Abstract
本发明公开了一种交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,包括由上至下依次层叠的:砂粒层,第一改性沥青胶粘层,高分子强力交叉压膜层,第二改性沥青胶粘层,以及PE隔离膜层;防水卷材的一侧还设有搭接边,搭接边处砂粒层空缺。本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,预铺反粘工艺施工,可与后浇混凝土紧密粘合,消除防水层与混凝土结构之间的窜水层,可有效抵抗紫外线、泥沙污染对粘结性能的影响,施工完成后不会因昼夜温差变化而导致卷材起鼓起皱,铺贴平服,搭接边不易脱开,相较于传统做法,本发明材料用于预铺部位防水施工时可节约工程造价、节省工期、提升防水质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。
现有防水卷材有如下缺陷:
1、胶层粘接性能差,经短时间外露曝晒,粘接性能丧失,沥青基卷材问题尤为突出。
2、材料铺贴不平服,会有空铺起鼓的问题。
3、立面固定不灵活,现有的预铺类材料,在立面固定需采用大量辅材和射钉。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,包括由上至下依次层叠的:
砂粒层,
第一改性沥青胶粘层,
高分子强力交叉压膜层,
第二改性沥青胶粘层,
以及PE隔离膜层;
防水卷材的一侧还设有搭接边,搭接边处砂粒层空缺。
优选的,所述砂粒层采用经过碳化和钙化处理的人工合成砂。
优选的,所述高分子强力交叉压膜层,其由4层高强度PE膜交叉叠压复合而成。
优选的,所述第一改性沥青胶粘层和第二自改性沥青胶粘层,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
55份70#沥青,
8份软化油,
12份SBR,
9份SBS,
9份增粘树脂,
7份填充料。
优选的,所述软化油为减二线油。
优选的,所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂。
优选的,所述填充料为200目的石粉。
本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,其每层结构的具体作用如下:
砂粒层:1)防粘,防止后续工序施工时粘脚;2)抵抗紫外线影响第一改性沥青胶粘层、第二改性沥青胶粘层的粘结性能。
第一改性沥青胶粘层、1)作为粘结层,与后浇混凝土粘结;2)作为防水层,利用沥青良好的防水性能。
高分子强力交叉压膜层:提供防水卷材优异的物理性能,如拉伸强度、延伸率、尺寸稳定性等。
第二改性沥青胶粘层:作为防水层,利用沥青良好的防水性能。
PE隔离膜层:隔离第二改性沥青胶粘层,避免污染。
砂粒层采用人工合成砂,经过碳化、钙化、表面糙化处理及筛分之后,具有高强度、级配合理的特性,有效抵抗紫外线,保证第一改性沥青胶粘层、第二改性沥青胶粘层的粘结强度。
第一改性沥青胶粘层、第二改性沥青胶粘层通过配方调整,可抵抗太阳光紫外线对粘结性能的影响,确保粘结强度。
本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,极其适用于预铺部位防水,及外防内贴侧墙防水,如地下工程底板、垂直开挖的地下工程侧墙;同时也可用于其他后铺部位防水,如地下室顶板、屋面。
本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,预铺反粘工艺施工,可与后浇混凝土紧密粘合,消除防水层与混凝土结构之间的窜水层,可有效抵抗紫外线、泥沙污染对粘结性能的影响,施工完成后不会因昼夜温差变化而导致卷材起鼓起皱,铺贴平服,搭接边不易脱开,相较于传统做法,本发明材料用于预铺部位防水施工时可节约工程造价、节省工期、提升防水质量。
本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材相较于现有防水卷材的优势如下:
1、现有防水卷材的胶层粘接性能差,经短时间外露曝晒,粘接性能丧失,沥青基卷材问题尤为突出。本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,采用人工合成砂,砂颗粒采用最合理的级配,表面糙化处理,有效降低紫外线对自粘橡胶沥青的影响。
2、现有防水卷材铺贴不平服,会有空铺起鼓的问题。本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,用于预铺部位一般采用空铺施工,相较于其他预铺类材料,本发明材料柔软度好,尺寸稳定性优异,解决了空铺起鼓的问题。
3、现有防水卷材的立面固定不灵活,现有的预铺类材料,在立面固定需采用大量辅材和射钉。本发明交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,双面均有自粘橡胶沥青,在立面需要固定时揭除隔离膜可直接粘贴于基层上。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明提供一种交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,包括由上至下依次层叠的:
砂粒层,
第一改性沥青胶粘层,
高分子强力交叉压膜层,
第二改性沥青胶粘层,
以及PE隔离膜层;
防水卷材的一侧还设有搭接边,搭接边处砂粒层空缺。
所述砂粒层采用经过碳化和钙化处理的人工合成砂。
所述高分子强力交叉压膜层,其由4层高强度PE膜交叉叠压复合而成。
所述第一改性沥青胶粘层和第二自改性沥青胶粘层,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
55份70#沥青,
8份软化油,
12份SBR,
9份SBS,
9份增粘树脂,
7份填充料。
优选的,所述软化油为减二线油。
优选的,所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂。
优选的,所述填充料为200目的石粉。

砂粒层,
第一改性沥青胶粘层,
高分子强力交叉压膜层,
第二改性沥青胶粘层,
以及PE隔离膜层;
防水卷材的一侧还设有搭接边,搭接边处砂粒层空缺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述砂粒层采用经过碳化和钙化处理的人工合成砂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述高分子强力交叉压膜层,其由4层高强度PE膜交叉叠压复合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述第一改性沥青胶粘层和第二自改性沥青胶粘层,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
55份70#沥青,
8份软化油,
12份SBR,
9份SBS,
9份增粘树脂,
7份填充料。

6.根据权利要求4所述的交叉层压膜预铺防水卷材,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂。
