The finished product warehouse is used for storing finished cigarette products, such as finished cigarette pieces and the like, and the auxiliary material warehouse is used for storing tobacco auxiliary materials, such as tobacco leaves, spices and the like. And setting a shared goods position of the auxiliary material warehouse corresponding to the virtual goods position of the finished product warehouse, wherein the shared goods position can store the finished product warehouse materials, and planning the physical position and the virtual position of the shared goods position in the auxiliary material warehouse in advance. Virtual goods position information is established in a finished product warehouse database in the finished product warehouse warehousing management system and is used for recording cigarette finished product (cigarette) information of a finished product warehouse stored in a shared goods position of an auxiliary material warehouse.
The virtual goods position information needs to be updated synchronously with the shared goods position information, so that the goods position use conflict phenomenon is prevented. When the virtual goods position information changes, the auxiliary material warehouse management system synchronously updates the shared goods position information; or when the shared goods position information changes, the finished product warehouse management system synchronously updates the virtual goods position information. Shared goods spaces in the auxiliary material warehouse can store finished cigarette products or auxiliary cigarette materials.
And 103, distributing a first virtual goods position number for the first cigarette finished product by the finished product warehouse management system based on the virtual goods position information during warehousing, and sending the first virtual goods position number to the auxiliary material warehouse management system.
And 104, distributing a first shared goods location number corresponding to the first virtual goods location number by the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system based on the shared goods location information so that the first cigarette finished product is stored in the auxiliary material warehouse goods location corresponding to the first shared goods location number.
In one embodiment, a first stacking mode and a second stacking mode corresponding to the finished product warehouse and the auxiliary material warehouse are respectively arranged in the finished product warehouse storage management system, and a first warehousing mode and a second warehousing mode corresponding to the first stacking mode and the second stacking mode are arranged in the finished product warehouse storage management system. When the cigarette is put in storage, the finished product warehouse storage management system sets the storage mode of the first cigarette finished products as a second storage mode. And after the finished product warehouse manipulator system uses a second warehouse-in mode to stack the first cigarette finished products, sending warehouse-in application requests to a finished product warehouse management system.
The physical size difference of the goods shelves in the elevated warehouse of the finished product warehouse and the auxiliary material warehouse requires different stacking quantity modes. The finished product warehouse stacking and warehousing quantity is set to be A pieces/trays, namely a first stacking mode, and the shared warehouse position of the auxiliary material warehouse is required to be set to be B pieces/trays, namely a second stacking mode. And setting an A piece cigarette warehousing mode (a first warehousing mode) and a B piece cigarette warehousing mode (a second warehousing mode) corresponding to the A piece/tray and the B piece/tray. And under the condition of the B-piece cigarette warehousing mode, the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system performs shared goods space distribution.
And a finished product warehouse manipulator system is newly added with a B-piece cigarette warehousing mode, and simultaneously, an A-piece cigarette warehousing mode is reserved, and the two modes can be freely switched. The cigarette stacking mode of the finished product warehouse manipulator system can be set as a B-piece cigarette warehousing mode. The finished product warehouse manipulator system applies for warehousing to a finished product warehouse warehousing management system after stacking cigarettes, and the finished product warehouse warehousing management system can distribute goods according to a currently set warehousing mode: for the case of the A piece cigarette warehousing mode: carrying out goods position distribution in a finished product warehouse; for the case of the B-piece cigarette warehousing mode: virtual cargo space is allocated.

And (4) checking the bar code information scanned by the code reader, if the checking is successful, generating a corresponding task according to the original ex-warehouse mode by the finished product warehouse, executing an ex-warehouse task, and if the checking is failed, conveying the finished product warehouse to a manual platform for manual processing. When one warehouse is out of the warehouse to share the materials, before the warehouse reaches the butt joint platform for checking, the task of the other warehouse is not generated, and the checking is required to pass to regenerate the task.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the present disclosure provides a tobacco warehousing system comprising: a finished product warehouse storage management system 101 and an auxiliary material warehouse storage management system 102. The finished product warehouse warehousing management system 101 sets virtual goods position information of the finished product warehouse, and when warehousing, the finished product warehouse warehousing management system 101 distributes a first virtual goods position number to a first cigarette finished product based on the virtual goods position information and sends the first virtual goods position number to the auxiliary warehouse warehousing management system. The auxiliary material warehouse storage management system 102 sets shared goods location information corresponding to the virtual goods location information. The auxiliary warehouse warehousing management system 102 allocates a first shared goods location number corresponding to the first virtual goods location number based on the shared goods location information, so that the first cigarette finished product is stored in the auxiliary warehouse goods location corresponding to the first shared goods location number.
The finished product warehouse warehousing management system 101 obtains a second virtual goods location number of a second cigarette finished product when the cigarette finished product warehouse goes out of the warehouse, and sends the second virtual goods location number to the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system. The auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system 201 obtains a second shared goods position number corresponding to the second virtual goods position number based on the shared goods position information, and performs ex-warehouse processing on a second cigarette finished product stored in the auxiliary material warehouse goods position corresponding to the second shared goods position number.
When the virtual cargo space information changes, the auxiliary material warehouse management system 201 synchronously updates the shared cargo space information. When the shared goods location information changes, the finished product warehouse management system 101 synchronously updates the virtual goods location information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, a tobacco warehousing system comprises: a finished product warehouse warehousing control system 102, a finished product warehouse shuttle vehicle system 103, a finished product warehouse manipulator system 104, a finished product warehouse conveyor system 105 and a finished product warehouse stacker system 106. The finished product warehouse Warehousing Management System (WMS) 101 is in communication with the finished product warehouse Warehousing Control System (WCS) 102.
The shuttle system 103, the finished product warehouse manipulator system 104, the finished product warehouse conveyor system 105 and the finished product warehouse stacker system 106 are all in communication connection with the finished product warehouse storage control system (WCS) 102. The finished product warehouse shuttle vehicle 107, the finished product warehouse manipulator 108, the finished product warehouse conveyor 109 and the finished product warehouse stacker 110 are in communication connection with the shuttle vehicle system 103, the finished product warehouse manipulator system 104, the finished product warehouse conveyor system 105 and the finished product warehouse stacker system 106 respectively, and can be in communication connection with a local area network and the like.
The finished product warehouse storage management system 101 generates a first finished product warehouse storage management task, and sends the first finished product warehouse management task to the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system 201, wherein information carried by the first finished product warehouse storage management task comprises first cigarette finished product information, a first virtual goods position number and the like. The finished product warehouse warehousing management system 101 sends a first finished product warehouse warehousing control task to the finished product warehouse warehousing control system. The auxiliary warehouse warehousing management system 201 receives the first finished product warehouse warehousing management task and allocates a first shared goods position number corresponding to the first virtual goods position number. The warehouse control system 102 transports the first cigarette finished product to the conveyor station where the finished product warehouse is in butt joint with the auxiliary material warehouse based on the first warehouse warehousing control task.
The finished product warehouse storage control system 102 generates a shuttle task and sends the shuttle task to the finished product warehouse shuttle system 103, so as to control the finished product warehouse shuttle system 103 to transport the first cigarette finished product to the storage station of the finished product warehouse stacker system. The product warehouse warehousing control system 102 generates a product warehouse stacker task and sends the product warehouse stacker task to the product warehouse stacker system 106 for controlling the product warehouse stacker system 106 to convey the first cigarette product to the docking position of the product warehouse conveyor system 105. The finished warehouse warehousing control system 102 generates a finished warehouse conveyor task and sends the finished warehouse conveyor task to the finished warehouse conveyor system 105, and controls the finished warehouse conveyor system 105 to convey the first cigarette finished product to a conveyor station where the finished warehouse is in butt joint with the auxiliary material warehouse.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, a tobacco warehousing system comprises: auxiliary material storehouse storage control system 202, auxiliary material storehouse conveyer system 203, auxiliary material storehouse stacker system 205. The auxiliary material warehouse storage management system (WMS) 201 is in communication connection with an auxiliary material warehouse storage control system (WCS) 202. The auxiliary material library conveyor system 203 and the auxiliary material library stacker system 205 are both in communication connection with the auxiliary material library storage control system 202, and the auxiliary material library conveyor 204 and the auxiliary material library stacker 206 are respectively in communication connection with the auxiliary material library conveyor system 203 and the auxiliary material library stacker system 205, and can be in communication connection with each other by adopting a local area network.
The auxiliary material warehouse storage management system 201 generates a first auxiliary material warehouse storage management task based on the first finished product warehouse storage management task, and information carried by the first auxiliary material warehouse storage management task includes: first cigarette finished product information, first shared goods position number etc.. The code reader reads a first bar code on the first cigarette finished product and sends the first bar code information to the auxiliary warehouse storage management system 201. The auxiliary warehouse warehousing management system 201 extracts the information of the first cigarette finished product from the first bar code information, and matches the information of the first cigarette finished product with the information of the first cigarette finished product carried by the second warehousing management task.
If the matching is successful, the auxiliary material warehouse management system 201 sends a first auxiliary material warehouse control task to the auxiliary material warehouse control system 202, and the auxiliary material warehouse control system 202 transports the first cigarette finished product to the auxiliary material warehouse goods position corresponding to the first shared goods position number for storage based on the first auxiliary material warehouse control task.
If the matching of the first cigarette finished product information carried by the first bar code information and the first cigarette finished product information carried by the second warehousing management task fails, the auxiliary material warehouse management system 201 sends the second auxiliary material warehouse warehousing control task to the auxiliary material warehouse control system 202; the auxiliary magazine warehousing control system 202 transports the first finished cigarette product to the manual processing station based on the second auxiliary magazine warehousing control task.

If the second cigarette finished product information carried by the second bar code information fails to be matched with the second cigarette finished product information carried by the second finished product warehouse management task, the finished product warehouse management system 101 sends a third finished product warehouse control task to the product warehouse storage control system 102, and the auxiliary material warehouse storage control system 102 conveys the cigarette finished products to the manual processing station based on the third finished product warehouse storage control task.
The finished product warehouse storage management system 101 is respectively provided with a first stacking mode and a second stacking mode corresponding to the finished product warehouse and the auxiliary material warehouse, and is provided with a first warehousing mode and a second warehousing mode corresponding to the first stacking mode and the second stacking mode. When the finished product warehouse is put in storage, the finished product warehouse management system 101 sets the warehousing mode of the finished product cigarettes as a second warehousing mode, and the finished product warehouse manipulator system 104 sends a warehousing application request to the finished product warehouse management system after the finished product cigarettes are stacked by using the second warehousing mode.

Claims (15)

1. A tobacco logistics scheduling method comprises the following steps:
setting virtual goods position information of a finished product warehouse in a finished product warehouse storage management system;
setting shared goods position information corresponding to the virtual goods position information in the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system;
when the cigarettes are put in storage, the finished product warehouse storage management system distributes a first virtual goods position number to a first cigarette finished product based on the virtual goods position information, and sends the first virtual goods position number to the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system;
the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system distributes a first shared goods position number corresponding to the first virtual goods position number based on the shared goods position information so as to store the first cigarette finished product in an auxiliary material warehouse goods position corresponding to the first shared goods position number;
when the cigarette is delivered out of the warehouse, the finished product warehouse storage management system obtains a second virtual goods position number of a second cigarette finished product, and the second virtual goods position number is sent to the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system; the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system obtains a second shared goods position number corresponding to the second virtual goods position number based on the shared goods position information, and carries out ex-warehouse processing on the second cigarette finished product stored in the auxiliary material warehouse goods position corresponding to the second shared goods position number;
the finished product warehouse storage management system generates a first finished product warehouse storage management task and sends the first finished product warehouse storage management task to the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system;
the information carried by the first finished product warehouse warehousing management task comprises first cigarette finished product information and the first virtual goods position number; the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system receives the first finished product warehouse warehousing management task and distributes the first shared goods position number corresponding to the first virtual goods position number;
the finished product warehouse warehousing management system sends a first finished product warehouse warehousing control task to a finished product warehouse warehousing control system;
the finished product warehouse warehousing control system conveys the first cigarette finished products to a conveyor platform for butting the finished product warehouse and the auxiliary material warehouse based on the first finished product warehouse warehousing control task, and the conveyor platform comprises:
the finished product warehouse storage control system generates a shuttle task and sends the shuttle task to a finished product warehouse shuttle system, and the shuttle task is used for controlling the finished product warehouse shuttle system to convey the first cigarette finished product to a storage platform of a finished product warehouse stacker system; the finished product warehouse storage control system generates a finished product warehouse stacker task and sends the finished product warehouse stacker task to the finished product warehouse stacker system to control the finished product warehouse stacker system to convey the first cigarette finished product to the butt joint position of the finished product warehouse conveyor system; the finished product warehouse storage control system generates a finished product warehouse conveyor task and sends the finished product warehouse conveyor task to the finished product warehouse conveyor system, and the finished product warehouse conveyor system is controlled to convey the first cigarette finished product to a conveyor platform where the finished product warehouse is in butt joint with the auxiliary material warehouse;
the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system generates a first auxiliary material warehouse storage management task based on the first finished product warehouse storage management task; the information carried by the first auxiliary material warehouse management task comprises: the first cigarette finished product information and the first shared goods position number;
the code reader reads a first bar code on the first cigarette finished product and sends first bar code information to the auxiliary material warehouse management system; the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system extracts first cigarette finished product information from the first bar code information and matches the first cigarette finished product information with first cigarette finished product information carried by a second warehousing management task;
if the matching is successful, the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system sends a first auxiliary material warehouse storage control task to the auxiliary material warehouse storage control system;
the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing control system conveys the first cigarette finished product to an auxiliary material warehouse goods position corresponding to the first shared goods position number for storage based on the first auxiliary material warehouse warehousing control task;
the finished product warehouse storage management system generates a second finished product warehouse storage management task and sends the second finished product warehouse storage management task to the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system;
the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system receives the second finished product warehouse warehousing management task and determines a second shared goods position number corresponding to the second virtual goods position number;
the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system sends a third auxiliary material warehouse storage control task to the auxiliary material warehouse storage control system;
the finished product warehouse storage control system conveys the second cigarette finished products to a conveyor platform of the finished product warehouse in butt joint with the auxiliary material warehouse based on the third auxiliary material warehouse storage control task;
when the virtual goods space information changes, the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system synchronously updates the shared goods space information; or when the shared goods position information changes, the finished product warehouse management system synchronously updates the virtual goods position information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the matching of the first cigarette finished product information carried by the first bar code information and the first cigarette finished product information carried by the second warehousing management task fails, the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system sends a second auxiliary material warehouse warehousing control task to the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing control system;
and the auxiliary material warehouse storage control system conveys the first cigarette finished product to a manual processing platform based on the second auxiliary material warehouse storage control task.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein,
the information carried by the second finished product warehouse warehousing management task comprises: second cigarette finished product information and the second virtual goods position number.

The method of claim 3, said finished goods warehouse warehousing control system transporting said second finished cigarette products to a conveyor station where said finished goods warehouse interfaces with said auxiliary material warehouse based on said third auxiliary material warehouse warehousing control task comprising:
the auxiliary material warehouse storage control system generates an auxiliary material warehouse stacker task and sends the auxiliary material warehouse stacker task to the auxiliary material warehouse stacker system to control the auxiliary material warehouse stacker system to convey the second cigarette finished product to the butt joint position of the auxiliary material warehouse conveyor system;
and the auxiliary material warehouse storage control system generates an auxiliary material warehouse conveyor task and sends the auxiliary material warehouse conveyor task to the auxiliary material warehouse conveyor system, and the auxiliary material warehouse conveyor system is controlled to convey the second cigarette finished product to a conveyor platform where the finished product warehouse is in butt joint with the auxiliary material warehouse.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
the code reader reads a second bar code on the second cigarette finished product and sends second bar code information to the finished product warehouse management system;
the finished product warehouse warehousing management system extracts second cigarette finished product information from the second bar code information, and matches the second cigarette finished product information with second cigarette finished product information carried by a second finished product warehouse warehousing management task;
if the matching is successful, the finished product warehouse warehousing management system sends a second finished product warehouse warehousing control task to the finished product warehouse warehousing control system;
and the finished product warehouse warehousing control system carries out ex-warehouse processing on the second cigarette finished products based on the second finished product warehouse warehousing control task.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
if the second cigarette finished product information carried by the second bar code information fails to be matched with the second cigarette finished product information carried by the second finished product warehouse storage management task, the finished product warehouse storage management system sends a third finished product warehouse storage control task to the finished product warehouse storage control system;
and the finished product warehouse warehousing control system conveys the second cigarette finished products to a manual processing platform based on the third finished product warehouse warehousing control task.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
respectively setting a first stacking mode and a second stacking mode corresponding to the finished product warehouse and the auxiliary material warehouse in the finished product warehouse storage management system, and setting a first warehousing mode and a second warehousing mode corresponding to the first stacking mode and the second stacking mode;
when the finished product warehouse is put in a warehouse, the finished product warehouse warehousing management system sets the warehousing mode of the finished products of the first cigarettes as the second warehousing mode;
after the finished product warehouse manipulator system uses a second warehouse-in mode to stack the first cigarette finished products, a warehouse-in application request is sent to the finished product warehouse management system.

A tobacco warehousing system comprising: the system comprises a finished product warehouse storage control system, a finished product warehouse storage management system, an auxiliary material warehouse storage management system, a finished product warehouse shuttle system, a finished product warehouse stacker system, a finished product warehouse conveyor system, a code reader and an auxiliary material warehouse storage control system;
the finished product warehouse warehousing management system is used for setting virtual goods position information of a finished product warehouse; when the cigarettes are put in storage, distributing a first virtual goods position number for a first cigarette finished product based on the virtual goods position information, and sending the first virtual goods position number to the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system;
the auxiliary material warehouse storage management system is used for setting shared goods position information corresponding to the virtual goods position information; distributing a first shared goods location number corresponding to the first virtual goods location number based on the shared goods location information so that the first cigarette finished product is stored in an auxiliary material warehouse goods location corresponding to the first shared goods location number;
the finished product warehouse management system is used for obtaining a second virtual stock position number of a second cigarette finished product during delivery, and sending the second virtual stock position number to the auxiliary material warehouse management system;
the auxiliary material warehouse warehousing management system is used for acquiring a second shared goods position number corresponding to the second virtual goods position number based on the shared goods position information and carrying out ex-warehouse processing on the second cigarette finished product stored in the auxiliary material warehouse goods position corresponding to the second shared goods position number;
