Abstract

本发明公开了透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层、PET基材层和防水层,所述PET基材层、防静电层和防水层依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂30‑60份、金属氧化物粉末10‑20份、溶剂5‑8份、固化剂20‑30份、增塑剂4‑5份,本发明提供的透明PET防静电离型膜制备工艺,先通过高温处理和延膜处理得到PET基材层,然后将丙烯酸树脂、金属氧化物粉末、溶剂、固化剂、增塑剂搅拌得到混合溶液,并将溶液均匀涂抹在PET基材层表面,通过金属氧化物粉末导电材料和丙烯酸树脂配合制成防静电涂料,从而能够提供离型膜的防静电性,PE塑料热熔之后均匀地涂布于纸张表面,可以在表面形成一个防水层膜,从而能够提升离型膜的防水效果。

透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及离型膜技术领域,具体为透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺。
背景技术
离型膜是指薄膜表面能有区分的薄膜,离型膜与特定的材料在有限的条件下接触后不具有粘性,或轻微的粘性。
目前市场上使用的保护膜大多采用PET基材,PET的电阻率高达1010~1020Ωcm,极易积蓄静电,因此在生产和使用的过程中特别容易吸附灰尘和杂质,影响使用性能,而且现有的一些防静电离型膜大多不具有防水性,在潮湿的环境中容易吸附水份,影响离型膜的使用,为此,我们提出透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层、PET基材层和防水层,所述PET基材层、防静电层和防水层依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂30-60份、金属氧化物粉末10-20份、溶剂5-8份、固化剂20-30份、增塑剂4-5份。
优选的,所述金属氧化物粉末可以是氧化锡、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铟和氧化镉中一种或者几种混合物。
优选的,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
优选的,包括有以下步骤:
a.将PET进行高温处理,并将高温处理后的PET进行延膜处理得到PET基材层;
b.将丙烯酸树脂、金属氧化物粉末、溶剂、固化剂、增塑剂放入搅拌设备中搅拌,得到混合溶液,并将溶液均匀涂抹在PET基材层表面,之后通过对PET基材表面进行烘干,得到透明防静电膜;
c.在透明防静电膜表面铺一层牛皮纸,再采用淋膜机将PE塑料热熔之后均匀地涂布于纸张表面,形成很薄的一层防水层膜;
d.最后低温熟成7天。
优选的,所述步骤b中对混合溶液的涂布方法为旋涂,旋涂转速为800rpm-2000rpm,旋涂时间为60s-600s。
优选的,所述步骤b中烘干温度为80℃-150℃,烘烤时间为60s-600s。
优选的,所述金属氧化物粉末颗粒粒径在0.1pm以下。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明提供的透明PET防静电离型膜制备工艺,先通过高温处理和延膜处理得到PET基材层,然后将丙烯酸树脂、金属氧化物粉末、溶剂、固化剂、增塑剂搅拌得到混合溶液,并将溶液均匀涂抹在PET基材层表面,得到透明防静电膜,通过金属氧化物粉末导电材料和丙烯酸树脂配合制成防静电涂料,从而能够提供离型膜的防静电性,PE塑料热熔之后均匀地涂布于纸张表面,可以在表面形成一个防水层膜,从而能够提升离型膜的防水效果。
2、本发明金属氧化物粉末颗粒粒径在0.1pm以下,可以满足透明、防静电的要求。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层1、PET基材层2和防水层3,所述PET基材层2、防静电层1和防水层3依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层1有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂30-60份、金属氧化物粉末10-20份、溶剂5-8份、固化剂20-30份、增塑剂4-5份。
所述金属氧化物粉末可以是氧化锡、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铟和氧化镉中一种或者几种混合物。
包括有以下步骤:
a.将PET进行高温处理,并将高温处理后的PET进行延膜处理得到PET基材层2;
b.将丙烯酸树脂、金属氧化物粉末、溶剂、固化剂、增塑剂放入搅拌设备中搅拌,得到混合溶液,并将溶液均匀涂抹在PET基材层2表面,之后通过对PET基材表面进行烘干,得到透明防静电膜;
c.在透明防静电膜表面铺一层牛皮纸,再采用淋膜机将PE塑料热熔之后均匀地涂布与纸张表面,形成很薄的一层防水层3膜;
d.最后低温熟成7天。
所述步骤b中对混合溶液的涂布方法为旋涂,旋涂转速为800rpm-2000rpm,旋涂时间为60s-600s,便于涂布。
所述步骤b中烘干温度为80℃-150℃,烘烤时间为60s-600s,便于烘干。
所述金属氧化物粉末颗粒粒径在0.1pm以下,可以满足透明、防静电的要求。
下面以多个实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明:
实施例1:
透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层1、PET基材层2和防水层3,所述PET基材层2、防静电层1和防水层3依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层1有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂30份、金属氧化物粉末10份、溶剂5份、固化剂20份、增塑剂4份。
本实施例的制备工艺与前述的制备工艺相同,在此对本实施例的制作工艺不作详细叙述。
实施例2:
透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层1、PET基材层2和防水层3,所述PET基材层2、防静电层1和防水层3依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层1有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂40份、金属氧化物粉末15份、溶剂6份、固化剂25份、增塑剂4份。
本实施例的制备工艺与前述的制备工艺相同,在此对本实施例的制作工艺不作详细叙述。
实施例3:
透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层1、PET基材层2和防水层3,所述PET基材层2、防静电层1和防水层3依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层1有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂60份、金属氧化物粉末20份、溶剂8份、固化剂30份、增塑剂5份。
本实施例的制备工艺与前述的制备工艺相同,在此对本实施例的制作工艺不作详细叙述。
实施例4:
透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层1、PET基材层2和防水层3,所述PET基材层2、防静电层1和防水层3依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层1有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂50份、金属氧化物粉末15份、溶剂7份、固化剂28份、增塑剂5份。
本实施例的制备工艺与前述的制备工艺相同,在此对本实施例的制作工艺不作详细叙述。

Claims (7)

1.透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,包括防静电层(1)、PET基材层(2)和防水层(3),其特征在于:所述PET基材层(2)、防静电层(1)和防水层(3)依次叠设在一起,所述防静电层(1)有以下质量份原料组成:丙烯酸树脂30-60份、金属氧化物粉末10-20份、溶剂5-8份、固化剂20-30份、增塑剂4-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物粉末可以是氧化锡、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铟和氧化镉中一种或者几种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,其特征在于:所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,其特征在于:包括有以下步骤:
a.将PET进行高温处理,并将高温处理后的PET进行延膜处理得到PET基材层(2);
b.将丙烯酸树脂、金属氧化物粉末、溶剂、固化剂、增塑剂放入搅拌设备中搅拌,得到混合溶液,并将溶液均匀涂抹在PET基材层(2)表面,之后通过对PET基材表面进行烘干,得到透明防静电膜;
c.在透明防静电膜表面铺一层牛皮纸,再采用淋膜机将PE塑料热熔之后均匀地涂布与纸张表面,形成很薄的一层防水层(3)膜;
d.最后低温熟成7天。
5.根据权利要求4所述的透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中对混合溶液的涂布方法为旋涂,旋涂转速为800rpm-2000rpm,旋涂时间为60s-600s。
6.根据权利要求4所述的透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中烘干温度为80℃-150℃,烘烤时间为60s-600s。
7.根据权利要求2所述的透明PET防静电离型膜及制备工艺,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物粉末颗粒粒径在0.1pm以下。
