本发明涉及一种用于搭接地面铺层之间接缝的高度可调的搭接结构。
这种高度可调的搭接结构用在一高一低的地面铺层之间必须形成过渡的地方，例如在镶木地板和地毯地面之间，门槛与处在更低平面的地面铺层之间，但也可用在门槛上相同高度之间的过渡处或作为分割大平面的膨胀接缝处。
尤其在使用非常频繁的位置，需要替换用坏的地面铺层。在这种情况下，可以松开搭接结构并对其重新利用。例如门槛和相邻地毯地面之间的不同高度可通过敲击上部构件而使其相等。但是在敲击时存在着引起上部构件发生倾斜运动并偏移的危险。
德国专利DE 296 00 057公开了一种用于地板铺层的接缝型材，其中，底板具有指向上方的、彼此间隔设置的支脚，它们在其各自向内的一侧呈锯齿造型。盖板上的支撑装置由两个彼此间隔设置的肋条组成，它们分别可滑动地紧贴在支脚的外侧。这种实施形式的缺点是它太柔性而没有足够的支撑功能。当锯齿形固持装置在到达其安装位置之前彼此从旁边移过时，这种柔性是必要的，以便在装入上固持杆时底部型材的支脚能向外偏移。为使这种向外的运动成为可能，肋条必须柔性，然而这就无法确保足够的支撑功能。
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种高度可调的搭接结构，其中，尽可能地避免倾斜偏移力矩。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，即提供一种用于搭接地面铺层之间接缝的高度可调的搭接结构，它由一个上部构件和一个底部构件组成，其中，在上部构件上设有至少一个其两侧设有固持装置的上固持杆，在底部构件上设有指向上方的固持杆，它们从两侧抱住上固持杆的固持装置并具有互补固持装置，该装置还具有一个与支撑杆一起阻止上部构件和底部构件之间的倾斜运动的支撑装置，其特征在于：支撑杆与一个相对于固持杆间隔设在底部构件上的承力件共同起作用。
本发明的支撑装置有利地由一个与上固持杆间隔设置的支撑杆组成，它与一个在底部构件上的承力件共同起作用。通过支撑装置与上固持杆的间隔设置形成一个能克服倾覆力矩作用的较大杠杆。

图1示出本发明的搭接结构。它主要由上部构件2和底部构件3组成。上部构件2在所示实施例中具有不同宽度的翼盖板2′和2″，它们从两侧延伸至中间段2。在所示实施例中，中间段2下面成形出一个固持杆4。在固持杆4和侧翼盖板2′之间转角内设有一个弯槽4′。固持杆4由两个弹性地成形在底部构件3上并指向上方的杆6、6′夹持住。为实现固持，一个固持装置5既设置在固持杆4上，也设置在指向上方的固持杆6、6′上。
在所示的实施例中，固持装置由多个在固持杆4上基本沿搭接结构纵向平行伸展的沟纹5′组成，固持杆6、6′的凸缘6″嵌入沟纹5′内。特别之处是固持杆6、6′的高度不同和随之而来的固持凸缘6″的错开布置。通过这些措施并借助导入斜坡7可特别简单地装入固持杆4。
在距较宽翼盖板2″一定间距处构成一个支撑装置8。该支撑装置8具有一个支撑杆9，它相距固持杆4一定间距地成形在上部构件2下方的中间段2和侧翼盖板2″之间的过渡区内。一个承力件10与支撑杆9共同起作用，承力件10在所示实施例中设置成杆12的形式。力的传递通过带齿装置11来实现。
在图1中较宽的翼盖板2″既用虚线也用实线表示。通常，实线表示安装时的构型。侧翼盖板的虚线代表供货时的构型，该供货时的构型保持上部构件2处于最上位。在安装后，翼盖板2″进入实线位置；此时的实线位置也可表示搭接结构处于下位。为进入这一位置，用锤子和木垫板(打击木板)在固持杆4区域内向下敲击所述上部构件2。由此可能导致的倾覆力矩由所述支撑装置承受。当翼盖板2′落在左边铺层上时，安装过程即结束，这样一来，广泛地考虑到了左侧地面铺层可能具有的厚度。
从图2和3可以看出，该装置适合不同厚度的地面铺层。在图2(最上位)和图3(最下位)中示出了用于连接墙壁的搭接结构，其中，连接杆15支撑贴靠在墙壁上，但在门槛、台阶台中应用时也可作为挡板用，以便尽可能遮盖可能是其它颜色的底部构件3。
图4(最上位)和图5(最下位)示出了一种接缝搭接结构，它适用于搭接同样高度的地面铺层之间的接缝，尤其用于搭接大的层合塑料地板面或镶木地板面的膨胀接缝16。
图6详细示出了一种底部构件。图7示出了本发明搭接结构的另一实施例。在此，所述底部构件具有一个波纹形模压件13，其中，该波纹为矩形波纹。在波纹的每个外边棱上都为固持装置或带齿装置11配置了凸缘作为支撑装置。对于这种形式的底板，当向下敲击较长的翼盖板2″时会形成一个支撑力矩，这对于某些接缝状况是必要的。
在图1所示的实施形式中，也可以考虑将杆12不是像所示的那样设置，而是设在杆9的另一侧12′。本图适合于约6至11mm厚的塑料层合地板，同样也适合于约11至16mm厚的镶木地板。只有当要搭接更大厚度差时，该装置才有必要设计得更大一些。

Claims (7)

4.根据权利要求1所述的搭接结构，其特征在于：承力件(10)是一个成形在底部构件(3)上的波纹形模压件(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的搭接结构，其特征在于：承力件(10)设在支撑杆(9)的朝向所述上固持杆的一侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的搭接结构，其特征在于：固持杆(6、6′)具有不同的高度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的搭接结构，其特征在于：朝向支撑杆(9)的固持杆(6′)比对面的固持杆(6)低。
