The equipment has the advantages that: the left lifting point I and the right lifting point I can ensure that one end of the tower frame 1 is stably lifted without shaking, and the left lifting point II and the right lifting point II can ensure that the other end of the tower frame 1 is stably lifted without shaking; when the tower 1 needs to be turned over, the first hoisting mechanism 2 continues to hoist one end of the tower 1 upwards, and the second hoisting mechanism 3 slowly descends the other end of the tower 1, so that the tower 1 is in a vertical state, and the tower 1 is turned over in the air.
