s1) 1.0 part of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 2.0 parts of PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane and 2.0 parts of disteardimonium hectorite, wherein a 1-50um thin tube is used, and the pressure of 100-600 materials is used for spraying and mixing;
s2) adding 15.0 parts of cyclopenta dimethyl silicone polymer, 6 parts of diethyl hexyl carbonate, 3.0 parts of dioctyl carbonate, 7.5 parts of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 2.5 parts of ethylhexyl salicylate, 5.0 parts of titanium dioxide & silica & silylated dimethyl silicone polymer, 5.0 parts of zinc oxide & triethoxyoctyl silane and 2.0 parts of methyl methacrylate cross-linked polymer into the oil phase component of the mixture, heating to 70-75 ℃, and grinding by using a three-roll grinder to prepare an oil phase mixture;
s3) water 39.2 parts, propylene glycol 5.0 parts, sodium chloride 1.0 part and phenoxyethanol 0.5 part, heating to 40 ℃ to obtain a water phase component mixture;
s4) mixing the oil phase mixture and the water phase mixture with stirring at the rpm of 1800-2500rpm, adding 0.3 part of essence by weight, and mixing to obtain sunscreen cream cosmetic, and filling and cooling the sunscreen cream cosmetic in a mold to obtain rod-shaped sunscreen cream.
Example 3
The wax-based stick cosmetic capable of yielding water can be BB cream, and the BB cream is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 11.0 parts of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of disteardimonium hectorite, 4.0 parts of diethylhexyl carbonate, 5.0 parts of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 3.0 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 5.5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane & polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer, 7.1 parts of titanium dioxide & silica & silylated polydimethylsiloxane, 7.1 parts of silica & titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 0.2 part of iron oxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of talc & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 37 parts of water, 7.0 parts of propylene glycol and 1.0 part of sodium chloride.
Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a preparation method of the BB cream, comprising the following steps:
s1) 1.0 part of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane and 2 parts of disteardimonium hectorite, and spraying and mixing the materials by using a 1-50um thin tube and a pressure of 100-600 bar;
s2) adding 10.0 parts of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 4.0 parts of diethylhexyl carbonate, 5.0 parts of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 3.0 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 5.5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane & polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer, 7.1 parts of titanium dioxide & silica & silylated polydimethylsiloxane, 7.1 parts of silica & titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 0.2 parts of iron oxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of talc & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane to the oil phase components of the above mixture, heating to 70-75 degrees and grinding with a three-roll grinder to obtain an oil phase mixture;
s3) heating water 37 parts, propylene glycol 7.0 parts and sodium chloride 1.0 part to 40 ℃ to obtain an aqueous phase component mixture;
s4) mixing the oil phase mixture and the water phase mixture prepared above with a stirrer at 1800 and 2500rpm to obtain BB cream cosmetic material, and filling and cooling the BB cream cosmetic material prepared above with a mold to obtain rod-like BB cream.
Experimental example:
comparative test 1
The oil phase component of example 1 above, namely disteardimonium hectorite 2 parts, was not added, a narrow tube of 1-50um was not used, and pressure jet mixing of 100-; stability comparative test of example 1 and comparative test 1-lipstick of example 1 above and comparative test 1 were left at 45 degrees for 7 days and then the state of lipstick at normal temperature was compared, and the results are shown in fig. 4; fig. 4 shows that the state of the sample of example 1 of the present invention is not changed, and the sample of comparative test 1 has a large amount of moisture lost and volatilized, thereby showing that the state stability of the lipstick of the present invention is remarkably more excellent.
Comparative test 2
In the above example 2, the oil phase component of disteardimonium hectorite 2 parts is not added, a thin tube of 1-50um is not used, the pressure of 100-600 um is not used for spraying and mixing, the oil phase mixture is not mixed by a three-roll grinder, and the sunscreen cream is prepared by the same method as the above example 2; stability test of example 2 and comparative test 2 in comparison, the sunscreen cream of the above example 2 and the sunscreen cream of the comparative test 2 are left for 7 days under the condition of 45 degrees, the viscosity test of the sunscreen cream is shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 the viscosity of the example 2 of the present invention is compared with that of the comparative test 2, and the change of the example 2 is small, thereby showing that the state stability of the sunscreen cream of the present invention is more excellent.
Comparative test 3
The oil phase component of the above example 2, 0.5 part of disteardimonium hectorite, 17.5 parts of cyclopentadimethicone were added without using a 1-50um fine tube and without using a pressure jet mixing of 100-600, and the oil phase mixture was obtained without using a three-roll mill. Sunscreen cream was prepared in the same manner as in example 2; the sunscreen cream of the above example 2 and the sunscreen cream of the comparative test 3 are placed for 7 days under the condition of 45 degrees, and then the forms of the sunscreen cream under the normal temperature condition are compared, and as a result, the observation is shown in fig. 6, the comparison of the example 2 of the invention with the normal temperature condition is not changed, and the comparison of the comparative test 3 with the normal temperature condition contains a large amount of water volatilization loss; it is thus seen that the sunscreen cream of the present invention is more excellent in state stability.
Comparative test 4
2.0 parts of disteardimonium hectorite used in example 3 above were not added, a narrow tube of 1-50um was not used, and pressure jet mixing of 100-600bar was not used; the resulting oil phase mixture was mixed without using a three-roll mill; BB cream was prepared in the same manner as in example 3.
Comparative test 5
In the above example 3, 0.5 part of disteardimonium hectorite and 12.5 parts of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane were added, and spray mixing was carried out without using a 1-50um fine tube and a pressure of 100-; the resulting oil phase mixture was mixed without using a three-roll mill; the BB cream was prepared in the same manner as in the above example 3.
Example 3 and comparative tests 4-5 stability tests compare; the BB cream of the above example 3 and the BB creams of the comparative tests 4 to 5 were left standing at 45 degrees for 7 days, and then the forms were compared with the BB cream of the ordinary temperature condition, and the results were observed as shown in FIG. 7; fig. 7 shows that no change phenomenon is observed when comparing for example 3 with the normal temperature, and the moisture volatilization loss is serious when comparing with the normal temperature on the 4 th to 4 th days of the comparative test 4 to 5, so that the BB cream of the invention has more excellent stability in state; the BB cream of example 3 above and the BB creams of comparative tests 4-5 were left standing at 45 degrees for 7 days, and the viscosity test results are shown in FIG. 8: fig. 8, for example 3 of the present invention, shows a smaller change in viscosity than comparative tests 4 to 5, for example 3, and thus shows that the BB cream state stability of the present invention is more excellent.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that are not thought of through the inventive work should be covered within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A wax-based stick cosmetic capable of discharging water is characterized in that: including an oil phase portion or an oil phase derivative portion; the oil phase part or the oil phase derivative part wraps water to release water, so that a combined component of the emulsifier is provided, and the compounded emulsifier composition with the sheet structure of the water release component has the characteristic of wrapping water particles;
the sheet material of the composite of the compounded emulsifier with the sheet structure wraps the water particles in a multi-surface complex state; when in use, the multi-face complex structure is deformed by smearing, so that the cosmetics enter a state of being capable of draining water;
the surface of the sheet material is lipophilic, and edges and corners have hydroxyl functional groups, or the sheet material montmorillonite is stirred and subjected to surface treatment to enable the sheet material montmorillonite to have lipophilicity;
the lipophilic substance of the sheet material is C5-22 aliphatic alkyl substance;
the sheet-shaped material montmorillonite is one of magnesium lithium silicate or bentonite;
a preparation method of a wax-based stick cosmetic capable of discharging water comprises the following steps: s1), mixing and spraying the emulsifier of the sheet material by using a thin tube of 1-50um under the pressure of 100-600 bar; s2), S1) with an oil phase; s3), S2) with water; s4) and S3) and cooling the mixture after filling the mixture in a rod-shaped forming die to obtain a wax-based rod-shaped cosmetic body capable of yielding water;
the wax-based stick-shaped cosmetic is BB cream, and the BB cream is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 11.0 parts of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of disteardimonium hectorite, 4.0 parts of diethylhexyl carbonate, 5.0 parts of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 3.0 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 5.5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane & polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer, 7.1 parts of titanium dioxide & silica & silylated polydimethylsiloxane, 7.1 parts of silica & titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 0.2 parts of iron oxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of talc & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 37 parts of water, 7.0 parts of propylene glycol, and 1.0 part of sodium chloride;
the preparation method of the BB cream comprises the following steps:
s1) 1.0 part of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 2 parts of PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane and 2 parts of disteardimonium hectorite, and spraying and mixing the materials by using a 1-50 mu m thin tube and a pressure of 100-600 bar;
s2) adding 10.0 parts of cyclopentasiloxane, 4.0 parts of diethylhexyl carbonate, 5.0 parts of ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, 3.0 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 5.5 parts of isononyl isononanoate, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane & polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane crosspolymer, 7.1 parts of titanium dioxide & silica & silylated polydimethylsiloxane, 7.1 parts of silica & titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 0.2 parts of iron oxide & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of talc & triethoxyoctylsilane, 1.7 parts of titanium dioxide & triethoxyoctylsilane to the above mixture, heating to 70 to 75 degrees, and grinding with a three-roll grinder to obtain an oil phase mixture;
s3) heating 37 parts of water, 7.0 parts of propylene glycol and 1.0 part of sodium chloride to 40 ℃ to obtain a water phase component mixture;
s4) mixing the oil phase mixture and the water phase mixture by a stirrer 1800 and 2500rpm to obtain the BB cream cosmetic material, and filling and cooling the BB cream cosmetic material by a mold to obtain the rod-shaped BB cream.
2. A water-extractable wax-based stick cosmetic product according to claim 1, wherein: the model of the sheet-shaped substance is one or more of a round type, a 3-5 angle type and an irregular type substance.
3. A water-extractable wax-based stick cosmetic as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sheet-like material has a thickness of 0.0005-0.005um and a length of 0.5-1.5 um.
4. A water-extractable wax-based stick cosmetic product according to claim 1, wherein: the emulsifying agent for the wax-based stick cosmetic capable of yielding water is an alkyl emulsifying agent with the carbon number of 9-22.
5. A water-extractable wax-based stick cosmetic product according to claim 1, wherein: the emulsifier is one or more of polyglycerol-4 isostearate, polyglycerol-3 polyricinoleate, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, polyglycerol-4 oleate, polyhydroxy stearate, sebacate, sorbitan isostearate, glycerol laurate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan sesquioleate, lauryl PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl polydimethylsiloxane and PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane.
6. A water-extractable wax-based stick cosmetic product according to claim 1, wherein: the wax-based stick cosmetic capable of discharging water further includes an aqueous phase component which is water in which the raw material having the effect component is dissolved.
7. A water-extractable wax-based stick cosmetic product according to claim 6, wherein: the functional components are ions, fragrance, extract, nutrient components, humectant or other functional components used in cosmetics, and the usage amount of the additive is 0.001-10% of the total weight.
