A method of loading and unloading materials using a portable hoist for a military truck as in claim 5, wherein: an auxiliary beam is detachably arranged on the front side of a door post of the portable lifting machine of the military truck, and a front supporting leg which can stretch up and down is arranged at the front end of the auxiliary beam; and (2) after the portal frame is fixed with the truck butt-joint frame, extending the front supporting leg to enable the front supporting leg to prop against the ground, retracting the lower supporting leg, removing the wheel frame, and extending the lower supporting leg to enable the lower supporting leg to prop against the ground.
7. A method of loading and unloading materials using a portable hoist for a military truck as in claim 6, wherein: and also comprises

(5) After the upper part of the portable lifting machine of the military truck is fixed with the carriage of the military truck, the portable lifting machine of the military truck is transported along with the military truck.
