Abstract

本发明公开了一种防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花工艺,包括以下步骤:印花薄膜的加工:以耐高温PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜为基层,将配制好的改性剂和吸墨乳液涂抹在薄膜上,移至烘箱中干燥,烘干完成后将薄膜取出,将染料利用刮涂的方式涂在薄膜的表面,通过印刷机上的印制辊将花型印制在薄膜上,该防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花工艺,实现防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花功能,选用PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜,染料与薄膜没有亲和力,转印时,转移率高,转印效果好,且通过添加改性剂,保证了防辐射涤纶涂层布在印花烘干完场后,保持原有的柔软性,通过吸墨乳液使得防辐射涤纶涂层布在转印时吸收染料的效果好,使得转印效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及印花工艺技术领域,具体是一种防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花工艺。
背景技术
转移印花工艺是纺织品印花方法之一,始于20世纪60年代末,先将某种染料印在纸等其他材料上,然后再用热压等方式,使花纹转移到织物上的一种印花方法,多用于化纤针织品、服装的印花,尤其在丝绸织物上,需按不同纤维性质采用相应的染料,技术工艺及配套设备比较复杂。
在进行防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花工艺中,转印时印花常常转印不完整,转移率较低,转印效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花工艺,该防辐射涤纶涂层布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、印花薄膜的加工:以耐高温PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜为基层,将配制好的改性剂和吸墨乳液涂抹在薄膜上,移至烘箱中干燥,烘干完成后将薄膜取出,将染料利用刮涂的方式涂在薄膜的表面,通过印刷机上的印制辊将花型印制在薄膜上,得到印花薄膜;
S2、织物的预处理:在防辐射涤纶涂层布的输送过程中,通过喷淋装置将碱液均匀喷洒在防辐射涤纶涂层布的表面,使织物均匀含湿,方便后续进行印花处理;
S3、转印印花处理:将处理后的防辐射涤纶涂层布与印花薄膜贴合在一起,进入转印装置轧压,将印花薄膜上的印花进行转印,出转印装置后,将织物与印花薄膜分离,薄膜上的染料转移至面料纤维微细结构,而呈现印制花型;
S4、织物的后续处理:对印花后的防辐射涤纶涂层布先进行发色处理,采用连续式蒸化机进行蒸化发色,固色完成后进行水洗,水洗完成后进行烘干固色。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S1中所述改性剂为丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、羟丙基甲基纤维素和清水等组成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S1中所述吸墨乳液按重量百分比计包括95%的聚乙烯醇、3%的六偏磷酸钠和2%的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S1中所述染料由尿素、小苏打、防染盐、海藻酸钠、无水乙醇和聚有机硅氧烷混制而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S2中所述碱液的PH值为9-11,所述织物的含湿率为30%-40%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S1中所述移至烘箱中干燥,在烘箱内部温度控制在60℃-80℃,干燥时间30min-60min。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤S3中所述进入转印装置轧压,轧压温度设置在120℃-140℃,转印压力设置在30-40kg/cm2,所述转移时间为40s-60s。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花工艺,实现防辐射涤纶涂层布的湿法转移印花功能,选用PET薄膜或BOPP薄膜,染料与薄膜没有亲和力,转印时,转移率高,转印效果好,且通过添加改性剂,保证了防辐射涤纶涂层布在印花烘干完场后,保持原有的柔软性,通过吸墨乳液使得防辐射涤纶涂层布在转印时吸收染料的效果好,使得转印效果好。

S4、织物的后续处理:对印花后的防辐射涤纶涂层布先进行发色处理,采用连续式蒸化机进行蒸化发色,固色完成后进行水洗,水洗完成后进行烘干固色。

S2、织物的预处理:在防辐射涤纶涂层布的输送过程中,通过喷淋装置将碱液均匀喷洒在防辐射涤纶涂层布的表面,使织物均匀含湿,方便后续进行印花处理;
S3、转印印花处理:将处理后的防辐射涤纶涂层布与印花薄膜贴合在一起,进入转印装置轧压,将印花薄膜上的印花进行转印,出转印装置后,将织物与印花薄膜分离,薄膜上的染料转移至面料纤维微细结构,而呈现印制花型;
S4、织物的后续处理:对印花后的防辐射涤纶涂层布先进行发色处理,采用连续式蒸化机进行蒸化发色,固色完成后进行水洗,水洗完成后进行烘干固色。
