Abstract

本发明实施例公开一种通信方法、相关设备及系统,该方法应用于双连接场景,在该双连接场景中,终端分别通过第一无线资源链路与网络侧的第一基站保持通信连接,以及通过第二无线资源链路与网络侧的第二基站保持通信连接,该第一基站的吞吐量高于该第二基站的吞吐量,该方法包括:该终端获取第一信号质量和第一带宽;当该第一信号质量高于预设的第二信号质量,且该第一带宽满足承载该终端的业务的需求时,该终端向网络侧发送链路维持指令,该链路维持指令用于指示该第二基站将该第二无线资源链路配置为休眠态或者轻连接态。通过实施本发明实施例,能够节省基站与核心网之间的通信开销。
