Abstract

本发明公开了一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,包括花面层、纱布层、第一纱网层、第二纱网层、棉纤维线、抗静电纤维线、炭纤维线、氨纶纱线、第三纱网层和软硅胶。本发明设计合理,通过将细孔的第一纱网层及第三纱网层分别放置在网孔大的第二纱网层上下层面上,从而增大了面料的散热性及透气性,通过在氨纶纱线上螺旋交织缠绕有棉纤维线、抗静电纤维线及炭纤维线形成纺织第二纱网层的线料,从而具有防静电及吸附汗味的功能,且伸拉弹性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种提花面料,具体是一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
现代纺织是指一种纤维或纤维集合体的多尺度结构加工技术,中国古代的纺织与印染技术具有非常悠久的历史,早在原始社会时期,古人为了适应气候的变化,已懂得就地取材,利用自然资源作为纺织和印染的原料,以及制造简单的手工纺织工具,日常生活中的服装、安全气囊和窗帘地毯都是纺织和印染技术的产物。
现有的提花面料纺织线紧密,以至于散热透气性及吸湿性效果不佳,同时由于所选线料的疏忽,存在面料与其他接触体摩擦形成静电的情况。因此,针对上述问题提出一种易散热透气的新型提花面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种易散热透气的新型提花面料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,包括花面层,所述花面层纺织在纱布层外侧表面,且纱布层内侧表面纺织有第一纱网层,所述第一纱网层纺织在第二纱网层外侧网面上,且第二纱网层内侧网面纺织有第三纱网层,所述第二纱网层的纺织线由棉纤维线、抗静电纤维线、氨纶纱线及炭纤维线组成。
优选的,所述第三纱网层的线丝表面包裹有软硅胶,且第三纱网层的网孔与第一纱网层的网孔规格相同。
优选的,所述花面层通过纺织设备等距均匀分布放置在纱布层外侧表面形成的,且花面层和纱布层所用的纺织线均为同一种彩色纱线。
优选的,所述第二纱网层的网孔为正六边形结构,且第二纱网层的网孔两侧遮盖有同一侧的纱网层部分。
优选的,所述花面层表面涂抹有定型剂浆料,且定型剂浆料静止凝固形成薄的定型层。
优选的,所述棉纤维线、抗静电纤维线及炭纤维线螺旋交织缠绕在氨纶纱线上形成第二纱网层的纺织线,且纺织线通过相应网织设备纺织成网层状结构。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、该种易散热透气的新型提花面料设计合理,通过将细孔的第一纱网层及第三纱网层分别放置在网孔大的第二纱网层上下层面上,从而增大了面料的散热性及透气性。
2、该种易散热透气的新型提花面料设计合理,通过在氨纶纱线上螺旋交织缠绕有棉纤维线、抗静电纤维线及炭纤维线形成纺织第二纱网层的线料,从而具有防静电及吸附汗味的功能,且伸拉弹性好。

请参阅图1-3所示,一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,包括花面层1,所述花面层1纺织在纱布层2外侧表面,且纱布层2内侧表面纺织有第一纱网层3,所述第一纱网层3纺织在第二纱网层4外侧网面上,且第二纱网层4内侧网面纺织有第三纱网层5,所述第二纱网层4的纺织线由棉纤维线401、抗静电纤维线402、氨纶纱线404及炭纤维线403组成。
所述第三纱网层5的线丝表面包裹有软硅胶6,且第三纱网层5的网孔与第一纱网层3的网孔规格相同,能够将第三纱网层5作为面料内料面;所述花面层1通过纺织设备等距均匀分布放置在纱布层2外侧表面形成的,且花面层1和纱布层2所用的纺织线均为同一种彩色纱线,有利于纺织形成彩色花面层1;所述第二纱网层4的网孔为正六边形结构,且第二纱网层4的网孔两侧遮盖有同一侧的纱网层部分,明确第二纱网层4的形状结构;所述花面层1表面涂抹有定型剂浆料,且定型剂浆料静止凝固形成薄的定型层,达到对花面层1定型的效果;所述棉纤维线401、抗静电纤维线402及炭纤维线403螺旋交织缠绕在氨纶纱线404上形成第二纱网层4的纺织线,且纺织线通过相应网织设备纺织成网层状结构,有利于第二纱网层4的形成。
本发明在使用时,通过将细孔的第一纱网层3及第三纱网层5分别放置在网孔大的第二纱网层4上下层面上,从而增大了面料的散热性及透气性;
通过在氨纶纱线404上螺旋交织缠绕有棉纤维线401、抗静电纤维线402及炭纤维线403形成纺织第二纱网层4的线料,从而具有防静电及吸附汗味的功能,且伸拉弹性好。

1.一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,其特征在于:包括花面层(1),所述花面层(1)纺织在纱布层(2)外侧表面,且纱布层(2)内侧表面纺织有第一纱网层(3),所述第一纱网层(3)纺织在第二纱网层(4)外侧网面上,且第二纱网层(4)内侧网面纺织有第三纱网层(5),所述第二纱网层(4)的纺织线由棉纤维线(401)、抗静电纤维线(402)、氨纶纱线(404)及炭纤维线(403)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,其特征在于:所述第三纱网层(5)的线丝表面包裹有软硅胶(6),且第三纱网层(5)的网孔与第一纱网层(3)的网孔规格相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,其特征在于:所述花面层(1)通过纺织设备等距均匀分布放置在纱布层(2)外侧表面形成的,且花面层(1)和纱布层(2)所用的纺织线均为同一种彩色纱线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,其特征在于:所述第二纱网层(4)的网孔为正六边形结构,且第二纱网层(4)的网孔两侧遮盖有同一侧的纱网层部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,其特征在于:所述花面层(1)表面涂抹有定型剂浆料,且定型剂浆料静止凝固形成薄的定型层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种易散热透气的新型提花面料,其特征在于:所述棉纤维线(401)、抗静电纤维线(402)及炭纤维线(403)螺旋交织缠绕在氨纶纱线(404)上形成第二纱网层(4)的纺织线,且纺织线通过相应网织设备纺织成网层状结构。
