本发明涉及医疗设备领域,具体涉及一种固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,基座上一侧固定有支架,支架截面为矩形结构,支架呈“Γ”状,支架上部开设有支架孔,起吊组件穿过支架孔,支架上设置有起吊组件,基座上设置有伸缩板组件,伸缩板组件上设有下肢固定夹板组件;气囊截面呈“U”形,气囊内设置有充气腔,气囊通过输气管与气泵相连接,钢板固定于气囊内壁一侧上部,气囊两侧设置有夹板,夹板对称设置,夹板推板截面呈“T”状,夹板推板横向开设有螺纹部,夹板推板端部为矩形状并抵近气囊外侧壁,本发明结构简单,对患者的肢体恢复过程效果佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域,具体涉及一种固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置。
背景技术
下肢瘫痪是指神经系统受损,感觉障碍发生以后导致的身体下肢完全或部分丧失运动功能,随意动作的减退或消失的一种疾病,多数情况下,是指,外力原因导致的下肢神经受损,从而失去下肢的功能,而湿气是中医当中的名词,湿气可以阻碍人体的气血运行,可以重着关节,导致关节屈伸不利。下肢康复训练中,下肢的运动是逐渐康复的关键,因此如何提供一种下肢骨骼恢复装置就显得格外重要。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,包括基座、支架、下肢固定夹板组件、伸缩板组件和起吊组件;
基座为矩形板状,基座上一侧固定有支架,支架截面为矩形结构,支架呈“Γ”状,支架上部开设有支架孔,起吊组件穿过支架孔,支架上设置有起吊组件,基座上设置有伸缩板组件,伸缩板组件上设有下肢固定夹板组件;
所述下肢固定夹板组件包括气囊、气泵、输气管、钢板和夹板,气囊截面呈“U”形,气囊内设置有充气腔,气囊通过输气管与气泵相连接,钢板为矩形板,钢板固定于气囊内壁一侧上部,气囊两侧设置有夹板,夹板对称设置,夹板包括夹板支架、夹板推板,夹板支架上开设有夹板螺栓孔,夹板推板截面呈“T”状,夹板推板横向开设有螺纹部,夹板推板端部为矩形状并抵近气囊外侧壁。
所述伸缩板组件包括竖挡板、脚部固定板、伸缩板一、伸缩板二和躺板,竖挡板为矩形状,竖挡板一侧固定有移动板,移动板距离基座为50-100mm,移动板为矩形板,移动板中部开设有丝杆孔,丝杆穿过丝杆孔,电机与丝杆一端固定连接,电机底部固定于基座上。
所述起吊组件包括起到套环、起吊绳、拉环和滑轮,套环为圆形状,起吊绳一端与拉环连接,起吊绳另一端与套环固定连接,起吊绳穿过滑轮并穿过支架孔,滑轮设置于支架孔一侧。
所述脚部固定板固定于竖挡板一侧,脚部固定板包括固定基板、紧固绳、穿插槽、脚托,固定基板两侧贯通开设有穿插槽,两个穿插槽呈“八”字分布,固定基板底部固定有脚托,脚托为半圆形且上部开口,紧固绳穿过穿插槽。
所述伸缩板一为矩形金属板,伸缩板一一端与竖挡板底部固定连接,伸缩板一另一端与伸缩板二一端相铰接连接,
所述伸缩板二包括底部帆布、橡胶垫,橡胶垫选用TPR热塑性橡胶材质,帆布选用牛津布,帆布上部固定有橡胶垫,伸缩板二另一端与躺板固定连接。
所述躺板为矩形板,躺板底部一侧通过连接杆与基座上部相固定连接,连接杆为圆杆状。
本发明有益效果:本发明结构简单,对患者的肢体恢复过程效果佳,基座起到支撑作用,支架起到对起吊组件的支撑,下肢固定夹板组件用于对下肢进行固定,伸缩板组件用于推动拉手下肢进行往复运动,起到对患者肢体的康复作用,起吊组件用于在单独需要提拉腿时将腿吊起。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
如图1-5所示的一种固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,包括基座1、支架2、下肢固定夹板组件、伸缩板组件、起吊组件5,基座1为矩形板状,基座1上一侧固定有支架2,支架2截面为矩形结构,支架2呈“Γ”状,支架2上设置有起吊组件5,基座1上设置有伸缩板组件,伸缩板组件上设有下肢固定夹板组件,支架2上部开设有支架孔21,起吊组件5穿过支架孔21,起吊组件5包括起到套环51、起吊绳52、拉环53和滑轮54,套环51为圆形状,起吊绳52一端与拉环53连接,起吊绳52另一端与套环51固定连接,起吊绳52穿过滑轮54并穿过支架孔21,滑轮54设置于支架孔21一侧。起吊组件5用于在单独需要提拉腿时将腿吊起,
优选的下肢固定夹板组件包括气囊31、气泵32、输气管33、钢板34、夹板,气囊31截面呈“U”形,气囊31内设置有充气腔311,气囊31通过输气管33与气泵32相连接,钢板34为矩形板,钢板34固定于气囊31内壁一侧上部,气囊31两侧设置有夹板,夹板对称设置,夹板包括夹板支架351、夹板推板352,夹板支架351上开设有夹板螺栓孔,夹板推板352截面呈“T”状,夹板推板352横向开设有螺纹部,夹板推板352端部为矩形状并抵近气囊31外侧壁。气囊31可以在使用时充气,气囊31缓冲了钢板34挤压下肢如下腿时的力度,夹板用于夹紧钢板34同时将放入气囊31的下腿夹紧。
伸缩板组件包括竖挡板41、脚部固定板、伸缩板一431、伸缩板二432、躺板44,竖挡板41为矩形状,竖挡板41一侧固定有移动板411,移动板411距离基座1为50-100mm,移动板411为矩形板,移动板411中部开设有丝杆孔4111,丝杆412穿过丝杆孔4111,电机413与丝杆412一端固定连接,电机413底部固定于基座1上,电机413带动丝杆412运动,丝杆412带动伸缩板一431稳定移动,下腿在伸缩板一431上进行前进后退运动,膝关节在伸缩板二432进行弯曲或舒展运动。
优选的脚部固定板固定于竖挡板41一侧,脚部固定板包括固定基板421、紧固绳422、穿插槽423、脚托424,固定基板421两侧贯通开设有穿插槽423,两个穿插槽423呈“八”字分布,固定基板421底部固定有脚托424,脚托424为半圆形且上部开口,紧固绳422穿过穿插槽423。脚部固定板用于将患者脚部固定。
优选的伸缩板一431为矩形金属板,伸缩板一431一端与竖挡板41底部固定连接,伸缩板一431另一端与伸缩板二432一端相铰接连接,
优选的伸缩板二432包括底部帆布4321、橡胶垫,橡胶垫选用TPR热塑性橡胶材质,TPR热塑性橡胶在运动过程中不会伤害患者关节,且便于折叠运动,帆布4321选用牛津布,帆布4321上部固定有橡胶垫,伸缩板二432另一端与躺板44固定连接,帆布4321和橡胶垫便于折叠抬起。
躺板44为矩形板,躺板44底部一侧通过连接杆441与基座1上部相固定连接,连接杆441为圆杆状。躺板44用于患者上体的平躺,患者下腿放于伸缩板一431、伸缩板二432上,其中膝盖内侧处在伸缩板二432上。

1.一种固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,其特征在于:包括基座、支架、下肢固定夹板组件、伸缩板组件和起吊组件;
基座为矩形板状,基座上一侧固定有支架,支架截面为矩形结构,支架呈“Γ”状,支架上部开设有支架孔,起吊组件穿过支架孔,支架上设置有起吊组件,基座上设置有伸缩板组件,伸缩板组件上设有下肢固定夹板组件;
所述下肢固定夹板组件包括气囊、气泵、输气管、钢板和夹板,气囊截面呈“U”形,气囊内设置有充气腔,气囊通过输气管与气泵相连接,钢板为矩形板,钢板固定于气囊 内壁一侧上部,气囊两侧设置有夹板,夹板对称设置,夹板包括夹板支架、夹板推板,夹板支架上开设有夹板螺栓孔,夹板推板截面呈“T”状,夹板推板横向开设有螺纹部,夹板推板端部为矩形状并抵近气囊外侧壁;
所述伸缩板组件包括竖挡板、脚部固定板、伸缩板一、伸缩板二和躺板,竖挡板为矩形状,竖挡板一侧固定有移动板,移动板距离基座为50-100mm,移动板为矩形板,移动板中部开设有丝杆孔,丝杆穿过丝杆孔,电机与丝杆一端固定连接,电机底部固定于基座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,其特征在于:所述起吊组件包括起到套环、起吊绳、拉环和滑轮,套环为圆形状,起吊绳一端与拉环连接,起吊绳另一端与套环固定连接,起吊绳穿过滑轮并穿过支架孔, 滑轮设置于支架孔一侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,其特征在于:所述脚部固定板固定于竖挡板一侧,脚部固定板包括固定基板、紧固绳、穿插槽、脚托,固定基板两侧贯通开设有穿插槽,两个穿插槽呈“八”字分布,固定基板底部固定有脚托,脚托为半圆形且上部开口,紧固绳穿过穿插槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩板一为矩形金属板,伸缩板一一端与竖挡板底部固定连接,伸缩板一另一端与伸缩板二一端相铰接连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩板二包括底部帆布、橡胶垫,橡胶垫选用TPR热塑性橡胶材质,帆布选用牛津布,帆布上部固定有橡胶垫,伸缩板二另一端与躺板固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的固定下肢骨骼恢复用夹板装置,其特征在于:所述躺板为矩形板,躺板底部一侧通过连接杆与基座上部相固定连接,连接杆为圆杆状。
