Moreover, with the increase of the using amount of the Korean pine essential oil microcapsules, the antibacterial rate of the finished mattress gradually rises, when the using amount of the microcapsules is 30g/L, the antibacterial rate of escherichia coli reaches 93.25%, and from the data in the table, the antibacterial rate is increased by 30% compared with that when the using amount is 10g/L although the using amount is only increased by 20g, so that the conclusion can be drawn that when the using amount of the microcapsules is 30g/L, the antibacterial effect is remarkably improved; along with the increase of the dosage of the microcapsule, the improvement of the bacteriostatic effect is relatively slow and unchanged. The antibacterial rate to staphylococcus aureus reaches 94.37% when the microcapsule dosage is 30g/L, the antibacterial effect is obviously improved under the condition of the dosage, and the antibacterial rate is slowly increased along with the increase of the dosage when the microcapsule dosage is more than 30 g/L. From the above, when the dosage of the microcapsule is 30g/L, the mattress can achieve good antibacterial effect, when the dosage of the microcapsule is continuously increased,
2. testing for odor elimination: the odor eliminating test is carried out according to GB T33610.2-2017 part 2 inspection tube method for measuring the odor eliminating performance of textiles; its purpose is in order to verify the flavor eliminating effect of mattress.

The Korean pine microcapsule mattress prepared by the invention has stable peculiar smell eliminating performance and can not be lost due to washing, and as can be seen from the table 2, the elimination rate of peculiar smell gas is not obviously reduced before and after 10 times of washing, so that the invention shows that after the mattress is finished by utilizing the microcapsule, even if the mattress is washed for a certain time, the adsorption and elimination capacity of the microcapsule on the peculiar smell is not obviously lost, and the washability of the mattress is very good.
