本发明涉及物料输送设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种多级螺旋叶片式输送装置。
背景技术
螺旋输送装置是一种利用螺旋叶片推送散伏物料沿管状的金属槽向前输送物料的机械装置,并具有结构简单、横截面尺寸小、密封性能好等优点,并可以中间多点装料和卸料,具有操作安全方便,工作可靠以及制造成本低等优点,因此被广泛应用在化工、电力、冶金、煤矿炭、制药、建材、粮食等领域中。
公告号为CN202704427U的中国实用新型专利公开了一种用于铸锭铣床的螺旋输送机。该现有技术指出螺旋叶片边沿上分别设有螺旋剪切刃和反向剪切刃。通过螺旋剪切刃和反向剪切刃不仅起到了输送作用,还能够对铝屑实现剪切、破碎功能,使铝屑更容易排出,解决了铝屑堆积问题。但是,申请人指出上述类似的螺旋输送机主要用于输送水平或倾斜输送粉状、粒状和小块状物料,如煤矿、灰、渣、水泥、粮食等,但难以适宜输送粘性大的和易结块的物料,且在输送过程中物料易被破碎,螺旋及料槽易磨损。现有技术中所揭示的螺旋输送设备在实际使用过程中的效果仍然不甚理想。
其他类以的现有技术还包括公告号为CN208413034U,其通过在沿纵长延伸设置的输送箱的内部设置导流板与搅拌杆,以解决物料在输送箱内部推进过程中堵塞输送箱的技术效果,然而该现有技术所揭示的输送装置依然无法对粘性大的和易结块的物料执行螺旋输送,且其所指出的技术效果也有待商榷,因为该现有技术所揭示的导流板会对第一螺旋输送叶片在推进物料的过程中造成径向方向上的干涉,并不利于粘性较大的物料以及易结块的物料在水平方向上执行螺旋输送。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有技术中的螺旋输送装置予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于揭示一种多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,用以实现对粘性较大的物料以及易结块的物料实现高效输送,并避免输送装置的内壁面出现磨损,以提高该输送装置的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,包括:
同轴布置的第一动力机构,第一输料筒,第二输料筒,与第一输料筒连通并用于导入物料的料斗,以及被第一动力机构所驱动并连续纵向贯穿第一输料筒及第二输料筒的转动轴,所述第二输料筒的底部设置出料管;
位于第一输料筒中的转动轴的外表面依次间隔配置带式螺旋体与捏合盘体,位于第二输料筒的转动轴的外表面依次间隔配置片式螺旋体与成型螺旋体。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述料斗包括:与第一输料筒连通的支管,与支管呈一体式结构并向上具投料口的进料筒,第二驱动机构,以及置于进料筒的内部并同轴上下装配在搅拌轴上的搅拌盘及三叶桨;

作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二驱动机构为第二电机,第二电机的输出轴所装配主动轮,驱动垂直贯穿料斗的搅拌轴的一端装配从动轮,所述主动轮与从动轮之间设置皮带,以通过第二电机驱动搅拌轴转动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述料斗的底部设置供搅拌轴垂直贯穿的机械密封,所述搅拌轴与从动轮之间设置第二联轴器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二输料筒中设置支撑杆,支撑杆面向转动轴的末端设置支撑座,所述转动轴水平贯穿支撑座,并在支撑座与转动轴之间设置轴承。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二输料筒的顶部设置盖板,所述盖板开设人孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过本发明所揭示的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,实现了对粘性较大的物料以及易结块的物料实现高效输送,并避免了该多级螺旋叶片式输送装置中的第一输料筒与第二输料筒的内壁面出现磨损,从而提高了使用寿命。

需要理解的是,在本实施例中,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”、“正方向”、“负方向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本技术方案和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本技术方案的限制。
请参图1至图9所揭示的本发明一种多级螺旋叶片式输送装置的一种具体实施方式。本实施例所揭示的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置不仅能够对颗粒状的金属或者塑料沿水平方向实现螺旋输送,尤其能够对粘性较大的物料以及易结块的物料执行水平输送。
在本实施例中,一种多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,包括:同轴布置的第一动力机构,第一输料筒22,第二输料筒15,与第一输料筒22连通并用于导入物料的料斗,以及被第一动力机构所驱动并连续纵向贯穿第一输料筒22及第二输料筒15的转动轴3,第二输料筒15的底部设置出料管20。位于第一输料筒22中的转动轴3的外表面依次间隔配置带式螺旋体24与捏合盘体23,位于第二输料筒15的转动轴3的外表面依次间隔配置片式螺旋体12与成型螺旋体13。
具体的,该第一动力机构由第一电机1、减速器37及第一联轴器2组成;所述转动轴3与联轴器2同轴设置,并在转动轴3的两端设置油壶,即图1中转动轴3分别纵向延伸出第一输料筒22与第二输料筒15两端端部所设置的油壶17与油壶4。转动轴3的两端分别被轴承座18所收容,轴承座18的内部嵌设轴承5,以通过的油壶17与油壶4对轴承座18所嵌设的轴承5通过缓慢的导入润滑油,以起到持久的润滑作用。
第一输料筒22与第二输料筒15呈一体式结构,且转动轴3延伸出第一输料筒22的一端设置法兰25,转动轴3垂直贯穿法兰25,并在法兰25的圆心处设置填料密封26。同理所述,转动轴3延伸出第二输料筒15的一端设置法兰16,转动轴3垂直贯穿法兰16,并在法兰16的圆心处设置填料密封21,从而通过填料密封26与填料密封21保证了转动轴3水平转动时,避免位于第一输料筒22与第二输料筒15中的物料发生泄漏或者卡死转动轴3。
同时,在本实施例中,该第二输料筒15的顶部设置盖板11,所述盖板11开设人孔14。通过打开人孔14或者盖板11可对发生堵塞的第二输料筒15进行清理或者检修。第二输料筒15中设置支撑杆38,支撑杆38面向转动轴3的末端设置支撑座50,所述转动轴3水平贯穿支撑座50,并在支撑座50与转动轴3之间设置轴承29。参图1所示,支撑座50设置于捏合盘体23与片式螺旋体12之间,以对转动轴3起到支撑作用,防止转动轴3发生弯曲,以提高转动轴3转动的可靠性与稳定性。
料斗包括与第一输料筒22连通的支管30,与支管30呈一体式结构并向上具投料口的进料筒7,第二驱动机构,以及置于进料筒7的内部并同轴上下装配在搅拌轴9上的搅拌盘8及三叶桨10。优选的,进料筒7的顶部还设置有呈圆形敞口的扩口部6。物料可通过该扩口部6进入到进料筒7中。
参图1与图6所示,搅拌盘8的上表面环形等依次间距的设置若干搅拌棒38与搅拌块39。支管30以倾斜方式与第一输料筒22连通。第二驱动机构为第二电机36,第二电机36的输出轴361所装配主动轮35,驱动垂直贯穿料斗的搅拌轴9的一端装配从动轮33,所述主动轮35与从动轮33之间设置皮带34,以通过第二电机36驱动搅拌轴9转动。参图8与图9所示,在本实施例中,该料斗的底部设置供搅拌轴9垂直贯穿的机械密封31,搅拌轴9与从动轮33之间设置第二联轴器32。结合图1与图7所示,三叶桨10的每个桨叶的末端形成垂直向上的折弯部101,且三叶桨10的每个桨叶沿俯视角度上呈螺旋弯曲形态布置;所述搅拌棒38与搅拌块39均径向向外延伸出搅拌盘8的圆形边缘。在本实施例中,术语“径向向外”所指出方向是指以搅拌轴9为起点向进料筒7所指方向。
物料进入进料筒7,经搅拌盘8上所设置的搅拌棒39和搅拌块40对物料起到分散作用。物料在进料筒7中进一步下降后受到三叶桨叶10的折弯部101的剪切与粉碎作用。经过分散、剪切和粉碎作用的物料通过支管30以侧向倾斜的方式输入第一输料筒22的技术方案,能够有效地防止物料在支管30与第一输料筒22接壤处发生堆积,使得物料能够逐步且有序的滑入第一输料筒22中。
结合图4及图5所示,进入至第一输料筒22中的物料随之转动轴3的水平转动,带动带式螺旋体24与捏合盘体23围绕转动轴3作转动。物料受到捏合盘体23所产生的轴向推力沿图1所示出的角度下向左移动,同时在带动带式螺旋体24所形成的螺旋形斜面对物料起到挤压与剪切作用。
结合图2及图3所示,进入至第二输料筒15中的物料依次被片式螺旋体12所设置的四个螺旋叶片及成型螺旋体13圆周侧部所形成的多个矩形凸快131进行剪切与预混,使得物料发生翻滚、搅拌、混合和揉捏,使得物料均质化效果更为明显。申请人发现通过本实施例所揭示的带式螺旋体24、捏合盘体23、片式螺旋体12及成型螺旋体13的共同作用,起到了对粘性较大的物料以及易结块的物料实现高效输送,并同时实现了对物料在实现水平输送过程中的剪切与粉碎处理。最终,处理后的物料从出料管20处排出第二输料筒15。

Claims (9)
1.一种多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,包括:
同轴布置的第一动力机构,第一输料筒(22),第二输料筒(15),与第一输料筒(22)连通并用于导入物料的料斗,以及被第一动力机构所驱动并连续纵向贯穿第一输料筒(22)及第二输料筒(15)的转动轴(3),所述第二输料筒(15)的底部设置出料管(20);
位于第一输料筒(22)中的转动轴(3)的外表面依次间隔配置带式螺旋体(24)与捏合盘体(23),位于第二输料筒(15)的转动轴(3)的外表面依次间隔配置片式螺旋体(12)与成型螺旋体(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述料斗包括:与第一输料筒(22)连通的支管(30),与支管(30)呈一体式结构并向上具投料口的进料筒(7),第二驱动机构,以及置于进料筒(7)的内部并同轴上下装配在搅拌轴(9)上的搅拌盘(8)及三叶桨(10);
其中,所述搅拌盘(8)的上表面环形等依次间距的设置若干搅拌棒(38)与搅拌块(39)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述三叶桨(10)的每个桨叶的末端形成垂直向上的折弯部(101),且三叶桨(10)的每个桨叶沿俯视角度上呈螺旋弯曲形态布置;所述搅拌棒(38)与搅拌块(39)均径向向外延伸出搅拌盘(8)的圆形边缘。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述支管(30)以倾斜方式与第一输料筒(22)连通。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述第一动力机构由第一电机(1)、减速器(37)及第一联轴器(2)组成;所述转动轴(3)与联轴器(2)同轴设置,并在转动轴(3)的两端设置油壶。
6.根据权利要求2所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述第二驱动机构为第二电机(36),第二电机(36)的输出轴(361)所装配主动轮(35),驱动垂直贯穿料斗的搅拌轴(9)的一端装配从动轮(33),所述主动轮(35)与从动轮(33)之间设置皮带(34),以通过第二电机(36)驱动搅拌轴(9)转动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述料斗的底部设置供搅拌轴(9)垂直贯穿的机械密封(31),所述搅拌轴(9)与从动轮(33)之间设置第二联轴器(32)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述第二输料筒(15)中设置支撑杆(38),支撑杆(38)面向转动轴(3)的末端设置支撑座(50),所述转动轴(3)水平贯穿支撑座(50),并在支撑座(50)与转动轴(3)之间设置轴承(29)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的多级螺旋叶片式输送装置,其特征在于,所述第二输料筒(15)的顶部设置盖板(11),所述盖板(11)开设人孔(14)。
