3. The efficient cable winding device according to claim 1, wherein the cam (41) is located at a lower end of the adjusting plate (38), and an arc groove matched with the cam (41) is formed at a lower end of the adjusting plate (38).
4. The efficient cable winding device according to claim 1, wherein the upper end of the placing groove (8) penetrates through the top of the mounting seat (7), and the bottom of the placing groove (8) is provided with an arc transition matched with the fixing rod (10).
