背景技术
早期溶剂型的涂料含有大量的挥发性有机物(VOC),对环境造成的污染日趋严重。如何降低涂料体系中有机溶剂的用量,成为减少空气污染和降低能源消耗此类与环境保护密切相关的重要目标。为了达到上述目标,水性涂
