Abstract
本发明公开的一种防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫,其特征是由上层和下层包裹有丝瓜络药物的中间层经缝制而成,其中上层和下层为透气性材料;所述的透气性材料为纯棉布或无纺布;所述的丝瓜络药物中间层,其特征是每100双鞋垫含有以下重量份的药物组份:银杏外种皮300g,五毒草150g,剪草150g,樟树叶300g,薄荷叶100g,制成3000g的药物浸泡液,由丝瓜络经加工处理初步制成鞋垫雏形,再经浸药、干燥,经缝制而成。本发明制备的鞋垫具有通风透气、吸汗性强,柔软且具有弹性,不易变形,且防滑耐磨,利于药物发挥作用,具有很好的防治足癣、吸汗、防臭的良好功效。

本发明属于鞋垫加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫。
背景技术
丝瓜络,中药名为葫芦科植物丝瓜Luffa cylindrica (L.) Roem.的干燥成熟果实的维管束。夏、秋二季果实成熟、果皮变黄、内部干枯时采摘,除去外皮及果肉,洗净,晒干,除去种子而获得。其药用部位为植物老熟果实的 网状纤维(维管束)。
丝瓜络作为药用,具有祛风,通络,活血等作用。就丝瓜络的药用,历代本草都有相应的记载,《本草纲目》云:“能通人脉络脏腑,而去风解毒,消肿化痰,祛痛杀虫,治诸血病”。《本草便读》:“丝瓜络,入经络,解邪热。热除则风去,络中津液不致结合而为痰,变成肿毒诸症,故云解毒耳”。《医林纂要》:“凉血渗血,通经络,托痘毒”。《本草再新》:“通经络,和血脉,化痰顺气”。《陆川本草》:“凉血解毒,利水去湿”。《现代实用中药》:“为清凉性活血、通络解毒药,能通乳汁,发痘疮,及痈疽不敛等症”。《山东中药》:“治小便不利,关节肿痛”。《四川中药志》1979年版:“用于胸痹、坐骨神经痛、中风后半身不遂、跌扑损伤”。《中药大辞典》2006年第二版:“通经活络,解毒消肿,主治胸肋疼痛,热痹,筋脉痉挛,痈肿疮毒,湿疹”。
由于丝瓜络具有较好的通经活络,入脉络脏腑,解邪毒,去风解毒,通络活血,止疼痈,消肿毒以及较强的抗菌能力,加之丝瓜络具有很好的透气性,高吸水性,能较好的改善鞋内温热、潮湿的环境,能有效抑制细菌的生长。良好的透气性和导湿性能及时调节足部生态环境,保持足底干爽、洁净,长时使用可达到防止脚臭、脚气的目的,因而就丝瓜络制作的鞋垫很受人们的欢迎。
为了能使丝瓜络制作鞋垫具有多功能性和多用途性,国内的学者从不同的角度进行了多方面研究,有些研究成果已经申请了国家发明专利。如CN102920098A公开的一种丝瓜络保健布鞋及制备工艺,是由所述鞋底中袼褙通过苎麻绳纳制而成,袼褙由双层或多层布通过面粉调糊粘合在一起,每片袼褙至少三边设有包边布,鞋底的前掌高于后根,前掌中的袼褙为80-120层,后根中的袼褙为40-60层,前掌与后根过滤部分为平缓斜坡结构,鞋垫形状为平底或前掌高于后根,采用活动鞋垫,或于鞋底整体缝合,或采用两片,一片与鞋底整体缝合,另一与整体缝合后的丝瓜络鞋垫活动连接制成。CN109744634A公开的新型保健拖鞋,该发明的新型保健拖鞋包括鞋底、鞋垫和鞋面,鞋底为丝瓜络层,鞋垫设有三角状按摩凸起,鞋面则由定量份的药物组成。为了能够将丝瓜络达到脱木质素,增大纤维表面的孔隙率,增强其吸附性能,则对丝瓜络进行化学处理,如CN102499509A公开的丝瓜络除臭抗菌鞋垫的制备方法,该专利的特征是将丝瓜络进行漂白软化处理,将洗净的丝瓜络浸入H2O2、Na2SiO3、MgSO3配比液中,进行脱色软化。再清洗放在EDTA液中浸泡片刻,防止返黄;其次再用一定量的氢氧化钠/乙醇溶液浸泡进行碱处理,以达到脱木质素,增大纤维表面孔隙率的目的。而后再进行间歇微波辐射,深化处理程度,增强其吸附性。但纵观本发明的详细说明书可以看出,采用的处理方法、时间和过程,就其中所采用的H2O2、Na2SiO3很难给予彻底清除,过氧化氢和硅酸纳都为有害物质,其残留在丝瓜络中的有害成分无疑会对人体产生长时间的危害,其使用不具有安全性。CN1353963A公开的是丝瓜络药物保健鞋垫,是将丝瓜络经处理后采用纯中药煎汤浸泡、烘干、喷洒中药粉微粒而制成鞋垫。但该专利的特征是对中药的选用较为庞杂,且对药液的浸泡无量化,作为干燥的丝瓜络在药液内浸泡3-4小时,其药液的渗透不均,渗透性不匀是显而易见的缺陷。
发明内容
能在克服现有技术不足的基础上,采用丝瓜络经处理后,经蒸气蒸煮、淋喷、烘干、裁剪,初步加工成鞋垫雏形,然后将雏形鞋垫浸渍于中药提取液中进行浸渍,再经干燥后采用透气性面料进行包裹、缝制制成一种能够防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫。
为了实现本发明,具体采用了以下技术方案:
一种防治脚癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫,其特征在于,是由上层和下层包裹有丝瓜络药物的中间层经缝制而成,
其中上层和下层为透气性材料;所述的透气性材料为纯棉布或无纺布;
所述的丝瓜络药物中间层,其特征是每100双鞋垫含有以下重量份的药物组份:银杏外种皮300g 五毒草150g 剪草150g 樟树叶300g 薄荷叶100g制成的3000g药物浸泡液,由丝瓜络经加工处理初步制成鞋垫雏形,再经浸药、干燥,经缝制而成;
具体制作方法步骤如下:
(1)将成熟、晒干后的丝瓜按常规方法去皮、去籽,把丝瓜瓤置入蒸汽罐内,通入蒸汽使罐内温度达到100℃后,在流通蒸汽的条件下蒸煮3-4小时,取出,采用返渗透水进行淋喷,以达到快速冷却和将丝瓜瓤淋洗干净的目的,然后,置于架层上控干水分后,置入烘干室内,经42-46℃热风烘干备用;(2)经热风烘干后的丝瓜络,根据丝瓜络的纤维走向进行裁剪,然后将横向和纵向片材复合,碾压使平整,经裁剪,麻细线绳缝制,制作成鞋垫雏形备用;(3)称取药物银杏外种皮300g, 五毒草150g,剪草150g,樟树叶300g,薄荷叶100g,加入含量浓度为80%v/v的乙醇8kg,置常温下浸泡72小时后,滤取乙醇浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液备用,再将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加入纯净水10kg,加热煮沸3小时后,继续保持温度80-85℃浸泡6小时,然后滤取药液,弃去滤渣,将药液过100目筛后,加热浓缩至体积的1/2时,将上述回收乙醇后所得浓缩液并入,继续保持低温浓缩至3kg,即制得药物浸泡液;(4)将100双(200只)雏形鞋垫依次从药物浸泡液中浸一遍,然后放入一长方形不锈钢池内一双双码放整齐,然后自上层将剩余的药液再倒入池内,让其自然浸渍72小时,浸渍期间每隔8小时将雏形鞋垫自下而上翻倒一遍,使其药液充分浸透、浸匀,最后使其药液全部浸渍于雏形鞋垫中;(5)将浸药后的雏形鞋垫置于烘干室的平台(或平架上),采用38-40℃热风干燥,然后经采用透气性材料包裹,缝制即得。
银杏外种皮是银杏树种子(即银杏)硬壳外面的部分,俗称白果衣,银杏种子的皮分肉质的外种皮、骨质的中种皮和膜质的内种皮,本发明采用的银杏外种皮是银杏种子的肉质外种皮。科学家经研究发现外种皮含有大量的氢化白果酸、白果酚和白果醇,还含有银杏黄素、异银杏黄素和多糖类成分,还有微量的银杏内酯。其作用性质与环磷酰胺及地塞米松等相似。银杏外种皮的多糖类可增强细胞免疫功能,对体液免疫过程中B淋巴细胞的产生和抗体形成有作用。具文献报道,银杏外种皮中的醇类中间体,对22种临床常见致病性真菌的抑制有效率为81%;0.1%氢化白果酸抑制25种临床常见致病性真菌的有效率为92%。据报道,银杏酸有较强的杀菌和抑制作用,对于葡萄球菌、化脓性球菌、甚至对于其它真菌有抑制作用,用它治疗真菌感染的湿癣有显著的作用。对病毒引起的脓胞疮疹、扁平疣有较好的疗效。
五毒草,学名为蓼科植物杠板归Pulygunum perfoliatum L.的地上部分全草,又名贯叶蓼。性味酸、苦、平,微寒。归肺、膀胱经。具有清热解毒,利水消肿,止咳功能,用于咽喉肿痛,肺热咳嗽,小儿顿咳,水肿尿少,湿热泻痢,湿疹,疖肿,蛇虫咬伤。具文献介绍:全草含靛苷、黄酮类、蒽苷、酚类、氨基酸、有机酸、鞣质和糖类等。有机酸有咖啡酸、阿魏酸等;黄酮类有水蓼素、山柰酚、槲皮素、萹蓄苷、芦丁等。药理作用:抑菌作用:杠板归水提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、巴氏杆菌、链球菌、沙门菌、大肠埃希菌等临床常见病原微生物都有较强的抗菌作用;抗炎作用:杠板归总提取物部位具有显著的抗炎活性。还有外用适量,鲜品捣烂敷或干品煎水洗患处的记载(王国强,《全国中草药汇编(卷一)》,人民卫生出版社,2014年2月,第3版,217页)。本发明采用的五毒草为地上部分的干燥全草。
剪草,为金粟兰科植物丝穗金粟兰Chloranthus fortunei(A.Gray)Solms-Lamb.的全草或根。性味辛、苦,性平。具有祛风活血,解毒消肿之功能。用于风湿痹痛,跌打损伤,疮疖癣疥,毒蛇咬伤。本发明采用的剪草为剪草全草。
樟树叶,又名樟叶,为樟树属植物樟Cinnamomum cam Phora(L.) Presl的叶或枝叶。成分:樟叶含挥发油,其主要成分是樟脑(camphor)(54.54%),还有1,8-桉叶素(1,8-cineole)和少量α-松油醇(α-terpineol),β-蒎烯(β-pinene),α-蒎烯,牻牛儿醛(geranial),α-水芹烯(α-phellandrene),莰烯(camphene),龙脑(borneol),橙花醛(neral)等。其药性“气香,味辛,性温”《岭南草药志》。功用主治:《中药大辞典》下册:祛风除湿,杀虫解毒。主治风湿痹痛,水火烫伤,疮疡肿毒,慢性下肢溃疡,疥癣,皮肤瘙痒,毒虫咬伤。《岭南草药志》:“散风消肿,止痒镇痛”。《全国中草药汇编》:“外治慢性下肢溃疡,皮肤瘙痒”。
薄荷叶,为唇形科植物薄荷Mentha haplocalyx Briq.的干燥叶。具《中国药典》·临床用须知·中药饮片卷(2015年版)介绍:“薄荷质轻宣散,有疏散风热,宣毒透疹,祛风止痒之功,故可用治风热束表,麻疹不透,风疹瘙痒”。《中药大辞典》第二版介绍:具有“解痉作用,抗炎作用,促进透吸收作用和抗微生物作用”。《食性本草》:“能引诸药入营卫,疗阴阳毒”。《医学启源》:“《主治秘要》云:去高颠皮肤风热”。《纲目》:“治瘰疬,疮疥,风瘙瘾疹”。
本发明的有益效果是,能将本身具有消肿解毒、通络,行血脉功效的丝瓜络与现代中药有机结合,不仅发挥丝瓜络的柔韧的弹性、吸水性,以及通风透气,吸汗性强的优点,而且能将充分吸附于丝瓜络中的中药成分缓慢释放而发挥药效达到防治脚癣的目的,同时对脚汗、脚臭也具有一定的抑制作用。
本发明将丝瓜络经蒸气处理后,再行淋喷,不仅可使丝瓜络外观颜色保持干燥后洁白,而且可有效地将丝瓜络表面的有机附粘物和色素得到及时清除,同时将溶脱的有机或无机物得到充分洗脱,喷洒后快速冷却和干燥不仅可保持丝瓜络的颜色呈洁白状态,同时也利于下一步进行浸药的浸渍效果。
丝瓜络采用蒸气加热蒸煮,不仅可使丝瓜络纤维充分软化,在对丝瓜络中的蛋白质、粘液质等有机质得到清除后,使丝瓜络质材鞣软、舒松,增加孔隙间隙,增大表面积,增强丝瓜络的吸附能力,有利于中药提取液的浸入。本发明将中药组份采用醇、水结合充分提取,利于中药成份中的有机成分和无机成分得到充分提取。将提取液浓缩至限定量,能使药液完全被丝瓜络雏形鞋垫充分吸附完全,使鞋垫的含药量实现量化,使得每双鞋垫含药量相当于生药材10g,这不仅对保证鞋垫含药量相对量化,同时也能有效地观察含药物鞋垫有效用药量的真实性和可靠性,对采用不同药物组方,起到启示作用。
本发明一种防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫,其中采用丝瓜络制成的鞋垫部分,是由丝瓜络经蒸气蒸煮、淋喷、控水、干燥、裁剪、缝制、浸药、烘干、包裹、缝制等步骤完成,具有通风透气、吸汗性强,柔软具有弹性,不易变形,且防滑耐磨,利于药物发挥作用等特点。本发明与现有丝瓜络制作的鞋垫相比,具有鲜明的实质性特点,经临床试验的数据统计分析,具有很好的防治足癣的功效,同时具有很好的吸汗、防臭效果。产品具有很好的实用性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫的制作
(1)将成熟、晒干后的丝瓜按常规方法去皮、去籽,把丝瓜瓤置入蒸汽罐内,通入蒸汽使罐内温度达到100℃后,在流通蒸汽的条件下蒸煮3小时,取出,采用返渗透水进行淋喷,以达到快速冷却和将丝瓜瓤淋洗干净的目的,然后,置于架层上控干水分后,置入烘干室内,经42℃热风烘干备用;(2)经热风烘干后的丝瓜络,根据丝瓜络的纤维走向进行裁剪,然后将横向和纵向片材复合,碾压使平整,经裁剪,麻细线绳缝制,制作成鞋垫雏形备用;(3)称取药物银杏外种皮300g, 五毒草150g,剪草150g,樟树叶300g,薄荷叶100g,加入含量浓度为80%v/v的乙醇8kg,置常温下浸泡72小时后,滤取乙醇浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液备用,再将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加入纯净水10kg,加热煮沸3小时后,继续保持温度80℃浸泡6小时,然后滤取药液,弃去滤渣,将药液过100目筛后,加热浓缩至体积的1/2时,将上述回收乙醇后所得浓缩液并入,继续保持低温浓缩至3kg,即制得药物浸泡液;(4)将100双雏形鞋垫依次从药物浸泡液中浸一遍,然后放入一长方形不锈钢池内一双双码放整齐,然后自上层将剩余的药液再倒入池内,让其自然浸渍72小时,浸渍期间每隔8小时将雏形鞋垫自下而上翻倒一遍,使其药液充分浸透、浸匀,最后使其药液全部浸渍于雏形鞋垫中;(5)将浸药后的雏形鞋垫置于烘干室的平台或平架上,采用38℃热风干燥,然后经采用纯棉布材料包裹,缝制即得。
实施例2
一种防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫的制作
(1)将成熟、晒干后的丝瓜按常规方法去皮、去籽,把丝瓜瓤置入蒸汽罐内,通入蒸汽使罐内温度达到100℃后,在流通蒸汽的条件下蒸煮3.5小时,取出,采用返渗透水进行淋喷,以达到快速冷却和将丝瓜瓤淋洗干净的目的,然后,置于架层上控干水分后,置入烘干室内,经44℃热风烘干备用;(2)经热风烘干后的丝瓜络,根据丝瓜络的纤维走向进行裁剪,然后将横向和纵向片材复合,碾压使平整,经裁剪,麻细线绳缝制,制作成鞋垫雏形备用;(3)称取药物银杏外种皮300g, 五毒草150g,剪草150g,樟树叶300g,薄荷叶100g,加入含量浓度为80%v/v的乙醇8kg,置常温下浸泡72小时后,滤取乙醇浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液备用,再将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加入纯净水10kg,加热煮沸3小时后,继续保持温度82℃浸泡6小时,然后滤取药液,弃去滤渣,将药液过100目筛后,加热浓缩至体积的1/2时,将上述回收乙醇后所得浓缩液并入,继续保持低温浓缩至3kg,即制得药物浸泡液;(4)将100双雏形鞋垫依次从药物浸泡液中浸一遍,然后放入一长方形不锈钢池内一双双码放整齐,然后自上层将剩余的药液再倒入池内,让其自然浸渍72小时,浸渍期间每隔8小时将雏形鞋垫自下而上翻倒一遍,使其药液充分浸透、浸匀,最后使其药液全部浸渍于雏形鞋垫中;(5)将浸药后的雏形鞋垫置于烘干室的平台或平架上,采用39℃热风干燥,然后经采用无纺布材料包裹,缝制即得。
实施例3
一种防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫的制作
(1)将成熟、晒干后的丝瓜按常规方法去皮、去籽,把丝瓜瓤置入蒸汽罐内,通入蒸汽使罐内温度达到100℃后,在流通蒸汽的条件下蒸煮4小时,取出,采用返渗透水进行淋喷,以达到快速冷却和将丝瓜瓤淋洗干净的目的,然后,置于架层上控干水分后,置入烘干室内,经46℃热风烘干备用;(2)经热风烘干后的丝瓜络,根据丝瓜络的纤维走向进行裁剪,然后将横向和纵向片材复合,碾压使平整,经裁剪,麻细线绳缝制,制作成鞋垫雏形备用;(3)称取药物银杏外种皮300g, 五毒草150g,剪草150g,樟树叶300g,薄荷叶100g,加入含量浓度为80%v/v的乙醇8kg,置常温下浸泡72小时后,滤取乙醇浸泡液,回收乙醇得浓缩液备用,再将乙醇浸泡后的药渣加入纯净水10kg,加热煮沸3小时后,继续保持温度85℃浸泡6小时,然后滤取药液,弃去滤渣,将药液过100目筛后,加热浓缩至体积的1/2时,将上述回收乙醇后所得浓缩液并入,继续保持低温浓缩至3kg,即制得药物浸泡液;(4)将100双雏形鞋垫依次从药物浸泡液中浸一遍,然后放入一长方形不锈钢池内一双双码放整齐,然后自上层将剩余的药液再倒入池内,让其自然浸渍72小时,浸渍期间每隔8小时将雏形鞋垫自下而上翻倒一遍,使其药液充分浸透、浸匀,最后使其药液全部浸渍于雏形鞋垫中;(5)将浸药后的雏形鞋垫置于烘干室的平台或平架上,采用40℃热风干燥,然后经采用纯棉布材料包裹,缝制即得。
临床试验资料:
将本发明防治足癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫,用于患有足癣的患者进行临床观察。结果统计显示具有较好的治疗效果:用于足癣患者60例,分为3个试验组,每组20人,年龄为20-33岁,实验组每20人分别采用实施例1,2,3制得的鞋垫。结果在随访的记录为对三个试验组使用60人中,10天治愈者10例(16.67%),15天治愈者22例(36.67%),20天治愈者26例(43.33%),随访2例20天内明显好转,未治愈(占33.33%);结果显示:有效率为100%,治愈率为96.67%。
从上述的统计结果显示本发明的鞋垫,对治疗已发病的足癣病例的治愈率较高,具有很好的治疗效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种防治脚癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫,其特征在于,是由上层和下层包裹有丝瓜络药物的中间层经缝制而成,
其中上层和下层为透气性材料;
所述的丝瓜络药物中间层,其特征是每100双鞋垫含有以下重量份的药物组份:银杏外种皮300g 五毒草150g 剪草150g 樟树叶300g 薄荷叶100g制成3000g的药物浸泡液,由丝瓜络经加工处理初步制成鞋垫雏形,再经浸药、干燥,经缝制而成;
具体制作方法步骤如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述的防治脚癣的丝瓜络药物鞋垫,其特征在于,所述的透气性材料为纯棉布或无纺布。
