通过提供具有清洁流体供应部和脏流体排出部的表面相互作用层,可以获得非常紧凑的布置。由于清洁流体被供应给表面相互作用层,并且由于脏流体借助于负压从表面相互作用层被排出,因此表面相互作用层可以是相对薄的,这是因为它不需要具有流体存储容量,并且不必定期将清洁装置浸到桶中,以将清洁流体施加到表面相互作用层,并从表面相互作用层去除脏流体。使脏流体与清洁流体分开地被包含的实施例所提供的优点是,与包含已经从表面拾取的增加量的污物的流体相反,表面始终用清洁流体加以清洁。表面相互作用层可以是适合例如拖洗表面的一种表面相互作用层(例如,布)。

图2A、图2B示出了根据本发明的清洁装置的第二实施例。该实施例基于以下认识:当图1A的清洁装置移动到右边时,表面F上的污物可能粘到表面相互作用层ML的右手端,而不被中心处的清洁流体通道CFC润湿并且不在表面相互作用层ML的左手端处由脏流体通道DFC被排出。如果此后图1的清洁装置移动到左边,则在表面相互作用层ML的右手端处收集的污物可能再次被散布于表面F上,从而导致不太理想的清洁结果。当图1的清洁装置移动到左边时,可能发生同样的情况:表面F上的污物可能粘到表面相互作用层ML的左手端,并且当图1A的清洁装置再次移动到右边时被释放到表面F。
鉴于此,图2A、图2B的实施例没有平坦底部,而是具有三角形底部,使得在每个运动方向上,底部的一半(ML1抑或ML2,而不是两者)确保表面F首先被润湿,且此后污物可以被排出。显然,在相当示意性的情况下,图2A示出了清晰的三角形形状,该三角形形状在中间具有锋利的边缘,实际上可以存在更滚圆的形状。而且,关于两个半部ML1、ML2之间的角度,重要的是,该角度使得在运动期间仅底部的一半(ML1抑或ML2,而不是两者)与表面F相互作用。
图2A的顶部区段示出了清洁装置的第二实施例的原理。在用中断线示出的左手侧和右手侧处供应清洁流体CF,而在用直线示出的中间的两个区段处排出脏流体DF。对于这4个区段中的每一者,技术实施方式可以与上文参考图1所描述的相同。与图1的另一个不同之处在于,图2A的清洁装置可以倾斜,因为它是借助于轴线A安装的。
图2A的中间区段示出了如果装置移动到右边将发生的情况。理所当然地,这种运动的结果是,三角形底部的右手边一半ML1将接触表面F,这确保了表面F首先借助于清洁流体CF被润湿,且此后脏流体DF被排出。
如果清洁装置移动到左边,则发生类似的效果,如图2A的底部区段中所示的。理所当然地,这种运动的结果是,三角形底部的左手边一半ML2将接触表面F,这再次确保了表面F首先借助于清洁流体CF被润湿,且此后脏流体被排出。
由于在两个运动方向上,清洁装置的润湿部分(用中断线示出)首先与污物接触,因此这样的污物将与清洁流体CF合并,且造成的脏流体DF将被吸收,并且较少的污物将仍然粘到表面相互作用层。结果,图2实施例的清洁结果将比图1实施例的清洁结果甚至更好。
图2B示出了图2A的实施例的底视图。在图2B中,虚线表示表面相互作用层ML的半部ML1、ML2之间的过渡部。清洁流体通道CFC1、CFC2位于外端处,并且脏流体通道DFC1、DFC2位于中间、靠近由虚线表示的半部ML1、ML2之间的过渡部。在实施例中,脏流体通道DFC1、DFC2可以由桥接该过渡部的单个脏流体通道形成。
图3示出了根据本发明的清洁装置的第三实施例,其基于图2的实施例。在图3的实施例中,表面相互作用层ML包括两个交替的子层,即:精细微纤维FMF,其能够产生负压并最佳地干燥表面F;以及粗糙微纤维CMF。在中心,粗糙微纤维CMF被用作填料,以使整个表面相互作用层ML更柔韧,并且比在仅使用精细微纤维FMF的情况下更好地能够遵循表面不均匀性。线L表明:整个表面相互作用层的表面基本上是直的,不过它由不同的段组成。为了获得最佳功能,重要的是,在表面相互作用层ML中存在尽可能少的泄漏。为此,在图3的实施例中,总表面相互作用层ML包括一片麂皮FMF。外边缘设有更粗糙的微纤维CMF,该更粗糙的微纤维能够捕获如沙子之类的某种粗糙污物,在所述外边缘处,借助于清洁流体供应单元(图3中未示出)来供应清洁流体。粗糙微纤维倾向于非常柔软,从而使得其能够遵循表面F中的不均匀性。由于精细微纤维FMF麂皮牢固得多,因此粗糙微纤维CMF可以弥补这一点。为了弥补外部粗糙微纤维CMF所产生的高度差,在脏流体DF借助于脏流体排出单元(图3中未示出)被排出的中心处,一些粗糙微纤维CMF也被放置在精细微纤维FMF麂皮下面。以这种方式,精细微纤维FMF拖把麂皮将仍然像以前那样来干燥表面F,但是由于粗糙微纤维CMF段,整个表面相互作用层ML更柔软,从而使得表面相互作用层ML能够遵循表面的不均匀性。在粗糙微纤维CMF仅用作填充层的情况下,即在脏流体被排出的情况下,它可以被允许脏流体通过的其他合适的填充材料所代替。在图3示出存在连续的精细微纤维FMF层的情况下,有可能备选地具有3个单独的段(因此,在图3示出了层CMF和FMF彼此交叉的地方具有不连续性),其条件是:然后,精细微纤维层FMF与黑色的拖把主体具有气密连接,否则无法从表面吸取脏流体,这是因为由例如脏流体泵造成的负压将只是泄漏掉。
图4图示了使用单个流体容器的第一种方式,用于分开地容纳清洁流体CF和脏流体DF。这样做是合乎需要的,因为它使得装置能够变得纤细,因为只需要一个单个容器,而不是两个容器。在使用中,如图4的最左边的图片中所示的,从流体容器的底部供应清洁流体CF,而脏流体借助于脏流体泵(未示出)而从顶部被放入容器中。在两个区段之间的是活塞P,当从流体容器供应清洁流体CF时,活塞P向下移动。如图4的第二张图片中所示的,当已从流体容器供应了流体容器中的所有清洁流体CF时,活塞P位于底部,并且在活塞P顶部的是脏流体DF。然后,从容器中倒出脏流体DF,然后,清洁流体CF被放入容器中而在活塞P顶部,如图4的第三张图片中所示的。最后,如图4的最右边的图片中所示的,流体容器被倒置,并再次被安装在清洁装置中,使得可以再次如图4的最左边的图片中所示的那样来使用它。
图5示出了使用单个流体容器来分开地容纳清洁流体CF和脏流体DF的备选方式。在图5中,用于清洁流体CF的部分通过柔性囊B(即,弹性的或至少柔性的壁)与用于脏流体DF的部分分离,所述柔性囊能够取决于囊B两侧上的流体/压力的量而变形。图5中的3张图片从左到右示出了以下各种情形:初始情形,其中流体容器仅填充有清洁流体CF;中间情形,其中流体容器包含清洁流体CF和脏流体DF两者,它们由囊B分离;以及最终情形,其中流体容器仅包含脏流体DF。
图6示出了设有根据本发明的清洁装置CD的真空清洁器VC的实施例。清洁装置CD可以是如上文所描述的那样,并且被附接到真空清洁器VC的喷嘴N。沿着真空清洁器的棒,安装了用于清洁流体CF和脏流体DF的容器连同任何必要的泵。虽然图5暗示了与基于罐的真空清洁器VC的组合,但是备选地与机器人真空清洁器的组合是有可能的。在后一种情况下,由于机器人真空清洁器通常在清洁操作期间仅向前移动,而不是前后移动,因此清洁装置仅设有单个清洁流体通道和在该清洁通道后面的单个脏流体通道,这样就足够了。
应注意的是,上述实施例图示而不是限制本发明,并且本领域技术人员将能够在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下设计许多替代性实施例。虽然本发明的第一应用是清洁如地板或窗户之类的表面,但是备选应用将是在伤口处理中:那么,表面将为皮肤,并且清洁流体可于是包含合适的伤口处理流体,包括例如消毒剂和/或抗生素。这可以减少必须更换绷带的次数,从而缩短愈合时间。在权利要求中,放置在括号之间的任何附图标记不应被解释为限制权利要求。词语“包括”不排除除了权利要求中列出的要素或步骤之外的要素或步骤的存在。要素前面的词语“一”或“一个”不排除多个这样的要素的存在。在列举了若干装置的装置权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以由同一个硬件项来体现。在互不相同的从属权利要求中记载某些措施的简单事实,并不指示不能有利地使用这些措施的组合。
Claims (11)
1.一种清洁装置,包括:
表面相互作用层(ML);
清洁流体供应部(CFF),其在所述表面相互作用层(ML)处设有清洁流体通道(CFC),用于通过与表面(F)接触的所述表面相互作用层(ML),将清洁流体(CF)供应给所述表面(F);并且其特征在于,
脏流体排出部(DFD),其在所述表面相互作用层(ML)处设有脏流体通道(DFC),用于借助于负压,通过与所述表面(F)接触的所述表面相互作用层(ML),从所述表面(F)排出脏流体(DF)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中
所述清洁流体供应部(CFF)设有平行于所述脏流体通道(DFC1-2)的第一清洁流体通道(CFC1)和第二清洁流体通道(CFC2),所述第一清洁流体通道(CFC1)和所述第二清洁流体通道(CFC2)不在同一平面内,借此所述清洁装置被布置成用于:在所述清洁装置的第一运动方向上,由所述第一清洁流体通道(CFC1)润湿所述表面(F),并由所述脏流体通道(DFC1-2)排干所述表面,而所述第二清洁流体通道(CFC2)不接触所述表面,并且在所述清洁装置的第二运动方向上,由所述第二清洁流体通道(CFC2)润湿所述表面,并由所述脏流体通道(DFC1-2)排干所述表面,而所述第一流体通道(CFC1)不接触所述表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其中所述表面相互作用层的第一部分(ML1)设有所述第一清洁流体通道(CFC1)和所述脏流体通道(DFC1-2),并且所述表面相互作用层的第二部分(ML2)设有所述第二清洁流体通道(CFC2)和所述脏流体通道(DFC1-2),其中所述第一清洁流体通道(CFC1)、所述第二清洁流体通道(CFC2)和所述脏流体通道(DFC1-2)并不都在同一平面中,其中所述表面相互作用层的所述第一部分(ML1)被布置成用于在所述第一运动方向上清洁所述表面,并且所述表面相互作用层的所述第二部分(ML2)被布置成用于在所述第二运动方向上清洁所述表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其中所述脏流体排出部(DFD)设有第一脏流体通道(DFC1)和第二脏流体通道(DFC2),所述第一脏流体通道和第二脏流体通道位于所述清洁流体通道(CFC)的相对侧处,并且平行于所述清洁流体通道(CFC)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中所述清洁流体供应部(CFF)设有清洁流体容器,用于将所述清洁流体(CF)供应给所述清洁流体通道(CFC)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中所述脏流体排出部(DFD)设有脏流体容器和压差施加装置,所述压差施加装置用于将脏流体(DF)从所述表面相互作用层(ML)转移给所述脏流体容器。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中所述表面相互作用层(ML)由麂皮或微纤维制成,并且优选地由具有聚氨酯涂层的微纤维制成。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁装置,其中所述表面相互作用层(FMF、CMF)包括精细微纤维(FMF)和粗糙微纤维(CMF),其中所述精细微纤维(FMF)被布置成用于接触所述表面,其中所述脏流体(DF)从所述表面被排出,并且所述粗糙微纤维(CMF)被布置成用于接触所述表面,其中所述清洁流体(CF)被供应给所述表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的清洁装置,其中粗糙微纤维(CMF)层位于所述脏流体排出单元和被布置成用于接触所述表面的精细微纤维(FMF)层之间,并且其中所述精细微纤维(FMF)层位于所述清洁流体供应单元和被布置成用于接触所述表面的所述粗糙微纤维(CMF)层之间。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁装置,还包括单个流体容器,以供应清洁流体(CF)和收集脏流体(DF)。
11.一种真空清洁器,设有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的清洁装置。
