upward in the assembled state). In the assembled state, a curved recess 87 is formed at the lower end of the diagonal wall 86, and a stacked protrusion protruding upward from the main body wall 83 (the contact wall 84, the fixing wall 85) is formed at the upper end of the diagonal wall 86 in the assembled state. Section 88. The protruding amount of the lamination protrusion 88 is substantially the same as the recessing amount of the curved concave portion 87 .

Connection process]

Next, the process (connection process) of connecting the 1st blank plate 4A - 3rd blank plate 4C is demonstrated with reference to FIGS. 21-24. FIG. 23 is a perspective view showing a state in which the connecting step of the stack tray 4 is completed. FIG. 24 is an enlarged perspective view showing the support wall 82 and the like.

The first process>

First, the worker forms the end wall body 61 using the third base plate 4C (first step). The operator sticks a double-sided adhesive tape (not shown) on the inner end wall 34 (around the inner end opening 34A), so that the inner end wall 34 (the third edge 34B) goes outward along the two third folding lines L14. The end wall 30 is folded back (turned over) sideways. Then, the inner end wall 34 overlaps the inner surface of the outer end wall 30 (backing paper 5C), and is adhered to the inner surface of the outer end wall 30 with a double-sided adhesive tape.

Next, the operator sticks the double-sided tape on the surface paper 5B of the fixed wall 85 (or along the side fold line L11 of the outer end wall 30 ). Next, the worker bends the support wall 81 so as to be drawn in (see FIGS. 23 and 24 ). Specifically, the operator folds the diagonal wall 86 inward along the fifth bending line L44 and folds the contact wall 84 inward along the third bending line L42. Then, the fixed wall 85 is adhered to the inner surface of the outer end wall 30 by double-sided adhesive tape, and the diagonal wall 86 is sandwiched between the main body wall 83 and the contact wall 84 and the like. The support wall 81 is folded along the third bending line L42 and the fifth bending line L44 (see FIGS. 23 and 24 ).

82。In addition, the operator sticks the double-sided tape on the distal end side (or proximal end side) of the extension part 82, and folds the distal end side of the extension part 82 outward along the extension folding line L40 (see FIG. 23 ). The distal end side of the extension part 82 is adhered to the base end side with a double-sided adhesive tape, thereby constituting the extension part 82 having a two-layer laminated structure.

61。Accordingly, the first step is completed, and the end wall body 61 in which two corrugated cardboard sheets are laminated is completed (see FIG. 23 ). In addition, the operator repeats the above-mentioned first step to form two symmetrical end wall bodies 61 .

Second Process>

Next, the worker connects the first base plate 4A and the end wall body 61 (second step). The operator pastes the double-sided adhesive tape on the backing paper 5C of the connecting piece 80 of each end wall body 61 . Next, the operator adheres the connection pieces 80 of the pair of end wall bodies 61 to the surface paper 5B of the back wall 65 of the first blank 4A (see FIG. 24 ). A pair of connecting pieces 80 are adhered to the left and right sides of the back wall 65 with their top ends aligned with the sticking marks M5 (see FIG. 23 ).

Accordingly, the second step ends, and the pair of end wall bodies 61 and the rear wall 65 are connected to each other (see FIG. 23 ).

Third process>

接着,作业人员使第二坯板4B(上底壁60B)连结于第一坯板4A的下底壁60A(第三工序)。 76。Next, the operator connects the second blank 4B (upper bottom wall 60B) to the lower bottom wall 60A of the first blank 4A (third step). The worker sticks the double-sided tape on the backing paper 5C of the upper bottom wall 60B (or the lower bottom wall 60A). As shown in FIG. 23 , the worker adheres the upper bottom wall 60B to the lower bottom wall 60A while aligning the upper mark M6 of the upper bottom wall 60B with the lower mark M1 of the lower bottom wall 60A. In this state, the upper bottom wall 60B is adhered to the lower bottom wall 60A with the double-sided adhesive tape in such a posture that the pair of second notches 77A face the pair of outer sheet parts 70 . In addition, the front end (front edge) of the upper bottom wall 60B is separated from the side wall body 12 to the rear (the first folding line L1 ). In addition, the four lamination holes 67 opened in the lower bottom wall 60A are located in the four pillar notches 76 of the upper bottom wall 60B.

Accordingly, the third step is completed, and the bottom wall body 60 having a double-layer laminated structure in which the lower bottom wall 60A and the upper bottom wall 60B are laminated is formed. In this way, the connecting process ends. In this state, the corrugated cardboard 5A of the lower bottom wall 60A and the corrugated cardboard 5A of the upper bottom wall 60B extend in directions perpendicular to each other. Moreover, the engagement recessed part 25 is comprised in the range surrounded by the upper surface of 60 A of lower bottom walls, and the front-end|tip of the upper bottom wall 60B. Furthermore, a pair of second engagement recesses 77 is formed in a range surrounded by the upper surface of the lower bottom wall 60A and the pair of second notches 77A. The pair of second engaging recesses 77 is formed in a state of being recessed on both left and right sides of the upper surface of the bottom wall body 10 .

In addition, the sticking position etc. of the double-sided tape in the above-mentioned connecting process may be changed suitably, and an adhesive agent may be used instead of a double-sided tape.

Next, an assembly process of the stack tray 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 20 , 24 to 27 . FIG. 25 is a perspective view showing an assembly process of the end wall body 61 and the like. FIG. 26 is an enlarged perspective view showing the pillar 81A and the like. FIG. 27 is a perspective view illustrating an assembly process of the stack tray 4 . In addition, here, the case where an operator performs an assembly process by manual work is demonstrated.

The stacking tray 4 is assembled by appropriately bending the joined first blank 4A, second blank 4B, and third blank 4C. As shown in FIG. 25 , the operator bends the rear wall 65 upward along the first folding line L1 to make the rear wall 65 stand up substantially vertically. Next, the worker bends the pair of left and right outer end walls 30 forward along the side folding line L11 at a substantially right angle. The end wall body 61 (outer end wall 30 ) is arranged in a standing posture on the peripheral portion (short side) of the bottom wall body 60 .

76。As shown in FIG. 24, along with the bending of the outer end wall 30, the contact wall 84 of the rear support wall 81 is pressed against the back wall 65 and bent along the fourth bending line L43, and the main body wall 83 is bent along the first bending line. L15 is concavely bent and convexly bent along the second bending line L41 while being pushed out inward (see the dotted arrow in FIG. 24 ). Then, as shown in FIG. 26, the support wall 81 makes the main body wall 83 concavely bend at the first bending line L15 and convexly bend at the second bending line L41, and makes the contact wall 84 convexly bend at the third bending line L42 and bend at the fourth bending line. The folding line L43 is convexly folded to form a pillar 81A having a rectangular cross section. In addition, the pillar 81A is arranged in the notch part 76 for pillars of the upper bottom wall 60B.

The contact wall 84 overlaps the inner surface of the rear wall 65 in a state of being convexly bent along the third bending line L42. The fixing wall 85 is fixed to the outer end wall 30 along the lateral folding line L11 in a state where the contact wall 84 is convexly bent along the third bending line L42. The main body wall 83 is bent into a substantially L-shape along the second bending line L41. The diagonal wall 86 is configured in a state where the fifth bending line L44 is convexly bent and extends toward the third bending line L42. That is, the diagonal walls 86 are arranged on the diagonals of the rectangular cross-section of the pillar 81A. In this manner, by wrapping the support wall 81 , the square tube-shaped support column 81A is formed. The upper end surface of each support wall 81 (pillar 81A) forms substantially the same plane as the uppermost end surfaces of the end wall body 61 and the rear wall 65 . In addition, the lamination protrusions 88 of the respective diagonal walls 86 protrude upward from the upper end surface of the pillar 81A.

Next, as shown in FIG. 25 , the worker bends the pair of left and right outer panel portions 70 upward along the third folding line L30 at a substantially right angle. The outer sheet portion 70 is provided in a state extending upward from the peripheral portion (short side) of the bottom wall body 60 , and overlaps the outer surface of the end wall body 61 (outer end wall 30 ).

Next, the operator bends the pair of left and right frame edge portions 71 and the pair of left and right inner sheet portions 72 so as to be drawn into the lower portion of the end wall body 61 along the two frame edge bending lines L31. The frame edge part 71 penetrates each end opening part 30A, 34A, and is arrange|positioned above the lower edge part of each end opening part 30A, 34A. The inner sheet part 72 is folded back downward relative to the outer sheet part 70 to sandwich the lower part of the end wall body 61 between the inner sheet part 70 and the outer sheet part 70 .

Next, the operator bends the pair of left and right second engagement protrusions 73 along the second fitting bending line L32, so that the pair of left and right second engagement protrusions 73 fits into the pair of left and right second engagement recesses. 77. The second engaging convex portion 73 is bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the inner sheet portion 72 and takes a posture along the upper surface of the bottom wall body 60 . In the state where the lower part of the end wall body 61 is clamped by the outer piece part 70 and the inner piece part 72, the second engaging convex part 73 fits (engages) with the second card in a posture along the bottom wall body 60. Combined recess 77. The second engaging convex portion 73 forms substantially the same plane as the upper surface of the bottom wall body 60 (upper bottom wall 60B) in a state of being fitted in the second engaging concave portion 77 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 27 , the operator bends the pair of left and right outer edge walls 31 inwardly along the side folding line L11 to form a substantially right angle. The outer edge wall 31 and the extension portion 82 are provided in a state extending from the side end portion of the outer end wall 30 toward the side wall body 12 . Along with the bending of the outer edge wall 31, the contact wall 84 of the front support wall 81 is pushed out toward the outer edge wall 31 and bent along the fourth bending line L43, and the main body wall 83 is concavely bent along the first bending line L15 and is bent along the first bending line L15. The convex side of the second bending line L41 is pushed out to the inside. The front support wall 81 forms a pillar 81A having a rectangular cross section similarly to the rear support wall 81 . The diagonal walls 86 are arranged on the diagonals of the rectangular cross-section of the pillar 81A.

Next, the operator bends the pair of left and right second extension parts 74 inwardly along the extended bending line L33 to form a substantially right angle. The second extension portion 74 overlaps the outer surface of the extension portion 82 and is provided in a state extending toward the side wall body 12 .

Next, as shown in FIG. 20 , the operator bends the outer plate portion 20 upward along the first folding line L1 at a substantially right angle, and bends the upper plate edge portion 21 and the inner plate portion 22 along the two second folding lines L2. . Then, the second extension portion 74 is sandwiched by the outer plate portion 20 and the inner plate portion 22 together with the extension portion 82 . Next, the worker bends the engaging convex portion 23 along the fitting bending line L3 to fit it into the engaging concave portion 25 (see FIG. 9 and the like).

Thereby, the assembly work of the stack tray 4 is completed (refer FIG. 20). In this state, the corrugated cardboard 5A such as the end wall body 61 extends in the vertical direction.

Next, the stacking operation of the stack tray 4 will be briefly described. The stacking operation of the stacking tray 4 is substantially the same as that of the stacking tray 1 according to the first embodiment. By placing the bottom wall 60 of the upper stacking tray 4 on the four pillars 81A of the lower stacking tray 4, Instead, a plurality of stack trays 4 are stacked. When a plurality of stack trays 4 are stacked, the four stack protrusions 88 of the lower stack tray 4 are inserted from below into the stack holes 67 (not shown) of the upper stack tray 4 . The top end surface of the stacking protrusion 88 passes through the stacking hole 67 and abuts against the lower end surface (not shown) of the curved concave portion 87 .

In the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment as described above, the second engaging convex portion 73 is configured to be substantially parallel to the bottom wall body 60 in a state where the lower portion of the end wall body 61 is sandwiched. It fits (engages) in the second engaging recessed portion 77 (see FIG. 20 ). According to this configuration, when a force that causes the end wall body 61 to fall outward acts, the end sheet body 66 rotates outward so as to be expanded, and the tip end of the second engaging convex portion 73 abuts against the second engaging concave portion. 77 (the cross section of the second notch 77A). Then, since it is difficult for the second engaging convex portion 73 to disengage from the second engaging concave portion 77 , it is possible to prevent the end sheet body 66 from being unfolded. Accordingly, the state in which the end piece body 66 sandwiches the end wall body 61 can be maintained, and the standing posture of the end wall body 61 can be maintained. In this way, in addition to the engaging action between the engaging convex portion 23 and the engaging concave portion 25, the engaging action between the second engaging convex portion 73 and the second engaging concave portion 77 is also applied, so that the maintenance of the stacked tray 4 can be improved. The effect of the assembly state.

Moreover, in the stack tray 4 which concerns on 4th Embodiment, it is comprised so that the 2nd extension part 74 may be clamped by the side wall body 12 of a double wall structure together with the extension part 82. As shown in FIG. According to this structure, when the force which makes the end wall body 61 fall outward acts, and the 2nd extension part 74 is raised on the side wall body 12, the side wall body 12 will rotate outward so that it may expand. Then, in addition to the tip of the second engaging convex portion 73 abutting against the inner surface of the second engaging concave portion 77 , the tip of the engaging convex portion 23 is also brought into contact with the inner surface of the engaging concave portion 25 . According to this, it is possible to disperse the force causing the end wall body 61 to fall outward, and as a result, the assembled state of the stack tray 4 can be maintained.

In addition, in the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the stacking protrusion 88 protrudes upward from the upper end surface of the pillar 81A, and the stacking hole 67 is opened in the bottom wall body 60 . According to this configuration, when a plurality of stack trays 4 are stacked, since the stack protrusions 88 of the lower stack tray 4 are inserted into the stack holes 67 of the upper stack tray 4, the horizontal direction of the stacked stack trays 4 can be suppressed. position offset. Accordingly, the state in which a plurality of stack trays 4 are stacked can be appropriately maintained. In addition, since the stacking protrusion 88 is disposed inside the support column 81A, it is possible to prevent the stacking protrusion 88 from interfering with products or the like placed on the bottom wall body 60 .

Moreover, in the stack tray 4 which concerns on 4th Embodiment, although the 2nd engaging convex part 73 and the 2nd engaging recessed part 77 are formed in substantially square shape, this invention is not limited to this. For example, the second engaging convex portion 73 and the second engaging concave portion 77 can be made to be the same as the engaging convex portion 23 and engaging concave portion of the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment to the stack tray 3 according to the third embodiment. 25. Similarly, it may be formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape (see FIG. 6 and FIG. 18A ), or may be formed in a concavo-convex shape (see FIG. 18B ) or a triangle (not shown). In addition, the sizes (lengths) and numbers of the second engaging protrusions 73 and the second engaging recesses 77 may be appropriately changed (see FIGS. 19A and 19B ).

61。In addition, in the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the lower portion of the end wall body 61 is sandwiched between the inner sheet portion 72 and the outer sheet portion 70 , but the present invention is not limited thereto. What is necessary is just to sandwich at least a part of the end wall body 61 between the inner sheet part 72 and the outer sheet part 70, for example, you may form so that the whole end wall body 61 may be sandwiched.

In addition, in the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the second extension part 74 is connected to the outer sheet part 70 of the end sheet body 66 , but the present invention is not limited to this, and the second extension part 74 may be omitted. In this case, the outer sheet portion 70 may be formed to have the same width as the inner sheet portion 72 and the like.

In addition, in the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the stacking protrusion 88 has a curved convex shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The size and shape of the stacking protrusion 88 can be appropriately changed. In addition, although four stacking protrusions 88 are formed on the stacking tray 4 , the present invention is not limited thereto, and a pair of stacking protrusions 88 may be formed on a pair of support walls 81 that are diagonally opposite. In addition, the lamination holes 67 may be formed in accordance with the shape, number, and the like of the lamination protrusions 88 .

In addition, in the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the stack protrusions 88 (diagonal walls 86 ) are arranged on the diagonal lines of the pillars 81A, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the diagonal wall 86 may be omitted, and the lamination protrusion may be protruded from the upper end of the main body wall 83 (not shown). In addition, in the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment to the stack tray 3 according to the third embodiment, a stack protrusion (not shown) protruding upward from the upper end is formed on the support wall 35 (pillar 35A). As shown in the figure), the bottom walls 10, 50 are formed with stacking holes (not shown) for inserting the stacking protrusions of the stacking trays 1-3 below when stacking a plurality of stacking trays 1-3. .

67。In addition, in the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the stack hole 67 is formed only in the lower bottom wall 60A, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the notch 76 for the pillar may be omitted from the upper bottom wall 60B, and the lamination hole 67 may be formed on the lower bottom wall 60A and the upper bottom wall 60B.

In addition, in the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment to the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the engaging concave portion 25 (notch portion 25A) is formed in substantially the same shape as the engaging convex portion 23 , but The present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the engaging convex portion 23 may be formed slightly smaller than the engaging concave portion 25 (not shown). That is, the protrusion dimension of the engaging convex portion 23 may be set to be shorter than the front-rear width (depth of the notch) of the engaging concave portion 25 (notch portion 25A). In this case, in a state where the engaging convex portion 23 is engaged (arranged) in the engaging concave portion 25 , the front end of the engaging convex portion 23 and the inner surface of the engaging concave portion 25 (the cross section of the notch portion 25A) are separated. A small gap is formed. In addition, the gap is preferably such that the tip of the engaging convex portion 23 can be brought into contact with the inner surface of the engaging concave portion 25 when the side wall body 12 is rotated so as to be expanded. In addition, similarly to the above, in the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the second engaging convex portion 73 may be formed slightly smaller than the second engaging concave portion 77 (not shown).

In addition, in the stack tray 1 according to the first embodiment to the stack tray 4 according to the fourth embodiment, the support walls 35, 81 and the end wall bodies 11, 51, 61 are continuous, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it is also possible to form the support walls 35 , 81 as separate components from the end wall bodies 11 , 51 , 61 . In this case, it is preferable to bond the support walls 35, 81 to the end wall bodies 11, 51, 61, etc. after the support walls 35, 81 are bent to form the square tube-shaped supports 35A, 81A.
