Abstract

Description

本申请属于一种无内胎径向辐轮所使用的密封装置。
特别是本发明设计了一个轮辋、橡胶及轮胎装置，以便将内胎从自行车中取消。
本申请人的西班牙实用新型第8600785号目前已为人所共知。该实用亲型包括一个改进的轮辋，其轮廓使得无内胎轮胎可以安装在带有轮辐的摩托车中。
这是通过划分位于轮廓中心处的外周的切槽并限定具有一密封地安装于其上的弹性带的边缘来实现的，其外部的连接通过轮辐张紧螺栓来密封。
虽然所述现有技术的轮辐克服了自行车无内胎车轮的缺陷，但是还存在一个缺点，即工作时必须使用完全抛光的轮辋，而且这些形式的轮辋是通过焊接其端部而密封住轮圈来获得的。除此之外，还可能引起空气泄漏。对于本发明的装置，所有因不完全抛光，例如内部粗糙而派生出的缺点将被克服，而且，该装置也可以使用成本实际的轮辋，例如那种用楔形件而不是用焊接来进行端部连接的。
由于其完整的密封也可以让轮胎由传统的气泵充气，这是现有系统不可能做到的事情，因而，本发明的目的是提供一种这种装置。
实质上，本发明的装置所获得的出乎预料的密封具有下述特征：轮胎与刚性抛光轮辋结构之间的密封是通过橡胶与橡胶、中间不加杂任何其他材料而构成的。
虽然本发明的装置明显主要是为自行车而设计的，但是该装置也可以同样有效地用于任何其他无内胎且具有空气泄漏问题的轮胎。
为了更详细地描述本发明，下面参照一表示其最佳实施例的附图仅通过一个非限制性的例子进行说明。
仅有的一幅附图显示出本发明的装置的一个侧视剖视图，其中可看到一带有一切槽2的轮辋1，该槽最好是“楔形”形，而其中容纳一橡胶带3，该橡胶带的上端4与轮辋1的一些内部凸起5的上部平齐。
这些内部凸起5构成轮缘7的座，形成所设计的轮胎6的下端，且轮缘7被加大到使所述的轮胎6的密封通过将加大的轮缘7的下顶点8压在插入轮辋1的切槽2中的橡胶带3的上端4来实现并形成。

Claims (1)

1、一种无内胎径向辐轮的密封装置，其中轮辋1带有一容纳橡胶带3的切槽2，其特征在于：切槽正面基本上呈“楔形”并完全被橡胶带以形成一与凸出于轮辋1内部的凸起5的顶面基本上对准并平齐的方式填满，并且构成轮胎6的轮缘7的座，这样所述轮缘7被加大到部分压在橡胶带顶端一侧的程度，从而形成在轮胎充气时，加大的轮缘能压在橡胶带上，由此提供出一对轮辋具有的裂缝、凹槽或开口的完全独立的轮胎密封。
