Abstract

本发明提供了一种户外服装面料,包括基层面料以及复合层。其中,基层面料为针织面料,采用单面纬编多层添纱组织结构,包括从内向外依次层叠设置的康纶纤维层、竹纤维层和棉纤维层;复合层包括水刺无纺布层和TPU防水透气膜,水刺无纺布层和TPU防水透气膜依次热压复合在棉纤维层上。基层面料赋予了面料立体层状的吸湿排汗功能、抗菌除臭功能以及保温性能;复合层中的水刺无纺布层起到透气隔热性能,同时避免棉纤维层直接与TPU防水透气膜接触,防止棉纤维层吸水后阻塞TPU防水透气膜的透气微孔,从而保证了面料的透气性能。

一种户外服装面料
技术领域
本发明涉及户外服装面料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有复合结构的户外服装面料。
背景技术
随着全民健身运动的推广,户外运动热潮愈演愈烈,多种户外体育运动和表演项目正在如火如荼地开展。在户外运动中,沐浴阳光的同时也要避免紫外线对人体的伤害,尤其在紫外线强烈的夏季,这需要户外运动服装要有一定的防紫外线功能。另外,在运动中,人体大量排汗,服装还需具有较好的吸湿排汗功能,才能使人感觉比较舒适。第三,运动中皮肤表面会有汗液和皮脂的大量分泌,在适宜的温度和湿度环境下,微生物可能大量繁殖,要求户外运动服装最好具备一定的抗菌性能。然而现有的户外面料通常只具有简单的防风防水性能,穿着舒适性不佳,吸湿排汗性能和抗菌性能也差。
发明内容
本发明是为解决上述技术问题而进行的,提供了一种具备多层复合结构的户外服装面料,解决了现有的户外面料通常只具有简单的防风防水性能,存在穿着舒适性差,吸湿排汗性能和抗菌性能差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供的户外服装面料具有如下技术特征:包括基层面料以及热压在其上的复合层。其中,基层面料为针织面料,采用单面纬编多层添纱组织结构,包括从内向外依次层叠设置的康纶纤维层、竹纤维层和棉纤维层;复合层包括水刺无纺布层和TPU防水透气膜,该水刺无纺布层和TPU防水透气膜依次热压复合在棉纤维层上。
优选的,在本发明提供的户外服装面料中,康纶纤维层由康纶纤维制成,竹纤维层由竹纤维制成,棉纤维层为7D的棉纤维制成。
优选的,在本发明提供的户外服装面料中,基层面料的厚度为0.8~1.5mm。
优选的,在本发明提供的户外服装面料中,水刺无纺布层为蚕丝水刺无纺布层。蚕丝水刺无纺布透气性佳,具备一定强力,并且手感柔软、蓬松、吸湿性高,既同TPU防水透气膜协同作用,赋予面料一定的吸湿透气性,又赋予面料一定的强度。
优选的,在本发明提供的户外服装面料中,蚕丝水刺无纺布层的厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
优选的,在本发明提供的户外服装面料中,TPU防水透气膜的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,孔隙率为40%~60%,孔径为0.1μm-0.5μm。
优选的,在本发明提供的户外服装面料中,TPU防水透气膜表面涂覆有防紫外线涂层。
本发明的有益保障及效果如下:
本发明采用针织面料作为基层面料,穿着舒适性好,其中康纶纤维位于内层,具有三维立体沟槽结构,具有优良的吸湿快干性能;竹纤维层作为中间层,具有良好的耐磨性以及吸湿透湿性、透气性和天然的抗菌除臭功能,强度好,能够有效提高针织面料的结构强度;采用7D的棉纤维作为外层,吸湿性能和保温性优良。因此,基层面料赋予了面料立体层状的吸湿排汗功能、抗菌除臭功能以及保温性能。
另一方面,复合层中的水刺无纺布层起到透气隔热性能,同时避免棉纤维层直接与TPU防水透气膜接触,防止棉纤维层吸水后阻塞TPU防水透气膜的透气微孔,从而保证了面料的透气性能。

具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明作详细描述,但本发明的实施不仅限于此。
如图1所示,户外服装面料100包括基层面料以及热压在其上的复合层两部分。基层面料和复合层也分别是多层复合结构。
基层面料的厚度为0.8~1.5mm,为针织面料,采用单面纬编多层添纱组织结构,包括从内向外依次层叠设置的康纶纤维层1、竹纤维层2和棉纤维层3。康纶纤维层1位于内层,由康纶纤维制成,具有三维立体沟槽结构,具有优良的吸湿快干性能;竹纤维层2位于中间层,由竹纤维制成,具有良好的耐磨性以及吸湿透湿性、透气性和天然的抗菌除臭功能,强度好,能够有效提高针织面料的结构强度;棉纤维层3位于外层,为7D的棉纤维制成,吸湿性能和保温性优良。因此,基层面料赋予了面料立体层状的吸湿排汗功能、抗菌除臭功能以及保温性能。
本实施例中,为了提高面料的抗菌性能,康纶纤维层1在进行纤维制备时,可在原料液中混入质量比为3%~5%的银纳米粒子,使得纤维内部加入银纳米粒子,既增加抗菌效能,又不会刺激感染肌肤,保持皮肤冰爽干净。
复合层包括水刺无纺布层4和TPU防水透气膜5。该水刺无纺布层和TPU防水透气膜依次热压复合在棉纤维层上。水刺无纺布层4起到透气隔热性能,同时其位于棉纤维层3和TPU防水透气膜5之间,避免棉纤维层3直接与TPU防水透气膜5接触,防止棉纤维层吸水后阻塞TPU防水透气膜的透气微孔,从而保证了面料的透气性能。
本实施例中,水刺无纺布层为蚕丝水刺无纺布层。蚕丝水刺无纺布透气性佳,具备一定强力,并且手感柔软、蓬松、吸湿性高,既同TPU防水透气膜协同作用,赋予面料一定的吸湿透气性,又赋予面料一定的强度。
蚕丝水刺无纺布层的厚度为0.1~0.5mm,TPU防水透气膜的厚度为0.05-0.1mm,孔隙率为40%~60%,孔径为0.1μm-0.5μm。
此外,为了增加面料的防紫外线功能,TPU防水透气膜表面涂覆有防紫外线涂层,该防紫外线涂层的厚度限定在3~4微米左右即可。

1.一种户外服装面料,其特征在于:包括基层面料以及复合层,
其中,所述基层面料为针织面料,采用单面纬编多层添纱组织结构,包括从内向外依次层叠设置的康纶纤维层、竹纤维层和棉纤维层;
所述复合层包括水刺无纺布层和TPU防水透气膜,所述水刺无纺布层和TPU防水透气膜依次热压复合在所述棉纤维层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的户外服装面料,其特征在于:
