Description

Flushing device for a filter system
Technical Field
The invention is mainly used for flushing and backwashing of a chip liquid centralized filtering system or other production fields.
Background
The flushing device is a common device in production and life, and has various structures mainly due to different purposes. The flushing device mainly comprises a pipeline and a nozzle, and is used for flushing impurities left on the filter material in a flushing link of the filtering system and recovering the impurities to enable the filter material to be recovered to a clean state for repeated use. In the current filtering and washing link, the working pressure of a nozzle and the jet flow are always fixed values in the whole service cycle of a product, and the impurity accumulation and adhesion degrees on the surface of the filter material are not completely the same in the working process of the equipment, so that the surface loss condition of the filter material is inconsistent along with the use of the filter material. The position of quick loss can shorten the life of filter media, reduces the utilization ratio of filter media, and the washing liquid that washs the filter media is clean after filtering generally, if not control, also can cause the waste. The cleaning and filtering materials used in some filtering scenarios are expensive, such as the circulating filter belt used in the negative pressure filtering system, and the cost of replacing the circulating filter belt once is at least ten thousand yuan. And the filter medium and the filter material are both consumable products, so that the cost of a user is relatively high.

Preferably, the water spraying device comprises a flushing pipeline and a nozzle; the detection device comprises a light measurement plate and a spotlight; the control device comprises a control system and a regulating valve; the flushing pipeline is provided with at least two paths which are respectively arranged on two sides of the filter material; the regulating valve is arranged at the front end of the pipeline.
Preferably, the pipeline end is provided with a spray pipe, and the spray nozzles are linearly arranged on the spray pipe.
Preferably, the injection range of the nozzle is matched with the width of the filter material.
Preferably, the side light plates and the light-emitting lamps are respectively arranged on two surfaces of the filter material.
Preferably, a throttle valve is arranged in the nozzle.
According to the technical scheme, the detection device sends the cleanliness signal of the filter material to the control device, and then the control device controls the water yield and the water outlet pressure of the water spraying device in real time, so that the filter material is not abraded due to too large water yield and water outlet pressure, and the service life of the filter material is not shortened; and the filter material which cannot be washed cleanly due to too small water yield and water outlet pressure can not be reduced, so that the filtering capacity is not reduced.

Detailed Description
A technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flushing device for a filtering system includes a water spraying device 10, a detecting device 20, a control device 30, and a filtering material 40. The water spraying devices 10 are arranged on two sides of the filter material 40 and are used for cleaning the front side and the back side of the filter material; the detection device 20 is arranged in front of the water spraying device and used for detecting the cleanliness of the filter material and sending a signal to the control device 30; the control device controls the water yield and the water outlet pressure of the water spraying device 10 according to the signal sent by the detection device. According to the scheme, the cleanliness signals of the filter materials are detected by the detection device and sent to the control device, and then the control device controls the water yield and the water outlet pressure of the water spraying device, so that the intelligent cleaning effect is achieved. Not only can effectively control the dosage of the cleaning fluid, but also can prolong the service life of the filter material.
The detection device 20 comprises a light measurement plate 21 and a spotlight 22, the spotlight is arranged on the reverse side of the filter material 40, and the light measurement plate is arranged on the front side of the filter material and is opposite to the direction of the spotlight. The regulating valve 31 of the control device 30 is arranged at the foremost end of the pipeline of the water spraying device 20.
Referring to fig. 2, the water spraying device 10 includes a first pipeline 11, a second pipeline 12, and a nozzle 13, and the ends of the first pipeline and the second pipeline are respectively provided with a spray pipe 111 and a spray pipe 112. The spray pipe is a hollow round pipe, one end of the spray pipe is communicated with the first pipeline 11 and the second pipeline 12, and the other end of the spray pipe is sealed. And a plurality of hole mounting nozzles 13 communicated with the inner hole are arranged along the axial direction, the nozzles are optimally and uniformly distributed on the spray pipe, and the spray washing range of the nozzles is matched with the width of the filter material.
Referring to fig. 3, the throttle valves 131 are provided in a direction perpendicular to the fluid path of the nozzle 13, and the extension length of the needle thereof can be automatically changed by the control of the control device 30, and the throttle function is performed by changing the cross-sectional area of the fluid inside the nozzle, and each throttle valve can be automatically operated according to a signal, so that the nozzles arranged at each point of the nozzle pipe can spray at a designated flow rate and pressure. The nozzle 13 has a fan-shaped head jet orifice, the opening direction of the fan-shaped head jet orifice is consistent with the axial direction of the spray pipe, and when the fan-shaped head jet orifice works under the condition of dynamic flow, the washing range can not be changed, so that the filter material can be washed in the full range without omission and dead angles.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows:
referring again to fig. 1, in the filtration system, when the filter material needs to be refreshed, the flushing device is activated. The filter material travels from the first support roller 50 to the second support roller 60, and the spot lamp 22 and the photometric plate 21 start to detect the cleanliness of the filter material surface. Since the filter material 40 has a certain light transmittance, when the filter material passes through the spot light 22, the light measuring board 21 can feed back a signal to the control device 30 according to the light transmittance of the spot light 22 passing through the filter material 40. A control system (not shown) regulates the flow of liquid in the first and second lines 11, 12 by controlling the regulating valve 31. When the light measuring plate 21 receives a strong light transmitting signal, the permeability of the filter material is relatively good, that is, the cleanliness is relatively high, and at this time, the regulating valve 31 can relatively reduce the liquid flow for flushing the filter material; and vice versa. Through the scheme, the effects of real-time adjustment and energy conservation can be achieved.
Meanwhile, the light measuring plate 21 feeds back the cleaning condition (light transmittance) of each position in the width direction of the filter material surface to the control device 30, the control device controls the nozzles 13 at the corresponding positions on the spray pipe 111 and the spray pipe 112, the nozzles automatically adjust the throttle valve 131, the liquid pressure sprayed out by the nozzles is increased or reduced, and the filter material surface is fully cleaned, so that the filter material is cleaned without dead corners, and the purpose of energy conservation is achieved.
It should be noted that the filter material may be pre-cleaned and then subjected to detection and flushing by the present invention, or may be directly subjected to detection and flushing by the present invention.
To sum up, this scheme provides a belt cleaning device for filtration system, can reduce the loss of filter media when washing the filter media. The purposes of real-time adjustment, energy conservation and efficiency improvement can be realized, and the use cost can be reduced. According to the cleaning device for the filtering system, due to the actions of the regulating valve and the throttle valve, the output power of the liquid supply pump can be reversely regulated while the spray flow and the pressure are controlled, so that the whole system is more energy-saving and efficient to operate.
