The rear end of the second penholder barrel 3 is provided with a tail mounting structure 32, and the tail mounting structure 32 can be suitable for different refills according to requirements. Example 1 was repeated with the rest of the structure.

1. A magnetic rotary telescopic pen is characterized in that: the pen core comprises a first pen holder barrel part (1), a pen core (2), a second pen holder barrel part (3), a clamping component (5), a magnetic ring (9) and a spring (4), wherein a body of the pen core (2), the spring (4) and the clamping component (5) are all positioned in the first pen holder barrel part (1) and the second pen holder barrel part (3), the spring (4) is wrapped outside the pen core (2) close to a pen point, and the pen point at the front part of the pen core (2) can extend out of and expose out of the first pen holder barrel part (1);
the front end of the clamping component (5) is connected with the rear end of the first penholder cylinder part (1) through a magnetic ring (9) in an attracting way through magnetic attraction,
the clamping component (5) can rotate relative to the magnetic ring (9) and the magnetic ring (9) relative to the first penholder cylinder (1);
after the first pen holder barrel part (1) and the second pen holder barrel part (3) are sleeved, a polygonal clamping groove (51) is formed in the contact surface of the outer surface of the clamping component (5) and the second pen holder barrel part (3), and a limiting stop piece (52) is further arranged inside the polygonal clamping groove (51);
the inner side wall of the second penholder barrel part (3) is provided with a clamping piece bulge (31), and the clamping piece bulge (31) is accommodated in the polygonal clamping groove (51) and cannot be separated; when the second penholder barrel part (3) and the first penholder barrel part (1) move axially, the clamping piece protrusion (31) can slide along the periphery of the limiting blocking piece (52) in the polygonal clamping groove (51);
the limiting stop piece (52) is located in the middle area of the polygonal clamping groove (51), when the second pen holder barrel part (3) and the first pen holder barrel part (1) axially move mutually, the clamping piece protrusion (31) is clamped into the limiting stop piece (52), the second pen holder barrel part (3) and the first pen holder barrel part (1) are in a first stage of axial relative approach, and the pen core (2) is in an exposed state;
when the clamping piece protrusion (31) is separated from the limiting blocking piece (52) and the second pen holder barrel part (3) and the first pen holder barrel part (1) are in the second stage of axial separation, the pen core (2) is in a hidden state;
the front end of the clamping component (5) and the rear end of the first penholder barrel part (1) are respectively provided with a magnet or metal attracted with the magnetic ring (9); an anti-friction layer (90) is wrapped on the outer side of the magnetic ring (9).

A magnetic rotary stylus according to claim 1, wherein: the front part of the second pen holder barrel part (3) is provided with fence-shaped extension columns (30), and the fence-shaped extension columns (30) are extended outwards along the length square and form a barrel shape; the periphery of the front part of the first pen holder barrel part (1) is provided with convex strips (11) matched with the fence-shaped extension columns (30), and the adjacent convex strips (11) are clamped between the adjacent extension columns (30) so that the relative movement between the first pen holder barrel part (1) and the second pen holder barrel part (3) in the length direction is limited.

A magnetic rotary stylus according to claim 3, wherein: a locking groove is arranged at the rear part of the first pen holder barrel part (1), and a locking clamping piece (33) is arranged on the inner wall of the pen holder barrel part body of the second pen holder barrel part (3) corresponding to the locking groove; the locking grooves comprise a loading guide groove (14), a rotation stopping straight groove (15), a locking guide groove (15 a), a locking clamping groove (16) and a compression straight groove (17); the loading guide groove (14), the rotation stopping straight groove (15), the locking guide groove and the compression straight groove (17) are communicated in sequence from the rear to the front of the first penholder barrel part (1);
the locking clamping groove (16) is deviated from the rotation stopping straight groove (15) and the compression straight groove (17) in the circumferential direction; the locking clamping groove (16) is respectively connected with the rotation stopping straight groove (15) or the compression straight groove (17) through the groove wall of the locking guide groove (15 a) to form the rotation guide of the locking clamping piece (33);
the clamping piece protrusion (31) is separated from the limiting blocking piece (52), the second pen holder barrel part (3) and the first pen holder barrel part (1) are in the second stage of axial separation, namely when the pen core (2) is in a hidden state, the locking clamping piece (33) is located in the rotation stopping straight groove (15).
