As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides an electric heater including a housing assembly 1 and a hanger 2.
The shell component 1 is provided with an air outlet for air out of the electric heater. The clothes hanger 2 is of a U-shaped structure and comprises a supporting part for supporting clothes and connecting parts 3 arranged at two ends of the supporting part, wherein the two connecting parts 3 extend in the same direction relatively, and the tail ends of the two connecting parts are connected to two sides of the shell assembly 1 relative to the air outlet.
The shell assembly 1 comprises an upper shell and a lower shell which are buckled into a whole, the connecting part 3 is provided with a rotating shaft 10, the central axis of the rotating shaft 10 is a first axis, and the connecting part 3 is rotatably arranged on the lower shell around the first axis through the rotating shaft 10. The connecting part 3 comprises a shaft sleeve 4 sleeved on the periphery of the rotating shaft 10. The shaft sleeve 4 and the connecting part 3 are of a split structure, and in order to ensure the relative position relationship of the shaft sleeve 4 and the connecting part 3 relative to the first axis in the rotation direction, a positioning structure for positioning relative to the first axis is arranged between the shaft sleeve 4 and the connecting part, and the positioning structure comprises a positioning groove 11 and a positioning protrusion 9 which are matched with each other. The positioning protrusion 9 is radially arranged on the rotating shaft 10, the positioning groove 11 is formed on the outer edge of the shaft sleeve 4, and obviously, the positions of the positioning protrusion 9 and the positioning groove 11 can be interchanged, and a plurality of positioning protrusions can be arranged.
The lower shell is provided with a hole site matched with the rotating shaft 10. The shaft sleeve 4 is provided with a shaft groove 13 which allows the shaft 10 to pass through the hole site. The hanger 2 has a laundry position in which the support portion is rotated to an air outlet region of the air outlet and a storage position in which the support portion is located behind the housing assembly 1 relative to the air outlet during rotation about the first axis.
The arc-shaped groove 5 extending for a set angle is formed in the periphery of the shaft sleeve 4, the pressing sheet 6 is detachably mounted on the lower shell through a connecting structure 7, the shaft sleeve 4 is surrounded by a groove 12 matched with the shape of the shaft sleeve 4, and a matching bulge 8 matched with the arc-shaped groove 5 is arranged on the inner wall, close to the shaft sleeve 4, of the pressing sheet 7. Because the arc-shaped groove 5 is provided with a certain angle, the clothes hanger 2 rotates in a set rotation range under the limitation of the arc-shaped groove 5 and the matching bulge 8.
The arc-shaped groove 5 is internally provided with two end faces including a first end face and a second end face, the first end face is arranged at a position close to the air outlet of the electric heater, and the second end face is arranged at a position far away from the air outlet of the electric heater.
When a user needs to dry clothes, the clothes hanger 2 rotates positively around the first axis, when the bearing part of the clothes hanger 2 rotates to the vicinity of the air outlet, the first end face of the arc-shaped groove 5 is attached to the first end face of the matching bulge 8, and the clothes hanger 2 can not rotate any more and can bear certain gravity for drying the clothes. The first end surface of the arc-shaped groove 5 and the first end surface of the matching protrusion 8 form a first limiting structure, the first end surface of the arc-shaped groove 5 is a first matching structure, and the first end surface of the matching protrusion 8 forms a first blocking structure.
When the user does not use, rotate clothes hanger 2 in the opposite direction around the first axis, when the holding portion of clothes hanger 2 rotates to the storage position of keeping away from the air outlet, the second terminal surface of arc wall 5 and the laminating of the second terminal surface of cooperation arch 8, and clothes hanger 2 can not rotate any more, and simultaneously, the second terminal surface of arc wall 5 and the second terminal surface of cooperation arch 8 form second limit structure, and the second terminal surface of arc wall 5 is the second cooperation structure, and the second terminal surface of cooperation arch 8 forms the second and blocks the structure.
According to the application, by arranging the first limiting structure, when a user needs to dry clothes by the electric heater, the user only needs to rotate the clothes hanger to the clothes drying position, and by means of the effect of the first limiting structure, the bearing part accurately moves to the air outlet area of the air outlet, so that the positioning is accurate, special adjustment is not needed, the use is simple and convenient, the drying effect is ensured, and the user experience is good. And the fixing is stable and the safety is good without the assistance of other devices. Meanwhile, when the user does not use, the clothes hanger 2 can be rotated to the storage position, so that the clothes hanger 2 can be prevented from being positioned near an air outlet of the electric heater for a long time, and deformation and even damage caused by high temperature can be prevented.
The housing assembly 1 further comprises a wall-mounted structure for wall-hanging and/or support feet for desk-top placement.
As another embodiment, the positions of the arc-shaped groove 5 and the matching protrusion 8 can be interchanged, namely, the matching protrusion 8 is arranged on the shaft sleeve, and the arc-shaped groove 5 is arranged on the pressing sheet.
As another embodiment, the compression sheet 6 is of unitary construction with the housing assembly. The sleeve 4 and the connecting portion 3 may be integrally formed.
As another embodiment, the arcuate slot 5 may be replaced with two separate raised structures.
As another embodiment, the first blocking structure and/or the second blocking structure are not limited to be provided on the pressing sheet, and may be provided at any position of the rotating area of the hanger. The first mating structure and/or the second mating structure are not limited to the sleeve, and may be any structure on the hanger.
As another embodiment, only the first limiting structure may be provided.
As an embodiment, the support portion of the hanger 2 is provided with a plurality of hanging holes, so that a user can conveniently dry a plurality of small clothes at a time.
As an embodiment, a storage groove for clamping and fixing the clothes hanger is formed in the storage position of the shell component corresponding to the clothes hanger, so that the clothes hanger 2 is ensured to be stably placed in the storage groove when a user does not use the clothes hanger, and the clothes hanger 2 cannot be loosened.
