1. A brick plate pile tray pushing and stacking method and a pushing and stacking device thereof are characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a tray, a supporting plate and cement bricks on a tray plate conveying roller through a forklift, and conveying the tray, the supporting plate and the cement bricks into a tray plate separation supporting frame under the driving of a motor by the tray plate conveying roller;
secondly, the tray plate separating cylinders on the two sides of the tray plate separating roller support the supporting plate and the cement bricks together to separate the tray plate from the supporting plate, the supporting plate conveying cylinders arranged on the top of the tray plate separating support frame support the supporting plate and the cement bricks, the brick plate conveying device conveys the brick plates to the next brick plate separating device, the brick plates are separated for multiple times, the lowest layer of brick plates are separated, and then the tray plate is placed on the tray plate separating roller on the lower portion of the tray plate separating support frame;
thirdly, the tray is continuously conveyed forwards by the tray plate separating roller and is conveyed to the tray pushing-out roller, then the tray pushing-out frame is driven by the tray pushing-out motor to push the tray out to the first conveying chain and the second conveying chain, and the tray is conveyed to the tray stacking device by the first conveying chain and the second conveying chain;
fourthly, the tray is supported by the lifting cylinder, and when the tray reaches the height of the stacking fixed block, the rotary stacking frames on the two sides of the tray stacking support frame rotate outwards to enable the tray to be higher than the stacking fixed block;
fifthly, the rotary stacking frames on the two sides rotate inwards under the action of gravity until the cross section of the limiting block is attached to the tray stacking support frame, and at the moment, the upper surfaces of the stacking fixing blocks are in a horizontal state, so that the tray is supported;
sixthly, the lifting cylinder descends, and the tray is completely supported by the stacking fixed block;
seventhly, the trays are sequentially supported by a lifting cylinder, then the tray on the upper layer is jacked up, and all the trays are supported by the stacking fixed blocks, so that the trays are automatically stacked;
a brick plate pile tray pushing and stacking device comprises a tray plate conveying device, a tray plate separating device, a tray pushing device and a tray stacking device;
the plate conveying device comprises a plate conveying base, a plate supporting column is fixedly installed on the plate conveying base, a plate supporting seat is fixedly installed above the plate supporting column, a first plate conveying supporting plate is fixedly installed on one side of the upper surface of the plate supporting seat, a second plate conveying supporting plate is fixedly installed on the other side of the upper surface of the plate supporting seat, a first conveying roller fixing groove is formed in the first plate conveying supporting plate, a second conveying roller fixing groove is formed in the second plate conveying supporting plate, a plate conveying roller is arranged between the first plate conveying supporting plate and the second plate conveying supporting plate, one end of the plate conveying roller is located in the first conveying roller fixing groove, the other end of the plate conveying roller is located in the second conveying roller fixing groove, and a plate conveying chain is sleeved outside the adjacent plate conveying roller;
