As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number plate pressing machine is also provided with a number plate loading and unloading station; the number plate pressing machine also comprises a number plate positioning box moving mechanism 5 which is connected with the number plate positioning box 3 so as to drive the number plate positioning box 3 to move on the frame 1 at least between the number plate loading and unloading station and the number plate pressing station.
The number plate positioning box moving mechanism 5 is, for example, but not limited to, a structure including:
the number plate positioning box moves the drive mechanism;
a positioning box moving drive source 51 connected to the number plate positioning box 3 through the number plate positioning box moving transmission mechanism to drive the number plate positioning box 3 to move. The positioning-cassette-moving drive source 51 is, for example, but not limited to, a motor.
The number plate positioning box moving transmission mechanism can be a synchronous wheel pair, and the synchronous wheel pair comprises:
a main rotation wheel 52 connected to the set-box moving drive source 51 to be driven to rotate;
a slave rotating wheel rotatably connected to the frame 1;
and a timing belt member connected to the master rotor 52 and the slave rotor, the timing belt member being connected to the number plate positioning box 3.
In this embodiment, the positioning box moving driving source 51 is driven to rotate to drive the main rotating wheel 52, the synchronous belt member is driven to move, the slave rotating wheel is driven to rotate by the synchronous belt member, and the number plate positioning box 3 is connected with the synchronous belt member to drive the number plate positioning box 3 to move so as to move back and forth between the number plate loading and unloading station and the number plate pressing station.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number plate positioning box 3 includes, for example and without limitation, the following structures:
a bottom sliding seat 31 connected to the frame 1 in a sliding manner, wherein a positioning section 31a adapted to the edge of the number plate 10 and adapted to accommodate the number plate 10 is arranged on the bottom sliding seat 31;
a pressing plate 32 rotatably connected to the bottom slide 31 and provided with an edge pressing groove 32a, wherein the pressing plate 32 is adapted to be operated to rotate toward the bottom slide during the movement of the bottom slide 31 from the number plate loading/unloading station to the number plate pressing station, and to press at least a part of the periphery of the edge pressing groove 32a against at least a part of the periphery of the number plate 10 in the positioning section 31a when the bottom slide 31 moves to the number plate pressing station, and the pressing plate 32 is further adapted to be operated to rotate away from the bottom slide during the movement of the bottom slide 31 from the number plate pressing station to the number plate loading/unloading station, so that the periphery of the edge pressing groove 32a is separated from the periphery of the number plate 10 in the positioning section 31 a.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the pressing plate 32 is rotated during the movement of the bottom slide 31 by a link assembly provided between the pressing plate 32 and the number plate press 4 or the frame 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the connecting rod assembly is configured, for example and without limitation, as follows:
a first connecting rod 33, one end of the first connecting rod 33 is hinged with the pressure plate 32;
and a second link 34, one end of the second link 34 being hinged to the other end of the first link 33, and the other end of the second link 34 being hinged to the number plate press 4 or to the frame 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the number plate pressing machine is also provided with a finished product station and a blank taking station;
the automatic blank taking machine further comprises a carrying manipulator component 6 which is suitable for carrying the number plate 10 which is not pressed on the blank taking station to the number plate positioning box 3 positioned on the number plate loading and unloading station and carrying the number plate 10 which is pressed in the number plate positioning box 3 of the number plate loading and unloading station to a finished product station.
Such as, but not limited to, the following structures, including:
a linear guide device 61;
a connecting frame 62 mounted on the sliding member of the linear guide device 61;
the at least one first sucking disc component is arranged on the connecting frame 62 and is suitable for conveying the number plate 10 which is not pressed on the blank taking station to the number plate positioning box 3 positioned at the number plate loading and unloading station in the sliding process of the connecting frame 62;
and at least one second sucker component which is arranged on the connecting frame 62 and is suitable for conveying the pressed number plate in the number plate positioning box 3 of the number plate loading and unloading station to a finished product station in the sliding process of the connecting frame 62.
In this embodiment, the linear guide device 61 is a device that is commonly used by those skilled in the art, and the detailed structure thereof is not described in detail in this embodiment.
The moving direction of the link frame 62 is the front-rear direction in fig. 4.
Specifically, the first and/or second suction cup assemblies comprise:
a lifting piston cylinder 63 connected to the connecting frame 62;
a suction cup 64 connected to a piston rod of the elevating piston cylinder 63 and sucking or releasing the number plate 10. Specifically, the moving direction of the suction cup 64 is the up-down direction in fig. 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the number plate press further includes:
and a number plate moving part 7 which is arranged on the frame 1 and used for moving the number plate 10 which is not pressed to the blank taking station.
The number plate moving part 7 is, for example, but not limited to, the following structure, which includes:
the conveying device is arranged on the rack 1 and used for intermittently conveying the non-pressed number plate group to a blank station;
and the number plate lifting device is suitable for lifting the non-pressed number plate group positioned at the blank station and enabling the number plate at the top of the number plate group to be positioned at the blank taking station.
Such as, but not limited to, the following structures, including:
at least one pair of conveyor belts, comprising a conveyor belt 71 suitable for placing the number plate groups thereon in a parallel manner, a main conveyor wheel and a secondary conveyor wheel connected with the conveyor belt 71 and rotatably connected with the frame 1;
a rotary motor 72 connected to the main transfer wheel to drive the main transfer wheel in rotation.
The number plate lifting device is, for example and without limitation, a structure including:
lifting the plate;
and a lift plate lift piston cylinder 73 connected to the lift plate for driving the lift plate to lift and lower.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the number plate press further includes:
a plate pack device adapted to apply pressure to the plate pack from both sides of the plate pack at the blank station to align the plates in the plate pack.
The number plate set device is, for example and without limitation, the following structure, which comprises:
the baffle 81 is arranged on the frame 1 and positioned at one side of the number plate group of the blank station;
the number plate component is arranged on the frame 1 and positioned on the other side of the number plate group at the blank station; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

A stack of unpressed license plate groups are placed on a conveyor belt 71, the conveyor belt 71 conveys the license plate groups to a blank station, the two sides of the license plate groups on the blank station are aligned through a license plate group beating device, then the license plate groups are lifted to a certain height through a license plate lifting device, so that the topmost license plate 10 is positioned on a blank taking station, at the moment, a suction cup 64 of a first suction disc component can descend to suck one license plate 10 and then lift, meanwhile, a suction cup 64 of a second suction disc component also sucks one character-pressed license plate 10 from a license plate positioning box 3 and then drives a connecting frame 62 to integrally move, at the moment, the license plate 10 on the first suction cup 64 reaches the upper part of the license plate positioning box 3, the character-pressed license plate 10 reaches a finished product station, the first suction disc component and the second suction disc component simultaneously put down the license plates 10, and the unpressed license plates 10 fall into the license plate positioning box 3, the finished depressed number plate 10 enters the conveyor and the connecting frame 62 returns to its initial position.
The invention selects the corresponding character matrix 21 by driving the number plate character library selecting device 2, moves all the selected character matrixes 21 to the number plate pressing station, then manually or automatically places the number plates which are not pressed in the number plate positioning box 3, moves the number plate positioning box 3 filled with the number plates 10 which are not pressed to the number plate pressing station, places the number plates which are not pressed in the number plate positioning box 3 in all the selected character matrixes 21, then starts the number plate pressing machine 4, applies pressure to all the selected character matrixes 21, presses the characters on the number plates 10 which are not pressed, then transfers the number plates 10 with pressed characters out of the number plate pressing machine 4 through the number plate positioning box 3 for subsequent processing, and the number plate character library selecting device 2 pulls all the selected character matrixes 21 back to the character matrix selecting station, and repeats the steps in sequence to press the next number plate 10.

a pressing plate (32) which is rotatably connected to the bottom sliding seat (31) and provided with an edge pressing groove (32a), wherein the pressing plate (32) is suitable for being acted to rotate towards the direction of the bottom sliding seat in the process that the bottom sliding seat (31) moves from the number plate loading and unloading station to the number plate pressing station, and when the bottom sliding seat (31) moves to the number plate pressing station, at least part of the periphery of the edge pressing groove (32a) is pressed against at least part of the periphery of the number plate (10) in the positioning section (31a), and the pressing plate (32) is also suitable for being acted to rotate away from the direction of the bottom sliding seat in the process that the bottom sliding seat (31) moves from the number plate pressing station to the number plate loading and unloading station, so that the periphery of the edge pressing groove (32a) is separated from the periphery of the number plate (10) in the positioning section (31 a).

5. The license plate press of claim 4, wherein the engaging structure is a magnet provided on the matrix pushing mechanism, and a portion of the matrix (21) engaging with the engaging structure is at least partially provided with a magnetic conductor magnetically engaging with the magnet.
6. The number plate press according to claim 2, wherein the matrices (21) comprise:
a matrix pressing portion adapted to be pressed to press a font on the number plate (10) placed therein;
one end of the connecting rod (21a) is connected with the character die pressing part, and the connecting rod (21a) is inserted on the character die holder (22) in a sliding manner;
the connecting block (21b) is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod (21a) opposite to one end connected with the character die pressing part and is abutted against one side of the character die holder (22) when the character die (21) slides to the number plate pressing station; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the character die pressing part is provided with an end face which is used for connecting the connecting rod (21a) and is abutted against the other side of the character die holder (22) when the character die (21) slides to a selected work station of the character die.
7. The number plate press as claimed in claim 6, wherein the matrix pressing part includes a letter matrix (21c) and a letter matrix (21 d); wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the letter matrix (21c) is connected to one end of the connecting rod (21 a);
the male type matrix (21d) is elastically connected to the female type matrix (21c) or the connecting rod (21a) through an elastic piece (21 e);

a lifting piston cylinder (63) connected to the connecting frame (62);
a suction cup (64) connected to the piston rod of the lifting piston cylinder (63) and used for sucking or loosening the number plate (10).

a plate pack device adapted to apply pressure to the plate pack from both sides of the plate pack at the blank station to align the plates in the plate pack.
