The telescopic device 11 comprises a sliding tube 111, a second spring 112, a first sliding rod 113 and a second belt wheel 114, the sliding tube 111 is arranged on the upper portion of the front side surface of the first fixing plate 1, the sliding tube 111 is internally provided with the first sliding rod 113 in a sliding manner, the second spring 112 is arranged between the top end of the first sliding rod 113 and the top portion of the sliding tube 111, the bottom end of the first sliding rod 113 is rotatably provided with the second belt wheel 114, the second belt wheel 114 is positioned on the lower side of the belt 131, and the second belt wheel 114 is in contact with the outer side surface of the belt 131.
Also comprises an arc sliding sleeve 25 and a second sliding block 27, the spring type fixing device comprises a fifth spring 28, a first clamping wheel 29 and an arc-shaped sliding rod 30, the arc-shaped sliding sleeve 25 is fixed on the front side face of the first fixing plate 1, the arc-shaped sliding sleeve 25 is located on the upper left side of the second fixing block 9, a first sliding groove 26 is formed in the lower portion of the arc-shaped sliding sleeve 25, a second sliding block 27 playing a guiding role is arranged in the first sliding groove 26 in a sliding mode, the fifth spring 28 is installed between the bottom of the second sliding block 27 and the bottom in the first sliding groove 26, the upper portion of the second sliding block 27 is rotatably connected with the first clamping wheel 29 capable of fixing the first handle 8, the arc-shaped sliding rod 30 is installed on the right side face of the first handle 8, the arc-shaped sliding rod 30 is located on the upper side of the first spring 10, the arc-shaped sliding rod 30 penetrates through the arc-shaped sliding sleeve 25, the inner side face of the arc-shaped sliding.
The cloth cutting machine further comprises a second fixing plate 32, a third sliding rod 34, a third conveying wheel 35, a fourth sliding rod 37, a third sliding block 39, a sixth spring 40 and a second clamping wheel 41, wherein the second fixing plate 32 is installed on the front side surface of the first fixing plate 1, the second fixing plate 32 is positioned on the upper side of the motor 12, a guide hole 33 is formed in the lower portion of the second fixing plate 32, the third sliding rod 34 is arranged in the guide hole 33 in a sliding manner, the third conveying wheel 35 capable of conveying cloth is rotatably arranged at the left end of the third sliding rod 34, a first sliding hole 36 is formed in the right portion of the second fixing plate 32, the fourth sliding rod 37 is arranged in the first sliding hole 36 in a sliding manner, the left side surface of the fourth sliding rod 37 is in contact with the right end of the third sliding rod 34, a second sliding hole 38 is formed in the lower portion of the right side surface of the fourth sliding rod 37, the third sliding block 39 is arranged in the second sliding hole 38, the sixth spring 40 is connected between the left side surface of the third, a second catch wheel 41 capable of fixing the fourth slide bar 37 is rotatably disposed at the right portion of the third slide block 39, a plurality of second catch grooves 42 for fixing are formed on the right wall of the first slide hole 36, and the right portion of the second catch wheel 41 is located in the corresponding second catch grooves 42.
The clamping device is characterized by further comprising a second clamping block 44 and a seventh spring 45, a second sliding groove 43 is formed in the right side face of the first fixing block 2, the second clamping block 44 is arranged in the second sliding groove 43 in a sliding mode, the seventh spring 45 is connected between the right side face in the second clamping block 44 and the left side face in the second sliding groove 43, and the second clamping block 44 is connected with the seventh spring 45 in a welding connection mode.
When the cloth conveying device is used, a user places the cloth conveying device on a sewing machine, then holds the second handle 18 to enable the first clamping block 16 to move leftwards, the first clamping block 16 moves leftwards to enable the clamping rod 23 to swing downwards to move out of the first clamping groove 19, the fourth spring 24 is compressed along with the first clamping block, the first clamping block 16 moves leftwards to enable the first sliding block 21 to move leftwards, the third spring 22 is compressed along with the first clamping block, after the first clamping block 16 moves leftwards to a proper position, the clamping rod 23 can be clamped upwards into the corresponding first clamping groove 19 under the action of the elastic force of the fourth spring 24, through the matching of the sliding rail 20 and the first sliding block 21, the movement of the clamping rod 23 can be guided, so that the cloth conveying device can be conveniently installed on the sewing machine by the user, when the cloth is required to be conveyed, the user places the cloth on the lower side of the first conveying wheel 7, then swings the first handle 8 leftwards to enable the first spring 10 to stretch along with the first, the swinging rod 4 can be swung leftwards by swinging the first handle 8 leftwards, the swinging rod 4 can be swung leftwards by swinging leftwards to swing the first transmission wheel 7 downwards, when the first transmission wheel 7 swings downwards to be contacted with the cloth, a user stops swinging the first handle 8, then the user starts the motor 12 to enable the third belt wheel 13 and the second transmission wheel 14 to rotate anticlockwise, the third belt wheel 13 rotates anticlockwise to enable the first belt wheel 6 to rotate anticlockwise through the belt 131, the first belt wheel 6 rotates anticlockwise to enable the first transmission wheel 7 to rotate anticlockwise, the cloth can be conveyed rightwards by rotating the first transmission wheel 7 and the second transmission wheel 14 anticlockwise, so that the user does not need to take the cloth, the workload of the user can be reduced, the user can conveniently process the elastic band, the tightness of the belt 131 can be adjusted through the expansion device 11, after the elastic band is processed, the user switches off the motor 12 and releases the first handle 8, allowing the first handle 8 to swing rightwards back under the force of the first spring 10.
The second belt wheel 114 can be always contacted with the outer side surface of the belt 131 through the second spring 112, so that the belt 131 can be prevented from being loosened too much, and inconvenience is caused to cloth conveying.
The first handle 8 swings leftwards to enable the arc-shaped sliding rod 30 to swing leftwards, the first clamping wheel 29 moves downwards out of the arc-shaped clamping groove 31, the first clamping wheel 29 moves downwards to drive the second sliding block 27 to move downwards, the fifth spring 28 is compressed, after the first handle 8 swings leftwards to a proper position, the first clamping wheel 29 can be clamped upwards into the corresponding arc-shaped clamping groove 31 under the action of the elastic force of the fifth spring 28, the first handle 8 can be prevented from swinging under the action of no external force through the fifth spring 28, the first handle 8 can be fixed, a user does not need to fix the first handle 8, and the labor intensity of the user can be reduced.
When the cloth is smooth, the user bypasses the third transfer wheel 35, then the user presses the fourth slide bar 37 downwards, the fourth slide bar 37 moves downwards to enable the second clamping wheel 41 to move out of the second clamping groove 42 leftwards, the second clamping wheel 41 moves leftwards to drive the third slide block 39 to move leftwards, the sixth spring 40 is compressed therewith, the fourth slide bar 37 moves downwards to enable the third slide bar 34 to move leftwards, the third slide bar 34 moves leftwards to enable the third transfer wheel 35 to move leftwards, after the third transfer wheel 35 moves leftwards to a proper position, the user stops moving the fourth slide bar 37, the second clamping wheel 41 can be clamped rightwards into the corresponding second clamping groove 42 under the action of the elastic force of the sixth spring 40, so that the fourth slide bar 37 can be fixed, the third transfer wheel 35 can be fixed, and the user can conveniently transfer the smooth cloth, the sixth spring 40 can prevent the inconvenience of the cloth transportation caused by the up-and-down movement of the fourth slide bar 37 without the external force, and when the cloth is not smooth, the user moves the fourth slide bar 37 up, and then the user moves the third transfer wheel 35 to the right to reset.
The seventh spring 45 can make the second clamping block 44 always contact with the table top of the sewing machine tightly, thus preventing the invention from shaking to obstruct the cloth conveying.
