As shown in fig. 9, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the scan print module 8312 includes:
a scanning and printing sub-module 83121, configured to scan and print, move the inkjet head 6 along the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism 2, and make the inkjet head 6 perform inkjet printing on a printing medium;
a starting point adjusting sub-module 83122 is used for adjusting the printing starting point and moving the ink jet head 6 to the next printing starting point along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism 2.
In this embodiment, the scanning and printing sub-module 83121 controls the second driving device 12 to drive the inkjet head 6 to move along the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism 2, so that the inkjet head 6 performs printing on a preset area of the printing medium, then the starting point adjusting sub-module 83122 controls the third driving device 13 to adjust the position of the inkjet head 6 in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism 2, so as to adjust the starting point of the inkjet head 6 for printing again, and then the second driving device 12 drives the inkjet head 6 to move along the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism 2, so that the inkjet head 6 performs printing on the next preset area of the printing medium, and the repeated execution only performs all printing on the printing medium, so as to realize printing on a large-size printing medium, and is simple and fast.

In this embodiment, the driving module 8321 controls the first driving device 11 to drive the printing medium conveying mechanism assembly 2, so as to move the printing medium placed on the printing medium conveying mechanism assembly 2 to the printing area, and then the one-way printing module 8322 controls the second driving device 12 to drive the inkjet head 6, so that the inkjet head 6 and the printing medium perform relative motion, and perform inkjet simultaneously, so as to realize one-way printing on the printing medium, after the printing is completed, the first driving device 11 drives the printing medium conveying mechanism assembly 2, so as to move the printing medium after the printing is completed out of the printing area; or keeping the ink-jet head 6 still, controlling the first driving device 11 to continuously drive the printing medium conveying mechanism 2 through the driving module 8321, when the printing medium moves to the preset printing position, controlling the ink-jet head 6 to open through the one-way printing module 8322, so that the ink-jet head 6 prints on the printing medium, and under the continuous driving of the first driving device 11, the printing medium continues to move until the printing of the printing medium is completed, which is simple and fast.
When a single-pass printing mode needs to be executed, the first driving device 11 drives the printing medium conveying mechanism assembly to move the printing medium placed on the printing medium conveying mechanism assembly to a printing area, the second driving device 12 drives the ink gun 6 or drives the printing medium through the printing medium conveying mechanism assembly to enable the ink gun 6 and the printing medium to move relatively, ink is jetted simultaneously, and single-pass printing of the printing medium is achieved; and when the mode is printed in the scanning of needs execution, carry printing medium to printing the region through printing medium conveying mechanism subassembly earlier, then through second drive arrangement and third drive arrangement drive ink gun two-dimensional movement in printing the region, can realize printing the scanning of printing medium fast to the realization is compatible two kinds of modes of printing on same equipment, makes the printing medium that the printer can adapt to the different width of scope, can effectively improve the multifunctionality and the practicality of printer, saving equipment cost and factory building cost.

Claims (10)

1. A printing control method is used for an ink-jet printer, the ink-jet printer comprises a first driving device, a printing medium conveying mechanism and an ink-jet head, the printing medium conveying mechanism comprises synchronizing wheels at two ends and a conveying belt which is arranged between the synchronizing wheels at the two ends and used for conveying a printing medium, one of the synchronizing wheels is connected to the output end of the first driving device, the printing medium moves in a single pass along one direction, the printing medium comprises corrugated boards, and the printing control method comprises the following steps:
receiving a print instruction, comprising: the ink jet printer automatically detects the width of the printing medium, compares the width with the width of the ink jet head and judges, and sends a printing instruction according to the comparison and judgment result;
selecting a printing mode according to a printing instruction, wherein the printing mode comprises a single-pass printing mode and a scanning printing mode;
a single pass printing mode or a scanning printing mode.
2. The print control method of claim 1, wherein said executing the scan print mode comprises:
driving the printing medium conveying mechanism to move the printing medium placed on the printing medium conveying mechanism to a preset printing position;
moving the ink gun and spraying ink to enable the ink gun to scan and print a printing medium;
driving the printing medium conveying mechanism to move the printing medium which is printed out of the preset printing position;
and moving the ink gun to return the ink gun to the initial position.
3. The print control method of claim 2, wherein moving the inkjet head and ejecting ink to cause the inkjet head to scan print on a print medium comprises:
scanning and printing, namely moving the ink jet head along the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism and enabling the ink jet head to perform ink jet printing on a printing medium;
adjusting a printing starting point, and moving the ink gun to a next printing starting point along a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism;
and repeatedly executing the scanning printing and the adjusting of the printing starting point until the printing of the printing medium is completed.
4. The print control method of claim 1, wherein said executing the single pass print mode comprises:
driving the printing medium conveying mechanism to move the printing medium placed on the printing medium conveying mechanism to a preset printing position;
and driving the printing medium conveying mechanism or moving the ink gun, and enabling the ink gun to jet ink to print the printing medium.
5. A computer-readable storage medium for storing a computer program of a print control method, characterized in that: the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a print control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. A printing control device for an ink-jet printer, the ink-jet printer including a first driving device, a printing medium conveying mechanism and an ink-jet head, wherein the printing medium conveying mechanism includes synchronizing wheels at two ends and a conveyer belt arranged between the synchronizing wheels at the two ends for conveying a printing medium, one of the synchronizing wheels is connected to an output end of the first driving device, the printing medium moves in a single pass along one direction, the printing medium includes a corrugated board, the printing control device includes:
a receiving unit configured to receive a print instruction, the receiving the print instruction including: the ink jet printer automatically detects the width of the printing medium, compares the width with the width of the ink jet head and judges, and sends a printing instruction according to the comparison and judgment result;
a selection unit configured to select a printing mode according to a printing instruction, the printing mode including a one-way printing mode and a scanning printing mode;
an execution unit for executing a single-pass printing mode or a scan printing mode;
the execution unit includes a one-way printing subunit for executing a one-way printing mode and a scanning printing subunit for executing a scanning printing mode.
7. The print control apparatus of claim 6, wherein the scan printing subunit comprises:
the reservation module is used for driving the printing medium conveying mechanism to enable the printing medium placed on the printing medium conveying mechanism to move to a preset printing position;
the scanning printing module is used for moving the ink gun and jetting ink to enable the ink gun to scan and print a printing medium;
the moving-out module is used for driving the printing medium conveying mechanism to move the printing medium which is printed out from a preset printing position;
and the resetting module is used for moving the ink gun to return the ink gun to the initial position.
8. The print control apparatus of claim 7, wherein the scan print module comprises:
the scanning and printing submodule is used for scanning and printing, moving the ink jet head along the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism and enabling the ink jet head to jet ink and print on a printing medium;
and the starting point adjusting submodule is used for adjusting a printing starting point and moving the ink gun to the next printing starting point along the direction vertical to the moving direction of the printing medium conveying mechanism.
9. The print control apparatus of claim 6, wherein the single pass printing subunit comprises:
the driving module is used for driving the printing medium conveying mechanism to enable the printing medium placed on the printing medium conveying mechanism to move to a preset printing position;
and the single-pass printing module is used for driving the printing medium conveying mechanism or moving the ink gun, enabling the ink gun to jet ink and printing the printing medium.
10. An ink jet printer, comprising:
