The invention relates to a steel plate fine polishing device which comprises an operation table and a fixing plate fixedly arranged in the middle of the top end of the operation table, wherein clamping mechanisms used for clamping the steel plate are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the top end of the fixing plate respectively, a placing plate used for placing the steel plate is movably arranged in the middle of the top end of the fixing plate, polishing mechanisms used for polishing the steel plate are arranged on the top of the fixing plate, inverted T-shaped sliding grooves are formed in two sides of the top end of the operation table respectively, sliding blocks are correspondingly arranged in the sliding grooves, two sliding blocks are fixedly arranged on two sides of the bottom end of the polishing mechanism respectively, grooves communicated with the sliding grooves are formed in two sides of the operation table, and a pushing mechanism used for pushing the polishing mechanism is arranged in each groove.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping plate and a threaded rod, wherein a dovetail block is fixedly arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the clamping plate, and the dovetail block is matched and arranged in a dovetail groove formed in the top end of the fixing plate.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, one end of the threaded rod is rotationally connected with the dovetail block through a bearing, and the other end of the threaded rod penetrates through the dovetail groove and is in threaded connection with the dovetail groove.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a rotating shaft is fixedly arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the placing plate, the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the fixing plate through a bearing, grooves are formed in the four corners and the middle of the top end of the placing plate, and suckers are arranged in the grooves.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the polishing mechanism comprises a movable plate in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji', a screw rod, a servo motor and two polishing sheets, wherein two sides of the bottom end of the movable plate are fixedly connected with two sliding blocks respectively, the screw rod is arranged at the top of an inner cavity of the movable plate, two ends of the screw rod are rotatably connected with the movable plate through bearings, the servo motor is fixedly arranged on one side of the movable plate, and an output shaft of the servo motor penetrates through the movable plate and is fixedly connected with the screw rod.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, two movable blocks are symmetrically inserted into two sides of the screw rod along the center in a threaded manner, clamping grooves are formed in opposite sides of the bottom ends of the two movable blocks, two polishing sheets are respectively arranged in the two clamping grooves, and the polishing sheets are fixedly connected with the movable blocks through bolts.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the top end of the movable block is fixedly provided with a fixed block, the two fixed blocks are slidably inserted with the same limiting rod, and both ends of the limiting rod are fixedly connected with the movable plate.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing block, an electric push rod and a connecting block, wherein the pushing block is arranged in the slot, one end of the pushing block is fixedly connected with the sliding block, the connecting block is fixedly connected with the operating platform, the electric push rod is fixed on the connecting block, and the output end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the pushing block.
The fine polishing device for the steel plate has the advantages that the square steel plate with polished surfaces is horizontally placed on the placing plate, the positions of the steel plate are clamped through the two clamping mechanisms which are oppositely arranged, the possibility of shaking of the steel plate in the polishing process is reduced, the servo motor works to drive the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod rotates to drive the two movable blocks which are in threaded connection with the screw rod to move relatively along the screw rod, the movable blocks move to drive the polishing sheets to move, the two polishing sheets are respectively moved to be in contact with two sides of the square steel plate by rotation, at the moment, the electric push rod reciprocates to drive the movable plates to move, further rust on the side faces of the square steel plate is removed through the back and forth friction of the polishing sheets, after the two side faces of the square steel plate are removed, the threaded rod is driven to move the clamping plate, the clamping plate is far away from the square steel plate, at the moment, the placing plate is rotated by the rotating shaft which is rotated by 180 degrees, the other two side faces of the square steel plate are polished through the polishing operation, fine polishing of the square steel plate is achieved, and manual polishing of the side faces of the square steel plate is not needed, and time and labor are saved.
