the lighting test device is characterized in that a power supply is connected into a liquid crystal substrate, the liquid crystal substrate sequentially displays various colors such as black, white, gray, red, green and blue, when each color is displayed, the liquid crystal substrate under test is photographed by an industrial camera, the photographed picture is transmitted to a controller by the industrial camera, the controller judges defects by an image analysis technology, point defects (foreign points, black points, white points, gray points, bright points, full stars and the like), line defects (dark lines, bright lines and the like), Mura defects (black and white clusters, white imprints, black shadows, stripes, twill and the like) and other special defects such as light leakage, difference, surface scratches, pollution and the like which possibly exist in the liquid crystal substrate are found, and the marks are classified according to quality grades according to the defects of the liquid crystal substrate which can be accepted by a client.
Step S500, controlling a sorting device to sort the liquid crystal substrates into cassettes corresponding to quality grades;

The step of determining whether the liquid crystal substrates have been sorted is performed when the liquid crystal substrates in the cassette are not single-grade liquid crystal substrates.
When the goods distribution machine platform sorts the liquid crystal substrates, the actuator judges whether the liquid crystal substrates in the cassettes of the input bin are single-grade liquid crystal substrates or not; if the liquid crystal substrate in the cassette of the input bin is a single-grade liquid crystal substrate, the actuator controls the goods distribution machine to transmit the liquid crystal substrate through a single-grade liquid crystal substrate transmission channel; if the liquid crystal substrates in the cassette input into the bin are mixed-grade liquid crystal substrates, the actuator controls the goods distribution machine to transmit the liquid crystal substrates through the mixed-grade liquid crystal substrate transmission channel, and the liquid crystal substrates transmitted through the mixed channel need to be sorted again.
And when the liquid crystal substrate in the cassette is a single-grade liquid crystal substrate, controlling a transmission device to transmit the liquid crystal substrate at the input bin to an output bin corresponding to a distribution machine, wherein the output bin corresponds to the input bin in the distribution machine.
When the liquid crystal substrates in the cassette are single-grade liquid crystal substrates, the actuator controls the transmission device to transmit the liquid crystal substrates at the input bin to the output bin corresponding to the goods distribution machine, and the liquid crystal substrates are only required to be sorted once and are directly output to the output bin corresponding to the goods distribution machine. The liquid crystal substrates are distinguished before sorting, subsequent conveying and sorting work is facilitated, the production speed is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the step of controlling the transmission device to transmit the liquid crystal substrate at the input bin to the output bin corresponding to the goods distribution machine includes:

an output bin is fixedly arranged on the storage rack on the other side of the goods distribution machine platform, and the transmission device transmits the liquid crystal substrates processed by the goods distribution machine platform to the output bin, wherein the grade of the liquid crystal substrates placed in the output bin corresponds to the grade of the liquid crystal substrates placed in the input bin; and the actuator acquires an output bin corresponding to the input bin according to the quality grade of the liquid crystal substrate of the input bin.
Step S803, controlling a transmission device to transmit the liquid crystal substrate to the output bin.
The actuator controls the transmission device to move the liquid crystal substrate from the cassette in the input bin to the goods distribution machine for sorting, and controls the transmission device to transmit the processed liquid crystal substrate to the output bin.
The liquid crystal substrates are classified in the lighting test stage, the liquid crystal substrates are distinguished before sorting, directional transmission is carried out on the single-grade liquid crystal substrates, the transmission and sorting work is facilitated, the sorting time is shortened, the production speed is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.

after the step of determining whether the liquid crystal substrates are sorted, the method for sorting the liquid crystal substrates further comprises:

when the liquid crystal substrates are sorted, controlling a transmission device of the goods distribution machine platform to transmit the liquid crystal substrates;
when a signal returned by the first photoelectric sensor is detected, controlling the transmission device to stop;
and executing the step of controlling the correcting device to correct the liquid crystal substrate.

The method for sorting liquid crystal substrates according to claim 3, wherein a second photo sensor is further provided on the transfer device, and the first photo sensor is connected in parallel with the second photo sensor, wherein the method for sorting liquid crystal substrates further comprises:
and when a signal returned by the second photoelectric sensor is detected, controlling the transmission device to decelerate.

when the goods distribution machine platform sorts the liquid crystal substrates, determining whether the liquid crystal substrates in the cassettes of the input bin of the goods distribution machine platform are single-grade liquid crystal substrates or not;
the step of determining whether the liquid crystal substrates have been sorted is performed when the liquid crystal substrates in the cassette are not single-grade liquid crystal substrates.
7. The method for sorting liquid crystal substrates according to claim 6, wherein the step of determining whether the liquid crystal substrates in the cassette of the input bin of the sorting machine are single-grade liquid crystal substrates further comprises:
and when the liquid crystal substrate in the cassette is a single-grade liquid crystal substrate, controlling a transmission device to transmit the liquid crystal substrate at the input bin to an output bin corresponding to a distribution machine, wherein the output bin corresponds to the input bin in the distribution machine.
8. The method for distributing liquid crystal substrates according to claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the transfer device to transfer the liquid crystal substrate at the input bin to the output bin corresponding to the distribution machine comprises:

A distribution system of liquid crystal substrates, comprising a distribution machine, an input bin, an output bin and a cassette, wherein the input bin is located at an input end of the distribution machine, the output bin is located at an output end of the distribution machine, the input bin and the output bin are provided with a plurality of cassettes, the distribution system of liquid crystal substrates further comprises a controller and a computer program operable on the controller, and the computer program is executed by the controller to implement the steps of the distribution method of liquid crystal substrates according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
