Abstract

一种基于齿轮的电力断路器的灭弧机构,包括驱动机构(77)、触发机构(78)、吸热机构(80),当使用断路器时,扳动电弧触发扳手(5)向靠近电弧触发块(6)一侧摆动,电弧触发扳手(5)带动驱动轴(16)转动,驱动轴(16)转动会使得电弧触发扳(5)和电弧触发块(6)之间产生电弧,然后通过导热板(57)移动带来的空气流动将电弧传递到导热板(57)上的热量散去;当需要将电弧触发板手(5)和电弧触发块(6)分开时,扳动电弧触发板手(5)向远离电弧触发块(6)的一侧摆动;电弧触发扳手(5)带动驱动轴(16)转动;驱动轴(16)转动会使得电弧触发扳(5)和电弧触发块(6)之间产生电弧,然后通过导热板(57)移动带来的空气流动将电弧传递到导热板(57)上的热量散去,从而可以将在电路接通或闭合过程中电弧触发扳(5)和电弧触发块(6)之间产生的高温高热的电弧迅速导出。
