本发明涉及焊带技术领域,特别涉及一种提样能电池片黑色焊带的制 作方法。
背景技术
太阳能电池是通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接把光能转化成电能 的装置。太阳能电池在使用前,需要首先通过焊带将太阳能电池片连接起 来,从而汇集并输出太阳能电池片在阳光照射下产生的电流。焊带是电流 收集的关键,对光伏组件的功率影响很大。目前所采用的用于连接太阳能 电池片的焊带为锡的本色(银白色),无法满足客户的审美要求。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术 的不足之处,公开了一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带,包括焊带和涂覆在焊带 表面的黑色涂料,所述黑色涂料原料是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:

一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
将偶联剂和黑色颜料、导电粉、散热粉混合分散,使其分散均匀;
加入分散剂、发泡剂、氯化聚烯烃、杜邦DBE和有机树脂混合分散, 分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟,将分散后的混合物放置在 120℃的环境中,放置时间为10分钟,而后升温至270℃,静置1分钟, 取出后加入消泡剂混合分散,分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟; 分散完毕后真空除气,得到黑色胶液;
将所述黑色胶液涂布于焊带表面,并在120-160℃的温度下烘烤固化 至少30分钟,制得黑色焊带。

本发明取得的有益效果:

实施例1
准备制作黑色涂料的材料,按照重量份分别准备:
将偶联剂和碳黑、导电粉、氧化铝混合分散,使其分散均匀;

将偶联剂和碳黑、导电粉、氧化铝混合分散,使其分散均匀;
加入分散剂、碳酸氢钠、氯化聚烯烃、杜邦DBE和有机树脂混合分散, 分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟,将分散后的混合物放置在 120℃的环境中,放置时间为10分钟,而后升温至270℃,静置1分钟, 取出后加入消泡剂混合分散,分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟; 分散完毕后真空除气,得到黑色胶液;
将所述黑色胶液涂布于焊带表面,并在120℃的温度下烘烤固化35 分钟,制得黑色焊带。
实施例3
将偶联剂和碳黑、导电粉、氧化铝混合分散,使其分散均匀;
加入分散剂、碳酸氢钠、氯化聚烯烃、杜邦DBE和有机树脂混合分散, 分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟,将分散后的混合物放置在 120℃的环境中,放置时间为10分钟,而后升温至270℃,静置1分钟, 取出后加入消泡剂混合分散,分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟; 分散完毕后真空除气,得到黑色胶液;
将所述黑色胶液涂布于焊带表面,并在120℃的温度下烘烤固化30 分钟,制得黑色焊带。

1.一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带,其特征在于,包括焊带和涂覆在焊带表面的黑色涂料,所述黑色涂料原料是由如下重量份数的各组分组成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池片黑色焊带,其特征在于,有机树脂为丙烯酸树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为碳酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带,其特征在于,所述散热粉为氮化硼碳、纳米管、石墨烯、氧化铝、氧化锌、氧化镁及碳化硅中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带,其特征在于,所述黑色颜料为碳黑。
6.一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将偶联剂和黑色颜料、导电粉、散热粉混合分散,使其分散均匀;
加入分散剂、发泡剂、氯化聚烯烃、杜邦DBE和有机树脂混合分散,分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟,将分散后的混合物放置在120℃的环境中,放置时间为10分钟,而后升温至270℃,静置1分钟,取出后加入消泡剂混合分散,分散时间为5分钟,分散转速1000转/分钟;分散完毕后真空除气,得到黑色胶液;
将所述黑色胶液涂布于焊带表面,并在120-160℃的温度下烘烤固化至少30分钟,制得黑色焊带。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种太阳能电池片黑色焊带,其特征在于,所述黑色颜料为碳黑。
