Laser cutting workbench
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laser cutting machinery, in particular to a laser cutting workbench.
Background
The laser cutting machine focuses laser emitted from the laser into laser beams with high power density through an optical path system. The laser beam irradiates the surface of the workpiece to make the workpiece reach the melting point or boiling point, and high-pressure gas coaxial with the laser beam blows away the molten or gasified metal. Along with the movement of the relative positions of the light beam and the workpiece, the material is finally formed into a kerf, so that the aim of cutting is achieved.
The laser cutting processing replaces the traditional mechanical knife with invisible light beams, has the characteristics of high precision, rapid cutting, automatic typesetting, material saving, smooth cut, low processing cost and the like, is not limited by cutting pattern limitation, and is gradually improved or replaced by the traditional metal cutting process equipment. The mechanical part of the laser tool bit is in non-contact with a workpiece, scratches on the surface of the workpiece can not be caused in working, the laser cutting speed is high, the incision is smooth and flat, no subsequent machining is needed, the cutting heat affected zone is small, the deformation of the sheet material is small, the incision is narrow, the incision has no mechanical stress, no shearing burr is generated, the machining precision is high, the repeatability is good, the surface of the material is not damaged, the numerical control programming can be used for machining any plane graph, the whole plate with a large breadth can be cut, the die is not required to be opened, and the method is economical and time-saving.
After the laser cutting is finished, the workpiece is scattered on the workbench, so that the workpiece is inconvenient to collect, wastes time and labor, and staff who collects work is easily stabbed by the cutter bars on the surface of the workbench, so that safety accidents are easily caused.
