本发明公开了一种引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上设置的阀芯组件通过阀腔与回液口和工作口相连通,所述阀芯组件包括与所述回液口同轴设置的阀套,所述阀套一端开设有进液口,阀套另一端穿设有外套回位弹簧的阀芯;所述阀芯尾部开设有与所述进液口相连通的工作腔,阀芯与阀套之间的间隙构成平衡腔,所述工作腔和平衡腔分别与所述阀腔相连通。本发明具有双向双流道回液功能,能够平衡回液压力引起的阀口被动关闭等误动作,其结构简单紧凑,液阻小,回液流量大,通道利用率高,工作性能稳定可靠,维护方便快捷,非常适合于有大流量回液需求的矿用支架液压控制系统。

引流平衡式双向回液交替阀
技术领域
本发明涉及矿用液压支架所使用的二位三通式换向阀技术领域,尤其是涉及一种引流平衡式双向回液交替阀。
背景技术
随着矿压和采高标准的提高,液压支架千斤顶缸径越来越大,对液压系统所使用的交替阀的大流量回液需求也愈来愈大。交替阀是矿用支架液压控制系统的重要组成元件之一,通过其对进回液的换向控制来实现液压缸的各种组合动作,其性能好坏直接影响液压支架和液压系统的综合性能。目前国内外同类常规交替阀只能实现单侧回流通道回液,因另一侧回流通道形成通路时易导致管路振动而被堵住,使该回流通道不能得到有效利用,即现有常规交替阀存在液阻大、工作可靠性差等各种不足。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,具体可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上设置的阀芯组件通过阀腔与回液口和工作口相连通,所述阀芯组件包括与所述回液口同轴设置的阀套,所述阀套一端开设有进液口,阀套另一端穿设有外套回位弹簧的阀芯;所述阀芯尾部开设有与所述进液口相连通的工作腔,阀芯与阀套之间的间隙构成平衡腔,所述工作腔和平衡腔分别与所述阀腔相连通。
所述工作腔和阀腔通过开设在阀芯头部的径向孔相连通。
所述平衡腔和阀腔通过开设在阀套上的回流通道相连通。
所述阀套由主体套筒和导向端盖组成,所述回流通道开设在所述导向端盖上。
所述阀套外侧设置有密封圈和与阀体相配合的连接螺纹。
所述回液口尾部设置有与阀芯相配合的密封面。
本发明具有双向双流道回液功能,能够平衡回液压力引起的阀口被动关闭等误动作,其结构简单紧凑,液阻小,回液流量大,通道利用率高,工作性能稳定可靠,维护方便快捷,非常适合于有大流量回液需求的矿用支架液压控制系统。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,包括安装有阀芯组件的阀体1,其阀腔C与工作口A和回液口R相连通,且阀芯组件与回液口R同轴设置。上述阀芯组件包括由主体套筒2.1和导向端盖2.2组成的阀套,主体套筒2.1通过连接螺纹装配在阀体1上,并通过密封圈进行密封;主体套筒2.1内通过安装板分为两部分,靠近外侧的一端开设有进液口P,靠近阀腔C的一端安装有阀芯2.3,阀芯2.3尾部中空形成与进液口P相连通的工作腔E,工作腔E通过开设在阀芯2.3头部的径向孔2.4与阀腔C相连通;阀芯2.3外侧与主体套筒2.1、导向端盖2.2构成平衡腔D,平衡腔D通过开设在导向端盖2.2上的回流通道2.5与阀腔C相连通;阀芯2.3上套装有位于该平衡腔D内的回位弹簧2.6,阀芯2.3克服回位弹簧2.6阻力伸出时,可与回液口R尾部设置的密封面紧密配合。
本发明通常以乳化液为工作介质,作为进液阀使用时,带压乳化液通过进液口P进入到阀芯2.3的工作腔E内,然后经阀芯2.3上的径向孔2.4流入阀腔C中,同时,带压乳化液推动阀芯2.3克服回位弹簧2.6的作用力向左运动,使阀芯2.3紧压在回液口R右端的密封面上形成密封,阻断阀腔C与回液口R的连通,回液口R被关闭,由此,来自进液口P的乳化液依次经工作腔E、阀腔C流向工作口A,供给液压执行元件实现预定功能。
当本发明作为回液阀使用时,来自液压执行元件的回流乳化液首先到达工作口A,再进入到阀腔C。正常情况下,阀芯2.3在回位弹簧2.6的作用下,向右自动复位,使阀腔C直接与回液口R相连通,同时阀腔C与工作腔E通过阀芯2.3的径向孔2.4也相连通,使回流乳化液自工作口A同时流向回液口R和进液口P,实现双口双向回液。在此过程中,阀芯2.3可能会在液动力作用下克服回位弹簧2.6的作用力向左运动,使回液口R与阀腔C阻断,不能进行回液。而本发明由于设置了平衡腔D,很好地解决了上述问题。来自工作口A的回流乳化液除了进入回液口R和进液口P实现双向回液,还可通过回流通道2.5进入平衡腔D,平衡腔D能够起到平衡液动力的作用,有效防止在液动力作用下阀芯2.3克服回位弹簧2.6的作用力与阀体1形成密封,进而保证本发明在双向回液时工作性能的稳定性。

1.一种引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上设置的阀芯组件通过阀腔与回液口和工作口相连通,其特征在于:所述阀芯组件包括与所述回液口同轴设置的阀套,所述阀套一端开设有进液口,阀套另一端穿设有外套回位弹簧的阀芯;所述阀芯尾部开设有与所述进液口相连通的工作腔,阀芯与阀套之间的间隙构成平衡腔,所述工作腔和平衡腔分别与所述阀腔相连通;
所述工作腔和阀腔通过开设在阀芯头部的径向孔相连通;
所述平衡腔和阀腔通过开设在阀套上的回流通道相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,其特征在于:所述阀套由主体套筒和导向端盖组成,所述回流通道开设在所述导向端盖上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,其特征在于:所述阀套外侧设置有密封圈和与阀体相配合的连接螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的引流平衡式双向回液交替阀,其特征在于:所述回液口尾部设置有与阀芯相配合的密封面。
