Description

Segment prefabricated and assembled pier steel member and construction method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of civil engineering, and particularly relates to a segment prefabricated assembly pier steel member, a construction method and application.
Background
The conventional bridge construction is that the site is blocked in the construction range to carry out on-site formwork erecting and concrete pouring, which seriously influences the original traffic, meanwhile, the mechanical construction noise is large, the interference to the surrounding environment is large, and the problem of insufficient durability of the splicing part of the partially-assembled pier still exists in the use process. The research and development and application of novel concrete materials such as ultra-high performance concrete promote bridge construction process to change greatly, the superstructure of bridge has already realized the construction of segmentation splicing, and the part of the pier of assembling still has the not enough problem of splice department durability in the use. For a bridge across the sea and river, the number and the size of the piers are large, and the turnover reuse rate of the steel template is lower due to the severe corrosion of the marine environment; for urban bridges, the construction is not beneficial to modern mechanized construction due to the influence of factors such as large flow of people and vehicles, small construction site and the like. Therefore, a construction method for segment prefabricating and assembling bridge piers is needed, which is used for prefabricating segments of bridge piers which are large in size and inconvenient to construct on site in a factory, and connecting the prefabricated segments by using ultra-high performance concrete after the bridge piers are conveyed to the site and accurately positioned.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects, the invention provides a segment prefabricated and assembled pier steel member, a construction method and application, and the construction method is used for realizing the assembly between the piers in stages by taking ultra-high performance concrete as a connecting material and a section steel member. The structural steel member serves as a template and a supporting upper structure, the construction safety of the assembled pier is increased by temporary anchoring, the pier can be detached and reused after construction is completed, the utilization rate of steel is increased, and finally the construction operation of factory prefabrication and field rapid assembly of the pier is realized. The construction method adopts industrial production, can ensure the construction quality of the bridge pier, reduce the field construction amount, and can further accelerate the industrial construction speed of the bridge.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the utility model provides a pier steel member is assembled in prefabricated of segment, includes short steel member, elongated steel member and anchor positioning steel bar. The short steel member and the long steel member are semicircular, a plurality of stiffening ribs I are arranged on the short steel member, a plurality of vertical bolt holes I are arranged at the joints of two ends of the short steel member, and a plurality of horizontal bolt holes I are arranged on the lower end steel plate; the elongated steel member is provided with a plurality of stiffening ribs II, the joints of the two ends of the elongated steel member are provided with a plurality of vertical bolt holes II, and the lower end steel plate is provided with a plurality of horizontal bolt holes II; the anchor positioning steel bar is the homodisperse form and sets up in the steel reinforcement cage, and anchor positioning steel bar outer end all is provided with the thread, and the inboard is provided with a plurality of assorted reinforcement reinforcing bars.
Furthermore, an anchoring positioning reinforcing steel bar hole I and an anchoring positioning reinforcing steel bar hole II which are used for inserting anchoring positioning reinforcing steel bars are respectively arranged on the short steel member and the long steel member.
Further, the first horizontal bolt hole and the second horizontal bolt hole are the same in size.
The construction method for the pier by adopting the section prefabricated and assembled pier steel member comprises the following steps:
(1) binding the anchoring and positioning steel bars with the steel bar cage, reserving connecting steel bars for connecting pier sections at two ends, and then pouring concrete and maintaining;
(2) splicing two short steel members at the lower end of the segmental pier after the maintenance in the step (1), connecting two long steel members at the upper end of the segmental pier to form a cup mouth, and simultaneously connecting the short steel members and the long steel members with anchoring and positioning steel bars through fixing bolts respectively;
(3) and (3) filling ultrahigh-performance concrete into the cup mouth in the step (2) and vibrating, then assembling pier sections, uniformly distributing connecting steel bars at the splicing position, connecting short steel members and long steel members through high-strength bolts, and after the ultrahigh-performance concrete is hardened, dismantling the short steel members and the long steel members to complete the construction of section prefabrication and assembly of piers.
Furthermore, two short steel members are connected through high-strength bolts in the first vertical bolt hole, and two long steel members are connected through high-strength bolts in the second vertical bolt hole.
Furthermore, long steel members are embedded into the bearing platform, so that the connection between the bearing platform and the segment pier is realized.
Furthermore, the short steel members are embedded into the bent cap to realize the connection between the bent cap and the segment pier.
Further, the short steel members and the long steel members may be constructed using steel hoops.
The section prefabricated assembled pier steel member is applied to construction of circular piers, rectangular piers, polygonal piers and circular-end rectangular hollow piers.
In summary, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the anchoring and positioning steel bars reserved during the prefabrication of the segment pier can ensure the connection between the section steel members and the pier segments, and the section steel members at the end parts of the members can be temporarily anchored and bear the gravity of the upper parts of the members and can also play a role of a template. And (3) each section of pier component prefabricated in a factory is reserved with steel bars overlapped on site, and the pier components are accurately positioned and spliced and then connected by concrete. Because the number of longitudinal bars at the connecting part is doubled and the ultrahigh-performance concrete can effectively anchor the reinforcing bars, the assembled pier can achieve the mechanical property of integral cast-in-place of the pier with the same size.
2. The consumption of steel is reduced by reusing the profile steel member, and the comprehensive cost of bridge construction can be reduced; the structural steel member can support the upper structure and can also play a role in temporary anchoring, and the safety of the assembling construction of the segmental pier is ensured.
3. The segment pier columns can be prefabricated in a factory, so that the construction quality of the project can be ensured, and the assembly efficiency among all components is high; the end parts of the prefabricated components are reserved with lap-jointed reinforcing steel bars, so that the assembly construction can be directly carried out on site, and the construction efficiency is high.
4. The occupied field space is small, only the bearing platform is cast in place, and the pier body and the bent cap are prefabricated in a factory, so that a template for casting the pier body and the bent cap is not needed to be erected, and the area of a construction field is reduced.
5. And (5) small-sized mechanized construction. For the bridge pier with larger size, the weight of each segment can be reduced by increasing the number of prefabricated segments, and the construction operation of large machinery is reduced.
6. The method is little interfered by construction environment, has wide application range and shortens construction period. The prefabrication work of each component is finished in a factory and is not influenced by the construction environment; and after the concrete pouring of the wet joint sections is finished, the next construction operation can be carried out, a template does not need to be erected any more, and the construction speed of the bridge is increased.
