Abstract

本发明公开了一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,涉及生物质碳燃料制术领域。本生物质碳燃料组成包括生物质碳粉末的重量份为50~85,煤泥的重量份为5~25,沥青粘结剂重量份为15~55,上述原料经过混合烘干、挤压成型和碳化,制得的生物质碳燃料作为火力发电锅炉燃料,热值高,污染小,在一定程度上缓解了煤炭的需求量及煤炭燃烧带来的环境污染,并且原料有效的利用了农业和工业废料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发电生物质碳燃料技术领域,具体是一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法。
背景技术
电力是以电能作为动力的能源,是当今社会不可或缺的能源之一。其中火力发电就是重要的发电方式之一,火力发电一般是指利用煤炭、石油和天然气等燃料燃烧时产生的热能来加热水,使水变成高温、高压水蒸气,然后再由水蒸气推动发电机来发电的方式的总称。我国的火电厂以燃煤为主。其中,火力发电采用的煤炭燃烧的很大弊端就是对环境的影响。同时,煤炭资源消耗严重,日渐枯竭,同时煤炭的深加工也带来了大量的煤泥产量的提升,煤泥的工业利用也也已成为迫切需要解决的问题。
其次,生物质发电是利用生物质所具有的生物质能进行的发电,是可再生能源发电的一种,我国是农业大国,每年的各种作物秸秆产生量大,完全可以逐步替代火力发电以煤炭作为燃料,但是,秸秆等生物质如果直接用于燃烧发电,热能利用低。另外,因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,其组成包括生物质碳粉末、煤泥和沥青粘结剂,生物质碳粉末的重量份为50~85,煤泥的重量份为5~25,沥青粘结剂重量份为15~55;
将三种原料按照上述重量份比混合均匀后烘干,使其含水率低于10%;
将烘干后的混合原料经热压成型机挤压成型为具有一定形状和大小的生物质碳半成品,成型压力为15~25MPa,成型温度为180~230℃;
将成型后的生物质碳半成品放入碳化炉进行碳化,加热碳化温度为350℃~650℃,成型的生物质碳发电燃料制备完成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:生物质碳粉末是包括但不限于稻草、秸秆、树皮和树枝的一种或几种材料经破碎、粉碎后制得,制得的生物质碳粉末细度低于60目筛。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:煤泥是洗煤后的低质低发热量煤。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:沥青粘结剂为高温、发热量大、硫含量低的沥青粘结剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本生产成型生物质炭燃料,制备所需原料来源量大,有效的把农业生产作物的废料和工业废料结合利用,生产出来的生产成型生物质炭作为火力发电锅炉燃料,热值高,污染小,在一定程度上缓解了煤炭的需求量及煤炭燃烧带来的环境污染。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例进一步对本发明的技术方案说明,本实施例中,一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,其组成包括生物质碳粉末、煤泥和沥青粘结剂,生物质碳粉末的重量份为50~85,煤泥的重量份为5~25,沥青粘结剂重量份为15~55;根据其中一种材料的质量情况,以三种原料混合、烘干、成型、碳化后的热值需求以及加工中的粘性和成型条件需求,三种原料可以在配比范围内视情况增加或减少。
将三种原料按照上述重量份比混合均匀后烘干,使其含水率低于10%;控制含水率是为了更好使得混合原料成型,成型后的生物质碳半成品都具有符合要求的形状和大小,其形状可以是圆柱形;其大小可以是单个体积只有φ5-φ8mm的小颗粒。
将烘干后的混合原料经热压成型机挤压成型为具有一定形状和大小的生物质碳半成品,成型压力为15~25MPa,成型温度为180~230℃;
将成型后的生物质碳半成品放入碳化炉进行碳化,加热碳化温度为350℃~650℃,成型的生物质碳发电燃料制备完成。制得的产品指标挥发份25以上,硫含量1以下,热量4500大卡以上

1.一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,其组成包括生物质碳粉末、煤泥和沥青粘结剂,其特征在于,生物质碳粉末的重量份为50~85,煤泥的重量份为5~25,沥青粘结剂重量份为15~55;
将三种原料按照上述重量份比混合均匀后烘干,使其含水率低于10%;
将烘干后的混合原料经热压成型机挤压成型为具有一定形状和大小的生物质碳半成品,成型压力为15~25MPa,成型温度为180~230℃;
将成型后的生物质碳半成品放入碳化炉进行碳化,加热碳化温度为350℃~650℃,成型的生物质碳发电燃料制备完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生物质碳粉末是包括但不限于稻草、秸秆、树皮和树枝的一种或几种材料经破碎、粉碎后制得,制得的生物质碳粉末细度低于60目筛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述煤泥是洗煤后的低质低发热量煤。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产成型生物质炭发电燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述沥青粘结剂为高温、发热量大、硫含量低的沥青粘结剂。
