Abstract
本发明公开了一种数控全自动钢筋焊接网片焊接机,包括依次设置的纵筋进料机构、排焊机构、横筋间隔落料机构及钢筋焊接网片输送机构,纵筋进料机构的一侧还设置纵筋同步输送机构。本发明能够实现纵筋进料过程中纵筋进料的同步,避免出现焊接好的钢筋网上有局部纵筋一端伸出整个钢筋网而另一端却缩进钢筋网的情况,提高了良品率;并且本发明能够在焊接好后实现粗检,发现需要补焊的钢筋网,减少后续品质检验的工时、工序。

全自动数控钢筋网片焊接机主要是由焊接变压器、电机组件、气动组件、纵筋导向装置、横筋定位装置、焊机底座、可调式龙门直接、设备底座、水冷系统和气路系统等部件构成。全自动数控钢筋网片焊接机是一种为提高钢筋焊接速度、焊接质量而研发的新型机械设备,具有由计算机自动控制生产,焊接网孔均匀,焊接质量良好,焊接前后钢筋的力学性能几乎没有变化等优点,适用于钢筋焊接网等企业。但目前纵筋进料机构其无法实现进料的同步,也即无法实现同一长度的纵筋整齐地排布好,会导致后续焊接过程中有的纵筋伸出钢筋网,造成良品率的下降;另外,焊接网后续的检验比较费时。公开号为CN108746436A的专利:一种多种规格钢筋焊接网生产设备,由横筋放线架、纵筋放线架、横筋导线器、纵筋导线器、横筋大圆弧导向机构、多规格横筋矫直切断机构、多规格纵筋矫直切断机构、多规格纵筋布料机构、纵筋输送机构、纵筋送进机构、焊接机构、多规格横筋落料机构、网片牵引机构、成品网输出机构、踏板平台组成;本发明的有益效果是可连续自动加工不同钢筋直径、不同尺寸的标准钢筋网片或带门窗孔洞钢筋网片。有效提高生产效率,大幅降低生产成本。公开号为CN105215237B的专利:钢筋网焊生产线,其包括送线部分、矫直部分、集线架、纵筋配筋机、纵筋布筋机、纵筋牵引对齐机、焊接机、牵引拱弯机、折弯机、出料机,其特征在于,所述送线部分、矫直部分、集线架、纵筋配筋机、纵筋布筋机、纵筋牵引对齐机、焊接机、牵引拱弯机、折弯机、出料机依次连接。其有益效果是:从原料到成品生产顺畅,各个生产工艺间衔接流畅,设备中数控组件与控制设备之间连接方便,控制系统设计兼容性强。功能丰富,可以完成对边折弯、四边折弯、多功网焊等工艺。均未涉及输送进料如何同步的问题以及后续的品质检验如何减少工时的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种数控全自动钢筋焊接网片焊接机,能够实现纵筋进料过程中纵筋进料的同步,避免出现焊接好的钢筋网上有局部纵筋一端伸出整个钢筋网而另一端却缩进钢筋网的情况,提高了良品率;并且本发明能够在焊接好后实现粗检,发现需要补焊的钢筋网,减少后续品质检验的工时、工序。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种数控全自动钢筋焊接网片焊接机,包括依次设置的纵筋进料机构、排焊机构、横筋间隔落料机构及钢筋焊接网片输送机构,纵筋进料机构的一侧还设置纵筋同步输送机构。
进一步的技术方案是,纵筋进料机构包括滑动设置在焊接机工作台面上的纵筋导引管,纵筋导引管呈管状且其中部设置与纵向钢筋适配的通孔,纵筋导引管的长度小于纵向钢筋的长度;沿纵筋进料方向上依次为横筋间隔落料机构、纵筋同步输送机构,纵筋同步输送机构包括固定在滑块上的角钢状限位板,滑块滑动设置在焊接机机架上,滑块由驱动机构在位于工作台面两侧的机架上竖向滑动。驱动机构可以是电机及与电机相连的减速机,电机、减速机固定连接在机架上,减速机的输出轴固定连接齿轮,与齿轮啮合设置齿条,齿条竖向滑动设置(机架上设置齿条的导向限位部<其呈槽钢状>),齿条的端部固定连接在滑块上(或者采用涡轮蜗杆机构,还能防止滑块由于自重而下落)。这样在横纵筋焊接前实现纵筋的同步且整齐排列,大大降低了废品率,构思巧妙,结构简单。
进一步的技术方案是,排焊机构包括固定在铰接板上的若干个焊枪,焊枪位于纵筋的上方;机架上转动设置若干个纵筋输送辊,沿纵筋进料方向依次为工作台面、机架上的纵筋输送辊;所述横筋间隔落料机构包括与竖直平面倾斜设置的链板输送架,输送架上转动设置上下两对链轮,链轮上配合设置链条,链条上固定设置若干块间隔设置链板,链板宽度大于钢筋的尺寸,链板输送架的下端位于纵筋的上方且位于排焊机构的一侧。链板宽度大于钢筋的任一方向的尺寸;链板输送架的侧板上设置光电传感器,一旦感应到钢筋就停止链轮驱动电机的动作;铰接板铰接在机架上,通过驱动机构驱动而转动,在横筋落下后铰接板转动焊枪同时启动然后焊接,焊好后铰接板再恢复原位,焊枪及相关焊接气体等为本领域常规技术,不赘述。铰接板的转动(如通过伺服电机驱动后齿轮转动一定角度带动铰接板转动等)及复位(如通过弹簧等)也是常规技术,不赘述。通过链板输送架实现每隔一段时间输送一根横筋至一排纵筋上然后完成焊接,最终形成钢筋网。
进一步的技术方案为,钢筋焊接网片输送机构包括转动设置在机架上的若干根焊接网片输送辊,沿纵筋进料方向依次为工作台面、机架上的纵筋输送辊、焊接网片输送辊,所述钢筋焊接网片输送机构还包括高度上低于焊接网片输送辊的钢筋焊接网输送辊,钢筋焊接网输送辊转动设置在两块竖向板上,竖向板固定连接在框架结构的底架上,底架位于竖向板的下方。设置了高度上低于焊接网片输送辊的钢筋焊接网输送辊(高度差设为10cm~40cm,具体根据钢筋网的规格及采用的钢筋的规格经过几次小试后确定),形成在焊接完成后的钢筋网有个下落的过程,利用输送过程中的下落的小小撞击量,能够通过目检就能初步判断出哪片焊接网片需要补焊(因为如果有虚焊或假焊的节点,极易在下落撞击后散开,形成节点并未连接的情况,这样目检很容易看出),这样减少了后续质检还需每片焊接网检验,减少了后续检验的时间。
进一步的技术方案为,底架的一侧固定设有光源板,光源板的上端高于钢筋焊接网输送辊上的钢筋,光源板的下端低于钢筋焊接网输送辊;底架的另一侧设置与光源板适配的黑色硬板;光源板及黑色硬板均竖直设置且两者平行设置,光源板与钢筋焊接网输送辊的转动轴线垂直设置。光源板可以通过支架固定设置,光源板固定设置在支架上,支架摆放在地面上。这样还可以进一步增加工人目检的准确性,通过光源板照射的光被输送的钢筋网挡住后在黑色硬板上形成的影子能够迅速判断出哪片钢筋网甚至具体在哪一根横筋上出现了虚焊或假焊,进一步增加目检的准确性,减少后续品质检验的时间。
动作过程如下:
人工将纵向钢筋从纵筋导引管(为便于在纵筋进料后纵筋部分的车间空间能够利用起来,将纵筋导引管设置成滑动设置在工作台面上,在纵筋进料后滑动纵筋导引管使得前述车间空间能够利用或者便于工人进入检查)中部的通孔插入,在纵筋通过纵筋导引管进料后,纵筋抵靠到限位板后停下,同时横筋间隔落料机构上的横筋落下一根,排焊机构焊接好后(指焊好一根横筋与多根纵筋后)滑块经驱动上移(为更好实现本方案,可以将限位板铰接在滑块上,但滑块上固定设置限制限位板铰接位置的限位块),然后通过设置在纵筋导引管一侧的输送辊驱动输送使得纵筋(也即沿纵筋进料方向先是驱动纵筋前进的输送辊,然后就是纵筋导引管)继续前进,随后横筋间隔落料机构上的横筋又落下一根,然后执行前述排焊、纵筋输送的过程,直至一片钢筋网焊接好,再进行下一片钢筋网的焊接,在第一片钢筋网焊接好后随着后续纵筋的继续输送,后续纵筋推动第一片钢筋网继续向前输送,然后第一片钢筋网到达钢筋焊接网输送辊完成下落的过程,工人在钢筋焊接网输送辊一侧的黑色硬板处观察光源板照射钢筋网的影子的情况,发现哪根横筋与下方的纵筋之间有空隙则可知这里为虚焊或假焊,则标记或拿出这片需要补焊的钢筋网。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:能够实现纵筋进料过程中纵筋进料的同步,避免出现焊接好的钢筋网上有局部纵筋一端伸出整个钢筋网而另一端却缩进钢筋网的情况,提高了良品率;并且本发明能够在焊接好后实现粗检,发现需要补焊的钢筋网,减少后续品质检验的工时、工序。在横纵筋焊接前实现纵筋的同步且整齐排列,大大降低了废品率,构思巧妙,结构简单。设置了高度上低于焊接网片输送辊的钢筋焊接网输送辊,形成在焊接完成后的钢筋网有个下落的过程,利用输送过程中的下落的小小撞击量,能够通过目检就能初步判断出哪片焊接网片需要补焊(因为如果有虚焊或假焊的节点,极易在下落撞击后散开,形成节点并未连接的情况,这样目检很容易看出),这样减少了后续质检还需每片焊接网检验,减少了后续检验的时间。通过光源板照射的光被输送的钢筋网挡住后在黑色硬板上形成的影子能够迅速判断出哪片钢筋网甚至具体在哪一根横筋上出现了虚焊或假焊,进一步增加目检的准确性,减少后续品质检验的时间。利用钢筋焊接网生产的钢筋焊接网要比纯手工绑扎的钢筋焊接网所生产的抗裂能力要高75%,造价要比1级钢筋低5%-8%。采用同步控制技术,焊接时间和分控焊接皆由全自动化控制系统管理,做到了智能化全连续作业。采用了单面双点焊接电路,所需变压器数量减少一半以上,且便于制造与维修,还可有效保证焊点强度、焊接表面质量、焊点位置精度等工艺要求。由出料平台及光电感应器组成,具有自动整理出料功能。叠网机组利用偏移调节机构和滑动联结方式,提高了设备的效率与灵活性。按照间断拉线矫直、定尺输送的思路设计该机组,主要由纵筋导引管、矫直排辊、夹送辊、位置传感器、机架及传动系统组成。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图6所示(为便于图示,机架仅示出部分竖向部分,竖向部分还通过机架的横向部分相连),本发明是一种数控全自动钢筋焊接网片焊接机,包括依次设置的纵筋进料机构、排焊机构、横筋间隔落料机构及钢筋焊接网片输送机构,纵筋进料机构的一侧还设置纵筋同步输送机构。纵筋进料机构包括滑动设置在焊接机工作台面1上的纵筋导引管2,纵筋导引管2呈管状且其中部设置与纵向钢筋适配的通孔,纵筋导引管2的长度小于纵向钢筋的长度;沿纵筋8进料方向上依次为横筋间隔落料机构、纵筋同步输送机构,纵筋同步输送机构包括固定在滑块3上的角钢状限位板4,滑块3滑动设置在焊接机机架5上,滑块3由驱动机构在位于工作台面1两侧的机架5上竖向滑动。排焊机构包括固定在铰接板6上的若干个焊枪7,焊枪7位于纵筋8的上方;机架5上转动设置若干个纵筋输送辊9,沿纵筋8进料方向依次为工作台面1、机架5上的纵筋输送辊9;所述横筋间隔落料机构包括与竖直平面倾斜设置的链板输送架10,输送架10上转动设置上下两对链轮,链轮上配合设置链条,链条上固定设置若干块间隔设置链板11,链板11宽度大于钢筋的尺寸,链板11输送架10的下端位于纵筋8的上方且位于排焊机构的一侧。钢筋焊接网片输送机构包括转动设置在机架5上的若干根焊接网片输送辊12,沿纵筋8进料方向依次为工作台面1、机架5上的纵筋输送辊9、焊接网片输送辊12,所述钢筋焊接网片输送机构还包括高度上低于焊接网片输送辊12的钢筋焊接网输送辊13,钢筋焊接网输送辊13转动设置在两块竖向板14上,竖向板14固定连接在框架结构的底架15上,底架15位于竖向板14的下方。底架15的一侧固定设有光源板16,光源板16的上端高于钢筋焊接网输送辊13上的钢筋,光源板16的下端低于钢筋焊接网输送辊13;底架15的另一侧设置与光源板16适配的黑色硬板17;光源板16及黑色硬板17均竖直设置且两者平行设置,光源板16与钢筋焊接网输送辊13的转动轴线垂直设置。
以HRBF400直径8mm的钢筋,抗震等级为三级,纵向受拉钢筋搭建接头面积为100%,混凝土强度等级为普通C30混凝土。钢筋基本锚长度固定为296mm,长度为310.8mm,三级抗震等级取值为1.05,纵向受拉钢筋搭接长度为497.3mm,双向叠合板后浇带接缝宽度为517.3mm,一般取整520mm。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.数控全自动钢筋焊接网片焊接机,其特征在于,包括依次设置的纵筋进料机构、排焊机构、横筋间隔落料机构及钢筋焊接网片输送机构,纵筋进料机构的一侧还设置纵筋同步输送机构;纵筋进料机构包括滑动设置在焊接机工作台面上的纵筋导引管,纵筋导引管呈管状且其中部设置与纵向钢筋适配的通孔,纵筋导引管的长度小于纵向钢筋的长度;沿纵筋进料方向上依次为横筋间隔落料机构、纵筋同步输送机构,纵筋同步输送机构包括固定在滑块上的角钢状限位板,滑块滑动设置在焊接机机架上,滑块由驱动机构在位于工作台面两侧的机架上竖向滑动;排焊机构包括固定在铰接板上的若干个焊枪,焊枪位于纵筋的上方;机架上转动设置若干个纵筋输送辊,沿纵筋进料方向依次为工作台面、机架上的纵筋输送辊;所述横筋间隔落料机构包括与竖直平面倾斜设置的链板输送架,输送架上转动设置上下两对链轮,链轮上配合设置链条,链条上固定设置若干块间隔设置链板,链板宽度大于钢筋的尺寸,链板输送架的下端位于纵筋的上方且位于排焊机构的一侧;钢筋焊接网片输送机构包括转动设置在机架上的若干根焊接网片输送辊,沿纵筋进料方向依次为工作台面、机架上的纵筋输送辊、焊接网片输送辊,所述钢筋焊接网片输送机构还包括高度上低于焊接网片输送辊的钢筋焊接网输送辊,钢筋焊接网输送辊转动设置在两块竖向板上,竖向板固定连接在框架结构的底架上,底架位于竖向板的下方;底架的一侧固定设有光源板,光源板的上端高于钢筋焊接网输送辊上的钢筋,光源板的下端低于钢筋焊接网输送辊;底架的另一侧设置与光源板适配的黑色硬板;光源板及黑色硬板均竖直设置且两者平行设置,光源板与钢筋焊接网输送辊的转动轴线垂直设置。
