Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物及其制备方法和应用,要解决的是现有痔疮肛裂的治疗和预防中的问题。本发明包括以下重量份的原料:金银花5‑10份、墨旱莲3‑8份、槐花2‑6份、地榆2‑6份、薄荷0.5‑1份、表面活性剂10‑15份、氨基酸0.3‑0.75份、1‑2丙二醇0.4‑0.6份和茶树油0.35‑0.7份。本产品原料来源广泛,制备的成品具有清热解毒,消肿止痛,抑菌止痒,凉血止血,敛固止脱和滋润防裂的作用,可用于预防和治疗内痔、外痔、混合痔和肛裂;本产品的制剂形式多样,均采用无毒中药原料,对幼儿和孕妇没有毒副作用,制成洗剂可用于小儿肛裂痔疮的清洗,可以进行原液清洗,直接作用患处。

技术领域
本发明涉及痔疮肛裂治疗领域,具体是一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物。
背景技术
痔疮肛裂是一种位于肛门部位的常见疾病,任何年龄都可发病,但随着年龄增长,发病率逐渐增高。在我国,痔疮是最常见的肛肠疾病,素有“十男九痔”、“十女十痔”的说法。有调查显示,我国女性的发病率为67%,男性的发病率为53.9%。女性的发病率高于男性与女性特有的生理特点有关,并且女性的肛周疾病会影响到阴道口,造成不必要的妇科炎症感染。尤其在月经期,妊娠期,产褥期更容易引起痔疮的发生,生活质量严重降低。
关于痔的病因主要有两种学说。首先是静脉曲张学说,认为痔是直肠下段黏膜下和肛管皮肤下的静脉丛淤血、扩张和屈曲所形成的静脉团。然而目前广为接受的理论是Thomson的肛垫下移学说,认为痔原本是肛管部位正常的解剖结构,即血管垫,是齿状线及以上1.5cm的环状海绵样组织带。只有肛垫组织发生异常并合并有症状时,才能称为痔疮,才需要治疗,治疗目的是解除症状,而非消除痔体。痔的诱发因素很多,其中便秘、长期饮酒、进食大量刺激性食物和久坐久立是主要诱因。痔按发生部位的不同分为内痔、外痔、混合痔。临床表现主要为:1.主要表现为便血,便血的性质可为无痛、间歇性、便后鲜血,便时滴血或手纸上带血,便秘、饮酒或进食刺激性食物后加重。2.单纯性内痔无疼痛仅坠胀感,可出血,发展至脱垂,合并血栓形成、嵌顿、感染时才出现疼痛。3.内痔分为4度。①Ⅰ度排便时出血,便后出血可自行停止,痔不脱出肛门;②Ⅱ度常有便血;排便时脱出肛门,排便后自动还纳;③Ⅲ度痔脱出后需手辅助还纳;Ⅳ度痔长期在肛门外,不能还纳;其中,Ⅱ度以上的内痔多形成混合痔,表现为内痔和外痔的症状同时存在,可出现疼痛不适、瘙痒,其中瘙痒常由于痔脱出时有粘性分泌物流出。后三度多成混合痔。4.外痔平时无特殊症状,发生血栓及炎症时可有肿胀、疼痛。
肛裂,主要是肛管裂开,肛裂的发病率约占肛肠病的20%,多以年轻人为主,但肛裂更青睐女性,尤其是年轻女性。我国女性发病率约是男性的1.8倍,日本大肠肛门杂志报告的结果是1.6倍。肛裂根据病情轻重可以分为三期,1.Ⅰ期肛裂:也称初发肛裂,即新鲜肛裂或早期肛裂。肛管皮肤表浅损伤,创口周围组织基本正常。2.Ⅱ期肛裂:也称单纯肛裂。肛管已形成溃疡性裂口,但无合并症,无肛乳头肥大、哨兵痔及皮下瘘管等。3.Ⅲ期肛裂:即指陈旧性肛裂,裂口呈陈旧性溃疡,合并肛乳头肥大及哨兵痔,或伴有皮下瘘管及肛隐窝炎症等。
目前治疗痔疮主要分为以上几种:1,无症状无需治疗;2,局部用药治疗,用膏剂,栓剂,洗剂,药浴;3,局部注射疗法;4,胶圈套扎;5,物理疗法,如激光,冷冻疗法;6,手术疗法。首先,无症状不需治疗与中医“治未病”观点不相符;其次,传统的局部用药,均须清洗后再用药治疗,但肛管难以清洗,肛管肛周皱褶较多,因此清水清洗后使用传统药物治疗,疗效不佳。第三,由于国人习惯性便后用厕纸来擦肛周,肛周肛管处便渣便渍较多,往往储存在肛周肛管皱褶处,容易滋生细菌,因此容易生病,且造成传统治疗方法疗效不佳。
目前对于肛裂的治疗,主要采用治疗痔疮的药物或者手术来治疗,然而,很多人未达到手术的指征,想保守治疗的患者又苦于无药可用,患者每天生活在极度恐惧与痛苦之中,人们也在进行相关方面的研究。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:
一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:金银花5-10份、墨旱莲3-8份、槐花2-6份、地榆2-6份、薄荷0.5-1份、表面活性剂10-15份、氨基酸0.3-0.75份、1-2丙二醇0.4-0.6份和茶树油0.35-0.7份。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:所述用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:金银花6-9份、墨旱莲4-7份、槐花3-6份、地榆3-6份、薄荷0.7-1.1份、表面活性剂10-15份、氨基酸0.38-0.75份、1-2丙二醇0.46-0.6份和茶树油0.42-0.7份。
所述用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将墨旱莲、金银花、槐花、地榆和薄荷粉碎成粉末,得到粉碎后的墨旱莲、金银花、槐花、地榆和薄荷;
步骤二,将粉碎后的墨旱莲、金银花、槐花和地榆加入水中浸泡25-40分钟,加热至92-95℃并且搅拌煎煮0.8-1.4小时,煎煮结束前4-8分钟加入粉碎后的薄荷,再进行离心、过滤、压榨、合并滤液并且浓缩成稠膏;
步骤三,将稠膏加入水中并且搅拌均匀,得到溶液;
步骤四,将表面活性剂、氨基酸、1-2丙二醇和茶树油加入水中并且均质处理,再加入溶液,最后用乳酸调节pH值,采用相应的工艺得到不同的制剂。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:步骤一中粉末的粒径为0.4-0.6cm。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:步骤二中还包括对稠膏进行真空干燥并粉碎,得到第一混合物,此时步骤三中将第一混合物加入水中并且搅拌均匀。
作为本发明实施例进一步的方案:步骤四中加入不同的辅料后制剂包括洗剂、凝胶、胶囊、片剂、栓剂、膏剂和散剂中的任意一种。
本发明还包括用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物在制备用于预防和治疗痔疮、肛裂的药物中的应用。
所述用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物在预防和治疗痔疮肛裂中的清洗方法为直接清洗肛管皮肤,即清洗肛管实现洗和治同时进行,之前没有这样的方法,现有的一些中药洗剂只能清洗肛周表面,清洗不进肛管,疗效不佳。
本产品在使用安全级别比较高的表面活性剂的基础上,加入用于治疗的几味中药,调节合适人体皮肤的pH值。做到防治兼备,随时清洗,清洗进肛管,方便使用,此种直接清洗肛管肛周来改善痔疮肛裂的制剂及方法,在文献中并无记载。对于内痔,混合痔不好给药患者,可以戴指套清洗和针筒给药,肛周残液及时清洗。对于术后的患者,也应该做到经常清洗,防止复发。针对于女性的特殊情况及生理特点,本产品由于所使用的中药和辅料,均为无毒副作用的原料药,对孕妇亦不会造成伤害,保证孕期安全,因此也适合女性在孕期使用。由于小儿肛周未发育完全的特殊性,无法手术,药物多小儿无法使用,因此清洗作为小儿的最佳治疗方式,当制剂为洗剂时,治疗和预防痔疮、肛裂的方法为使用洗剂直接手洗、戴指套清洗或针筒给药患处,三至五分钟后直接洗掉洗剂或残液,使用方便快捷。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本产品原料来源广泛,通过各种原料的配合,制备的成品具有清热解毒,消肿止痛,抑菌止痒,凉血止血,敛固止脱和滋润防裂的作用,可用于预防和治疗内痔、外痔、混合痔和肛裂,优选用于治疗没有达到手术适应征的痔疮患者和预防有陈旧性痔疮的患者,仅清洗就得到了治疗,尤其对于女姓孕期痔疮肛裂和小儿肛裂痔疮的患者,填补了女姓孕期无法用药小儿无药可用的空白,长期使用可以起到预防痔疮肛裂的效果;
本产品的制剂形式多样,均采用无毒中药原料,对幼儿没有毒副作用,制成洗剂所用辅料均为小儿洗化产品常用原料或可食用原料,对幼儿没有伤害,可用于小儿肛裂痔疮的清洗,可以进行原液清洗,直接作用患处,快速起效,使用方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物,包括金银花50g,墨旱莲30g,槐花20g,地榆20g,薄荷0.6g,椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g,氯化钠9g,茶树油5g,水1386g。
制备方法为:
(1)取原料金银花50g,墨旱莲30g,槐花20g,地榆40g,薄荷6g,粉碎成0.5CM大小以备用;
(2)取上述除薄荷以外粉碎的原料140g,加入1000g水中浸泡30分钟,加热至95℃左右,搅拌煎煮1小时,最后5分钟加入粉碎的薄荷6g。过300目再进行离心、过滤、压榨、合并滤液、浓缩成的200g备用;
(3)将椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,水250g投入在40℃均质乳化器中,搅拌30分钟后加入氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g继续搅拌30分钟形成的基质液以备用;
(4)将浓缩中药投入有基质液的搅拌器中,保持35℃,搅拌,均质乳化30分钟,用氯化钠9g加236g水中,加茶树油5g,共同投入搅拌器中,搅拌30分钟,制得乳液1000g。最后用乳酸调解乳液酸碱度至6;
(5)静置12小时后罐装入密闭容器。
实施例2
一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物,包括金银花70g,墨旱莲40g,槐花30g,地榆30g,薄荷7g,椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g,氯化钠9g,茶树油5g,水1386g。
制备方法为:
(1)取原料金银花70g,墨旱莲40g,槐花30g,地榆30g,薄荷7g,粉碎成0.5CM大小以备用;
(2)取上述除薄荷以外粉碎的原料170g,加入1000g水中浸泡30分钟,加热至95℃左右,搅拌煎煮1小时,最后5分钟加入粉碎的薄荷7g。过300目再进行离心、过滤、压榨、合并滤液、浓缩成的200g备用;
(3)将椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,水250g投入在40℃均质乳化器中,搅拌30分钟后加入氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g继续搅拌30分钟形成的基质液以备用;
(4)将浓缩中药投入有基质液的搅拌器中,保持35℃,搅拌,均质乳化30分钟,用氯化钠9g加236g水中,加茶树油5g,共同投入搅拌器中,搅拌30分钟,制得乳液1000g。最后用乳酸调解乳液酸碱度至6;
(5)静置12小时后罐装入密闭容器。
实施例3
一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物,包括金银花80g,墨旱莲50g,槐花40g,地榆40g,薄荷8g,椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g,氯化钠9g,茶树油5g,水1386g。
制备方法为:
(1)取原料金银花80g,墨旱莲60g,槐花40g,地榆40g,薄荷8g,粉碎成0.5CM大小以备用;
(2)取上述除薄荷以外粉碎的原料220g,加入1000g水中浸泡30分钟,加热至95℃左右,搅拌煎煮1小时,最后5分钟加入粉碎的薄荷8g。过300目再进行离心、过滤、压榨、合并滤液、浓缩成的200g备用;
(3)将椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,水250g投入在40℃均质乳化器中,搅拌30分钟后加入氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g继续搅拌30分钟形成的基质液以备用;
(4)将浓缩中药投入有基质液的搅拌器中,保持35℃,搅拌,均质乳化30分钟,用氯化钠9g加236g水中,加茶树油5g,共同投入搅拌器中,搅拌30分钟,制得乳液1000g。最后用乳酸调解乳液酸碱度至6;
(5)静置12小时后罐装入密闭容器。
实施例4
一种用于痔疮肛裂的中药组合物,包括金银花100g,墨旱莲80g,槐花60g份,地榆60g,薄荷12g,椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g,氯化钠9g,茶树油5g,水1386g。
制备方法为:
(1)取原料金银花100g,墨旱莲80g,槐花60g,地榆60g,薄荷12g,粉碎成0.5CM大小以备用;
(2)取上述除薄荷以外粉碎的原料300g,加入1000g水中浸泡30分钟,加热至95℃左右,搅拌煎煮1小时,最后5分钟加入粉碎的薄荷12g。过300目再进行离心、过滤、压榨、合并滤液、浓缩成的200g备用;
(3)将椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱150g,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠150g,水250g投入在40℃均质乳化器中,搅拌30分钟后加入氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂5g,1-2丙二醇5g继续搅拌30分钟形成的基质液以备用;
(4)将浓缩中药投入有基质液的搅拌器中,保持35℃,搅拌,均质乳化30分钟,用氯化钠9g加236g水中,加茶树油5g,共同投入搅拌器中,搅拌30分钟,制得乳液1000g,最后用乳酸调解乳液酸碱度至6;
(5)静置12小时后罐装入密闭容器。
对实施例1的制剂进行效果验证,验证方法如下:志愿者纳入标准:患有不同程度痔疮肛裂的患者,痔疮的主诉症状主要有疼痛、瘙痒、出血、肉球肿大、脱出。肛裂患者主要伴有裂口、出血、疼痛等不适症状者,不分性别,年龄作为受试对象。
使用方法:便后或洗澡时,用温水清洗肛周后,挤出原液2-4滴涂抹肛周并搓出泡沫,保持泡沫在肛周,可戴指套清洗肛周内侧,五分钟后冲洗肛周泡沫并擦拭干净。每天早晚各洗一次,便后加洗一次。
观察指标:痔疮观察主要症状:疼痛、瘙痒、出血、肉球肿大、脱出、异物感;肛裂观察主要症状:裂口、出血、疼痛。观察第7日、第21日患者症状改善情况。
功效判定标准:显效:主诉症状消失或明显减轻;有效:主诉症状减轻;无效:主诉症状体征无明显变化。

从表1和表2中可以看出,实施例1的产品对痔疮肛裂具有明显的作用,随着使用时间的延长,主要症状的改善率明显提高。
典型案例:
1,方XX,男,北京市怀柔区人,混合痔二期5年,经常便时出血,用了医院开的栓剂,薰洗剂,膏剂,民间偏方各种治疗,均没有太好的效果,用实施例1的产品7天后止血,后又出过一次血,再用5天后止血,痔疮肉球缩小了三分之二。自我很满意,之后一直每周洗3次来保养,没有再出血,痔疮也没有再犯。
2,蔡X,男,山西省忻州市人,肛裂6个月伴轻度狭窄,早期使用马应龙痔疮膏,红霉素软膏,太宁膏治疗,裂口一直无法愈合,还引起了扩约肌轻度痉挛,使用实施例2的产品10天后,裂口愈合,后继续用洗液辅助扩肛6个月后没有再肛裂过。
3,王X,男,湖北武汉人,小儿1岁3个月,孩子经常便干粗硬,肛裂喷血,有痔疮,看了武汉几家医院,除用软便的益生菌外,均无法治疗,孩子经常哭闹,由于裂口较深,用实施例4的产品15天后愈合,后巩固3个月,半年后因为粗便又裂,用实施例4的产品7天后愈合,又巩固2个月。之后没有再犯过。
4,高X,女,河北廊坊人,炎性外痔,导至肛周疼痛,经指导使用红霉素软膏后疼痛减轻,但肛周奇痒无比,患者难以忍受,用实施例3的产品后立刻舒缓很多,用一周疼痛瘙痒消失,痔疮萎缩到原来四分之一大小,后偶尔不适就马上洗,一直维持的很好,痔疮没再变大。
5,闵XX,女,上海市奉贤区人,5年前手术过,复发,三期混合痔。再去医院时被要求继续手术,因惧怕手术的疼痛坚决不手术,选择保守治疗,用实施例2的产品后7天痔疮缩小到原来的二分之一,14天后缩小到原来的四分之一,25天后只有原来的十分之一,之后每周清洗三次,没有再复发。
6,王XX,女,山东潍坊寒亭区人,产后肛裂患者,由于产后活动量减少,导致便秘,引起肛裂,患者产生的产后抑郁症。使用实施例1的产品当天疼痛就减轻了,3天后明显减轻,7天裂口愈合。患者心情也好了很多。由于没有巩固,2个月后又犯过一次,7天愈合后巩固了3个月,之月一直没有再犯。
7,高XX,女,孕期混合痔三期,疼痛伴出血。到医院只能使用一些益生菌来改善大便情况,因为在孕期,医生也没有太好的办法,由于洗液是外用,且三分钟后冲洗,咨询医生后,说可以使用,患者使用实施例4的产品7天后疼痛消失,出血消失,因为担心再犯,一直保持孕期每天洗一次。混合痔降至二期,一直维持很好。
8,邱XX,男,重庆万州人,因前一晚吃烧烤,喝白酒,导致痔疮急性发作,患者自述不能下床行走,只能扒在床上,药店买了马应龙痔疮膏没有减轻,使用实施例3的产品2天后,疼痛减轻,可下地行走,使用7天后,痔球消失,巩固了两周,后一直没有复发。已经养成了每周清洗的好习惯。
9,陈XX,男,河南洛阳涧西区人,轻度痔疮伴肛裂患者,因熬夜导致便秘引起肛裂,起初使用治疗痔疮的银离子凝胶,壳聚糖凝胶,红霉素眼膏,均无效,于是放弃保守治疗准备手术,术前30分钟感觉自己还是不能手术,于是开始用实施例2的产品,3天后疼痛明显减轻,7天后无痛感,10天时裂口愈合,听从建议巩固了3个月,没有再发生过肛裂。
10,毛XX,女,陕西西安长安区人,二期混合痔伴出血,肛裂有哨兵痔,同时有肛窦炎,之前口服中药,外用太宁栓,马应龙痔疮膏,病情没有改善,使用实施例2的产品后,痔疮降为一期,肛裂7天愈合,没有再出过血,同时建议她服用盐酸小檗碱和益生菌,肛窦炎引起的症状也消失。
本发明工作原理如下:
金银花具有祛痱止痒、清热解毒、抑菌、抗粉刺、抗炎等功效,主治温病发热、热毒血痢、痈疽疔毒等。现代研究证明,金银花含有绿原酸、木犀草素苷等药理活性成分,对溶血性链球菌、金黄葡萄球菌等多种致病菌及上呼吸道感染致病病毒等有较强的抑制力,另外还可增强免疫力。
墨旱莲具有凉血止血,益阴补肾之作用。《唐本草》:主血痢。针灸疮发,洪血不可止者敷之;汁涂发眉,生速而繁。《日华子本草》:排脓,止血,通小肠,敷一切疮并蚕瘑。《滇南本草》:固齿,乌须,洗九种痔疮。《生草药性备要》:治跌打伤,理酒顶,化痰,杀螆,止痒,干水。《分类草药性》:止血,补肾,退火,消肿,治淋、崩。
槐花味苦,性平,无毒,具有清热、凉血、止血、降压的功效。槐花多作为为治疗便血的常用药,用于大肠湿热引起的痔出血、便血、血痢及血热引起的吐血、衄血。《本草汇言》:槐花(微炒)三钱,白芍药(炒)二钱,枳壳(麸炒)一钱。甘草五分。水煎服。《箧中秘宝方》:槐花(炒)、郁金(煨)各一两。为末。每服二钱,淡豉汤下。《滇南本草》:槐花烧过,去火毒,杵为末。每服一钱,水酒送下。《经验良方》:槐花散,槐花(半两炒,半两生),山栀子一两(去皮,炒)。上为末。每服二钱,新汲水调下。《经验方》:槐花、荆芥穗等分。为末,酒服一钱匕。
地榆性寒,味苦酸,无毒;归肝、肺、肾和大肠经。有凉血止血,清热解毒,培清养阴,消肿敛疮等功效。地榆根入药,性微寒、味苦。现代医学研究证明:地榆具有止血凉血、清热解毒、收敛止泻及抑制多种致病微生物和肿瘤的作用,可治疗吐血、血痢、烧灼伤、湿疹、上消化道出血、溃疡病大出血、便血、崩漏、结核性脓疡及慢性骨髓炎等疾病。《本草正义》:地榆苦寒,为凉血之专剂。《纲目》:地榆,除下焦热,治大小便血证。《本草求真》:地榆,诸书皆言因其苦寒,则能入于下焦血分除热,俾热悉从下解。《本草正》:清火明目。治带浊痔漏,产后阴气散失。亦敛盗汗,疗热痞。《药性论》:止血痢蚀脓。
薄荷味辛,性凉,是中华常用中药之一。薄荷具有医用和食用双重功能,它是辛凉性发汗解热药,薄荷含有薄荷醇,该物质可清新舒爽之药性。《纲目》:薄荷,辛能发散,凉能清利,专于消风散热。《药品化义》:薄荷,味辛能散,性凉而清,通利六阳之会首,祛除诸热之风邪《本草新编》:薄荷,不特善解风邪,尤善解忧郁,用香附以解郁,不若用薄荷解郁之更神。薄荷入肝胆之经,善解半表半里之邪,较柴胡更为轻清。《本草求真》:薄荷,气味辛凉。
茶树油具有杀菌消炎、收敛的作用。最主要的化学成分为对孟乙烯(terpinene)、松油精(pinene)、柠檬油精(limonene)、桉油酚(cineole)、香油脑(terpineol)、茴香素(cumene)。茶树油原产于澳洲,为茶树的提取物。茶树油功效具有杀菌消炎,收敛毛孔,治疗伤风感冒、咳嗽、鼻炎、哮喘,改善痛经、月经不调及生殖器感染。适用于油性及粉刺皮肤,治疗化脓伤口及灼伤、晒伤、香港脚及头屑。使头脑清醒,恢复活力,抗沮丧。
椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱是具有优良的溶解性和配伍性的一种两性离子表面活性剂,一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,分别呈现阳和阴离子性,常与阴、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂并用,其配伍性能良好。无毒,刺激性小,易溶于水,对酸碱稳定,泡沫多,去污力强,具有优良的增稠性、柔软性、杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性。能显著提高洗涤类产品的柔软、调理和低温稳定性。产品特性:1.有优良的溶解性和配伍性;2.具有优良的发泡性和显著的增稠性;3.具有低刺激性和杀菌性,配伍使用能显著提高洗涤类产品的柔软、调理和低温稳定性;4.具有比CAB更优良的抗硬水性、抗静电性及生物降解性;5.酰胺型的磺基甜菜碱具有更好的温和性和泡沫性与稳泡性;6.对皂基有增稠性能。广泛用于中高级香波、沐浴液中;是制备温和婴儿香波、婴儿泡沫浴、婴儿护肤产品的主要成分;在护发和护肤配方中是一种优良的柔软调理剂;还可用作洗涤剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、抗静电剂及杀菌剂等。
椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠是具有优良的稳泡、润湿、抗静电、发泡、分散、乳化、渗透能力,温和表面活性剂。可降低其他表面活性剂的刺激性,耐硬水,配伍性好。外观:无色至淡黄色粘稠液体。溶解性:溶于水。稳定性:稳定。危险性:具有刺激性。对皮肤、眼睛有较低的刺激性。生态学:对环境可能有危害,对水体应给予特别注意。生物降解性:可降解。特殊事项:可应用于婴幼儿洗涤产品。CIR安全性评估:在急性口服毒性研究中无毒。这些化合物的眼刺激研究结果根据试验条件而变化。在临床眼科研究中,含有质量分数为28.1%椰油两性二乙酸二钠的洗髮剂的体积分数为1%,3%和10%稀释液对人眼无刺激性。椰油两性二乙酸二钠在细菌测定中均具有非诱变性,无论是否有代谢活化。在重复的损伤斑贴试验中,质量分数为10%的椰油两性乙酸钠不是刺激物也不是敏化剂。CIREP得出结论,这些成分可安全用于个人护理产品。根据欧盟化妆品法规的一般规定,椰油两性二乙酸二钠可用于在欧洲销售的化妆品和个人护理产品中。
氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂Methylglycine是一种两性离子型的高效保湿剂,天然存在于枸杞、海带中。NMF-50保湿剂功效与透明质酸相同,可以安全地用于化妆品和洗涤类产品中。NMF-50保湿剂是一种吸收快,活性高的新型保湿剂,在个人护理产品的应用中,能迅速改善肌肤和头发的水分保持力,激发细胞的活力,具有保持肌肤滋润,光滑,防止皮肤干燥和发暗的效果。氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂属纯天然结构物质,天然固有的保湿成分,它保持水分的能力比任何天然或合成的聚合物都强。保湿性能是甘油的12倍。具有高度生物兼容性,极易溶于水,非常耐热,耐酸和耐碱,而且适用范围广,容易操作,安全稳定。由于广泛存在于常用食物中,无相关性毒性说明。
1-2丙二醇是不饱和聚酯、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、增塑剂、表面活性剂的重要原料,这种不饱和聚酯大量用于表面涂料和增强塑料。1-2丙二醇的粘性和吸湿性好,在食品、医药和化妆品工业中广泛用作吸湿剂、抗冻剂、润滑剂和溶剂。在食品工业中,丙二醇和脂肪酸反应生成丙二醇脂肪酸酯,主要用作食品乳化剂;丙二醇是调味品和色素的优良溶剂。由于毒性低,在食品工业中用作香料、食用色素的溶剂。迄今尚未发现受害者。大鼠静脉注射和腹腔注射LD50为7000--8000mg/kg,经口LD50为2800mg/kg。低剂量的1-2丙二醇对人体是无害的,本说明书中使用的是可食品中使用的1-2丙二醇,且质量分数仅为0.5%。
乳酸是一种化合物,它在多种生物化学过程中起作用。纯品为无色液体,工业品为无色到浅黄色液体。无气味,具有吸湿性。相对密度1.2060(25/4℃)。熔点18℃。沸点122℃(2kPa)。折射率nD(20℃)1.4392。能与水、乙醇、甘油混溶,水溶液呈酸性,PKa=3.85。不溶于氯仿、二硫化碳和石油醚。在常压下加热分解,浓缩至50%时,部分变成乳酸酐,因此产品中常含有质量分数10%~15%的乳酸酐。由于具有羟基和羧基,一定条件下,可以发生酯化反应,产物有三种。毒性:大鼠经口LD50为3.73g/kg体重;ADI无限制规定。乳酸有两种同分异构体:D-型和L-型。将大鼠分为三组,每组投药剂量为1.7g/kg体重的DL-型、D-型和L-型乳酸,口服三小时后解剖检测,DL-型乳酸可使肝中肝糖增高,40%~95%在3h内吸收转化;D-型和L-型乳酸使血中乳酸盐增高,由尿液排出体外。乳酸有很强的防腐保鲜功效,可用在果酒、饮料、肉类、食品、糕点制作、蔬菜(橄榄、小黄瓜、珍珠洋葱)腌制以及罐头加工、粮食加工、水果的贮藏,具有调节pH值、抑菌、延长保质期、调味、保持食品色泽、提高产品质量等作用由于乳酸是皮肤固有天然保湿因子的一部分被广泛用作许多护肤品的滋润剂。L-乳酸是最有效的一种AHA且刺激性甚微;本说明书中乳酸仅来调节酸碱度,并且使用可食用的乳酸,浓度也比较低,安全性极高。
墨旱莲,金银花,地榆,槐花,薄荷,茶树油协同一起,具有清热解毒,消肿止痛,抑菌止痒,凉血止血,敛固止脱的功效,加入其中的椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠均为两性表面活性剂,主要起到去污而轻去脂的作用,氨基酸NMF-50保湿剂主要起到保湿皮肤、滋润防裂的作用,1-2丙二醇主要用于药物快速作用于皮肤表面,氯化钠用于消炎和调节乳液的稠度,乳酸仅用来调节乳液的酸碱度。以上主辅料综合以后,可以起到快速清洁肛周肛管内便渣便渍,同时中药在皮肤表面快速起作用的功效。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:金银花5-10份、墨旱莲3-8份、槐花2-6份、地榆2-6份、薄荷 0.06-0.12份、表面活性剂30.9份、氨基酸NMF-500.3-0.75份、1-2丙二醇0.4-0.6份和茶树油0.35-0.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:金银花6-9份、墨旱莲4-7份、槐花3-6份、地榆3-6份、薄荷 0.07-0.12份、表面活性剂30.9份、氨基酸NMF-500.38-0.75份、1-2丙二醇0.46-0.6份和茶树油0.42-0.7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括椰油酰丙基羟磺基甜菜碱,椰油酰两性二乙酸二钠和氯化钠。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将墨旱莲、金银花、槐花、地榆和薄荷粉碎成粉末,得到粉碎后的墨旱莲、金银花、槐花、地榆和薄荷;
步骤二,将粉碎后的墨旱莲、金银花、槐花和地榆加入水中浸泡25-40分钟,加热至92-95℃并且搅拌煎煮0.8-1.4小时,煎煮结束前4-8分钟加入粉碎后的薄荷,再进行离心、过滤、压榨、合并滤液并且浓缩成稠膏;
步骤三,将稠膏加入水中并且搅拌均匀,得到溶液;
步骤四,将表面活性剂、氨基酸NMF-50、1-2丙二醇和茶树油加入水中并且均质处理,再向其中加入溶液,最后用乳酸调节pH值,采用相应的工艺得到不同的制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中粉末的粒径为0.4-0.6cm。
6.根据权利要求5或4所述的用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中还包括对稠膏进行真空干燥并粉碎,得到第一混合物,此时步骤三中将第一混合物加入水中并且搅拌均匀。
7.根据权利要求4所述的用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中制剂为洗剂、凝胶、胶囊、片剂、栓剂、膏剂和散剂中的任意一种。
8.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的用于痔疮肛裂的外用组合物在制备用于治疗痔疮、肛裂的药物中的应用。
