本发明公开了一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,包括:锻造式结构的阀体,阀体中部插设阀杆,所述阀杆下部套设半球结构的阀芯,所述阀芯位于阀体内侧,所述阀芯一侧接触阀座一侧,所述阀座另一侧通过螺钉连接压盘,所述阀体与阀杆之间的上、下端分别设有上填料衬垫、下填料衬垫,所述阀体上方通过螺栓连接上填料函,所述阀体下方通过螺栓连接底盖板,所述上填料函上方通过螺栓连接日字型支架,所述支架底端与阀杆之间设有上填料压垫,所述上填料压垫上方设有填料压板,所述填料压板与支架底端通过螺栓固定,所述阀杆上端设有轴承,所述轴承与支架中部接触连接。其具有口径大、耐高压、流量系数更大、可靠性高、调节性能更好等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及偏心球阀技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀。
背景技术
球阀作为应用较为广泛的阀门之一,具有密封可靠、结构简单、维修方便、密封面与球体常在闭合状态,不易被介质冲蚀等优点。由于超低温介质的特殊性,以LNG液化天然气为例,LNG液化天然气升温后体积膨胀600倍,将引起球阀内部压力骤升,因而超低温阀门应当具有自泄压功能,从而避免中腔压力过高发生事故。现有技术中低温球阀多采用半球阀来保证中腔泄压,从而减小阀门腔体压力升高的风险。若阀盖与阀体的偏心处理不到位时,阀盖与阀体安装不到位,阀杆在阀盖上的位置以及伸入流道内的位置均会出现偏差,影响阀芯与阀座之间的密封性能。传统的球阀定位是在下阀盖出加装卡圈,由于是在阀体内部,有可能与介质接触,故容易受介质影响,使用寿命短,易磨损。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,其具有口径大、耐高压、流量系数更大、可靠性高、调节性能更好等特点。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,包括:锻造式结构的阀体,阀体中部插设阀杆,所述阀杆下部套设半球结构的阀芯,所述阀芯位于阀体内侧,所述阀芯一侧接触阀座一侧,所述阀座另一侧通过螺钉连接压盘,所述阀体与阀杆之间的上、下端分别设有上填料衬垫、下填料衬垫,所述阀体上方通过螺栓连接上填料函,所述阀体下方通过螺栓连接底盖板,所述上填料函上方通过螺栓连接日字型支架,所述支架底端与阀杆之间设有上填料压垫,所述上填料压垫上方设有填料压板,所述填料压板与支架底端通过螺栓固定,所述阀杆上端设有轴承,所述轴承与支架中部接触连接。
进一步,所述阀芯与阀杆通过锥销连接。
进一步,所述压盘与阀座的上、下端均与阀体开口一侧的内壁接触。
进一步,所述上填料衬垫上方、下填料衬垫下方均设有填料,所述上填料衬垫上方的填料位于上填料函内侧。
进一步,所述上填料函与阀体之间、底盖板与阀体之间均设有齿型密封垫。
本发明的有益效果为:
角行程阀门的阀杆为转动式,介质不易向外泄露,而且还可以采用密封效果更好的填料,使角形成的密封性能比直行程阀提高数倍,特有的日字型支架定位系统,在外部进行定位,不与介质接触,定位更精确,更能保证使用寿命与精度。

如图1所示,一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,包括:锻造式结构的阀体1,阀体1中部插设阀杆3,所述阀杆3下部套设半球结构的阀芯2,所述阀芯2位于阀体1内侧,所述阀芯2一侧接触阀座6一侧,所述阀座6另一侧通过螺钉连接压盘5,所述阀体1与阀杆3之间的上、下端分别设有上填料衬垫11、下填料衬垫12,所述阀体1上方通过螺栓连接上填料函17,所述阀体1下方通过螺栓连接底盖板4,所述上填料函17上方通过螺栓连接日字型支架8,所述支架8底端与阀杆3之间设有上填料压垫10,所述上填料压垫10上方设有填料压板7,所述填料压板7与支架8底端通过螺栓固定,所述阀杆3上端设有轴承9,所述轴承9与支架8中部接触连接。
所述阀芯2与阀杆3通过锥销15连接。所述压盘5与阀座6的上、下端均与阀体1开口一侧的内壁接触。所述上填料衬垫11上方、下填料衬垫12下方均设有填料14,所述上填料衬垫11上方的填料位于上填料函17内侧。所述上填料函17与阀体1之间、底盖板4与阀体1之间均设有齿型密封垫13。
该装置使用过程中,介质经过管道流到经压盘5和阀座6,然后到阀芯2,阀芯2、日字型支架8通过阀杆的旋转运动,对阀芯与阀座截面积的大小进行调节,从而对管道内介质的流量和压力进行调节。

1.一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,包括:锻造式结构的阀体(1),其特征在于,阀体(1)中部插设阀杆(3),所述阀杆(3)下部套设半球结构的阀芯(2),所述阀芯(2)位于阀体(1)内侧,所述阀芯(2)一侧接触阀座(6)一侧,所述阀座(6)另一侧通过螺钉连接压盘(5),所述阀体(1)与阀杆(3)之间的上、下端分别设有上填料衬垫(11)、下填料衬垫(12),所述阀体(1)上方通过螺栓连接上填料函(17),所述阀体(1)下方通过螺栓连接底盖板(4),所述上填料函(17)上方通过螺栓连接日字型支架(8),所述支架(8)底端与阀杆(3)之间设有上填料压垫(10),所述上填料压垫(10)上方设有填料压板(7),所述填料压板(7)与支架(8)底端通过螺栓固定,所述阀杆(3)上端设有轴承(9),所述轴承(9)与支架(8)中部接触连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)与阀杆(3)通过锥销(15)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,其特征在于:所述压盘(5)与阀座(6)的上、下端均与阀体(1)开口一侧的内壁接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于大口径高压偏心球阀,其特征在于:所述上填料衬垫(11)上方、下填料衬垫(12)下方均设有填料(14),所述上填料衬垫(11)上方的填料位于上填料函(17)内侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种眼镜,其特征在于:所述上填料函(17)与阀体(1)之间、底盖板(4)与阀体(1)之间均设有齿型密封垫(13)。
