Abstract

本发明涉及一种移动式灰浆池，包括底板，底板的前后两端分别安装有可转动的轮轴，轮轴的两端分别安装有滚轮，底板顶部设有灰浆池体，灰浆池体中可转动地安装有搅拌轴，搅拌轴上间隔设置搅拌磨盘，搅拌轴的端部设有传动机构，传动机构连接到轮轴上，轮轴的转动通过传动机构的传动带动搅拌轴旋转。本发明能够实现灰浆池的移动送料，通过灰浆池的移动即可带动搅拌轴产生转动对灰浆池体内部的物料进行搅拌，实现了移动中自动搅拌功能，避免采用电器驱动搅拌带来的电线缠绕毁损问题，有利于提高设备的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于灰浆池的技术领域，特别是涉及一种移动式灰浆池。
背景技术
传统的泥浆池在建筑施工时，在工地旁挖一个凹坑，直接在凹坑内加入搅拌材料用人工搅拌，这种泥浆池无法移动，不利于泥浆的运送，而一些可移动式灰浆池需要电机或者气缸等电器作为动力装置，将浪费大量的投入成本和能源，并且电机和气缸等电器连接的电线在灰浆池移动时常常会缠绕磨损，易损坏，使用寿命低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动式灰浆池，实现灰浆池的移动送料和移动中自动搅拌功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种移动式灰浆池，包括底板，所述底板的前后两端分别安装有可转动的轮轴，所述轮轴的两端分别安装有滚轮，所述底板顶部设有灰浆池体，所述灰浆池体中可转动地安装有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上间隔设置搅拌磨盘，所述搅拌轴的端部设有传动机构，所述传动机构连接到轮轴上，所述轮轴的转动通过传动机构的传动带动搅拌轴旋转。
所述传动机构包括涡轮和涡杆，所述涡杆与搅拌轴固定连接，所述涡轮装套在轮轴上，所述涡杆与涡轮之间相互啮合。
所述搅拌轴平行设置有若干根，其中至少一根搅拌轴与涡杆固定连接，各搅拌轴的端部分别安装有齿轮，若干齿轮之间相互啮合传动。
所述传动结构包括第一锥齿轮和第二锥齿轮，所述第一锥齿轮装套在轮轴上，所述第二锥齿轮装套在搅拌轴端部，所述第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮之间相互啮合。
所述搅拌轴平行设置有若干根，各搅拌轴与轮轴之间分别通过第一锥齿轮和第二锥齿轮连接传动。
相邻搅拌轴之间的搅拌磨盘相互交错分布。
所述轮轴通过轴承座结构安装在底板的底部，所述底板上开有用于传动机构穿过的安装槽。
所述灰浆池体近底部设有排浆口，所述底板对应排浆口的位置设有排浆通槽，所述排浆通槽的底部设有排浆池。
所述底板的前后两端分别安装有挂钩和挂环，所述底板上通过支撑板安装有推动手柄。
所述搅拌磨盘沿周向均匀间隔设置若干通孔，所述通孔中穿设有搅拌销，所述搅拌销可转动地安装在通孔中。
有益效果
第一，本发明能够实现灰浆池的移动送料。
第二，在本发明中，灰浆池体内设置的搅拌轴与轮轴之间通过传动机构连接，通过灰浆池的移动即可带动搅拌轴产生转动对灰浆池体内部的物料进行搅拌，实现了移动中自动搅拌功能，避免采用电器驱动搅拌带来的电线缠绕毁损问题，有利于提高设备的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例，进一步阐述本发明。应理解，这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解，在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后，本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改，这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
如图1-3所示的一种移动式灰浆池，包括底板1，底板1的前后两端分别安装有挂钩16和挂环17，能够用于多个灰浆池之间的连接和牵引移动。底板1上安装有支撑板18，支撑板18上焊接有推动手柄19，用于推动灰浆池移动。
底板1的前后两端分别安装有可转动的轮轴2，轮轴2通过轴承座结构安装在底板1的底部，轮轴2的两端分别安装有滚轮3。底板1顶部设有灰浆池体4，灰浆池体4中可转动地安装有搅拌轴8，搅拌轴8上间隔设置搅拌磨盘5。搅拌轴8的端部设有传动机构，传动机构连接到轮轴2上，轮轴2的转动通过传动机构的传动带动搅拌轴8旋转。
在如图1所示的第一种实施例中，灰浆池体4中的搅拌轴8平行设置为两根，传动机构包括涡轮6和涡杆7，涡杆7与其中一根搅拌轴8的端部固定连接，涡轮6装套在轮轴2上，涡杆7与涡轮6之间相互啮合。两根搅拌轴8的端部分别安装有齿轮9，两个齿轮9之间相互啮合传动。底板1上开有用于涡轮6穿过的安装槽12。
在如图2所示的第二种实施例中，灰浆池体4中的搅拌轴8平行设置为两根，传动结构包括第一锥齿轮10和第二锥齿轮11，各搅拌轴8与轮轴2之间分别通过第一锥齿轮10和第二锥齿轮11连接传动。第一锥齿轮10装套在轮轴2上，第二锥齿轮11装套在搅拌轴8端部，第一锥齿轮10与第二锥齿轮11之间相互啮合。底板1上开有用于第一锥齿轮10穿过的安装槽12。
在两种实施例中，搅拌磨盘5均匀间隔地装套在各搅拌轴8上，两根搅拌轴8之间的搅拌磨盘5相互交错分布。如图4所示，搅拌磨盘5沿周向均匀间隔设置六个通孔20，各通孔20中穿设有搅拌销21，搅拌销21通过滚珠支撑可转动地安装在通孔20中。搅拌销21还可以根据不同物料的搅拌特性选择适宜的形状。
灰浆池体4的近底部设有排浆口13，底板1对应排浆口13的位置设有排浆通槽14，底板1的底部设有排浆池15，排浆池15位于排浆通槽14的底部。该灰浆池具有移动过程中自动搅拌物料的功能，完成搅拌的物料能够被排放到排浆池15中被取用。

Claims (10)

1.一种移动式灰浆池，包括底板(1)，其特征在于：所述底板(1)的前后两端分别安装有可转动的轮轴(2)，所述轮轴(2)的两端分别安装有滚轮(3)，所述底板(1)顶部设有灰浆池体(4)，所述灰浆池体(4)中可转动地安装有搅拌轴(8)，所述搅拌轴(8)上间隔设置搅拌磨盘(5)，所述搅拌轴(8)的端部设有传动机构，所述传动机构连接到轮轴(2)上，所述轮轴(2)的转动通过传动机构的传动带动搅拌轴(8)旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述传动机构包括涡轮(6)和涡杆(7)，所述涡杆(7)与搅拌轴(8)固定连接，所述涡轮(6)装套在轮轴(2)上，所述涡杆(7)与涡轮(6)之间相互啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述搅拌轴(8)平行设置有若干根，其中至少一根搅拌轴(8)与涡杆(7)固定连接，各搅拌轴(8)的端部分别安装有齿轮(9)，若干齿轮(9)之间相互啮合传动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述传动结构包括第一锥齿轮(10)和第二锥齿轮(11)，所述第一锥齿轮(10)装套在轮轴(2)上，所述第二锥齿轮(11)装套在搅拌轴(8)端部，所述第一锥齿轮(10)与第二锥齿轮(11)之间相互啮合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述搅拌轴(8)平行设置有若干根，各搅拌轴(8)与轮轴(2)之间分别通过第一锥齿轮(10)和第二锥齿轮(11)连接传动。
6.根据权利要求3或5所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：相邻搅拌轴(8)之间的搅拌磨盘(5)相互交错分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述轮轴(2)通过轴承座结构安装在底板(1)的底部，所述底板(1)上开有用于传动机构穿过的安装槽(12)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述灰浆池体(4)近底部设有排浆口(13)，所述底板(1)对应排浆口(13)的位置设有排浆通槽(14)，所述排浆通槽(14)的底部设有排浆池(15)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述底板(1)的前后两端分别安装有挂钩(16)和挂环(17)，所述底板(1)上通过支撑板(18)安装有推动手柄(19)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式灰浆池，其特征在于：所述搅拌磨盘(5)沿周向均匀间隔设置若干通孔(20)，所述通孔(20)中穿设有搅拌销(21)，所述搅拌销(21)可转动地安装在通孔(20)中。
